在包装领域,通常需要将生产的小袋按一定的数量放入大袋中进行包装,目前大多数袋中袋包装都依靠人工完成,再由人工进行封口,人工操作不仅效率低下,而且投入劳动力较大,导致生产成本增高。目前袋中袋包装设备的现有技术水平:主要的袋中袋设备包装形式有卧式的枕式包装机,内包装袋靠自重落料包装袋的立式的背封袋包装机以及水平式袋包装机来实现袋中袋的包装要求。但是这些包装机存在以下等缺陷:
1、现有的袋中袋包装形式中,针对多数量的散装小包装袋,并且有一定规则的堆叠形式的包装要求没有很好的解决方案,只能实现散装的、数量少的,无需规则堆叠形式的袋中袋的包装方案,内包装袋在大包装袋内处于自由状态,其包装形式的要求只需要装得下,封口牢固就行,然而在食品包装袋领域中,由于其产品消费领域的特点,包装袋产品需要更美观,内包装物的堆叠形式需要规则美观,故而针对食品包装袋领域中的袋中袋的需要,设计本产品;
2、目前的袋中袋包装机不能同时满足M袋和自立袋同时使用,不能做到各种外包装袋兼容使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处而提出一种侧推式袋中袋包装机。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,包括具有多个送袋工位的小袋输送机构、小袋推送机构、机架以及设于机架上的多工位存袋机构、取袋机构、空袋输送机构、开袋机构、封口机构和成品袋推送机构;所述小袋推送机构设于小袋输送机构的出口处;所述多工位存袋机构用于存放空袋;所述取袋机构用于将多工位存袋机构内的空袋送入空袋输送机构中,所述空袋输送机构用于将空袋输送至开袋机构处;所述开袋机构用于将空袋的袋口打开,并将空袋的袋口运动至小袋推送机构的出口处;所述小袋推送机构用于将小袋推入空袋中;所述封口机构设于推送机构的出口处,并用于将填充小袋后的包装袋进行封口;所述成品袋推送机构用于接收成品袋,并将成品带 推送至下一工序中。
所述小袋输送机构包括输送架和设于输送架上的第一同步带和第二同步带;所述第一同步带和第二同步带的输送带上均均布有若干挡板,相邻的两个挡板形成一个送袋工位。
所述多工位存袋机构包多个活动设于机架上的存袋仓,并且存袋仓的大小可调。
所述小袋推送机构包括伺服滑台和固定在伺服滑台滑块上的推袋爪;所述推袋爪上设有防止推袋爪将小袋带出的卸袋装置。
所述取袋机构包括活动设于机架上的吸盘组件、用于驱动吸盘组件升降的升降组件和用于驱动吸盘组件横移的横移组件。
所述空袋输送机构包括设于机架上的皮带传输机;所述皮带传输机上平行设有两块导向板,并且两块导向板的内侧底部均设有松紧可调的压条。
所述开袋机构包括设于机架上的开袋架和设于空袋输送机构出口处位置可调的下吸盘;所述开袋架的一端活动设有上吸盘组件;所述上吸盘组件上设有第一开袋组件;所述开袋架的另一端设有第二开袋组件。
所述第一开袋组件包括对称设于上吸盘组件两侧的安装板;所述安装板的一端通过回转气缸固定在上吸盘组件上;所述安装板的另一端铰接有开袋臂;所述开袋臂通过开袋臂驱动气缸运转;所述第二开袋组件包括上压板和下压板;所述上压板通过上压板气缸固定在开袋架的上部,所述下压板通过下压板气缸固定在开袋架的下部。
所述封口机构包括上热封块、下热封块、上热封块驱动装置和下热封块驱动装置;所述上热封块驱动装置固定在开袋架远离上吸盘组件的一端的上部,并用于驱动上热封块升降;所述下热封块驱动装置与上热封块驱动装置位置对应地设于开袋架的下部,并用于驱动下热封块升降。
成品袋推送机构包括升降座、驱动升降座升降的升降驱动组件和设于升降座上的推送组件;所述推送组件设有两个,两个推送组件垂直设置。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下的有益效果:(1)本发明设置了小袋输送机构、小袋推送机构、多工位存袋机构、取袋机构、空袋输送机构、开袋机构、封口机构和成品袋推送机构;能够实现对小袋进行自动化包装,不仅大大提高了生产效率,而且能够同时满足M袋和自立袋同时使用,能做到各种外包装袋兼容使用。
(2)本发明的小袋输送机构采用第一同步带和第二同步带,便于调节送袋工位存放的大小,以便适用于不同数量小袋的包装。
(3)本发明的存袋仓大小可调节,能够满足不同数量小袋进行包装。
(4)本发明设置了卸袋装置,能够避免推袋爪将小袋从大包装袋内带出。
(5)本发明采用吸盘组件进行取袋,不仅取袋效果好,而且取袋更加稳定。
(6)本发明设置了导向板,能够对空袋进行导向,保证空袋进入开袋机构时,位置不会发生偏移,而且设置了压板,防止空袋在运输过程中翘起,发生偏移,保证后期推袋的顺利进行。
(7)本发明设置了第一开袋组件和第二开袋组件进行开袋,第一开袋组件用于将袋口打开,第二开袋组件用于在推袋时保持袋口撑开,便于推袋。
(8)本发明采用第一开袋组件采用开袋臂开袋,结构简单,开袋效果好,第二开袋组件采用上挡板和下挡板,能够在推袋时保证袋口较大的打开,便进一步进便于推袋。
(9)本发明采用活动上热封块和下热封块进行袋口的封闭,结构更加合理,封口效果较好。
(10)本发明设置了升降座,防止在封口时,袋子下垂而影响到封口的美观性。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1至图10,本实施例的侧推式袋中袋包装机,包括具有多个送袋工位的小袋输送机构1、小袋推送机构2、机架3以及设于机架3上的多工位存袋机构4、取袋机构5、空袋输送机构6、开袋机构7、封口机构8和成品袋推送机构9。
小袋推送机构2设于小袋输送机构1的出口处;多工位存袋机构4用于存放空袋;取袋机构5用于将多工位存袋机构4内的空袋送入空袋输送机构6中,空袋输送机构6用于将空袋输送至开袋机构7处;开袋机构7用于将空袋的袋口打开,并将空袋的袋口运动至小袋推送机构2的出口处;小袋推送机构2用于将小袋推入空袋中;封口机构8设于推送机构的出口处,并用于将填充小袋后的包装袋进行封口;成品袋推送机构9用于接收成品袋,并将成品带推送至下一工序中。
小袋输送机构1包括输送架和设于输送架上的第一同步带1-1和第二同步带1-2;第一同步带1-1和第二同步带1-2的输送带上均均布有若干挡板1-3,相邻的两个挡板1-3形成一个送袋工位。第一同步带1-1的主动轮和第二同步带1-2的主动轮均与一个主动轴固定连接,主动轴由伺服减速驱动;第一同步带1-1的主动轮通过键连的方式与主动轴固定,第二同步带1-2的主动轮通过涨紧套与主动轴固定连接。需要调节送袋工位宽度时,将涨紧套拆下,通过正反转第一同步带1-1即可调节两个挡板1-3之间的距离,以实现送袋工位宽度的调节。
多工位存袋机构4包多个活动设于机架3上的存袋仓,并且存袋仓的大小可调。存袋仓由底板4-1和两个隔板4-2组成;底板4-1通过滑轨滑动连接在机架3上,并且底座设于底座下方的直线齿条电机驱动运动;两个隔板4-2的底部均滑动连接在底板4-1上,并且两个隔板4-2之间通过手柄固定轴4-3相连接;手柄固定轴4-3与两个隔板4-2均螺纹连接;手柄固定轴4-3为双头螺杆,以保证两个隔板4-2同步靠近或远离;隔板4-2内侧的两端均活动设有挡条4-4,挡条4-4通过锁紧转把4-5与隔板4-2固定,每个隔板4-2的顶部均均布有朝内侧伸出隔板4-2的挡片4-6,以保证取袋只取一个袋子。
小袋推送机构2包括伺服滑台2-1和固定在伺服滑台2-1滑块上的推袋爪2-2;伺服滑台2-1通过支架安装在小袋输送机构1上。推袋爪2-2上设有防止推袋爪2-2将小袋 带出的卸袋装置2-3。卸袋装置2-3包括推板2-3-1和驱动推板2-3-1伸缩的推板气缸2-3-2,推板2-3-1垂直于袋口设置,推板气缸2-3-2驱动推板2-3-1运动,实现推袋。
取袋机构5包括活动设于机架3上的吸盘组件5-1、用于驱动吸盘组件5-1升降的升降组件5-2和用于驱动吸盘组件5-1横移的横移组件5-3。吸盘组件5-1为呈矩形分布的多个吸盘,升降组件5-2采用升降气缸,横移组件5-3采用横移气缸,多个吸盘通过吸盘安装板固定在升降气缸的活塞杆上,升降气缸通过吸盘安装座滑动地连接在机架3上。
空袋输送机构6包括设于机架3上的皮带传输机6-1;皮带传输机6-1上平行设有两块导向板6-2,并且两块导向板6-2的内侧底部均设有松紧可调的压条6-3。皮带传输机6-1的两侧均设置有锁紧块6-4;导向板6-2上设置有连接杆6-5;连接杆6-5锁紧在锁紧块6-4中,以保证导向板6-2的固定,需要调节两个导向板6-2之间的宽度时,可以通过调节锁紧杆在锁紧块6-4中的位置来实现。
开袋机构7包括设于机架3上的开袋架7-1和设于空袋输送机构6出口处位置可调的下吸盘7-2;下吸盘7-2通过下吸盘支架7-3固定在空袋输送机构6的出口处,通过调节下吸盘支架7-3的位置来调节下吸盘7-2的位置,适应不同大小的大包装;开袋架7-1的一端活动设有上吸盘组件7-4;上吸盘组件7-4上设有第一开袋组件7-5;开袋架7-1的另一端设有第二开袋组件7-6。上吸盘组件7-4包括上吸盘固定座7-4-1、上吸盘固定板7-4-2和对称设置在上吸盘固定板7-4-2上的多个上吸盘7-4-3;上吸盘固定座7-4-1通过滑杆7-4-4滑动连接在开袋架7-1上,并且上吸盘固定座7-4-1由气缸驱动沿滑杆7-4-4运动;上吸盘固定板7-4-2通过升降气缸固定在上吸盘固定座7-4-1上。
第一开袋组件7-5包括对称设于上吸盘组件7-4的上吸盘固定板7-4-2两侧的安装板7-5-1;安装板7-5-1的一端通过回转气缸固定在上吸盘组件7-4上;安装板7-5-1的另一端铰接有开袋臂7-5-2;开袋臂7-5-2通过开袋臂驱动气缸7-5-3运转;第二开袋组件7-6包括上压板7-6-1和下压板7-6-2;上压板7-6-1通过上压板气缸固定在开袋架7-1的上部,下压板7-6-2通过下压板气缸固定在开袋架7-1的下部,为了便于小袋进入大袋内,在上压板7-6-1和下压板7-6-2的两侧均设置了由气缸驱动伸缩的导料板,气缸驱动导料板靠近或远离上压板7-6-1和下压板6-2的边缘。
封口机构8包括上热封块8-1、下热封块8-2、上热封块驱动装置8-3和下热封块驱动装置8-4;上热封块驱动装置8-3固定在开袋架7-1远离上吸盘组件7-4的一端的上部,并用于驱动上热封块8-1升降;下热封块驱动装置8-4与上热封块驱动装置8-3位置对应地设于开袋架7-1的下部,并用于驱动下热封块8-2升降。上热封块驱动装置8-3和下热封块驱动装置8-4均采用气缸。
成品袋推送机构9包括升降座9-1、驱动升降座9-1升降的升降驱动组件9-2和设于升降座9-1上的推送组件9-3;推送组件9-3设有两个,两个推送组件9-3垂直设置。升降驱动组件9-2为气缸。推送组件9-3为气缸和设于气缸活塞杆上的推袋板。
本实施例的工作过程:首先通过人工将小袋按一定数量防止在小袋输送机构1的送袋工位中,由小袋输送机构1送至小袋推送机构2处,等待推送,同时人工将存袋机构4的每个存袋仓内进行装袋,由取袋机构5将送入空袋输送机构6中,再由空袋输送机构6将将袋子输送至开袋机构7处,此时,下吸盘7-2吸住袋口的下方,上吸盘7-4-3运动至袋口处吸住袋口的上方,袋口被打开,然后由第一开袋组件7-5的开袋臂驱动气缸7-5-3驱动开袋臂7-5-2伸入袋口中,然后由旋转气缸驱动开袋臂向外翻转此时袋口被撑开,撑开后,下吸盘7-2撤去吸力,上吸盘7-4-3带着被撑开后的袋子运动至第二开袋组件7-6处,使得第二开袋组件7-6的上压板7-6-1和下压板7-6-2伸入袋口中,同时成品袋推送机构9的升降座9-1升降座升起,承接袋子,然后在上压板气缸和下压板气缸的作用下,上压板和下压板远离,撑开袋口,再推小袋推送机构2将小袋输送机1上送袋工位中的小袋推入袋子中,然后由封口机构8进行封口,封口后升降座9-1缩回,在两个推送组件9-3的作用下,将成品袋送入下道工序中。

  1. 一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:包括具有多个送袋工位的小袋输送机构(1)、小袋推送机构(2)、机架(3)以及设于机架(3)上的多工位存袋机构(4)、取袋机构(5)、空袋输送机构(6)、开袋机构(7)、封口机构(8)和成品袋推送机构(9);所述小袋推送机构(2)设于小袋输送机构(1)的出口处;所述多工位存袋机构(4)用于存放空袋;所述取袋机构(5)用于将多工位存袋机构(4)内的空袋送入空袋输送机构(6)中,所述空袋输送机构(6)用于将空袋输送至开袋机构(7)处;所述开袋机构(7)用于将空袋的袋口打开,并将空袋的袋口运动至小袋推送机构(2)的出口处;所述小袋推送机构(2)用于将小袋推入空袋中;所述封口机构(8)设于推送机构的出口处,并用于将填充小袋后的包装袋进行封口;所述成品袋推送机构(9)用于接收成品袋,并将成品带推送至下一工序中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述小袋输送机构(1)包括输送架和设于输送架上的第一同步带(1-1)和第二同步带(1-2);所述第一同步带(1-1)和第二同步带(1-2)的输送带上均均布有若干挡板(1-3),相邻的两个挡板(1-3)形成一个送袋工位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述多工位存袋机构(4)包多个活动设于机架(3)上的存袋仓,并且存袋仓的大小可调。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述小袋推送机构(2)包括伺服滑台(2-1)和固定在伺服滑台(2-1)滑块上的推袋爪(2-2);所述推袋爪(2-2)上设有防止推袋爪(2-2)将小袋带出的卸袋装置(2-3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述取袋机构(5)包括活动设于机架(3)上的吸盘组件(5-1)、用于驱动吸盘组件(5-1)升降的升降组件(5-2)和用于驱动吸盘组件(5-1)横移的横移组件(5-3)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述空袋输送机构(6)包括设于机架(3)上的皮带传输机(6-1);所述皮带传输机(6-1)上平行设有两块导向板(6-2),并且两块导向板(6-2)的内侧底部均设有松紧可调的压条(6-3)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述开袋机构(7)包括设于机架(3)上的开袋架(7-1)和设于空袋输送机构(6)出口处位置可调的下吸盘(7-2);所述开袋架(7-1)的一端活动设有上吸盘组件(7-4);所述上吸盘组件(7-4)上设有第一开袋组件(7-5);所述开袋架(7-1)的另一端设有第二开袋组件(7-6)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述第一开袋组件(7-5)包括对称设于上吸盘组件(7-4)两侧的安装板(7-5-1);所述安装板(7-5-1)的一端通过回转气缸固定在上吸盘组件(7-4)上;所述安装板(7-5-1)的另一端铰接有开袋臂(7-5-2);所述开袋臂(7-5-2)通过开袋臂驱动气缸(7-5-3)运转;所述第二开袋组件(7-6)包括上压板(7-6-1)和下压板(7-6-2);所述上压板(7-6-1)通过上压板气缸固定在开袋架(7-1)的上部,所述下压板(7-6-2)通过下压板气缸固定在开袋架(7-1)的下部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:所述封口机构(8)包括上热封块(8-1)、下热封块(8-2)、上热封块驱动装置(8-3)和下热封块驱动装置(8-4);所述上热封块驱动装置(8-3)固定在开袋架(7-1)远离上吸盘组件(7-4)的一端的上部,并用于驱动上热封块(8-1)升降;所述下热封块驱动装置(8-4)与上热封块驱动装置(8-3)位置对应地设于开袋架(7-1)的下部,并用于驱动下热封块(8-2)升降。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧推式袋中袋包装机,其特征在于:成品袋推送机构(9)包括升降座(9-1)、驱动升降座(9-1)升降的升降驱动组件(9-2)和设于升降座(9-1)上的推送组件(9-3);所述推送组件(9-3)设有两个,两个推送组件(9-3)垂直设置。
