闸阀是用于安装在工艺管线上,用于控制工艺管线中物质流动的控制装置,广泛应用于化工、能源、制药等各种行业。在管线的输送介质中也存在高温物料需要输送、储存。由于物料温度高,用于输送管道的闸阀却很难耐受物料高温。闸阀在高温环境中往往会变形、变性(物理特性改变),从而导致闸阀卡塞、关不严、关不动等异常情况,减少了闸阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种鼎式高温闸阀,使闸阀在高温的工作环境中能实现冷却的效果,提高闸阀的密封效果和使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:

(1)本发明设置的冷却水环以及闸板内设置的冷却通道,在闸阀工作的时候,通过进水口和出水口与外界水管线相连,通过水管线输送温度较低的冷却水,冷却水从进水口进入冷却水环和插板的冷却通道中,对阀体和插板进行降温冷却,再从出水口流出,形成持续的冷却水降温,降低阀体和插板的温度,避免闸阀承受过高的温度,造成闸阀的变形或者失去密封的功能,提高了闸阀的使用寿命。
(2)本发明设置的上限位杆和下限位杆可以有效的避免在通过手轮对插板进行操作时,插板全闭时对阀体造成过力损伤,以及全开时对支撑架造成的过力损伤,进一步提升闸阀的使用寿命。
(3)本发明中密封盘根设置的调节环片和调节螺栓,在实际使用的过程中,通过调节螺栓挤压调节环片,使调节环片的缺口大小发生变化,从而实现对密封盘根与插板阀之间的挤压程度的调节,调节插板的密封性能,提高了闸阀的实用性。
(4)本发明中所设置的节流凸台,可以有效的防止大部分的冷却水从进水口直接出到出水口流出,增加冷却水通过插板的水流量,进一步提升其冷却的效果。

下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。

一种鼎式高温闸阀,设置有循环冷却水装置,通过冷却水对闸阀进行降温,避免闸阀长期处于高温的工作环境中,大大的延长了闸阀的使用寿命;其具体结构包括阀体1,固定于所述阀体1两侧并用于连接外界管线的上盖板2和下盖板3,所述上盖板2和下盖板3为管状的结构或者法兰式的结构,当上盖板和下盖板为管状的结构时,该闸阀通过焊接的连接方式与外界管线进行连接,当上盖板和下盖板为法兰式的结构时,可以通过螺栓和密封垫连接的方式实现闸阀 与外界管线之间的连接。
阀体1上设置耳板4,耳板4的两侧上设置支撑架5,支撑架5的顶端设置顶板6,支撑架5的中间设置插板7,插板7插入至阀体1中用于实现闸阀的启闭,为了实现阀体1与插板7之间的密封,在耳板4上设置密封盘根盒8,密封盘根盒8内填有密封盘根16,插板7与密封盘根16紧密贴合,实现插板的密封;为了实现密封盘根16与插板7之间的挤压密封程度,在密封盘根盒16内设置一个非全环的调节环片,调节环片有一缺口,挤压调节环片的时候,该缺口大小会随挤压作用力的作用而变化,密封盘根盒16还设置有一调节螺栓,通过调节螺栓的调节实现调节环片对密封盘根的不同挤压程度,从而有效调节密封盘根与插板之间的密封紧密性。
插板7固定连接有阀杆9,阀杆9上下移动带动插板7在阀体1内移动,实现闸阀的开闭,阀杆9穿过顶板6,顶板6上配设有与阀杆9相配合的手轮10,通过手轮10的转动驱动阀杆上下移动,手轮10与阀杆9通过螺纹连接的方式进行连接,手轮10通过轴承连接固定在顶板上,手轮10转动就能带动阀杆上下移动。
为了实现阀体的降温,阀体1的外侧设置有冷却水环11,所述冷却水环11设置有进水口12和出水口13,冷却水环11与阀体1通过焊接的方式密封连接成一体并形成一个可供水流通过的通道;为了实现对插板7的降温,在插板7内设置冷却通道14,并通过软管线14将冷却水环11与阀体1所形成的水流通道和冷却通道14进行连通,冷却水从进水口进入冷却水环和插板的冷却通道中,对阀体和插板进行降温冷却,再从出水口流出,形成持续的冷却水降温,降低阀体和插板的温度,避免闸阀承受过高的温度,造成闸阀的变形或者失去密封的功能,提高了闸阀的使用寿命。
由于手轮在转动的过程中,并不能判断插板与阀体之间的相对位置关系,容易造成插板与阀体之间受力过度,造成阀体的损坏,在支撑架5的上端和下端分别设有用于指示闸阀全开和全闭的上限位杆17和下限位杆18;通过手轮10的转动,使插板提升到上限位杆17的位置时,表明插板已处于全开的状态,而可以停止手轮的继续转动,当插板下降到下限位杆18的位置时,表明插板已处于全闭的状态,应当停止手轮的继续转动,避免插板对阀体造成的过力损伤。
为了提升耳座4的支撑强度,在耳板4与所述阀体1之间还设有用于加强耳板4连接强度的加强筋板19;为了提升插板内的水流通过面积,同时保证插板的强度,将插板内的冷却通道14设置成S型,通过为了防止从进水口进入的冷却水直接通过出水口流出,而达不到有效的降温效果,在冷却水环11内设置节流凸台20,阻隔大部分的水流直接从最短的距离通往出水口,增大水流通过插板是冷却通道的水量,提升其冷却的效果。

  1. 一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1),固定于所述阀体(1)两侧并用于连接外界管线的上盖板(2)和下盖板(3),固定于所述阀体(1)上的耳板(4),设置于所述耳板(4)上的支撑架(5),固定于所述支撑架(5)顶端的顶板(6),插入所述阀体(1)内并与所述阀体(1)相配合用于启闭闸阀的插板(7),设置于所述耳板(4)上并用于密封所述插板(7)的密封盘根盒(8),穿过所述顶板(6)且与所述插板(7)相连的并用于控制所述插板(7)升降的阀杆(9),以及设置于所述阀杆(9)上并用于控制所述阀杆(9)升降的手轮(10);其中,所述阀体(1)的外侧设置有冷却水环(11),所述冷却水环(11)设置有进水口(12)和出水口(13),所述插板(7)内设置有冷却通道(14),所述冷却水环(11)和所述冷却通道(14)通过软管线(15)相连通;所述密封盘根盒(8)内填有密封盘根(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述支撑架(5)的上端和下端分别设有用于指示闸阀全开和全闭的上限位杆(17)和下限位杆(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述耳板(4)与所述阀体(1)之间还设有用于加强所述耳板(4)连接强度的加强筋板(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述密封盘根盒(8)还设有用于调节所述密封盘根与所述插板(7)挤压密封程度的调节环片,以及用于调节所述调节环片的调节螺栓;所述调节环片开设有缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述冷却通道(14)呈S型设置于所述插板(7)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述冷却水环(11)内设有节流凸台(20)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种鼎式高温闸阀,其特征在于:所述上盖板和下盖板为管状的结构或者法兰式的结构。
