本实用新型涉及包装技术领域,具体涉及一种气柱包装袋。
背景技术
市场上用来包装产品的内包装大多数都是使用保利龙、EPE、瓦楞纸、纸浆铸模等内包装,这类包装在产品运输过程中能起到保护作用,但是外型不够美观,不防潮,不防水,使用这类包装的产品在运输过程中,因包装内箱空隙大,物品经常移位造成损坏经常会发生,这类包装表面不够平整,占用空间,增加运输和储存费用,这类包装使用的原材料不够环保,丢弃后容易污染环境。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种气柱包装袋,不仅未充气前表面完全平整,而且在使用过程中能够防潮和防水,能确实的保护所包装的产品,同时外型美观,有助于提升产品和公司形象。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种气柱包装袋,包括进气孔、充气通道、逆止阀、热封线和气室,所述进气孔与所述充气通道贯通,所述充气通道的两边包括相互平行的第一热封线和第二热封线,所述气室的四边设有所述热封线,所述充气通道和所述气室通过所述第一热封线分隔开,所述第一热封线上设有所述逆止阀,所述逆止阀贯穿所述充气通道和所述气室。
优选地,所述气室呈柱状型,所述气室垂直于所述充气通道方向延伸设置。
优选地,所述气室至少两个,所述气室沿着所述充气通道进气方向并排设置。
优选地,所述气室上设有至少一个所述逆止阀。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
与现有技术相比较,上述技术方案至少具有的有益效果是:
1.通过将进气孔与充气通道贯通,充气通道的两边包括相互平行的第一热封线和第二热封线,在气室的四边设有热封线,充气通道和气室通过第一热封线分隔开,在第一热封线上设有逆止阀,将逆止阀贯穿充气通道和气室,实现气柱包装袋中的气室充满空气,由未充气前完全平整的状态变为充气状态,作为产品内包装使用,能确实的保护所包装的产品。
2.通过将气室的数量设置为至少两个,气室沿着充气通道进气方向并排设置,实现根据产品包装的实际需要,若包装有损坏,只一条气柱消气,不影响其它气柱,能确实的保护所包装的产品。

请参阅附图1,本实用新型提供一种气柱包装袋,包括进气孔1、充气通道2、逆止阀3、热封线4和气室5,将进气孔1与充气通道2贯通,充气通道2的两边包括相互平行的第一热封线6和第二热封线7,在气室5的四边设有热封线4,充气通道2和气室5通过第一热封线6分隔开,在第一热封线6上设有逆止阀3,将逆止阀3贯穿充气通道2和气室5,充气头可以插入预留的进气孔1,给气柱包装袋通气,气体可以通过充气通道2流动,逆止阀3可以使气体从充气通道2到气室5过程中单向流动,可以实现气柱包装袋中的气室5充满空气,由未充气前完全平整的状态变为充气状态,作为产品内包装使用,能确实的保护所包装的产品。
可理解的,气室5呈柱状型,气室5垂直于充气通道2方向延伸设置,气室5呈柱 状型可以在垂直于充气通道2方向设置数量相对更多的气室5,抗震保护效果更好,能确实的保护所包装的产品。
可理解的,气室5至少两个,气室5沿着充气通道2进气方向并排设置,可以根据实际包装需要,设置多个气室5,若包装有损坏,只一条气室5消气,不影响其它气室5,能确实的保护所包装的产品。
可理解的,在气室5上设有至少一个逆止阀3,在本实施例中,每个气室5配备两个逆止阀3,可以使气体从充气通道2到气室5过程中单向流动,其中数量可以根据实际充气需要设置,较佳的,逆止阀3的数量为2个,可以实现在充气过程中气柱包装袋比较快速的充满气体,在产品运输的过程中不会漏气,起着确实保护产品的作用。
综上,充气前,气柱包装袋的表面完全平整,质轻体积小,在给气柱包装袋充气的过程中,通过外接充气头,插入进气孔1,给气柱包装袋通气,通气适可为止,因此,本实用新型气柱包装袋在使用前不仅表面完全平整,不占空间可节省大量的运输和储存费用,同时包装袋材质所用原料皆不含有毒物质及有毒重金属,可以回收,无环保问题,而且可以运用专用生产机械设备,采用全自动生产线生产,计算机辅助制造自动控制,易生产,易修改,快捷简便,以减少硬件模具开模、试模、修模、上下更换模具的困扰,在产品运输的过程中,能够防潮,防水,能确实的保护所包装的产品,可靠性高,广泛取代现有内包装材料,例如保利龙、EPE、瓦楞纸、纸浆铸模等内包装材料,是最经济、最符合环保的包装方式。
