The proposed device mainly relates to the field of alternative energy, and can also be used in the field of automotive and mechanical engineering. Existing types of alternative energy depend on the source of use - solar energy from the sun, wind energy from the wind, water energy from water, etc. The reserves of traditional energy sources such as oil, gas and coal are reduced and their cost is high, and their use leads to the greenhouse effect on the planet. This device can be used outdoors and in any enclosed apartment or house, in small enterprises consuming electricity without pollution and without depending on the source and for power consumption -such as solar or wind.

The advantages of using are the renewability of alternative energy sources, environmental safety, accessibility and the possibility of use in a wide range of applications, low cost as a result of application.
However, the disadvantages of use include the high cost of equipment and significant material costs at the stages of construction and installation.

The essence of the proposed device is that the production of alternative energy does not depend on weather conditions and similar factors. The proposed device can work around the clock with the necessary adjustment -more or less consumption, and produce enough electricity for the domestic needs of houses and apartments.
