具体实施方式
参照图1至图7,包括灯体1,所述灯体包括底壁2,所述底壁2的两侧均设置有侧壁3,两所述侧壁3之间形成光源腔11,所述光源腔11内设置有光源组件12,所述光源腔11的出光口设置有透光板4,其特征在于,还包括压紧板31以及密封条32,所述压紧板31以及所述密封条32均沿所述灯体1的长度方向设置,所述压紧板31、所述透光板4以及所述密封条32由上至下依次分布,所述灯体1的侧壁3开设有容置槽33,所述压紧板31用以将所述透光板4压紧于所述灯体1的侧壁3,且压紧于所述灯体1侧壁3的所述透光板4用以将所述密封条32压紧于所述容置槽33内,以使所述密封条32紧贴于所述透光板4以及紧贴于所述容置槽33的内壁。
通过上述的结构设置,使用时,光源腔内的光源组件发出的光线可以经透光板向水族箱投射,以实现水族灯对水族箱的投射照明使用,结构简单,使用方便。进一步地,通过压紧板将透光板压紧于灯体的侧壁,且压紧于灯体侧壁的透光板将密封条压紧于容置槽内,以使密封条紧贴于透光板以及紧贴于容置槽的内壁。具体地,透光板与密封条的紧贴实现第一层密封防水,容置槽的内壁与密封条的紧贴实现第二层密封防水,即实现了水族灯的双重密封防水结构,密封防水效果显著,确保外界的水汽无法从透光板与灯体之间进入至光源 腔内,进而确保光源腔内的电子元件不会受到外界水汽的影响,有效地确保水族灯的使用寿命,结构简单、可靠。
本实施例中,所述灯体1的侧壁3开设有限位卡槽34,所述限位卡槽34沿所述灯体1的长度方向设置,所述压紧板31包括压紧部311以及卡块部312,所述压紧部311用以压紧于所述透光板4,所述卡块部312卡入于所述限位卡槽34。通过上述结构的设置,卡块部311卡入限位卡槽34内,使卡块部311限位,进而将压紧板31限位,减少因压紧板31移动而影响产品的密封性,进一步地强化了水族灯的防水效果,结构简单,防水效果明显,使用方便。灯体的两侧壁3均设有阶梯状开槽,阶梯状开槽沿灯体1的长度方向设置,两阶梯状开槽之间形成安装槽,透光板4卡入安装槽内,实现透光板4的安装。安装槽将透光板4限定在安装槽内,防止因透光板4偏移影响产品的密封性,进一步地强化了水族灯的防水效果,结构简单,防水效果明显,使用方便。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括第一螺钉5,所述灯体1的侧壁3开设有第一螺纹槽35,所述第一螺纹槽35沿所述灯体1的长度方向设置,所述第一螺钉5穿过所述压紧部311并螺纹连接于所述第一螺纹槽35。通过上述结构的设置,第一螺钉5穿过压紧部311并螺纹连接于第一螺纹槽35,将压紧部311固定在侧壁3上,进一步限定了压紧部311的位置,使压紧部311更好地将透光板4压紧于灯体1的侧壁3,因此,也就使透光板更好地将密封条压紧于容置槽内,进而使密封条32可以更好地紧贴于透光板4以及更好地紧贴于容置槽33的内壁,增强防水效果,结构简单,使用方便。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括侧盖6,所述侧盖6依次将所述压紧板4、所述灯体侧壁3的侧部以及所述灯体侧壁3的底部包覆,以使所述侧盖6盖合于所述灯体的侧壁3。具体地,侧盖6依次将压紧板4、灯体侧壁3的侧部以 及灯体侧壁3的底部包覆,盖合于灯体1的侧壁3,将灯体1的侧壁3包覆,能有效地保护内部的结构,也使产品的外观整洁大方,能有效地提升用户的使用体验与观感效果。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括端盖7以及密封垫9,所述密封垫9设置在所述端盖7内,所述端盖7盖合于所述灯体1的端部以及所述透光板4的端部,用以将所述密封垫9压紧贴合于所述灯体1端部的端面以及所述透光板4端部的端面。通过上述的结构设置,确保水汽无法从灯体的两端进入至灯体内,全方位实现了灯体的密封,有效地提升了产品的可靠性,结构简单,使用方便。
进一步地,所述端盖7还盖合于所述侧盖6的端部,用以将所述密封垫9压紧贴合于所述侧盖6端部的端面。这样,通过将密封垫9压紧贴合于侧盖6端部的端面,以增大密封垫的密封面积,进一步地提升灯体端部的密封效果,结构简单、可靠。其中,在装配的过程中,密封垫朝向灯体的侧面可以涂覆环氧树脂密封胶水,以使密封效果更佳。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括第二螺钉8,所述灯体的侧壁3开设有第二螺纹槽36,所述第二螺纹槽36沿所述灯体1的长度方向设置,所述第二螺钉8依次穿过所述端盖7、所述密封垫9并螺纹连接于所述第二螺纹槽36,设计合理,结构简单、可靠,有效地提升产品结构的稳定性。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括控制器14以及适配器15,所述控制器14与所述适配器15电连接,所述控制器14还包括控制连接线13,所述控制连接线13依次穿过所述端盖7、密封垫9并电连接于所述光源组件12。这样,控制器14与适配器15电连接,并通过控制连接线13电连接于光源组件12,实现了外部电源与光源组件12之间的电连接,密封垫9与控制连接线13之间的缝隙处还涂有环氧树脂密封胶水,环氧树脂密封胶水将密封垫9与控制连接 线13之间的缝隙填充密封,进一步提升了防水密封效果。适配器15调节输入和输出的电压电流。控制器14用以调节光源组件12的工作模式,可以选择不同的发光模式,调节灯光的亮度和颜色,满足用户不同的使用需求,使用方便,结构简单。
本实施例中,该水族灯还包括安装支架62,所述安装支架呈“U”形,所述灯体的侧壁3与所述侧盖6之间形成容置腔61,所述容置腔61沿所述灯体1的长度方向设置,所述安装支架62的末端部从所述容置腔61的端部可滑动地插入于所述容置腔内61。使用时,滑动安装支架62,即可将安装支架拉出,进而调节灯体两端的安装支架之间的距离,使水族灯可以适用于不同尺寸的水族箱,通用性强,使用方便。
本实施例中,所述光源组件12为LED光源组件,所述灯体的侧壁3设置有卡块37,所述卡块37与所述底壁2之间形成卡槽38,所述卡槽38用以卡紧所述LED光源组件的铝基板,且所述底壁2呈波浪状设置,并与所述LED光源组件的铝基板相贴合。装配时,将LED光源组件的铝基板卡入卡块37与所述底壁2之间所形成的卡槽38,进而实现铝基板的安装,结构简单、稳定。进一步地,底壁2呈波浪状设置,底壁2的波峰与LED光源组件的铝基板相贴合,底壁2的波谷与LED光源组件的铝基板之间形成空隙,便于LED光源组件工作时的散热,提升产品的使用寿命,结构简单、可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水族灯,包括灯体(1),所述灯体包括底壁(2),所述底壁(2)的两侧均设置有侧壁(3),两所述侧壁(3)之间形成光源腔(11),所述光源腔(11)内设置有光源组件(12),所述光源腔(11)的出光口设置有透光板(4),其特征在于,还包括压紧板(31)以及密封条(32),所述压紧板(31)以及所述密封条(32)均沿所述灯体(1)的长度方向设置,所述压紧板(31)、所述透光板(4)以及所述密封条(32)由上至下依次分布,所述灯体(1)的侧壁(3)开设有容置槽(33),所述压紧板(31)用以将所述透光板(4)压紧于所述灯体(1)的侧壁(3),且压紧于所述灯体(1)侧壁(3)的所述透光板(4)用以将所述密封条(32)压紧于所述容置槽(33)内,以使所述密封条(32)紧贴于所述透光板(4)以及紧贴于所述容置槽(33)的内壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水族灯,其特征在于,所述灯体(1)的侧壁(3)开设有限位卡槽(34),所述限位卡槽(34)沿所述灯体(1)的长度方向设置,所述压紧板(31)包括压紧部(311)以及卡块部(312),所述压紧部(311)用以压紧于所述透光板(4),所述卡块部(312)卡入于所述限位卡槽(34)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括第一螺钉(5),所述灯体(1)的侧壁(3)开设有第一螺纹槽(35),所述第一螺纹槽(35)沿所述灯体(1)的长度方向设置,所述第一螺钉(5)穿过所述压紧部(311)并螺纹连接于所述第一螺纹槽(35)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括侧盖(6),所述侧盖(6)依次将所述压紧板(4)、所述灯体侧壁(3)的侧部以及所述灯体侧壁(3)的底部包覆,以使所述侧盖(6)盖合于所述灯体的侧壁(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括端盖(7)以及密 封垫(9),所述密封垫(9)设置在所述端盖(7)内,所述端盖(7)盖合于所述灯体(1)的端部以及所述透光板(4)的端部,用以将所述密封垫(9)压紧贴合于所述灯体(1)端部的端面以及所述透光板(4)端部的端面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水族灯,其特征在于,所述端盖(7)还盖合于所述侧盖(6)的端部,用以将所述密封垫(9)压紧贴合于所述侧盖(6)端部的端面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括第二螺钉(8),所述灯体的侧壁(3)开设有第二螺纹槽(36),所述第二螺纹槽(36)沿所述灯体(1)的长度方向设置,所述第二螺钉(8)依次穿过所述端盖(7)、所述密封垫(9)并螺纹连接于所述第二螺纹槽(36)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括控制器(14)以及适配器(15),所述控制器(14)与所述适配器(15)电连接,所述控制器(14)还包括控制连接线(13),所述控制连接线(13)依次穿过所述端盖(7)、密封垫(9)并电连接于所述光源组件(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的水族灯,其特征在于,还包括安装支架(62),所述安装支架呈“U”形,所述灯体的侧壁(3)与所述侧盖(6)之间形成容置腔(61),所述容置腔(61)沿所述灯体(1)的长度方向设置,所述安装支架(62)的末端部从所述容置腔(61)的端部可滑动地插入于所述容置腔内(61)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的水族灯,其特征在于,所述光源组件(12)为LED光源组件,所述灯体的侧壁(3)设置有卡块(37),所述卡块(37)与所述底壁(2)之间形成卡槽(38),所述卡槽(38)用以卡紧所述LED光源组件的铝基板,且所述底壁(2)呈波浪状设置,并与所述LED光源组件的铝 基板相贴合。
