灯模块 技术领域
本发明涉及电气连接领域,属于一种灯模块。
背景技术
开关接线装置是一种具有连接电路或线路的电源开关组件,安装于电子、电机设备的操作面板或配电箱,用以连接配线电路。开关接线装置应用被包覆在绝缘壳体(通常由塑料材料制成)内的导电元件、螺丝锁接电子、电机设备的配线电路或导线,配合开关按钮的操作,控制导电元件和配线电路或导线的通电或断电,而建立开、关电路的电源作用,是已知技术;例如,专利申请号为201310294137.8,专利名称为开关改良结构的专利提供了一个典型的实施例。
一个有关这类开关接线装置在操作使用和结构设计方面的课题是,绝缘壳体设有相通的插线孔和操作螺丝的锁接孔,提供人员操作工具控制螺丝锁合从插线孔进入的导线。实务上,必须先使螺丝位在松释状态,以便让导线插入插线孔;当螺丝位在松释状态时,螺丝会有偏斜情形,因此常造成人员操作螺丝对准锁合导线和接电头(或称接电端子)的作业,变得麻烦和困难。
为了改善上述问题,现有技术也揭示了一种在绝缘壳体和接电头上设置导引槽和导条、弹簧配合的结构。但所述结构不仅比较复杂,增加了制造成本;并且,通常必须增加壳体体积,以避免该导引结构和导电元件产生干涉。再者,增加壳体体积也不利于开关接线端子装置小型化的演进和设计趋势。
在某些使用的环境(例如机器设备的运转会产生震动情形),长期使用的过程,容易使螺丝松动,造成线材松脱的情形。特别是,螺丝机构和导线或线材的枢 接作业都必须使用工具才能操作锁紧、放松的工作,相对也比较麻烦;而这种情形并不是我们所期望的。
现有技术也揭示一种配合壳体内部结构设计,应用外型成α轮廓的金属弹片,压制导线或线材,来取代螺丝机构锁接导线的结构。不过,就像那些对该技艺熟悉的人所知悉,α型金属弹片除了弯折成特殊形状的作业外,在金属弹片上还必须开设口部,使它的另一端穿过口部,在口部上形成可摆动结构,以便压制导线。因此,α型金属弹片在结构制作上比较麻烦、复杂;而这种情形并不是我们所期望的。
代表性的来说,这些参考数据显示了在有关开关接线装置与相关组合设计方面的技艺;如果重新设计考虑该绝缘壳体和导电元件、接电头、开关的结构组合,使其构造不同于常用者,将可改变它的使用形态,而有别于旧法;实质上,也会增加它的应用范围。例如,在符合不增加开关接线装置体积的条件下,使它们的结构易于制作和操作,改善常知操作螺丝对准锁合导线和接电头的作业麻烦和困难、绝缘壳体组合导引槽、导条、弹簧、应用α型金属弹片等复杂结构的情形等。
现有技术中针对不同的电压需要选取不同规格的灯模块,需要设置有多个不同的电路模块。
且在现有技术中,由于产品结构和使用环境的限制,如需要在满足产品使用需求的情况下不增加产品体积实现接线的快速接入和退出是迫切需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在不增加产品体积的情况下,能够实现导线的 快速插入和拔出提高接线速度,且安全性较高的灯模块。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种灯模块所述灯模块包括壳体,电路模块,接线单元体,其中,
壳体内设置有电路模块和接线单元体;
电路模块与接线单元体相配合用于点亮电路模块中设置的发光体;
接线单元体设置于壳体内部,接线单元体内设置有用于实现导线与接线单元体的连接的导电部、用于实现导线退出接线单元体内设置的导电部的按压部,通过操作按压部能够实现接入导电部内的导线的快速拔出;其中所述壳体上设置有供导线插入导电部的导线插入口,其中所述壳体上设置有容纳所述按压部的按压孔,所述按压部能够沿着所述按压孔的中心轴线做上下移动。
由以上技术内容可知,本发明的有益效果在于:接线单元体内设置有用于实现导线与接线单元体的连接的导电部、用于实现导线退出接线单元体内设置的导电部的按压部,通过操作按压部能够实现接入导电部内的导线的快速拔出;这种结构能够通过操作机构操作使按压部使按压部沿着单元壳体上设置的路径移动与从而让按压部的下部与弹簧的第二弹性触脚相接触,继续移动按压部使弹簧的第二触脚与导线之间存在间隙,则可使导线从灯模块中拔出,同时这种设计也便于后续的检测以及导线的更换。
接线单元体包括单元壳体、弹簧、电流条,在安装过程中弹簧和电流条由塑料材质的单元壳体单独固定后再安装在壳体中,装配较便捷。且弹簧被包裹在电流条中,由于电流条的的硬度高于现有技术中的塑料的硬度,避免了在使用温度较高时塑料材质的单元壳体的变形,同时由于电流条为金属,导电性能较好,具有较好的实现电力传输的功能,人员操作简便的作用,也改善了旧法 导线金属裸端插伤壳体或使金属弹片产生偏摆,刮破壳体、夹制不稳定等情形。
相对于配线电路或导线的拆装都必须操作螺丝锁紧、放松的麻烦作业、螺丝位在松释状态时,螺丝会有偏斜造成人员操作螺丝对准锁合导线和接电头的作业,变得麻烦和困难,或应用α型金属弹片、在绝缘壳体和接电头上设置导引槽和导条、弹簧配合的结构,使结构变得比较复杂、增加制造成本和壳体体积,或机器设备的运转震动,使螺丝松动,造成线材松脱等情形,都获得明显的改善。
相较于现有技术中导线的插入口都设计在产品的低端,本发明中由于导线插入口的延长线与电路模块的发光体的中心轴线的延长线相交,所述壳体的侧面设置有供导线插入导电部的导线插入口。这种接线方式使得在需要连接多个灯模块的情况下可以将多个灯模块进行叠加,提高了产品的应用场景。
本技术中针对不同的接线电压不需要采用不同的灯具,由于采用了宽电压输入的方式,使得同样的电路下能够实现不同的输入电压的调整,使得同一发光体能够在不同的输入电压的情况下使用。节约了成本同时避免了多个发光体的采购。
应当理解,前述构思以及在下面更加详细地描述的额外构思的所有组合只要在这样的构思不相互矛盾的情况下都可以被视为本公开的发明主题的一部分。另外,所要求保护的主题的所有组合都被视为本公开的发明主题的一部分。

灯模块主要应用于按钮中的电气连接部件,用于通过按钮的移动实现连接与按钮底部的相关电路的通断。
如图1‐图8所示,一种灯模块,灯模块包括壳体,电路模块2,接线单元体,其中,壳体内设置有电路模块和接线单元体;
壳体分为两个部分,分别为第一壳体1和第二壳体10,第一壳体1和第二壳体10相闭合形成一容纳电路模块2和接线单元体的空间。
电路模块2与接线单元体相配合用于点亮电路模块2中设置的发光体8;
接线单元体设置于壳体内部,接线单元体内设置有用于实现导线25与接线单元体的连接的导电部、用于实现导线25退出接线单元体内设置的导电部的按压部3,通过操作按压部3能够实现接入导电部内的导线25的快速拔出;其中 所述壳体上设置有供导线25插入导电部的导线25插入口13,其中所述壳体上设置有容纳所述按压部3的按压孔,所述按压部3能够沿着所述按压孔的中心轴线做上下移动。
导线25插入口13的延长线与电路模块2中设置的发光体8的中心轴线的延长线相交。其中本发明中导线25插入方向与电路模块2中设置的发光体8的中心轴线的延长线相交,其中导线25插入口13的延长线与中杆的运动方向的延长线相交的夹角可以为直角或锐角。即可知导线25插入口13设置于壳体的两侧面,且在设计过程中为了实现发光体8的接通和断开,导线25插入口13必然设置有至少两个,且导线25插入口13的分布可以采用直线分布或对称分布的形式,本发明中主要对导线25插入口13对称分布于壳体两侧的情况做介绍。
接线单元体包括单元壳体5、弹簧4、电流条6,其中:所述电流条6设置于单元壳体5内,且所述电流条6的一端设置与电路模块2通过焊接连接,电流条6的另一端设置有弹簧4安装腔,其中所述弹簧4设置于弹簧4安装腔内,所述弹簧4的中部套接于与单元壳体5上设置的固定部21。
电路模块设置于壳体的中部,在所述电路模块的两侧分别设置有接线单元体,所述电路模块包括PCB电路组件9、与PCB电路组件9相连接的发光体8,其中:
发光体与PCB电路组件9通过导电柱7连接,壳体上设置有容纳所述导光柱7的凸出部,凸出部具有一中空通孔,所述通孔内套接有导光柱7,凸出部的顶部设置有发光体8。
所述电流条6设置于单元壳体5内,且所述电流条6的一端与电路模块通 过焊接连接,电流条6的另一端设置有弹簧4安装腔,其中所述弹簧4设置于弹簧4安装腔内,所述弹簧4的中部套接于与单元壳体5上设置的固定部21。
接线单元体包括单元壳体5、弹簧4、电流条6,其中:所述电流条6设置于单元壳体5内,且所述电流条6的一端设置与电路模块2焊接,电流条6的另一端设置有与电路模块2焊接的焊接臂,电流条6的另一端设置有弹簧4安装腔,其中所述弹簧4设置于弹簧4安装腔内,所述弹簧4的中部套接于与单元壳体5上设置的固定部21。
如图5所示,另一实施例中,接线单元体包括单元壳体5、两个弹簧4、电流条6,其中:所述电流条6设置于单元壳体5内,所述单元壳体5内设置有中间分隔腔24,在中间分隔腔24的两侧分别设置有一个弹簧4,且所述电流条6的一端与电路模块2连接,电流条6的另一端设置有第一脚部和第二脚部,其中所述第一脚部与第二脚部和电流条6组成两个弹簧4安装腔,其中所述两个弹簧4分别设置于弹簧4安装腔内,所述弹簧4的中部套接于与单元壳体5上设置的固定部21。弹簧4安装腔具有第一安装侧16、第二安装侧15和连接第一安装侧16和第二安装侧15的连接侧17。如图5中虚线所示为弹簧4在导线25插入接线单元体内时的运动轨迹,当导线25进入接线单元体内时,第二弹性触脚20在导线25的挤压下绕固定部21做摆动,当导线25进入到既定位置时,第二弹性触脚20停止摆动,且其紧紧与导线25相接触,防止导线25脱离接线单元体。
如图5所示,弹簧4具有固定端19,第一弹性触脚18和第二弹性触脚20,其中:所述第一弹性触脚18与第一安装侧16呈接触状态;第二弹性触脚20与第二安装侧15呈接触或分离状态,当导线25进入接线单元体内时,导线25位 于第二弹性触脚20和第二安装侧15之间,此时第二弹性触脚20与第二安装侧15呈分离状态;当导线25退出接线单元体内时,第二弹性触脚20和第二安装侧15呈接触状态。
在实施的过程中如需要在一个接线单元体内设置有两个导线25插入口13时,可以采用一个弹簧4,在此情况下,所述弹簧4可以为具有开口的V形体,其具有第一段26、第二段和连接第一段和第二段的弯曲段29,其中第一段26与弹簧4安装腔的第一安装侧16相接触,所述第二段成分叉结构从而具有第一腿部27和第二腿部28,其中所述第一腿部27和第二腿部28分别位于中间分隔腔24的两侧,第一腿部27和第二腿部28分别与第二安装侧15呈接触或分离状态,当导线25从两个导线25插入口13插入接线单元体内时,导线25分别位于第一腿部27与第二安装侧15以及第二腿部28与第二安装侧15之间,这时第一腿部27和第二腿部28均与第二安装侧15呈分离状态;当导线25从接线单元体中退出时,第一腿部27和第二腿部28在弹簧4力的作用下自动与第二安装侧15呈接触状态。
所述弹簧4安装腔具有第一安装侧16、第二安装侧15和连接第一安装侧16和第二安装侧15的连接侧17。
单元壳体5与壳体相配合形成容纳弹簧4和电流条6的空间。
按压部3包括按压主体,其中按压主体的上端面设置有按压槽14,所述按压槽14用于容纳操作机构,从而便于操作按压部3沿着接线单元体移动。
如图8所示,壳体底部设置有安装腿12,壳体的上部设置有安装槽11,其中所述安装腿12可以和安装槽11相配合。
在图8所示,在按压部3上部设置有测试孔,测试孔的中心轴线的延长线 与中杆主体2相交,其中测试孔的中心轴线的延长线与中杆主体的夹角可以为直角或锐角,当导线25插入口13的延长线与中杆的运动方向的延长线相交的夹角为直角时,则测试孔的中心轴线的延长线与中杆主体的夹角可以为直角或锐角;与此同时,当导线25插入口13的延长线与中杆的运动方向的延长线相交的夹角为锐角时,则测试孔的中心轴线的延长线与中杆主体的夹角可以为直角或锐角,为了节省产品的体积,在实施过程中测试孔的中心轴线与导线插入口13的延长线相平行。
在测试孔中设置有测试件30,测试件30用于对每个接线单元体进行测试,便于在连接过程中出了故障的检修。

    接线单元体设置于壳体内部,接线单元体内设置有用于实现导线与接线单元体的连接的导电部、用于实现导线退出接线单元体内设置的导电部的按压部,通过操作按压部能够实现接入导电部内的导线的快速拔出;其中所述壳体上设置有供导线插入导电部的导线插入口,其中所述壳体上设置有容纳所述按压部的按压孔,所述按压部能够沿着所述按压孔的中心轴线做上下移动。

  14. 根据权利要求13所述的灯模块,所述弹簧为具有开口的V形体,其具有第一段、第二段和连接第一段和第二段的弯曲段,其中第一段与弹簧安装腔的第一安装侧相接触,所述第二段成分叉结构从而具有第一腿部和第二腿部,其中所述第一腿部和第二腿部分别位于中间分隔腔的两侧,第一腿部和第二腿部分别与第二安装侧呈接触或分离状态,当导线从两个导线插入口插入接线单元体内时,导线分别位于第一腿部与第二安装侧以及第二腿部与第二安装侧之间,这时第一腿部和第二腿部均与第二安装侧呈分离状态;当导线从接线单元体中退出时,第一腿部和第二腿部在弹簧力的作用下自动与第二安装侧呈接触状态。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的灯模块,其特征在于,弹簧具有固定端,第一弹性触脚和第二弹性触脚,其中:
    所述第一弹性触脚与第一安装侧呈接触状态;第二弹性触脚与第二安装侧呈接触或分离状态,当导线进入接线单元体内时,导线位于第二弹性触脚和第二安装侧之间,此时第二弹性触脚与第二安装侧呈分离状态;当导线退出接线单元体内时,第二弹性触脚和第二安装侧呈接触状态。
  16. 根据权利要求5至12任一权利要求所述的灯模块,其特征在于,所述单元壳体与壳体相配合形成容纳弹簧和电流条的空间。
  17. 根据权利要求1至12任一权利要求所述的灯模块,其特征在于,所述按压部包括按压主体,其中按压主体的上端面设置有按压槽,所述按压槽用于容纳操作机构,从而便于操作按压部沿着接线单元体移动。
  18. 根据权利要求1至12任一权利要求所述的灯模块,其特征在于,所述 电路模块设置于壳体的中部,在所述电路模块的两侧分别设置有接线单元体,所述电路模块包括PCB电路组件、与PCB电路组件相连接的发光体,其中:
    发光体与PCB电路组件通过导电柱连接,壳体上设置有容纳所述导光柱的凸出部,凸出部具有一中空通孔,所述通孔内套接有导光柱,凸出部的顶部设置有发光体。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的触点模块,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有导线测试孔。
