本实用新型提供一种智能晾衣杆,在实现户外晾衣杆的智能防雨功能的同时,还能实现晾衣杆的智能防风防曝晒功能。本实用新型结构简单,没有过多复杂的内在结构,且针对现实可能遇到的突发情况,解决用户外出时对衣服防护不到位的问题。

电机的转动轴转动,使转动轴上的直齿轮转动,其中靠近电机6的那个直齿轮与右侧的翼型薄膜展开装置5的第一齿轮503啮合,如图2所示,通过第一齿轮503使右侧的翼型薄膜展开装置5进行转动,中间的直齿轮通过与圆锥齿轮啮合,圆锥齿轮通过齿轮带8与推架7的第二齿轮705进行传动,使第二齿轮705带动推架7的推动杆704转动,远离电机6的另一个直齿轮通过齿轮带8与左侧的翼型薄膜展开装置5的第一齿轮503传动,如图3所示,通过第一齿轮503使左侧的翼型薄膜展开装置5进行转动。
本实用新型的智能晾衣杆工作过程如下:
当保持正常晾晒状态时,两个翼型薄膜展开装置5呈折叠状并且平行竖直置于顶杆3的顶部,如图5所示。本实用新型在进行使用时,先通过安装于容纳盒4的传感器模块实时监测外界天气情况。当环境发生变化(下雨/光照过强/风力较强)时,传感器模块将信号传递至控制单元,控制单元接收信号对电机6进行驱动;电机6通过齿轮传动使两侧的翼型薄膜展开装置5向下转动展开,如图6所示,同时电机6通过齿轮使推架7同步转动,使推架7对挂钩上挂的衣服进行转动,电机6通过齿轮带使推架7的第二齿轮705转动,第二齿轮705带动推动杆704转动,当电机6转动90度时,推动杆704使推架7由使用状态的矩形变为折叠收起形成接近一条直线,同时横杆702上的竖杆703对衣服晾挂的衣架进行摆动,使衣服由与顶杆3垂直变为与顶杆3大致在同一平面;当电机6转动180度时,即两个翼型薄膜展开装置5底部的从动件502相互平行 接触时,控制单元使电机6停止运转;最后衣服被包裹在两个翼型薄膜展开装置5之间形成封闭空间,如图7所示,此时,两个翼型薄膜展开装置5起遮挡作用,避免衣服被淋湿/晒坏/吹落在地。
当容纳盒4内传感器模块检测到环境条件适合晾晒衣服(无雨/光照适宜/风力较弱)时,将信号传递至控制单元,控制单元接收信号后对电机6进行驱动,使电机6进行反转180度,电机6即可将两个翼型薄膜展开装置5向上展恢复为初始状态,同时使推架7回复原来的矩形,推架7的竖杆703同时使衣服的晾晒方向与顶杆3垂直,即整个装置恢复原始晾晒状态,处于图5的初始状态。
显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,包括支撑底架,所述支撑底架的两侧均设有杆体,两个所述杆体的顶部之间连接有顶杆,所述顶杆的一端设有容纳盒,所述容纳盒内放置有传感器模块,所述顶杆的两侧均通过铰链连接有翼型薄膜展开装置,所述顶杆的底部设有推架,所述顶杆的底部设有若干个挂钩,所述顶杆内置有电源、控制单元、电机,所述控制单元与所述传感器模块、电机电连接,所述电源为所述控制单元、传感器模块、电机进行供电,所述翼型薄膜展开装置的中间固定设有第一齿轮,所述推架的中间固定有第二齿轮,所述电机的转动轴在所述顶杆内通过齿轮与所述翼型薄膜展开装置的第一齿轮和所述推架的第二齿轮进行传动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述传感器模块包括雨水传感器模块、光敏电阻传感器模块、风动传感器模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述翼型薄膜展开装置包括主动件和从动件,所述主动件的一侧与所述顶杆通过铰链连接,另一侧与所述从动件通过铰链连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述主动件和所述从动件均为不锈钢或碳纤维的箱型框架,且表面均铺设有薄膜。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述薄膜采用PET保护膜。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述推架包括侧杆和横杆,两个所述侧杆和两个所述横杆均两两平行设置,构成平行四边形的推架,所述侧杆与所述横杆的连接点均为铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述横杆的底部垂直设有若干根竖杆,若干根竖杆在所述横杆上均匀分布。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,两个所述横杆的中间设有推动杆,所述推动杆与所述侧杆平行,且两端均分别与两根所述横杆铰接,所述第二齿轮固定在所述推动杆的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括单片机。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能晾衣杆,其特征在于,若干个所述挂钩在所述顶杆的底部呈直线间隔均匀分布。
