泡茶或饮用开水时加入中药或其它保健植物(如西洋参、黄芪、枸杞)等由于有全身调理、健体甚至慢性病治疗等功效,在人们日常生活中被广泛应用。目前常用泡饮方法为直接或切割成饮片加入开水中,但该方法无法达到通常中药需要熬制的效果,有效成分吸收差。也有将中药制作成颗粒冲剂,但此方法开水泡饮时颗粒瞬间溶解,浓度过高、良药苦口,部分药物对胃肠有刺激,高浓度服用可能出现胃肠不适。同时,如果与泡茶同饮,过浓的中药味不但影响茶水口感,颜色过重也影响外观。
申请人曾申请了一种中药颗粒控释泡饮装置(专利号:ZL201520225995.1),该装置将中药颗粒置入球形容器内,容器上开一到多个微孔,放入开水中后水从微孔缓慢渗入球体内溶解中药颗粒,药物成分则缓慢从微孔中释放出。该方法可以通过对微孔大小和多少的设定,实现控释中药颗粒溶解并释放入水中的速度。但其只适用于缓慢释放中药等,如将茶叶(或茶粉)和中药做复方置入该装置内,茶叶的释放速度则会太慢无法享用茶水的浓香,若将微孔开大加速茶叶溶解释放,中药也会一并快速释放,茶水苦涩难咽。如能提供一种既能快速溶出茶叶(或茶粉)又能缓慢释放中药提取颗粒或其他代用茶及调味品的装置,将会进一步方便人们在饮茶的同时兼顾服用中药温补功效或添加其他调味品。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,既能快速溶出茶叶(或茶粉)等泡饮物又能缓慢释放中药提取颗粒及调味品等缓释物的兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置。

制作时,根据需要将中药颗粒或调味品装入内层置物壳体8的袋体内,封口后放入外层置物壳体7的袋体内,根据需要将茶叶或茶粉装入外层置物壳体7的袋体内后封口,完 成制作。如图5所示,使用时将制作好的兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置放入盛有开水的茶杯内,外层置物壳体7的袋体内的茶叶或茶粉会快速溶出,外层置物壳体7的袋体又能将茶叶沫进行过滤,人们可快速享用浓香的茶水,而内层置物壳体8袋体内的中药颗粒或调味品通过内层置物壳体8袋体和外层置物壳体7袋体缓慢溶出,既能快速溶出茶叶(或茶粉)等泡饮物又能缓慢释放中药提取颗粒及调味品等缓释物。
实施例2
如图2、7所示,一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,包括外层置物壳体7以及位于外层置物壳体7内部的一个内层置物壳体8,外层置物壳体7为薄无纺布、过滤纸或网眼材质的袋体,内层置物壳体8包括一球形容器1,球形容器1由两个互相连接的半球形壳体组成,球形容器1的材料为金属或耐高温无毒透明材料,球形容器1表面上设有至少一个微孔3,微孔3上设有易溶于水的食用级密封涂层,通过对其表面微孔3数量和大小控制可以制作成不同溶出速度的内层置物壳体8,球形容器1内盛装有吸水膨胀内核4,吸水膨胀内核4采用高吸水性树脂或凝胶、或采用吸水膨胀的天然植物、或采用食物植物粉料制成,球形容器1内还放置有缓释物2,缓释物2为中药颗粒、调味品或代用茶(如菊花、玫瑰花、红枣、枸杞等),外层置物壳体7的袋体与球形容器1之间的夹层9内放置有泡饮物6,泡饮物6为茶叶、茶粉或代用茶(如菊花、玫瑰花、红枣、枸杞等)。
制作时,根据需要将中药颗粒或调味品装入内层置物壳体8的球形容器1内,再放入外层置物壳体7的袋体内,根据需要将茶叶或茶粉装入外层置物壳体7的袋体内后封口,完成制作。如图6所示,使用时将制作好的兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置放入盛有开水的茶杯内,外层置物壳体7的袋体内的茶叶或茶粉会快速溶出,外层置物壳体7的袋体又能将茶叶沫进行过滤,人们可快速享用浓香的茶水,而内层置物壳体8球形容器1内的中药颗粒或调味品通过球形容器1上的微孔3缓慢释放到外层置物壳体7并通过外层置物壳体7袋体缓慢溶出,既能快速溶出茶叶(或茶粉)等泡饮物又能缓慢释放中药提取颗粒及调味品等缓释物。
实施例3
如图3所示,一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,包括外层置物壳体7以及位于外层置物壳体7内部的两个内层置物壳体8,外层置物壳体7为薄无纺布、过滤纸或网眼材质的袋体,两个内层置物壳体8均为材质为过滤纸或厚无纺布的袋体,选择不同微孔径大小的过滤纸或厚度不同的无纺布可制作不同溶出速度要求的内层置物壳体8的袋体,两个内层置物壳体8的袋体内分别放置有缓释物2,缓释物2为中药颗粒、调味品或代用茶(如菊花、玫 瑰花、红枣、枸杞等),外层置物壳体7与两个内层置物壳体8之间的夹层9内放置有泡饮物6,泡饮物6为茶叶、茶粉或代用茶(如菊花、玫瑰花、红枣、枸杞等)。
制作时,根据需要将中药颗粒或调味品分别装入两个内层置物壳体8袋体内,封口后再放入外层置物壳体7的袋体内,根据需要将茶叶或茶粉装入外层置物壳体7的袋体内后封口,完成制作。使用时将制作好的兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置放入盛有开水的茶杯内,外层置物壳体7的袋体内的茶叶或茶粉会快速溶出,外层置物壳体7的袋体又能将茶叶沫进行过滤,人们可快速享用浓香的茶水,而两个内层置物壳体8袋体内的中药颗粒或调味品通过内层置物壳体8袋体和外层置物壳体7袋体缓慢溶出,既能快速溶出茶叶(或茶粉)等泡饮物又能缓慢释放中药提取颗粒及调味品等缓释物。

本发明内层置物壳体8为过滤纸袋体时,选用无毒植物纤维和棉质纤维制作,由 于过滤纸孔径可以制作的十分微小,选择不同微孔径大小的过滤纸可制作不同溶出速度(如2h、4h、8h、12h)要求的袋体。外层置物壳体7内也可以装入其它代用茶(如菊花、玫瑰花、红枣、枸杞等)再置入含中药颗粒的内层置物壳体8;外层置物壳体7也可以是空的,在内层置物壳体8中只装入中药颗粒或调味品,用于制作需要缓慢释放纯中药颗粒或调味品的泡茶袋。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:包括外层置物壳体(7)以及位于外层置物壳体(7)内部的至少一个内层置物壳体(8),所述内层置物壳体(8)内放置有缓释物(2),所述外层置物壳体(7)与内层置物壳体(8)之间的夹层(9)内放置有泡饮物(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述内层置物壳体(8)为袋体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述内层置物壳体(8)的袋体材质为过滤纸或厚无纺布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述内层置物壳体(8)包括一球形容器(1),所述球形容器(1)表面上设有至少一个微孔(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述球形容器(1)内盛装有吸水膨胀内核(4),所述吸水膨胀内核(4)采用高吸水性树脂或凝胶、或采用吸水膨胀的天然植物、或采用食物植物粉料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述球形容器(1)由两个互相连接的半球形壳体组成。
  7. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述外层置物壳体(7)为袋体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述外层置物壳体(7)的袋体材质为薄无纺布、过滤纸或网眼材质。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述缓释物(2)为中药颗粒、调味品或代用茶。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼备速溶和缓释功能的复方泡饮装置,其特征在于:所述泡饮物(6)为茶叶、茶粉或代用茶。
