本发明涉及电声技术领域,尤其涉及一种发声装置。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,在音频设备快速发展的过程中,人们对产品的功能性要求越来越强,对于发声装置,越来越多人对其音频性能等提出了较高的要求。发声装置一般包括盆架以及固定在盆架上的振动系统以及磁路系统,现有技术中的盆架结构复杂,且与磁路系统以及振动系统的固定不太稳定。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种振动系统与磁路系统稳定固定于盆架的发声装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种发声装置,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括磁钢以及收容所述磁钢的磁碗,所述盆架包括第一架体、设置于所述第一架体内侧的第二架体以及连接所述第一架体与所述第二架体的底壁,所述磁碗收容于所述第二架体内,且所述第二架体的内壁设有与所述磁碗的外壁抵接以固定所述磁碗的凸起结构。
优选地,所述凸起结构为沿所述振动系统振动方向延伸的条状凸起。
优选地,所述条状凸起的厚度自靠近底壁一端向远离底壁的一端逐渐增大。
优选地,所述磁碗的外壁上设有凹槽,所述第二架体的内壁上设有插置于所述凹槽内的插入件。
优选地,所述磁钢与所述磁碗之间形成磁间隙,所述振动系统包括插设于所述磁间隙内的音圈,所述音圈两端设有音圈引线,所述磁碗设有第一间隙,所述第二架体设有与所述第一间隙对应的第二间隙,所述音圈引线依次穿过所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙与外部电路连接。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的盆架中设置第一架体进行振动系统的固定,设置第二架体进行磁路系统的固定。磁钢固定于磁碗内,第二架体内壁设置与磁碗外壁抵接的凸起件,可以增大第二架体内壁与磁碗外壁之间的摩擦力,使得磁路系统与第二架体的连接更加稳定。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明公开了一种发声装置,包括盆架1、固定于盆架1的振动系统2以及驱动振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3,磁路系统3包括磁钢32以及收容磁钢32的磁碗31,盆架1包括第一架体11、设置于第一架体11内侧的第二架体12以及连接第一架体11与第二架体12的底壁13,磁碗31收容于第二架体12内,且第二架体12的内壁设有与磁碗31的外壁抵接以固定磁碗31的凸起结构121。振动系统2振动系统2磁路系统3振动系统2磁路系统3盆架1盆架1振动系统2第一架体11第一架体11第二架体12第二架体12磁路系统3磁路系统3相较于现有技术,本发明的盆架1中设置第一架体11进行振动系统2的固定,设置第二架体12进行磁路系统3的固定。磁钢32固定于磁碗31内,第二架体12内壁设置与磁路系统3外壁抵接的凸起结构121,可以增大第二架体12内壁与磁碗31磁路系统3外壁之间的摩擦力,使得磁路系统3与第二架体12的连接更加稳定。
请进一步参阅图5,磁碗31包括两个磁碗单体311,磁碗单体311对称拼接形成容纳磁钢32的中空腔体,磁钢32包括两个磁钢单体321,两个磁钢单体321分别固定于相应的磁碗单体311中,两个磁钢单体321通过导磁件相连。
在本实施例中,凸起结构121包括靠近底壁13的第一凸起结构121以及远离底壁13的第二凸起结构121,第一凸起结构121用于固定一个磁碗单体311,第二凸起结构121用于固定另一个磁碗单体311。
具体地,第一凸起结构121以及第二凸起结构121均为沿振动系统2振动方向延伸的条状凸起。将第一凸起结构121以及第二凸起结构121设置在振动系统2的振动方向上,有利于增强磁碗单体311与第二架体12之间的摩擦力,避免磁碗单体311在磁场的作用下产生振动。
进一步地,第一凸起结构121的厚度自靠近底壁13一端向远离底壁13的一端逐渐增大。磁碗单体311由靠近底壁13的第二架体12端部插入,在不断远离底壁13的位置将第一凸起结构121的厚度增大,可以使得磁碗单体311与第一凸起结构121之间的作用力不断增强,以保证磁碗单体311固定更加牢固。
在本实施例中,两个磁碗单体311的拼接面上均设有凹陷位,两个凹陷位拼接形成凹槽312,第二架体12的内壁上设有插置于凹槽312内的插入件122。插入件122与凹槽312的尺寸一致,可以进一步限制磁路系统3在盆架1内的旋转移动,起到了加固磁碗31的作用,同时由于凹槽设置于两个磁碗单体311之间,其与插入件122配合可以同时限制磁路系统3不必要的转动,提高了发声装置结构的稳定性。
在本实施例中,磁钢32与磁碗31之间形成磁间隙33,振动系统2包括插设于磁间隙33内的音圈21、与音圈21固定连接的音圈骨架22、通过音圈骨架22驱动发声的上振膜23以及弹性支撑音圈骨架22的下振膜24,音圈21两端设有音圈引线,磁碗31设有第一间隙313,第二架体12设有与第一间隙313对应的第二间隙123,音圈引线依次穿过第一间隙313以及第二间隙123与外部电路连接。
具体地,当音圈21收到电信号后,音圈21的周围产生电磁场与磁路系统3的固有磁场产生作用,音圈21在磁间隙33内上下振动,音圈骨架22通过第一间隙313以及第二间隙123与音圈21同时振动,上振膜23以及下振膜24在音圈骨架22的带动下振动发声。第一间隙313以及第二间隙123的设置既可以实现音圈21与音圈骨架22的固定连接,同时可以保证音圈骨架22、上振膜23以及下振膜24的振动不受影响。
请进一步参阅图6,音圈骨架22包括连接上振膜23和下振膜24的主体部221以及自主体部221向音圈21方向延伸的传动部222,传动部222穿过第一间隙313与第二间隙123与音圈21固定连接。
需要说明的是,主体部221设置在第一架体11与第二架体12之间,为环形圈体结构,传动部222沿主体部221的内壁向主体部221的中心轴方向延伸并依次穿过第二间隙123以及第一间隙313从而固定音圈21。传动部222包括多个,均匀分布在主体部221的内壁上,可以更加稳定的固定音圈21。
在本实施例中,上振膜23包括第一上振膜231以及设于第一上振膜231内的第二上振膜232,第一上振膜231连接于主体部221与第一架体11之间,第二上振膜232连接于主体部221与第二架体12之间,第一上振膜231以及第二上振膜232共同维持音圈21支架的一端稳定,下振膜24维持音圈21支架的另一端稳定。

  1. 一种发声装置,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括磁钢以及收容所述磁钢的磁碗,其特征在于,所述盆架包括第一架体、设置于所述第一架体内侧的第二架体以及连接所述第一架体与所述第二架体的底壁,所述磁碗收容于所述第二架体内,且所述第二架体的内壁设有与所述磁碗的外壁抵接以固定所述磁碗的凸起结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述凸起结构为沿所述振动系统振动方向延伸的条状凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述条状凸起的厚度自靠近底壁一端向远离底壁的一端逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁碗的外壁上设有凹槽,所述第二架体的内壁上设有插置于所述凹槽内的插入件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁钢与所述磁碗之间形成磁间隙,所述振动系统包括插设于所述磁间隙内的音圈,所述音圈两端设有音圈引线,所述磁碗设有第一间隙,所述第二架体设有与所述第一间隙对应的第二间隙,所述音圈引线依次穿过所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙与外部电路连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与所述音圈固定连接的音圈骨架、通过所述音圈骨架驱动发声的上振膜以及弹性支撑所述音圈骨架的下振膜,所述音圈骨架包括连接所述上振膜和所述下振膜的主体部以及自所述主体部向所述音圈方向延伸的传动部,所述传动部依次穿过所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙并与所述音圈固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁碗包括两个磁碗单体,所述磁碗单体对称拼接形成容纳所述磁钢的中空腔体,所述凹槽设置于两个磁碗单体连接处。
