本实施例中,母端接地端子的插接部高于公端信号端子的插接部。进一步确保插接时,接地端子先于信号端子连通;拔出时,接地端子后于信号端子断开,能够实现带电热插拔。
本实施例中,公端接地端子的截面为口子形。截面口子形的公端接地端子把公端信号端子包裹,公端屏蔽片堵住公端接地端子的压接端开口,从而防止不同组公端信号端子之间的信号干扰,屏蔽效果好。具体实施时,公端接地端子的截面还可以为圆形、椭圆形或多边形等封闭的的结构,实现对公端信号端子的包裹,防止信号干扰。
本实施例中,公端接地端子22上设有用于接通公端屏蔽片的公端导通凸起223,公端屏蔽片23上设有与公端导通凸起配合卡接的公端导通槽231。公端导通凸起卡接在公端导通槽内,从而使所有的公端接地端子连通形成一个屏蔽网。
本实施例中,公端固定座内设有公端接地端子卡槽,公端接地端子上设有与公端接地端子卡槽配合的公端接地端子卡台,公端屏蔽片位于公端固定座的底面,公端固定座底面上设有铆接柱11,公端屏蔽片上设有铆接柱配合的铆接孔232,公端屏蔽片铆接在公端固定座的底面。公端固定座上表面上设有连通所有公端接地端子的公端屏蔽辅板24,公端屏蔽辅板上设有公端屏蔽辅板卡扣241,公端固定座上表面设有与公端屏蔽辅板卡扣配合的公端屏蔽辅板卡槽,公端屏蔽辅板卡接在公端固定座上表面上。从而连接紧固。公端屏蔽辅板上设有供公端接地端子穿过的公端屏蔽辅板通孔242。公端屏蔽辅板与公端屏蔽片形成双重屏蔽,进一步防止信号干扰。
本实施例中,公端屏蔽辅板通孔内侧四周设有连通公端接地端子的定位凸点243。定位凸点保证公端屏蔽辅板与公端接地端子接通的同时,使公端接地端子定位在公端屏蔽辅板通孔,防止公端接地端子晃动。
本实施例中,母端接地端子42的插接端设有与公端接地端子配合卡接的母端接地端子插接弹性卡片423。当公端接地端子插入到母端接地端子内时,母端接地端子插接弹性卡片把公端接地端子卡紧,保证了母端接地端子和公端接地端子连接的紧固性和精确性。
本实施例中,母端固定座3包括有母端固定座底座31,以及设于母端固定座底座内的一个以上的母端固定座单体32,母端信号端子固定在母端固定座单体上,母端接地端子42包括有插接在母端固定座单体上的U形的第一母端接地端子424和与把第一母端接地端子的U形开口封住的第二母端接地端子425。第一母端接地端子和第二母端接地端子使母端接地端子的截面形成一个封闭的结构,母端接地端子把信号端子包裹,母端屏蔽片堵住母端接地端子的压接端开口,从而防止不同组母端信号端子之间的信号干扰,屏蔽效果好。
本实施例中,两个以上的母端固定座单体并排设于母端固定座底座内,母端接地端子42的侧面设有用于把母端接地端子卡接定位在母端固定座底座内的定位弹性卡片426。当母端固定座单体上的母端接地端子和母端信号端子固定之后,母端固定座单体并排置于母端固定座内,母端接地端子侧面的定位弹性卡片使相邻母端固定座单体上的母端接地端子相互挤压卡紧在母端固定座底座内。
本实施例中,母端接地端子42上设有用于接通母端屏蔽片的母端导通凸起427,母端屏蔽片43上设有与母端导通凸起配合卡接的母端导通槽431。母端导通凸起卡接在母端导通槽内,从而使所有的母端接地端子连通形成一个屏蔽网。
本实施例中,公端固定座1上设有U形导向槽12,母端固定座3上设有与U形导向槽配合的导向凸台31,导向凸台的插入端设有导向斜面32。从而便于公端连接头和母端连接头的插拔。
虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本发明的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改和变形仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高速信号传输连接器,包括有相互插接的公端连接头和母端连接头;公端连接头包括有公端固定座,以及插接固定在公端固定座上的公端端子;母端连接头包母端固定座,以及插接固定在母端固定座上的母端端子;其特征在于:所述公端端子包括有两组以上的公端信号端子和公端接地端子,所述的公端接地端子的截面为封闭形状,同组的公端信号端子置于同组的公端接地端子内,公端接地端子的压接端开口垂直设有电连通所有公端接地端子的公端屏蔽片,公端屏蔽片堵住公端接地端子的压接端开口,公端屏蔽片上设有供公端信号端子的压接部和公端信号端子的压接部露出的公端屏蔽片通孔;所述的公端接地端子的插接端高于公端信号端子的插接端;所述的母端端子包括有两组以上的分别与公端信号端子和公端接地端子配合插接的母端信号端子和母端接地端子,母端接地端子截面为与公端信号端子配合的封闭形状,母端接地端子的压接端开口垂直设有电连通所有母端接地端子的母端屏蔽片,母端屏蔽片堵住母端接地端子的压接端开口,母端屏蔽片上设有供母端信号端子的压接部和母端接地端子压接部露出的母端屏蔽片通孔;同组的母端信号端子置于同组的母端接地端子内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的母端接地端子的插接部高于公端信号端子的插接部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的公端接地端子的截面为封闭的形状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的公端接地端子上设有用于接通公端屏蔽片的公端导通凸起,所述的公端屏蔽片上设有与公端导通凸起配合卡接的公端导通槽;所述的母端接地端子上设有用于接通母端屏蔽片的母端导通凸起,所述的母端屏蔽片上设有与母端导通凸起配合卡接的母端导通槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的公端固定座内设有公端接地端子卡槽,所述的公端接地端子上设有与公端接地端子卡槽配合的公端接地端子卡台,所述的公端屏蔽片位于公端固定座的底面,所述的公端固定座上表面上设有连通所有公端接地端子的公端屏蔽辅板,所述的公端屏蔽辅板上设有供公端接地端子穿过的公端屏蔽辅板通孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的公端屏蔽辅板通孔内侧四周设有连通公端接地端子的定位凸点。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的母端接地端子的插接端设有与公端接地端子配合卡接的母端接地端子插接弹性卡片。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的母端固定座包括有母端固定座底座,以及设于母端固定座底座内的一个以上的母端固定座单体,所述的母端信号端子固定在母端固定座单体上,所述的母端接地端子包括有插接在母端固定座单体上的U形的第一母端接地端子和与把第一母端接地端子的U形开口封住的第二母端接地端子。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:两个以上的母端固定座单体并排设于母端固定座底座内,所述的母端接地端子的侧面设有用于把母端接地端子卡接定位在母端固定座底座内的定位弹性卡片。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种高速信号传输连接器,其特征在于:所述的公端屏蔽片和母端屏蔽片为金属屏蔽片或者电镀塑胶屏蔽片。
