现有压克力生产分为浇注和挤压成型两种,其生产的压克力板材边缘均存在不平整、对齐的问题,传统解决方法为送至裁边机上,人工操作对单边进行裁切后再翻转裁切另一边,并旋转后按上述步骤完成另外两边的裁切,其操作繁琐,费时费力,且不利于控制大批量板材的统一裁切精度,影响产品质量。

本发明作业时,将堆放有多块压克力板的压克力装载车送至装料系统的装料轨道架一侧下方,横向装料架在装料轨道架上横向移动至压克力装载车上方,纵向装料架在横向装料架上纵向移动至压克力装载车上方,完成与其上压克力板形状的初步对准,装料升降气缸控制装料吸料架下降并通过吸料真空吸头吸取压克力板,再在装料轨道架上横向移动至对中系统的对中平台上方,控制好与平台高度,松开对压克力板的吸取,放下压克力板至对中平台上。
然后进行对中操作,控制对中驱动机构的对中驱动电机,经对中齿形带轮组带动两侧的对中驱动螺杆自转,对中驱动螺杆从而约束导向其两侧设置在对中轨道坐上的两只对中导座相向移动,由此带动对中导座上的对中导杆相向推动多块堆放的压克力板的两侧,按上述对中原理,由横向、纵向设置的对中驱动机构推动多块堆放的压克力板的横向、纵向两侧,完成压克力板的对中,任一侧均有两根对中导杆进行推动,有效确保对中的精度,便于后续裁切精度的提高;压克力板支撑在对中移动滚珠上,便于对中导杆经其上的塑料辊进行推动,能有效避免压克力板于对中平台间的推动磨损。
对中后需将多块堆放的压克力板送至裁切的输送系统中,同样采用横向装料架在装料轨道架上移动,类似上述装料操作过程完成对中平台上对中后的压克力板搬运至两输送横向调节轨道座上的输送横向支架平台上,按上述步骤完成多块压克力板的运输,多块压克力板转移堆放至对
横向支架台上,由此完成自动装料操作。控制纵向输送电机经纵向输送齿条约束驱动带动纵向输送轨道座沿纵向输送轨道导向朝向纵向切边系统纵向进给,根据压克力板的横向宽度尺寸,控制输送横向调节电机经输送横向调节齿条约束带动输送横向调节轨道座在前、后纵向输送横梁上完成横向移动,两输送横向调节轨道座相对或相向的横向移动满足输送横向支架平台横向可满足不同横向宽度的压克力板材支撑。
在纵向输送系统带动调整输送横向支架平台横向移动时,同步控制切边横向调节电机经切边横向调节螺杆由切边横向调节导块带动位于纵向输送轨道中部两侧的纵向切边架相向或向背调整间距,从而带动两切边架上切边锯片间距满足不同横向宽度的压克力板切边尺寸需求,纵向输送轨道前端固定感应开关对应纵向切边架前端切边感应开关,切边锯片经有切边锯片电机带动启动,在纵向输送系统朝向两纵向切边架内侧送压克力板裁切时,压克力板首先进入切边上、下导向轮座之间并支撑在切边下导向轮上,通过切边上导向轮导向气缸带动切边上导向轮座下压由切边上导向轮压紧多块堆放的压克力板,多块堆放的压克力板支撑在输送横向支架平台上持续进给的同时,通过两侧切边锯片完成压克力板纵向两侧边的裁边作业,在压克力板进入裁切时,压克力板推动边条拨杆,边条拨杆绕交接点旋转使压克力板 可顺利通过进行侧边裁切,在裁切完成后,边条拨杆回复垂直位置,压克力板在输送横向支架平台上持续朝纵向轨道后端输送的同时,边条拨动耦合气缸在边条拨动导轨座上导向移动带动边条拨杆朝向裁切下的边条方向移动,边条拨杆在其上方后侧的边条拨动挡块限制下无法反向旋转从而顶紧并推动边条朝向边条收料盒前部开口拨动,将边条拨入边条收料盒中,边条收料盒绕其底部铰接座再边条收料翻转气缸带动下朝外翻转,并通过边条收料盒外侧开口将边条倒出至边条收集框内完成裁切边条的有效收集。裁切时切边锯片下部置于切边粉尘收集箱上口内,切边粉尘收集箱能有效将切割粉尘通过其下部的粉尘收集装置抽吸并收集,防止粉尘污染。
当压克力板在输送横向支架平台上输送至纵向输送输送轨道后端,当移动感应开关对应固定感应开关时停止,此时输送横向支架平台上多道横向错位通槽横向对应横向切边托架。
横向切边轨道架在横向切边轨道座上朝前导向移动并带动横向切边托架伸入横向错位通槽内,此时受压克力板纵向侧边的推动,横向切边托架前端的托架拉杆朝后旋转压缩扭簧旋至低于托轮上平面位置,便于伸入压克力板下方,当位置伸入超出压克力板时,托架拉杆在扭簧作用下回复旋转至垂直状态,再控制轨道座升降气缸上升带动横向切边轨道座上升,由此带动横向切边轨道座上的横向切边轨道架通过横向切边托架托起多块压克力板脱离输送横向支架平台的支撑,输送横向支架平台沿纵向输送轨道复位至纵向输送轨道前端经感应开关控制停止,在上述横向切边托架朝前进给的过程中,横向切边轨道支撑横梁同步在横向切边轨道座上横向切边轨道架前部沿横向切边轨道座导向移动,并通过横向切边轨道支撑横梁上的横向切边支架导向支撑横向切边托架,避免横向切边托架在托起横向宽度较宽的压克力板时的悬空长度过长存在的断裂隐患,起支撑、导向的作用,在横向切边托架托起多块压克力板最下面高度位置对应横向切边系统中横向切边架上切边下导向轮上平面后,控制横向切边定位气缸带动横向切边定位升降座上升,使横向切边定位升降座上的横向切边定位板在水平方向对应多块压克力板,横向切边定位板可在横向切边调节螺栓上更换满足不同厚度的要求,在横向切边轨道座朝后移动带动多块压克力板后移时,托架拉杆受限制朝前旋转超过垂直位置,横向切边定位板顶紧压克力板后侧并将压克力板顶紧在横向切边定位板和托架拉杆之间,压克力板后侧不超过横向切边架上切片锯片位置,可通过调节横向切边调节螺栓满足横向切边定位板与托架拉杆间距,满足在不同横向宽度的压克力板托起时,满足压克力板后侧位置顶紧要求,横向切边定位板和托架拉杆夹紧多块压克力板后准备进行横向切边作业,横向切边作业与纵向切边作业相同,区别仅仅在与多块压克力板支撑在横向切边托架上,其支撑输送功能相同,在完成横向切边作业后,多块压克力板在横向切边托架上经由横向切边轨道架在横向切边轨道座上移动输送至横向切边支座后端上部。
在以上完成纵向、横向双边裁切作业后,横向卸料架在卸料轨道架上横向移动至多块压克力板上方,经由升降架升降气缸放下卸料升降架,控制前、后卸料装夹调节电机驱动前、后卸料装夹调节螺杆,由前、后卸料装夹调节螺杆分别带动前、后卸料装夹架沿横向可调移动,前、后卸料装夹架横向间距调节大于压克力板横向宽度,并持续下方卸料升降架,前、后卸料装夹架朝中相对伸入多块压克力板的最下面,控制水平和垂直夹紧气缸的水平夹紧推板和垂直夹紧推板完成多块压克力板横向前后夹紧和纵向在夹头架托板上的夹紧,再反向操作上述下降作业,将多块压克力板提起脱开横向切边托架,由横向卸料架带动移动至压克力卸料平台或车上方下方,并依次松开夹紧、退出、抬起复位前、后卸料装夹架,多块压克力板一体完成双边裁切卸料。后卸料装夹调节螺杆中部螺纹旋接后卸料装夹架的后卸料装夹调节座,能满足横向不同宽度的压克力板要求,避免前后均为单向螺旋驱动时,驱动行程过长的问题,有利于提高作业效率和设备安全稳定性;在夹头架托板上设置滚轮或滚轴,便于水平夹紧推板水平推动多块压克力板。

- 一种全自动压克力板双边裁切生产线,其特征在于:包括装料系统、对中系统、纵向输送系统、纵向切边系统、横向切边系统和卸料系统,所述装料系统包括装料轨道架、横向装料架、纵向装料架、装料升降气缸、装料吸料架、吸料真空吸头,横向装料架架设于装料轨道架上呈经电机驱动沿装料轨道的轨道方向横向进给状态,纵向装料架呈沿横向装料架纵向进给状态连接在横向装料架上,纵向装料架上垂直朝下设置多个装料升降气缸,装料升降气缸底部连接装料吸料架,装料吸料架下端阵列均布多个吸料真空吸头,装料轨道架横向由一侧至另一侧下方分别对应压克力装载车、对中系统和纵向输送系统;所述对中系统包括对中平台、对中移动滚珠和对中驱动机构,对中平台设置于装料轨道架中部下方,对中平台平面上阵列均布多个对中移动滚珠,对中平台的四边均开设有垂直于其外边、相互平行的两道对中槽,对中平台下方横向和纵向各设置对中驱动机构,对中驱动机构包括对中驱动电机、对中齿形带轮组、对中驱动螺杆、对中轨道座、对中导座、对中导杆,对中驱动电机输出经两齿轮分别通过两对中齿形带轮组朝对中平台横向或纵向两侧驱动连接两对中驱动螺杆,对中驱动螺杆的两端分别螺纹穿接两对中导座,两对中导座导向架设在各自下方纵向或横向设置的对中轨道座上,对中导座上垂直设置对中导杆,对中导杆上端穿接在对中槽内高出对中平台平面;所述纵向输送系统包括纵向输送轨道、纵向输送轨道座、纵向输送电机、纵向输送齿条、输送横向调节轨道座、输送横向调节电机、输送横向调节齿条、输送横向支架平台,纵向输送轨道前端设置于装料轨道架另一侧下方且沿垂直于装料轨道架设置,纵向输送轨道的两内侧均设置纵向输送齿条,纵向输送轨道座导向架设在纵向输送轨道上,纵向输送轨道座的下部设置分别朝向纵向输送轨道两内侧的两纵向输送电机,两纵向输送电机输出分别经齿轮啮合传动两纵向输送齿条,纵向输送轨道座包括纵向输送纵梁和前、后纵向输送横梁,前、后纵向输送横梁平行设置且中部经纵向输送纵梁拉接,两输送横向调节轨道座以纵向输送纵梁对称导向设置在纵向输送轨道座上,输送横向调节轨道座的前后端分别导向架设在前、后纵向输送横梁上,前、后纵向输送横梁的外侧均设置输送横向调节齿条,输送横向调节轨道座的前后端均设置输送横向调节电机,输送横向调节电机输出经齿轮啮合输送横向调节齿条,输送横向调节轨道座上设置输送横向支架平台,输送横向支架平台上纵向均匀开设多道横向错位通槽;所述纵向切边系统包括切边横向调节轨道座、纵向切边架、切边横向调节导块、切边横向调节螺杆、切边横向调节电机、切边下导向轮座、切边下导向轮、切边上导向轮座、切边上导向轮、切边上导向轮导向气缸、切边锯片、切边锯片电机、边条拨动导轨座、边条拨动耦合气缸、边条拨杆、边条拨动挡块、边条收料盒,两纵向切边架对称设置在纵向输送轨道中部两侧且各自经其底部垂直于纵向输送轨道的切边横向调节轨道座支撑导向,切边横向调节轨道座中部设置由切边横向调节电机驱动的切边横向调节螺杆,纵向切边架下部设置螺纹穿接切边横向调节螺杆的切边横向调节导块,纵向切边架朝向纵向输送轨道的内侧朝内依次设置切边锯片和切边下导向轮座,切边锯片由纵向切边架上切边锯片电机驱动,切边下导轮座内沿纵向输送轨道方向依次设置多个切边下导轮,纵向切边架上还设有切边上导向轮导向气缸,切边上导向轮导向气缸朝下伸缩连接切边上导向轮座,切边上导向轮座内设多个与切边下导向轮座上多个切边下导向轮上下对应的切边上导向轮,纵向切边架内侧还设有边条拨动导轨座,边条拨动导轨座上穿接边条拨动耦合气缸,边条拨动耦合气缸朝纵向输送轨道的内侧上铰接边条拨杆中部,边条拨杆下部不低于切边下导轮上平面,边条拨动耦合气缸上固定连接位于边条拨杆上部纵向输送轨道后端一侧的边条拨动挡块,边条收料盒位于切边锯片的纵向输送轨道后端一侧且连接于纵向切边架上,边条收料盒朝向切边锯片开口且开口底边不高于切边下导 轮上平面;所述横向切边系统包括横向切边支座、横向切边轨道座、横向切边轨道架、切边纵向调节轨道座、横向切边架、横向切边定位气缸、横向切边定位升降座、横向切边调节螺栓、横向切边定位板,横向切边支座前端朝向并垂直对应纵向输送轨道后端一侧,横向切边支座前端两侧对称设置两横向切边架,横向切边架经其底部垂直于横向切边支座的切边纵向调节轨道座支撑导向,横向切边架上结构与上述纵向切边架上结构相同,所述横向切边支座上经多个轨道座升降气缸支撑横向切边轨道座,横向切边轨道座上可移动调节、导向支撑连接横向切边轨道架,横向切边轨道架上设有多道横向切边托架,横向切边托架上沿前后方向均布多个托轮,横向切边托架的前部侧边铰接托架拉杆,托架拉杆经扭簧抵紧连接横向切边托架呈可朝后旋转压缩扭簧至低于托轮上平面或限制托架拉杆朝前旋转超过垂直位置的状态,以横向切边支座前后方向为中心左右对称的两横向切边托架间的下方垂直设置横向切边定位气缸,横向切边定位气缸上部升降连接横向切边定位升降座,横向切边定位升降座上穿接横向切边调节螺栓,横向切边调节螺栓后端经螺母并紧在横向切边定位升降座、前端朝前连接横向切边定位板;所述卸料系统包括卸料轨道架、横向卸料架、升降架升降气缸、卸料升降架、前卸料装夹架、后卸料装夹架,卸料轨道架沿横向切边支座前后方向一端架设于横向切边支座后端上部、另一端架设于压克力卸料平台或车上方,卸料轨道架上可移动调节、导向支撑连接横向卸料架,横向卸料架上设置多个升降架升降气缸,升降架升降气缸下端连接卸料升降架,卸料升降架前部下端两侧分别经轴座穿接轴挂接前卸料装夹架两端,前卸料装夹架中部上设置前卸料装夹调节电机,前卸料装夹调节电机经前卸料装夹调节螺杆旋接卸料升降架前部下端的前卸料装夹调节座,后卸料装夹架在卸料升降架上安装结构与前卸料装夹架结构相同且前后对称,所述前卸料装夹架包括多个分别对应多道横向切边托架间隙的夹头架,夹头架底部设有朝向夹紧一侧的夹头架托板,夹头架背向夹紧方向的外侧连接水平夹紧气缸,水平夹紧气缸经推杆连接朝向夹紧方向的水平夹紧推板,夹头架托板上方设有垂直夹紧推板,垂直夹紧推板连接于固定在夹头架上的垂直夹紧气缸推杆下端。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动压克力板双边裁切生产线,其特征是:所述边条收料盒底端中部经铰接座可朝外侧旋转铰接连接纵向切边架,边条收料盒底端前或后部连接边条收料翻转气缸,边条收料翻转气缸垂直设置或倾斜连接于地面或纵向切边架内侧或切边下导向轮座外侧,边条收料盒外侧开口对应设置于其外侧的边条收集框。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动压克力板双边裁切生产线,其特征是:所述纵向切边架内侧还设有不高于切边下导向轮上平面的切边粉尘收集箱,切边粉尘收集箱上口开口,切边锯片下部置于切边粉尘收集箱上口内,切边粉尘收集箱下部接粉尘收集装置。
