Abstract

同步检测二乙酸镳草镰刀菌烯醇、黄曲霉毒素B1、杂色曲霉素的时间分辨荧光试剂盒,包括免疫层析时间分辨荧光试纸条和含有铕标记的抗二乙酸镳草镰刀菌烯醇、黄曲霉毒素B1、杂色曲霉素单克隆抗体的样品反应瓶,免疫层析时间分辨荧光试纸条的一面从上至下依次设置吸水垫(1)、检测垫(2)和样品垫(3),相邻各垫于连接处交叠相接,检测垫(2)以硝酸纤维素膜为基垫,硝酸纤维素膜上自上而下横向设有质控线(4)和检测线(5,6,7),质控线(4)包被有兔抗鼠多克隆抗体,检测线(5,6,7)个数为三条,分别包被各毒素-蛋白偶联物。能实现对二乙酸镳草镰刀菌烯醇、黄曲霉毒素B1、杂色曲霉素三种真菌毒素的快速、同步检测。
