背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。所以,现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术。
存在以下问题:
现今的纺织用收卷装置在收卷纺织品时不能对纺织品进行夹持,导致纺织品卷收后容易出现压皱,但是现今的夹布装置在对纺织布夹持的过程中机械机构过多,不能完成较为简单且稳定的夹持,并且现今的加布装置没有喷雾除皱装置,导致除皱效果不佳,降低了纺织布的质量。
技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种纺织布加工用夹布装置,解决了现今的夹布装置在对纺织布夹持的过程中机械机构过多,不能完成较为简单且稳定的夹持,并且现今的加布装置没有喷雾除皱装置,导致除皱效果不佳,降低了纺织布质量的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种纺织布加工用夹布装置,包括底座和蒸汽发生器,所述底座顶端固定连接有第一固定架和第二固定架,所述第一固定架和第二固定架之间转动连接有卷辊,所述卷辊侧壁一端固定连接有从动齿,所述底座顶端固定连接有两个固定柱,所述固定柱对应内侧开设有滑动槽,两个所述滑动槽之间滑动连接有滑动架,所述滑动架侧壁转动连接有夹布辊,所述滑动架底端两侧均固定连接有滑动块,所述滑动块一端固定连接有安装架,所述安装架中转动连接有支撑轮,两个所述滑动块之间固定连接有连接杆,所述底座顶端中部固定连接有液压缸,所述液压缸输出端固定连接在连接杆底端中部。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述第一固定架一端固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机输出端固定连接有主动齿。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述主动齿位于第一固定架中,且主动齿与从动齿相啮合。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种纺织布加工用夹布装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该纺织布加工用夹布装置,通过伺服电机带动主动齿进行转动,然后主动齿与从动齿啮合从而带动卷辊进行转动,利用液压缸带动连接杆向上移动,然后连接杆通过滑动块带动滑动架向上移动,同时滑动块在移动的过程中利用支撑轮支撑,保证夹布辊不会产生倾斜,然后根据纺织布的厚度调节夹布辊与卷辊之间的距离,即可完成纺织布的夹布操作,提高了该装置的使用性能,保证夹布装置的简单且稳定,便于对纺织布进行夹持,保证纺织布夹持的效果,提高了纺织布的质量。
2、该纺织布加工用夹布装置,通过设置蒸汽发生器、喷雾头和输送管,在利用卷辊和夹布辊对纺织布夹持的过程中,从而将蒸汽侵入纺织布中,便于提高了纺织布的平滑度,避免产生褶皱。

本实施例中,第一固定架2一端固定安装有伺服电机6,伺服电机6输出端固定连接有主动齿7;可以利用伺服电机6带动主动齿7进行正转和反转。主动齿7位于第一固定架2中,且主动齿7与从动齿5相啮合;利用主动齿7可以带动从动齿5进行转动,从而利用从动齿5带动卷辊4进行转动。两个固定柱8位于第一固定架2和第二固定架3之间,且夹布辊11长度为卷辊4长度的五分之四;结构合理,便于利用夹布辊11协同卷辊4对纺织布进行夹持。滑动槽9顶端至固定柱8顶端的距离小于滑动架10侧壁至夹布辊11侧壁的距离;便于利用夹布辊11与卷辊4贴合进行夹持。第一固定架2和第二固定架3顶端固定连接有连接架18,连接架18上设置有喷雾头20,蒸汽发生器17与喷雾头20之间固定连接有输送管21;可以利用蒸汽发生器17将蒸汽通过输送管21输送至喷雾头20,从而将蒸汽侵入纺织布中,便于进行除皱。连接架18中固定连接有防护罩19,喷雾头20位于防护罩19内部;利用防护罩19可以防止喷雾头20所产生的蒸汽散失的较快,达不到应有的效果。
本实施例中伺服电机6、液压缸16和蒸汽发生器17为已经公开的广泛运用于日常生活的已知技术,其中伺服电机6的型号为UV15B/80ST,液压缸16的型号为HOB。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:首先伺服电机6带动主动齿7进行转动,然后主动齿7与从动齿5啮合从而带动卷辊4进行转动,利用液压缸16带动连接杆15向上移动,然后连接杆15通过滑动块12带动滑动架10向上移动,同时滑动块12在移动的过程中利用支撑轮14支撑,保证夹布辊11不会产生倾斜,然后根据纺织布的厚度调节夹布辊11与卷辊4之间的距离,即可完成纺织布的夹布操作。
