  1. 一种高效化工生产用物料混合装置,包括支撑底板(4),支撑底板(4)的上方设置有混合箱(7),混合箱(7)的下表面两端设置有出料管(14),其特征在于:所述支撑底板(4)的上表面中部设置有第一驱动电机(1),第一驱动电机(1)的输出端设置有传动方杆(2),混合箱(7)的下表面设置有与传动方杆(2)相对应的传动方管(3),混合箱(7)的两侧设置有限位件(6),支撑底板(4)的上表面两端设置有与限位件(6)相对应的第一液压缸(5),混合箱(7)的上方设置有搅拌机构(8),搅拌机构(8)包括破碎箱(895),破碎箱(895)的两侧设置有与限位件(6)相对应的第二液压缸(85),破碎箱(895)的两端设置有与第二液压缸(85)相对应的固定件(86),破碎箱(895)的上表面两端设置有第三驱动电机(891),第三驱动电机(891)的输出端设置有第二传动杆(893),第二传动杆(893)的两侧设置有破碎件(894),破碎箱(895)的上表面两端还设置有进料管(88)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述破碎箱(895)的底端设置有第二驱动电机(83),破碎箱(895)的顶端设置有与第二驱动电机(83)相对应的第三液压缸(892),第二驱动电机(83)的输出端设置有第一传动杆(82),第一传动杆(82)的两侧设置有搅拌件(81)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌件(81)为圆柱体结构,搅拌件(81)与第一传动杆(82)通过焊接方式固定连接,破碎箱(895)的顶端设置有与进料 管(88)相对应的导流板(87)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述导流板(87)为长方体结构,导流板(87)与破碎箱(895)通过焊接方式固定连接,固定件(86)为“T”字形结构,固定件(86)的一端与第二液压缸(85)通过焊接方式固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述破碎箱(895)的底端还设置有与混合箱(7)相对应的密封套筒(84),密封套筒(84)的材质为橡胶,密封套筒(84)的顶端与破碎箱(895)通过胶水粘合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述混合箱(7)的内壁上设置有扰流板(10),扰流板(10)为长方体结构,混合箱(7)与扰流板(10)通过焊接方式固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述混合箱(7)的顶端设置有防护圆盘(9),防护圆盘(9)的材质为橡胶,防护圆盘(9)与混合箱(7)通过螺丝钉固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述混合箱(7)的两端设置有限位圆盘(11),限位圆盘(11)的材质为不锈钢,限位件(6)的两端设置有与限位圆盘(11)相对相对应的限位滑轨(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述限位滑轨(13)为“匚”字形结构,限位滑轨(13)与限位件(6)通过焊接方式固定连接,限位滑轨(13)的一端镶嵌有与 限位圆盘(11)相对应的限位滚珠(12)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的高效化工生产用物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述限位滚珠(12)的材质为不锈钢,限位圆盘(11)与混合箱(7)通过焊接方式固定连接。
