具体实施方式 传统的节目录制方法一般需要节目放映时在场借助额外的硬件设备进行录制,比如借助带PVR(Personal video recorder,个人视频录像)功能的机顶盒,用户通过遥控器控制机顶盒录像,机顶盒将录制好的节目储存在指定的录像文件中。用户可以将录像文件导出,或者直接在电视中播放。即传统的节目录制方法存在无法实现远程录制的问题。
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
以电视作为显示终端为例,在用户需要进行节目录制时,将具有PVR功能的机顶盒与数字电视连接,当放映非加密的电视节目时,机顶盒通过高频头解调和解复用模块解复用后,得到用户当前放映的数字电视节目的A/V(Audio/Video,音频/视频)数据并传输至硬盘。用户通过遥控器控制机顶盒开始录像,此时机顶盒会将硬盘的数据储存在指定的录像文件。用户可以将录像文件导出,或者直接在电视中播放。
另外一种节目录制方法是用户购买外置式的USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)视频采集卡或内置式的PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect,外设部件互连标准)接口视频接收卡。将视频采集卡与机顶盒以及计算机连接,将机顶盒输出的视频信号转换为计算机可识别的数字信号并储存在计算机存储器中,成为可编辑处理的视频数据文件。用户通过机顶盒放映数字电视节目时,通过视频采集卡开始采集视频,在采集结束后,将采集到的视频文件通过计算机或者其它移动设备进行播放。
上述节目录制方法需要额外的硬件设备支持,而当前数字电视运营商所提供的机顶盒大多不具备PVR功能,视频采集卡也需要用户另行购买。不管是外置USB型还是内置PCI型,使用视频采集卡还需要一台计算机才能进行数据的储存。并且要求用户在电视节目放映时必须在场才能进行录制操作,在节目放映时用户无法在场的情况下则无法进行节目录制。
针对上述问题,本申请提出一种可以实现远程录制的节目录制方法,本申请提供的节目录制方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。节目录制控制终端102与节目录制显示终端104建立无线连接,实现配对。节目录制 控制终端102获取已配对的节目录制显示终端104的第一节目清单,响应用户针对第一节目清单中的节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令,推送节目录制指令至节目录制显示终端104。节目录制显示终端104在监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制。其中,节目录制控制终端102可以但不限于是各种智能手机和平板电脑,节目录制显示终端104包括但不限于电视、台式电脑以及投影显示终端等设备。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种节目录制方法,以该方法应用于图1中的节目录制控制终端为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
步骤202,与待配对的显示终端建立连接,获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单。
第一节目清单是指显示终端节目直播信息,具体可以包括频道标识、节目标识、节目时间等。以手机作为控制终端,电视作为显示终端为例,手机需要安装电视应用程序,并通过安装的应用程序与电视实现配对。在非配对时,两个设备不需要处于同一个网络环境下,但是当用户选择录像时设备之间需要连接,且在录制过程中电视必须持续保持网络连接。电视应用程序是指搭载于控制终端上的电视应用程序,用户可以通过应用程序登陆账号。具体地,当手机与电视处于相同网络环境下时,可以通过账号进行配对。配对完成后,当两个设备都有网络连接时,不需要在同一个网络环境下,可以实现指令收发以及从手机到电视的单向画面同步等功能。
步骤204,响应用户针对第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令。
具体地,用户针对第一节目清单中待录制节目进行选择,得到第二节目清单。根据第二节目清单中的节目信息生成节目录制指令,比如节目录制开始指令、节目录制停止指令等。
步骤206,推送节目录制指令至显示终端,节目录制指令用于监测到待录制节目播放时,控制显示终端对待录制节目进行录制。
具体地,显示终端根据第二节目清单中的待录制节目信息,对实时直播节目进行监测,当监测到实时直播节目为待录制节目时,启动对该节目的录制。
上述节目录制方法,控制终端获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单, 响应用户针对第一节目清单中的节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令,推送节目录制指令至显示终端,显示终端监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制,由此实现了通过控制终端对显示终端的节目进行远程录制,且无需依赖额外的硬件设备。
在一个实施例中,节目录制指令携带预约录制时间,生成节目录制指令,推送节目录制指令至显示终端,包括:在预约录制时间到达前,实时监测已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;当当前播放节目信息与预约录制时间对应的节目信息一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,推送节目录制开始指令至显示终端,节目录制开始指令用于控制显示终端开始录制节目;当当前播放节目信息与预约录制时间对应的节目信息不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,推送节目录制停止指令至显示终端,节目录制停止指令用于控制显示终端停止录制节目。在预约录制时间到达前,可创建一线程轮询监测已配对的显示终端是否有对应的预约录制节目开始播放,比如根据预约录制时间监测当前播放节目的播放时长信息或者播放结束时间。在匹配当前播放节目信息与预约录制时间对应的节目信息时,可以匹配两者的频道标识以及节目标识,即当前播放节目与预约录制时间对应的节目在同一个频道以及两者的节目标识也相同。
在预约录制时间到达前,实时监测已配对显示终端的当前播放节目信息,具体可以通过在预约录制时间到达前预设时刻开始,监测已配对显示终端的当前播放节目信息。通过这种方式,可以避免预约录制时间对应的节目提前开始播放而导致开始录制的时间不准确情况的发生。
在一个实施例中,节目录制指令携带预约录制节目名称,生成节目录制指令,推送节目录制指令至显示终端,包括:根据预约录制节目名称获取录制开始时间,在录制开始时间前,实时监测已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;当当前播放节目信息与录制节目名称一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,推送节目录制开始指令至显示终端,节目录制开始指令用于控制显示终端开始录制节目;当当前播放节目信息与录制节目名称不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,推送节目录制停止指令至显示终端,节目录制停止指令用于控制显示终端停止录制节目。预约录制节目在该节目开始播放时执行录制,当检测到电视当前播放节目信息与预约录制节目名称相匹配时,开始录制节 目。在预约录制节目播放前,监测当前播放节目的节目信息,可实现更准确开始录制预约录制节目。
在一个实施例中,节目录制方法还包括:接收录制节目取消指令,录制节目取消指令携带取消录制的节目;在待录制节目中查找并删除取消录制的节目,得到第二节目清单;响应用户针对第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令,包括:根据第二节目清单生成节目录制指令。在用户误操作或者其它需要取消预约录制的情况下,在待录制节目中查找并删除取消录制的节目,得到第二节目清单,根据第二节目清单生成节目录制指令,这样就不会对取消的节目进行录制,不仅方便用户进行操作,也可以提高节目录制效率。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,提供了一种节目录制方法,以该方法应用于图1中的节目录制显示终端为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
步骤302,查找已配对的控制终端,发送第一节目清单至已配对的控制终端。
第一节目清单是指显示终端节目直播信息,具体可以包括频道标识、节目标识、节目时间等。以手机作为控制终端,电视作为显示终端为例,手机需要安装电视应用程序,并通过安装的应用程序与电视实现配对。在非配对时,两个设备不需要处于同一个网络环境下,但是当用户选择录像时设备之间需要连接,且在录制过程中电视必须持续保持网络连接。电视应用程序是指搭载于控制终端上的电视应用程序,用户可以通过应用程序登陆账号。具体地,当手机与电视处于相同网络环境下时,可以通过账号进行配对。配对完成后,当两个设备都有网络连接时,不需要在同一个网络环境下,可以实现指令收发以及从手机到电视的单向画面同步等功能。
步骤304,接收第二节目清单,第二节目清单由控制终端根据第一节目清单进行选择得到。
第二节目清单是指用户选择的待录制节目信息,用户从第一节目清单中选择想要录制的节目信息,由此得到第二节目清单。
步骤306,接收节目录制指令,根据节目录制指令获取第二录制清单中的待录制节目,并当监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制。
根据第二节目清单中的节目信息生成节目录制指令,比如节目录制开始 指令、节目录制停止指令等。显示终端根据第二节目清单中的待录制节目信息,对实时直播节目进行监测,当监测到实时直播节目为待录制节目时,启动对该节目的录制。
上述节目录制方法,控制终端获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单,并推送第一节目清单至用户,用户针对第一节目清单中的节目进行选择操作,得到第二节目清单,控制终端根据第二节目清单生成节目录制指令,推送节目录制指令至显示终端,显示终端根据节目录制指令获取第二节目清单中的节目,当监测到第二节目清单中的待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制,由此实现了通过控制终端对显示终端的节目进行远程录制,且无需依赖额外的硬件设备。
在一个实施例中,当监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制,包括:当监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行逐帧加密录制,将加密录制后的文件进行本地存储。在节目录制开始时,显示终端会在录制的同时对已经录制的文件进行逐帧加密。当录制完成后需等待加密完成,之后录像会储存为一个非流通的独占视频文件格式。该文件可以通过显示终端的文件管理器查找或者拷贝到其它设备,但是只能通过显示终端自带的播放器进行解密与播放。通过加密录制可以限制录制节目的传播,防止盗版内容的扩散,而将加密录制后的文件在本地存储,即将加密录制后的文件存储于显示终端,这样用户在显示终端播放该文件时,显示终端会通过自身播放器进行解密播放。
在一个实施例中,一种可以实现远程录制的节目录制方法,以手机作为控制终端,以电视作为显示终端,手机上安装有电视应用程序,通过该电视应用程序与电视配对。在非配对时,手机和电视两个设备不需要处于同一个网络环境下,当用户需要进行节目录制时,两个设备之间需要建立连接,且在节目录制过程中电视必须持续保持网络连接。
用户可以通过手机终端查看电视播放的节目单,根据节目单上的节目放映安排设置录制开始时间、录制停止时间,手动开始或者停止录制当前正在放映的节目。电视终端的主要功能为播放电视节目,接收并处理手机终端发送的节目录制指令,对电视节目进行录制,在录制过程中对数据进行加密,并在录制与加密完成后储存文件,电视终端在通过自带播放器播放储存的录 像文件时会对其进行解密。
电视终端的电视系统访问自身内置应用,获取应用中提供的节目放映安排,当手机与电视配对成功,且两者通过网络连接时,可以通过手机终端的电视应用程序访问电视终端的今日节目放映安排,设置录制开始时间和录制结束时间。具体访问路径可以是应用程序—频道—时间—节目标题,当应用程序中不存在频道选项卡时,访问路径可以是应用程序—时间—节目标题。电视终端的电视系统访问内置应用,获取应用中用户所选时间段的节目放映安排,并将该信息回传至手机终端的电视应用程序。用户选择待录制的频道或者待录制节目,具体地,用户通过手机终端选择待录制节目的节目标题,发送节目录制指令。电视终端的电视系统收到指令,当待录制节目开始播放时,开始录制,在录制过程中对录制的内容进行逐帧加密,当节目结束时停止录制。录制停止后等待逐帧加密完成,将加密后的文件储存为一个非流通的独占视频文件格式,将该文件存储于电视终端的本地硬盘中。用户可以通过电视终端的文件管理器查看所有的录制文件,选择播放本次录制的节目或者拷贝至其它设备,但是录制文件只能通过电视系统的内置播放器进行解密与播放。应该理解的是,虽然图2-3的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-3中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种节目录制装置,包括:清单获取模块402、录制指令生成模块404以及录制指令推送模块406。清单获取模块,用于与待配对的显示终端建立连接,获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单。录制指令生成模块,用于响应用户针对第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令。录制指令推送模块,用于推送节目录制指令至显示终端,节目录制指令用于监测到待录制节目播放时,控制显示终端 对待录制节目进行录制。
在一个实施例中,录制指令生成模块还用于在预约录制时间到达前,实时监测已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;当当前播放节目信息与预约录制时间对应的节目信息一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,录制指令推送模块还用于推送节目录制开始指令至显示终端,节目录制开始指令用于控制显示终端开始录制节目;录制指令生成模块还用于当当前播放节目信息与预约录制时间对应的节目信息不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,录制指令推送模块还用于推送节目录制停止指令至显示终端,节目录制停止指令用于控制显示终端停止录制节目。
在一个实施例中,录制指令生成模块还用于根据预约录制节目名称获取录制开始时间,在录制开始时间前,实时监测已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;当当前播放节目信息与预约录制节目名称一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,录制指令推送模块还用于推送节目录制开始指令至显示终端,节目录制开始指令用于控制显示终端开始录制节目;录制指令生成模块还用于当当前播放节目信息与预约录制节目名称不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,录制指令推送模块还用于推送节目录制停止指令至显示终端,节目录制停止指令用于控制显示终端停止录制节目。
在一个实施例中,节目录制装置还包括录制取消模块,用于接收录制节目取消指令,录制节目取消指令携带取消录制的节目;在待录制节目中查找并删除取消录制的节目,得到第二节目清单;录制指令生成模块还用于根据第二节目清单生成节目录制指令。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,一种节目录制装置,包括:信息处理模块502、清单接收模块504以及录制模块506。信息处理模块,用于查找已配对的控制终端,发送第一节目清单至已配对的控制终端。清单接收模块,用于接收第二节目清单,第二节目清单由控制终端根据第一节目清单进行选择得到。录制模块,用于接收节目录制指令,根据节目录制指令获取第二录制清单中的待录制节目,并当监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行录制。
在一个实施例中,录制模块还用于当监测到待录制节目播放时,对待录制节目进行逐帧加密录制,将加密录制后的文件进行本地存储。
关于节目录制装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于节目录制方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述节目录制装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,其内部结构图可以如图6所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和显示屏。其中,该处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种节目录制方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器存储有计算机程序,该处理器执行计算机程序时实现任一实施例中节目录制方法的步骤。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现任一实施例中节目录制方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、 动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种节目录制方法,所述方法包括:
    与待配对的显示终端建立连接,获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单;
    响应用户针对所述第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令;以及
    推送所述节目录制指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制指令用于监测到所述待录制节目播放时,控制所述显示终端对所述待录制节目进行录制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述节目录制指令携带预约录制时间,所述生成节目录制指令,推送所述节目录制指令至所述显示终端,包括:
    在所述预约录制时间到达前,实时监测所述已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;
    当所述当前播放节目信息与所述预约录制时间对应的节目信息一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,推送所述节目录制开始指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制开始指令用于控制所述显示终端开始录制节目;以及
    当所述当前播放节目信息与所述预约录制时间对应的节目信息不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,推送所述节目录制停止指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制停止指令用于控制所述显示终端停止录制节目。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述节目录制指令携带预约录制节目名称,所述生成节目录制指令,推送所述节目录制指令至所述显示终端,包括:
    根据所述预约录制节目名称获取录制开始时间,在所述录制开始时间前,实时监测所述已配对的显示终端的当前播放节目信息;
    当所述当前播放节目信息与所述预约录制节目名称一致时,生成节目录制开始指令,推送所述节目录制开始指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制开始指令用于控制所述显示终端开始录制节目;以及
    当所述当前播放节目信息与所述预约录制节目名称不一致时,生成节目录制停止指令,推送所述节目录制停止指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制停止指令用于控制所述显示终端停止录制节目。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    接收录制节目取消指令,所述录制节目取消指令携带取消录制的节目;
    在所述待录制节目中查找并删除所述取消录制的节目,得到第二节目清单;以及
    所述响应用户针对所述第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令,包括:
    根据所述第二节目清单生成节目录制指令。
  5. 一种节目录制方法,所述方法包括:
    查找已配对的控制终端,发送第一节目清单至所述已配对的控制终端;
    接收第二节目清单,所述第二节目清单由所述控制终端根据所述第一节目清单进行选择得到;以及
    接收节目录制指令,根据所述节目录制指令获取所述第二录制清单中的待录制节目,并当监测到所述待录制节目播放时,对所述待录制节目进行录制。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述当监测到所述待录制节目播放时,对所述待录制节目进行录制,包括:
    当监测到所述待录制节目播放时,对所述待录制节目进行逐帧加密录制,将加密录制后的文件进行本地存储。
  7. 一种节目录制装置,所述装置包括:
    清单获取模块,用于与待配对的显示终端建立连接,获取已配对的显示终端的第一节目清单;
    录制指令生成模块,用于响应用户针对所述第一节目清单中待录制节目的选择操作,生成节目录制指令;以及
    录制指令推送模块,用于推送所述节目录制指令至所述显示终端,所述节目录制指令用于监测到所述待录制节目播放时,控制所述显示终端对所述待录制节目进行录制。
  8. 一种节目录制装置,所述装置包括:
    信息处理模块,用于查找已配对的控制终端,发送第一节目清单至所述已配对的控制终端;
    清单接收模块,用于接收第二节目清单,所述第二节目清单由所述控制终端根据所述第一节目清单进行选择得到;以及
    录制模块,用于接收节目录制指令,根据所述节目录制指令获取所述第二录制清单中的待录制节目,并当监测到所述待录制节目播放时,对所述待录制节目进行录制。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至4中任一项所述方法或权利要求5至6中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至4中任一项所述方法或权利要求5至6中任一项所述方法的步骤。
