Description

现存的治具的固定方式大都产用螺钉进行固定,在加工不同产品需配备各自适用的治具,每进行不同产品的加工时就需更换一次治具,这就浪费了大量的人力和时间去更换治具,而且根据不同的治具在固定板上需要开设相应的螺纹孔,使得工序更加繁琐,降低了自动化程度,同时现有的治具单次只能装夹单个工件,效率低下。有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种用于焊接工件的定位治具解决上述问题。

针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种用于焊接工件的定位治具,其结构简单,便于零部件的组装、更换及维修,且易于操作,通过定位组件进行定位固定,通过压紧组件进行压紧固定,自动化程度高,大大提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本,且同时可对多个工件进行装夹,进一步提高了工作效率,具有广阔的市场应用价值。

    与所述第二驱动装置(1331)的动力输出端相固接的第二转动件(1332);
    与所述第二转动件(1332)一端相固接的中间连接件(1333);以及
    固接于所述中间连接件(1333)一端的第三定位销(1334)及第三压头(1335)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用于焊接工件的定位治具,其特征在于,相邻的两所述第二定位装置(122)及两所述第三定位装置(123)均镜像设置。
