技术领域
本申请实施例涉及餐具技术领域,具体涉及一种叉筷勺。
背景技术
筷子、勺子、叉子都是目前我们就餐时不可或缺的餐具,而我们使用这些餐具时都是分开使用的,因此在用餐的时候,这些餐具就必须都准备好,筷子或叉子用来吃饭时夹固状食物,而流状食物必须使用勺子方可进食,这样进餐时需要不停更换,比较繁琐。对于一些丸状或者蛋状的食物,使用筷子夹取并不方便;对于某些长条状的食物,使用筷子熟练的人才能利用快递进行夹断,综合使用性能差。除此之外,由于现有筷子都是两根分开使用的,再加上筷子都是一头较细、一头较粗的构造,这些对于初次学习使用筷子的人或者幼儿来说,是比较难于掌控的,也不利于快速掌握筷子的正确使用方法。
申请内容
为此,本申请实施例提供一种叉筷勺,以解决现有筷子、勺子、叉子综合使用性能差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,一种叉筷勺,其包括左半勺体、右半勺体、左执柄和右执柄,所述左执柄与所述左半勺体连接,所述右执柄与所述右半勺体连接,在所述左半勺体的右侧设有左叉齿,在所述右半勺体的左侧设有右叉齿,所述左叉齿与所述右叉齿相配合,所述左半勺体与所述右半勺体拼接形成整勺体。
进一步地,所述左执柄的远离左半勺体的一端设有左凸耳,所述右执柄的远离右半勺体的一端设有右凸耳,所述左凸耳与所述右凸耳通过销轴枢接。

本申请具有如下优点:
本申请的叉筷勺,集叉子、筷子和勺子的功能于一体,在使用筷子功能时,通过两个执柄控制两个半勺体的分离以闭合,可夹取食物,如夹取肉块、土豆块等,当夹取一些长且软的食物时,还可以通过使两个半勺体紧密闭合进行夹断,比现有的筷子夹断食物时,要好用很多;在使用叉子功能时,和使用筷子功能相似,也是通过两个执柄控制两个半勺体的分离与闭合,将两边的叉齿扎入食物中,实现叉子的功能,例如叉取丸子或者鹌鹑蛋之类的食物,利用叉齿可以非常方便的叉取;使用勺子功能时,需要将两个半勺体闭合,使两个半勺体形成完整的勺子,即整勺体,可以舀粥、炒饭、花生米等食物,在加工精度较高时,还可以舀汤。与现有的勺子、叉子或筷子相比,本申请实施例的叉筷勺具有综合使用性能强的优点。由于两个执柄采用销轴枢接,在使用方式上比较简单方便,左右手均可,适用于儿童或高龄老人等人群。另外也方便外出携 带。

实施例1
如图1和2所示,实施例1提供了一种叉筷勺,其包括左半勺体1、右半勺体5、左执柄3和右执柄7。左执柄3的一端与左半勺体1连接,左执柄3的另一端设有左凸耳4。右执柄7与右半勺体5连接,右执柄7的另一端设有右凸耳8。左凸耳4与右凸耳8通过销轴9枢接,从而使两个执柄可相对销轴9转动。在左半勺体1的右侧设有左叉齿2,在右半勺体5的左侧设有右叉齿6,左叉齿2与右叉齿6相配合,左半勺体1与右半勺体5拼接形成整勺体。当执柄相对销轴9转动时,半勺体分离或闭合(拼接)。其中,半勺体即为左右分裂开的半个整勺体,当两个分裂开的半勺体拼接时,能够重新形成一个整勺体。叉齿即为整勺体分裂为半勺体时,位于原连接部分的叉状或者齿状的结构,左叉齿2和右叉齿6能够完全配合,或完全啮合。当左半勺体1与右半勺体5拼接时,左叉齿2和右叉齿6先相互渗透,然后左叉齿2和右叉齿6完全配合或啮合,最终左半勺体1与右半勺体5拼接形成完整的勺子,即为整勺体。

在一个可选的方案中,左半勺体1、左叉齿2、左执柄3、左凸耳4一体 成型,右半勺体5、右叉齿6、右执柄7、右凸耳8一体成型,不仅可以降低加工成本,还能提高半勺体、叉齿的配合性。在一个优选的方案中,左半勺体1、左叉齿2、左执柄3、左凸耳4、右半勺体5、右叉齿6、右执柄7、右凸耳8均采用同一材质进行制作,例如木材、钢材或塑料制作,采用同一材质且一体成型,会大大降低制造成本。

  1. 一种叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述叉筷勺包括左半勺体、右半勺体、左执柄和右执柄,所述左执柄与所述左半勺体连接,所述右执柄与所述右半勺体连接,在所述左半勺体的右侧设有左叉齿,在所述右半勺体的左侧设有右叉齿,所述左叉齿与所述右叉齿相配合,所述左半勺体与所述右半勺体拼接形成整勺体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述左执柄的远离左半勺体的一端设有左凸耳,所述右执柄的远离右半勺体的一端设有右凸耳,所述左凸耳与所述右凸耳通过销轴枢接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述左半勺体、左叉齿、左执柄一体成型,所述右半勺体、右叉齿、右执柄一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述左半勺体、左叉齿、左执柄、左凸耳一体成型,所述右半勺体、右叉齿、右执柄、右凸耳一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或4所述的叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述左半勺体、左叉齿、左执柄、右半勺体、右叉齿、右执柄均采用木材、钢材或塑料制作。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的叉筷勺,其特征在于,所述左半勺体、左叉齿、左执柄、左凸耳、右半勺体、右叉齿、右执柄、右凸耳均采用木材、钢材或塑料制作。
