将虚拟资源与用户关联的方式主要有两种。第一种是账号关联,这种关联方式需要关联双方都持有目标设备(例如手机)和相应的虚拟资源账号,要想实现账户关联必须先使用目标设备申请相应的账号,其操作流程麻烦,特别是对于不熟悉互联网的人群(例如老人)来说,实现账户关联极其不方便。第二种是生物特征关联,比如将亲人或密友的生物特征同用户的虚拟资源账号相关联,这种关联方式不需要亲人或密友申请虚拟资源账号,但需要亲人或密友与用户面对面通过用户的目标设备进行操作,无法满足身处异地的用户使用。并且现有的关联均为用户与用户之间的关联,无法限制用户在特定场景使用该关联。
本说明书提出了将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法和系统,所述方法和系统可以通过请求设备(第三方设备)建立第二对象的生物特征同第一对象的目标虚拟资源之间的关联关系。在满足异地用户使用的情况下,同时能限制关联关系的使用场景。首先,在对本说明书实施例进行描述的过程中出现的部分名词或术语作如下解释。
生物特征:可以是人体所固有的生物特征,可以用来进行个人身份验证。生物特征包括面部图像、虹膜、巩膜、指纹、掌纹、声纹、骨骼投影中的一种或多种。在一些实施例中,生物特征还可以包括DNA、染色体、行为姿态等等。
虚拟资源:随着互联网的诞生而诞生的,是指运用数据库、程序编辑而成的信息资源,通过网络传递和流通,比如网上钱包、网上图书馆、网上商城等等。本说明书中描述的虚拟资源包括但不限于以电子方式存在的资金资源、身份信息、电子游戏中的可转让积分、信誉担保等等。所述资金资源可以是存储在各种理财应用(APP)上的资金,例如存储在支付宝钱包 TM、微信钱包 TM、百度钱包 TM上的资金,等等。所述身份信息可以是能够用于证明个人身份的信息,例如,身份证信息,手机号信息,等等。
图1示出了根据本说明书实施例提供的一种将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的系统100的示意图。将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的系统100(以下简称系统100)可以应用于很多不同的场景。例如,系统100可以应用在委托代理场景,当第一对象110委托第二对象160代为办理一些业务时,例如第一对象110委托第二对象160代为领取房产证时,第二对象160可以通过系统100同第一对象110的目标虚拟资源建立关联,此时,所述目标虚拟资源可以是第一对象110的身份信息;通过验证第二对象160的生物特征信息或身份信息,验证第一对象110和第二对象160之间的关联关系,从而确认委托代理关系。再比如,系统100可以应用在电子支付场景,当第二对象160需要使用第一对象110的电子资金资源(即可以电子支付的资金)进行支付时,第二对象160可以通过系统100同第一对象110的目标虚拟资源建立关联,此时,所述目标虚拟资源是第一对象110的电子资金资源,通过验证第二对象160的生物特征信息或身份信息,验证第一对象110和第二对象160之间的关联关系,从而使用第一对象110的电子资金资源进行支付。纯粹为了展示的需要,下面的描述将以系统100应用在电子支付场景为例进行说明。
如图1所示,系统100可以包括服务器200、请求设备140、目标设备130、目标虚拟资源170、网络120以及数据库150。
服务器200可以存储有执行本说明书描述的将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法的数据和/或指令。服务器200可以执行或用于执行本说明书中描述的将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法的数据和/或指令。
请求设备140可以是与服务器200建立通讯关系的终端设备。第二对象160可以是申请人并且可以在请求设备140上向服务器200发起关联请求。第二对象160与请求设备140之间不存在关联关系。请求设备140可以包括显示器,所述显示器可以是触摸屏式的液晶显示器(LCD)。所述显示器具有图像用户界面(GUI),可使得第二对象160通过触摸所述图像用户界面(GUI)和/或通过手势与服务器200进行人机交互。在一些实施例中,所述人机交互功能包括但不限于:网络浏览、文字处理、采集生物特征等。请求设备140可以包括生物特征采集模块,用于采集第二对象160的生物特征信息。 比如,所述生物特征采集模块可以采集申请人的面部图像、虹膜图像、巩膜图像、指纹图像、掌纹图像、声纹文件、骨骼投影图像等生物特征中的一种或者多种。在一些实施例中,用于执行上述人机交互功能的可执行指令被存储在一个或多个处理器可执行的计算机程序产品或可读存储介质中。在另一些实施例中,用于执行上述人机交互功能的可执行指令被存储在服务器200中。在一些实施例中,请求设备140可以是智能电子设备,比如手机或者其他IOT(物联网,the Internet of Things,简称IOT)设备。例如,请求设备140可以是超市中的IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1,请求设备140还可以是银行里的智能柜台140-2,等等。
目标设备130可以是载有目标应用(目标APP)的智能设备。第一对象110是目标设备130的使用者。目标设备130可以安装有一个或多个应用(APP)。所述APP能够为第一对象110提供通过网络120同外界交互的能力以及界面。所述APP包括但不限于:聊天类APP程序、购物类APP程序、视频类APP程序、理财类APP程序等等,例如支付宝 TM、淘宝 TM、京东 TM和/或银行等金融服务机构、理财产品等APP程序。所述目标APP是指与服务器200相对应的客户端APP。例如,当服务器200是中国银行系统时,所述目标APP是中国银行客户端APP,当服务器200是支付宝 TM系统时,所述目标APP是支付宝 TM客户端APP。目标设备130和服务器200之间可以互相通讯。在一些实施例中,目标设备130可以包括移动设备130-1、平板电脑130-2、笔记本电脑130-3、机动车辆130-4的内置设备或类似内容,或其任意组合。在一些实施例中,移动设备130-1可包括智能家居设备、智能移动设备或类似设备,或其任意组合。在一些实施例中,所述智能家居装置可包括智能电视、台式电脑等,或任意组合。在一些实施例中,所述智能移动设备可包括智能手机、个人数字辅助等,或其任意组合。在一些实施例中,机动车130-4中的内置装置可包括车载计算机、车载电视等。在一些实施例中,目标设备130可以是具有定位技术的设备,用于定位目标设备130的位置。
第一对象110可以在所述目标APP上进行操作,通过所述目标APP与服务器200进行人机交互。其中,第一对象110和目标设备130相关联。例如,目标设备130可以是第一对象110的手机。
第一对象110与目标虚拟资源170可以通过服务器200关联。比如,目标虚拟资源170可以存储在服务器200中,也可以存储在数据库150中。第一对象110和目标虚拟资源170的关联关系可以存储在服务器200中,也可以存储在数据库150中,以便第一对象110可以通过服务器200访问、调用目标虚拟资源170。举例来说,当服务器200是支付宝 TM系统时,第一对象110可以通过安装在目标设备130上的支付宝 TM客户端APP注册支付宝 TM账号。所述支付宝 TM账号可以同第一对象110的身份信息绑定,例如,支付宝 TM账号可以绑定第一对象110的指纹信息、掌纹信息、身份证信息、面部图像信息、手机号信息等等中的一种或多种。进一步地,所述支付宝 TM账号还可以同目标虚拟资源170绑定,比如同第一对象110的银行账号绑定。因此,第一对象110可 以通过支付宝 TM客户端APP的支付宝 TM账号访问并调用目标虚拟资源170。第一对象110可以同时同多个虚拟资源相关联。相应地,目标虚拟资源170可以包括多个子目标虚拟资源,例如,子目标虚拟资源170-1、子目标虚拟资源170-2,等等。例如,子目标虚拟资源170-1是中国银行银联卡账户,子目标虚拟资源170-2是中国工商银行银联卡账户,子目标虚拟资源170-3是支付宝 TM余额宝账户。
网络120可以促进信息和/或数据的交换。如图1所示,请求设备140、目标设备130、服务器200、数据库150可以同网络120连接,并且通过网络120互相传输信息和/或数据。例如,服务器200可以通过网络120从请求设备140获取服务请求。又比如,服务器200可以通过网络120向目标设备130传输信息和/或数据。在一些实施例中,网络120可以是任何类型的有线或无线网络,也可以是其组合。比如,网络120可以包括电缆网络,有线网络、光纤网络、电信通信网络、内联网、互联网、局域网(LAN)、广域网(WAN)、无线局域网(WLAN)、大都市市区网(MAN)、广域网(WAN)、公用电话交换网(PSTN)、蓝牙网络、ZigBee网络、近场通信(NFC)网络或类似网络。在一些实施例中,网络120可以包括一个或多个网络接入点。例如,网络120可以包括有线或无线网络接入点,如基站和/或互联网交换点120-1、120-2、...,通过该接入点,目标设备130、服务器200、数据库150的一个或多个组件可以连接到网络120以交换数据和/或信息。

图2示出了根据本说明书实施例提供的一种将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的服务器200的示意图。服务器200可以执行本说明书描述的将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法。所述将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法在本说明书中的其他部分介绍。比如,在图3至图7的描述中介绍了所述将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法。
如图2所示,服务器200包括至少一个存储器230和至少一个处理器220。在一些实施例中,服务器200还可以包括通信端口250和内部通信总线210。同时,服务器200还可以包括I/O组件260。
内部通信总线210可以连接不同的系统组件,包括存储器230和处理器220。
I/O组件260支持服务器200和其他组件(例如,目标设备130)之间的输入/输出。

S100:服务器200接收请求设备140发送的将第一对象110同第二对象160相关联的关联请求,其中,第一对象110同目标虚拟资源170相关联。
如前所述,请求设备140可以与服务器200进行通讯,比如,请求设备140可以是IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1,也可以是银行智能柜台140-2,等等。为了方便描述,下面的介绍将以请求设备140是IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1为例进行描述。
具体地,第一对象110可以是具有支付账号,同时也是具有支付能力的人,所述支付账号可以是支付宝 TM账号、微信钱包 TM账号、百度钱包 TM账号,等等。第一对象110通过所述支付账号同目标虚拟资源170相关联。第二对象160可以是不具备支付账号或者不具备支付能力的人,比如,老人或未成年人,配偶或其他密友等等。当然,第二对象160也可以是具有支付账号或者有支付能力的人。第二对象160可以通过附近超市的IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1发起一个关联请求,所述关联请求中包括第一对象110的身份信息。所述第一对象110的身份信息可以是第一对象110的姓名、身份证号、手机号、支付账号等中的一种或多种。服务器200接收到IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1发送的所述关联请求后,根据所述关联请求中第一对象110的身份信息从数据库150或者服务器200中确定与第一对象110关联的目标虚拟资源170。在一些实施例中,所述关联请求可以包括请求设备140的设备标识,即IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1的设备标识。
S300:服务器200通过目标设备130确认第一对象110同意所述关联请求,其中,目标设备130同第一对象110相关联。
如前所述,目标设备130同第一对象110的身份关联。比如,目标设备130可以 是第一对象110的智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等等。目标设备130上安装有与服务器200对应的目标APP。第一对象110在目标设备130的所述目标APP上登录自己的支付账号。所述支付账号与目标虚拟资源170相关联。目标设备130就是第一对象110与服务器200之间传递通讯的媒介。
出于安全方面的考虑,只有在第一对象110确认同意所述关联请求的情况下,服务器200才会建立第二对象160同目标虚拟资源170之间的关联。然而,只有第一对象110在确认第二对象160的身份真实的情况下,才会同意所述关联请求。
在一些实施例中,服务器200通过请求设备140采集第二对象160的生物特征并发送给第一对象110进行验证,以帮助第一对象110确定第二对象160的身份。
图4示出了根据本说明书实施例提供的一种实现步骤S300,即确认同意所述关联请求的流程图。在一些实施例中,为了实现步骤S300,即服务器200通过目标设备130确认第一对象110同意所述关联请求,服务器200被用于执行图4示出的步骤,包括:S310~S350。
S310:接收请求设备140发送的第二对象160的生物特征。
具体地,以请求设备140为IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1为例进行说明。IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1具有生物特征采集模块,例如,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1具有人脸采集摄像头。IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1可以采集第二对象160的面部图像。当然,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1也可以配备其他生物特征采集模块,例如IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1可以配备指纹采集模块,掌纹采集模块、声音采集模块,虹膜采集模块,巩膜采集模块、骨骼投影采集模块等等。
在步骤S310中,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1将采集到的第二对象140的生物特征通过网络120发送给服务器200,并且服务器200成功接收。
S330:向目标设备130发送对所述第二对象160的生物特征的验证请求以及所述第二对象160的生物特征。
出于安全方面的考虑,第一对象110要对第二对象160的身份进行验证,只有在第二对象160的身份通过验证的情况下,第一对象110才能同意建立第二对象160与目标虚拟资源170的关联。因此,服务器200在接收到IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1发送的第二对象160的生物特征后,需将所述第二对象160的生物特征发送给第一对象110进行身份验证。因而,服务器200可以向目标设备130发送所述第二对象160的生物特征以及对所述第二对象160的生物特征的验证请求。
接下来,服务器200接收目标设备130发送的对所述第二对象160的生物特征的验证结果。
举例来说,服务器200在接收到IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1发送的第二对象160 的生物特征后,服务器200将对所述第二对象160的生物特征的验证请求发送给与第一对象110关联的目标设备130。比如,所述验证请求可以是第一对象110是否同意对第二对象160进行身份验证的请求。所述验证请求可以通过短信方式发送给第一对象110,也可以通过目标设备130上的目标APP或者其他方式发送给第一对象110,本说明书不对发送方式做特别限制。
当第一对象110通过目标设备130发送给服务器200表示同意对第二对象160进行身份验证时,服务器200将所述第二对象160的生物特征发送给目标设备130进行身份验证。以面部图像验证为例进行说明,具体可以采用配合式和静默式进行验证。配合式为第二对象160执行指定的脸部动作,例如眨眼、张嘴、摇头、抬头等,通过次序和次数增加随机性;静默式验证无需第二对象160进行繁琐的脸部动作,只需实时拍摄一张的照片或是一段人脸视频,即可进行真人活体校验。这种面部图像验证方式对通过显示器播放的人脸照片和视频能进行严格校验识别,可以防止照片和视频攻击通过验证。当然,当第一对象110通过目标设备130发送给服务器200表示不同意对第二对象160进行身份验证时,所述关联请求停止,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
验证结束后,第一对象110通过目标设备130向服务器200发送对第二对象160的验证结果。当第一对象110确认所述第二对象160的生物特征通过验证时,服务器200向目标设备130发送针对所述关联请求的确认请求,所述针对所述关联请求的确认请求可以是第一对象110是否确认同意建立关联的请求。当然,当第一对象110确认所述第二对象160的生物特征没有通过验证时,所述关联请求停止,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
S350:接收目标设备130发送的同意所述关联请求的确认信息。
在服务器200向目标设备130发送针对所述关联请求的确认请求后,如果第一对象110同意所述关联请求,第一对象110可以操作目标设备130,向服务器200发送同意所述关联请求的确认信息;服务器接收目标设备130发送的同意所述关联请求的确认信息并执行步骤S500。当所述第二对象160的生物特征通过验证时,服务器200可以向目标设备130发送针对所述关联请求的确认请求。当第一对象110确认不同意所述关联请求时,服务器200停止执行所述关联请求,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
在上述方案中,服务器200通过请求设备140采集第二对象160的生物特征,通过目标设备130确认第二对象160的生物特征来完成对第二对象160的生物特征的验证。在一些实施例中,服务器200还可以通过请求设备140采集第二对象160的生物特征,然后通过目标设备130采集第二对象160的身份信息,通过将所述第二对象160的生物特征和所述第二对象160的身份信息发送给认证系统进行匹配分析,来帮助第一对象110确定第二对象160的身份。
图5示出了根据本说明书实施例提供的另一种实现步骤S300,即确认同意所述关 联请求的流程图。在一些实施例中,为了实现步骤S300,即服务器200通过目标设备130确认第一对象110同意所述关联请求,服务器200被用于执行图5示出的步骤,包括:S410~S470。
S410:接收请求设备140发送的第二对象160的生物特征。
如前所述,以请求设备140为IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1为例进行说明。在步骤S410中,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1将采集到的第二对象160的生物特征通过网络120发送给服务器200,并且服务器200成功接收。
S430:接收目标设备130发送的第二对象160的身份信息。
第一对象110通过目标设备130向服务器200发送第二对象160的身份信息。所述第二对象160的身份信息包括但不限于第二对象160的身份证号、手机号信息等等不同于请求设备140采集的生物特征,但是可以确认所述第二对象160身份的信息。
S450:将所述第二对象160的生物特征与所述第二对象160的身份信息进行匹配。
在步骤S450中,服务器200将来自IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1的所述第二对象160的生物特征与来自目标设备130的所述第二对象160的身份信息进行匹配,帮助第一对象110确认第二对象160的身份。
在一些实施例中,为了实现步骤S450,即将所述第二对象160的生物特征与所述第二对象160的身份信息进行匹配,服务器200可以进一步执行以下步骤,包括:S452~S454。
S452:服务器200将所述第二对象160的生物特征同所述第二对象160的身份信息发送给认证系统进行匹配分析。具体地,服务器200在接收到IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1发送的第二对象160的生物特征和目标设备130发送的第二对象160的身份信息后,将二者发送给存储有第二对象160生物特征和身份信息的认证系统进行匹配分析,例如,公安系统。服务器200经过匹配分析计算,得到所述第二对象160的生物特征和所述第二对象160的身份信息之间的匹配结果。
S454:服务器200将所述匹配结果发送给目标设备130。当所述第二对象160的生物特征和所述第二对象160的身份信息相匹配时,服务器200向目标设备130发送针对所述关联请求的确认请求。所述针对所述关联请求的确认请求可以是第一对象110是否确认同意建立关联的请求。当然,当所述第二对象160的生物特征和所述第二对象160的身份信息不匹配时,服务器200停止执行所述关联请求,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
S470:接收目标设备130发送的同意所述关联请求的确认信息。
具体地,在服务器200向目标设备130发送针对所述关联请求的确认请求后,第 一对象110通过目标设备130向服务器200发送确认结果信息。服务器200接收所述确认结果信息。当第一对象110确认同意所述关联请求时,服务器200执行步骤S500;当第一对象110确认不同意所述关联请求时,服务器200停止执行所述关联请求,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
S500:服务器200建立第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联。
在确认了第二对象160的身份以及收到来自目标设备130关于关联请求的确认之后,出于安全方面的考虑,服务器200在建立第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联之前,还需要验证第一对象110的身份,以确保是本人操作。
图6示出了根据本说明书实施例提供的一种建立所述关联的流程图。在一些实施例中,为了实现步骤S500,即服务器200建立第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联,服务器200被用于执行图6示出的步骤,包括S510~S550。
S510:向目标设备130发送针对第一对象110的身份验证信息。所述身份验证信息可以包括验证码验证和生物特征验证中的至少一种。比如,服务器200可以向目标设备130发送一条短信验证码。再比如,服务器200可以向目标设备130发送一个指纹验证请求、掌纹验证请求、声音验证请求或面部识别验证请求,等等。
S530:接收目标设备130发送的身份验证结果。当服务器200向目标设备130发送的是短信验证码时,第一对象110通过登录目标APP将所述验证码发送给服务器200。当服务器200向目标设备130发送的是指纹验证请求、掌纹验证请求、声音验证请求或面部识别验证请求时,第一对象110通过目标设备130采集自身的指纹数据、掌纹数据、声音数据或面部图像数据,并发送给服务器200。
S550:当第一对象110的身份验证结果为通过时,建立第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联。服务器200根据目标设备130发送的数据与存储在数据库150中或服务器200中的第一对象110的数据进行对比,如果匹配,则证明第一对象110通过了身份验证,则服务器200建立第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联。如果第一对象110没有通过身份验证,则服务器200停止执行所述关联请求,第二对象160可以重新发起关联请求。
在步骤S550中,在建立所述关联之前,第一对象110可以对所述关联的适用范围作出一些规定,以满足不同用户的使用需求。比如服务器200可以向目标设备130发送关联选择信息;然后,接收目标设备130发送的对所述关联选择信息的关联选择结果;基于所述关联选择结果建立所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联。
所述关联选择信息包括以下选择信息中的至少一种:从目标虚拟资源170中选择至少一个同所述第二对象160的生物特征建立关联;所述关联的使用场景的选择;以及关联限定额度的选择。
如前所述,目标虚拟资源170可以包括多个子目标虚拟资源,例如,子目标虚拟资源170-1、子目标虚拟资源170-2,等等。例如,子目标虚拟资源170-1是中国银行银联卡账户,子目标虚拟资源170-2是中国工商银行银联卡账户,子目标虚拟资源170-3是余额宝账户。在一些实施例中,所述关联选择信息可以包括:第一对象110要从目标虚拟资源170的多个子目标虚拟资源中选择至少一个同所述第二对象160的生物特征建立关联。
在一些实施例中,所述关联选择信息还可以包括:第一对象110要选择所述关联适用的使用场景。例如,某品牌超市支付场景、某品牌饭店支付场景、某商场支付场景等等。在第一对象110选定的使用场景中,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联成立,在第一对象110未选定的使用场景中,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联不成立。
在一些实施例中,所述关联选择信息还可以包括:选择与所述第二对象160的生物特征关联的子目标虚拟资源的限定额度。例如:每日限定支付额度,单次支付限定额度,等等。当然,所述关联选择信息还可以包括其他信息,比如,关联地点的选择,关联时间的选择,等等。
第一对象110通过目标设备130对服务器200发送对所述关联选择信息做出的选择,并生成所述关联选择结果,所述关联选择结果通过目标设备130发送至服务器200。
服务器200在接收到目标设备130发送的所述关联选择结果后,基于所述关联选择结果建立所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联。
通过本说明书提供的将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法建立的第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联可以适用于不同的支付场景。所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联包括目标虚拟资源170向可支付设备进行转移的许可证。其中,所述可支付设备可以是具有生物特征识别功能的支付设备,例如超市中的IOT人脸支付设备,也可以是POS机,等等。所述许可证是指相应功能应用的授权许可。在一些实施例中,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联包括目标虚拟资源170向请求设备140转移的许可证,也就是说,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联允许将目标虚拟资源170向请求设备140支付。在一些实施例中,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联包括目标虚拟资源170向与请求设备140关联的第三对象190转移的许可证,也就是说,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联允许将目标虚拟资源170向和请求设备140有关联的第三对象190支付。当然,在一些实施例中,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联包括目标虚拟资源170向所有可支付设备转移的许可证,也就是说,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联允许将目标虚拟资源170向所有可支付设备支付。
图7示出了一种关联关系示意图。第二对象160在图7中所示的IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a上发起了关联请求,并成功建立第二对象160的生物特征与目标虚拟资源170的关联。IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a同第三对象190身份关联。第三对象190又同时关联多个IOT人脸识别支付设备,例如,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1b,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1c,等等。在一些实施例中,所述关联可以仅在发起关联请求的IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a上成立。例如,第二对象160在IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a上进行支付时,第二对象160的生物特征与目标虚拟资源170的关联成立,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a可以通过采集第二对象160的生物特征确认所述关联关系,从而从目标虚拟资源170中完成支付。当第二对象160在与第三对象190关联的其他设备上支付时,比如,在IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1b上支付时,所述关联不成立,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1b无法从目标虚拟资源170扣款。
在另一些实施例中,所述关联可以在与请求设备IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a有预设关联关系的第三对象190关联的所有设备上成立。例如,第二对象160在IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1a上发起了关联请求,并成功建立第二对象160的生物特征与目标虚拟资源170的关联。第二对象160在IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1b或IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1c上进行支付时,第二对象160的生物特征与目标虚拟资源170的关联成立,IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1b或IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1c可以通过采集第二对象160的生物特征确认所述关联关系,从而从目标虚拟资源170中完成支付。当第二对象160在其他与第三对象190没有关联关系的设备上支付时,所述关联不成立,所述其他设备无法从目标虚拟资源170扣款。
当然,所述第二对象160的生物特征同目标虚拟资源170的关联可以适用于所有支付场景,即所述关联在所有的可支付IOT人脸识别支付设备140-1设备上均成立。
当然,第一对象110可以和一个第二对象160建立关联关系,也可以和多个第二对象160建立关联关系。同时,目标虚拟资源170可以和一个第二对象160建立关联关系,也可以和多个第二对象160建立关联关系。例如,第一对象110可以同时和父母、配偶、子女建立关联关系。当然,第二对象160也可以和一个第一对象110建立关联关系,或者和多个第一对象110建立关联关系。同时,第二对象160可以和一个目标虚拟资源170建立关联关系,也可以和多个目标虚拟资源170建立关联关系。比如,老人可以同时和大儿子、小儿子以及女儿建立关联关系。
综上可知,本说明书提供的将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法、系统100和存储介质,可以通过请求设备140(第三方设备)将第二对象160的生物特征同与第一对象110相关联的目标虚拟资源170之间建立关联,而不需要第一对象110和第二对象160面对面,也不需要第二对象160先申请账号,所述关联可以仅适用于所述请求设备140,也可以适用于与所述请求设备140有预设关联的第三对象190,也可以适用于所有场景。所述方法和系统100为那些不熟悉互联网、没有账号、又无法及时面对面申请关联的用 户提供了极大的便利。
本说明书另一方面提供一种非暂时性存储介质,存储有至少一组用来将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联的可执行指令,当所述可执行指令被处理器执行时,所述可执行指令指导所述处理器实施本说明书所述的将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联的方法的步骤。在一些可能的实施方式中,本说明书的各个方面还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码。当所述程序产品在目标设备130上运行时,所述程序代码用于使目标设备130执行本说明书描述的推送信息的步骤。用于实现上述方法的程序产品可以采用便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)并包括程序代码,并可以在目标设备130,例如个人电脑上运行。然而,本说明书的程序产品不限于此,在本说明书中,可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统(例如处理器220)使用或者与其结合使用。所述程序产品可以采用一个或多个可读介质的任意组合。可读介质可以是可读信号介质或者可读存储介质。可读存储介质例如可以为但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。可读存储介质的更具体的例子包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。所述计算机可读存储介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了可读程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。可读存储介质还可以是可读存储介质以外的任何可读介质,该可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。可读存储介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于无线、有线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本说明书操作的程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、C++等,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在目标设备130上执行、部分地在目标设备130上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在目标设备130上部分在远程计算设备上执行、或者完全在远程计算设备或服务器(服务器200)上执行。在涉及远程计算设备的情形中,远程计算设备可以通过网络120连接到目标设备130,或者,可以连接到外部计算设备。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种将生物特征同虚拟资源关联的方法,包括:
    服务器接收请求设备发送的将第一对象同第二对象相关联的关联请求,其中,所述第一对象同目标虚拟资源相关联;
    所述服务器通过目标设备确认所述第一对象同意所述关联请求,其中,所述目标设备同所述第一对象相关联;
    所述服务器建立所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器通过所述目标设备确认所述第一对象同意所述关联请求包括:
    接收所述请求设备发送的所述第二对象的生物特征;
    向所述目标设备发送所述第二对象的生物特征以及对所述第二对象的生物特征的验证请求;
    接收所述目标设备发送的同意所述关联请求的确认信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器通过所述目标设备确认所述第一对象同意所述关联请求包括:
    接收所述请求设备发送的所述第二对象的生物特征;
    接收所述目标设备发送的所述第二对象的身份信息;
    将所述第二对象的生物特征与所述第二对象的身份信息进行匹配;
    接收所述目标设备发送的同意所述关联请求的确认信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述将所述第二对象的生物特征与所述第二对象的身份信息进行匹配包括:
    将所述第二对象的生物特征同所述第二对象的身份信息发送给认证系统进行匹配分析;
    当所述第二对象的生物特征同所述第二对象的身份信息相匹配时,向所述目标设备发送匹配结果,以及针对所述关联请求的确认请求。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述关联请求还包括所述请求设备的设备标识,其中,所述请求设备同所述服务器进行通讯。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联包括所述目标虚拟资源向所述请求设备或第三对象转移的许可证,其中,所述请求设备与所述第三对象关联。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器建立所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联还包括:
    向所述目标设备发送针所述第一对象的身份验证信息;
    接收所述目标设备发送的身份验证结果;
    当所述身份验证结果为通过时,建立所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述身份验证信息包括验证码验证和生物特征验证中的至少一种。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述建立所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联包括:
    向所述目标设备发送关联选择信息;
    接收对所述关联选择信息的关联选择结果;
    建立所述第二对象的生物特征同所述目标虚拟资源的关联。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述关联选择信息包括至少一种:
    从所述目标虚拟资源中选择至少一个同所述第二对象的生物特征建立关联;
    所述关联的使用场景的选择;以及
    关联限定额度的选择。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述生物特征包括面部图像、虹膜、巩膜、指纹、掌纹、声纹、骨骼投影中的一种或多种。
  12. 一种将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联的系统,包括:
    至少一个存储器,所述至少一个存储器包括至少一个指令集用于将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联;以及
    至少一个处理器,同所述至少一个存储器进行通讯,
    其中当所述系统运行时,所述至少一个处理器读取所述至少一个指令集并实施权利要求1-11中任一项所述的将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联的方法。
  13. 一种非暂时性存储介质,存储有至少一个指令集用于将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联,当所述至少一个指令集被处理器执行时,所述处理器根据所述至少一个指令集实施权利要求1-11中任一项所述的将生物特征同虚拟资源建立关联的方法。
