Abstract

The invention relates to a holder (1) for a dispensing bottle (2), which comprises: an attachment element (3) for attaching to a vertical surface; means for locking the bottle (2) to the attachment element (3), which are formed by a removable piece (6) that extends at one end to form respective parallel longitudinal elements (7) with flanges (8) at the distal end thereof; a securing element (9) for securing the flanges (8) to the attachment element (3), the attachment element (3) having a slot (11) aligned with the projection of the securing element (9); and an unlocking key (4).

DESCRIPTION

Technical field of the invention

The present invention corresponds to the technical field of utensils, accessories and complements for bathrooms, kitchens and other spaces, especially oriented to public places where dispenser bottles are used that must be recharged when the inner product is exhausted.

Background of the Invention

At present there is a trend towards the use of dispenser bottles for products such as gel, shampoo, hand soap, etc. in public spaces such as bathrooms in restaurants, gas stations, hotels, etc.

In the hotels in particular, the small bottles that had been used are being replaced by these dispenser bottles, so that significant savings are achieved when the product is purchased in bulk to refill the bottles.

Before, an immense quantity of courtesy jars were used, which were consumed both by the normal use of the users and by the widespread custom of taking these souvenir jars even though they have not been used. This generates very important costs for the hotel, which is trying to eliminate itself by replacing these bottles with dispenser bottles.

In addition, the use of courtesy bottles is a serious damage to the environment due to the amount of plastic (or other) waste it generates, so that the ecological awareness of establishments and customers increasingly demands less polluting or harmful solutions . However, the reality is that, whether by acts of vandalism, as a challenge, as fun, etc. Sometimes some users also try to appropriate the dispensing bottle, causing losses to the establishment and damage to the facilities.

Most of the supports for this type of dispensing bottle that are currently being used simply serve as a support, allowing a simple extraction of the bottle, which means that it is very easy to remove.

In view of the problem that this entails, there is some support model that already has means for fixing the bottle, although in practice they are not enough or solve the problem, since they are visible and easily vulnerable.

Furthermore, another added problem of the already existing dispensing bottle holders is the fact that, in order to constitute an inviolable or difficultly inviolable medium, at the same time they make it difficult to quickly and easily replace the liquid or product inside them. Thus, for example, in the case of hotels, waitresses need to change bottles or fill them as quickly and easily as possible, since as is known they have very little time to fix each room.

The applicant is not aware of any support for dispensing bottles that has fixing means of the same such that the assembly is inviolable, thus preventing the removal of the bottle and the product it contains and that, at the same time, allows a quick and easy maintenance and / or replacement of the same.

Description of the invention

The holder for the dispensing bottle presented here, which comprises an element for holding the dispensing bottle to a vertical surface, comprises means for locking the dispensing bottle to the clamping element. clamping formed by a removable piece that extends at one end of the same, forming two parallel longitudinal elements with harpoon-like tabs at their distal end, and an element for anchoring the tabs arranged on the holding element.

Said clamping element has a groove arranged in correspondence with the projection of the anchoring element and, this support also comprises an unlocking key that has at one end an emergent portion of such dimensions that allows its insertion in the groove and the opening and unlocking the tabs of the removable part.

With the dispenser bottle holder proposed here, a significant improvement in the state of the art is obtained.

This is so because a device capable of making a perfect support of the dispensing bottle is achieved in an effective way to allow a comfortable use of it, at the same time that it is an inviolable support, since it has blocking means completely hidden from the sight and for which a specific unlocking key is necessary, without which the extraction of the bottle is not possible.

Thus, at the same time that the blocking means are hidden, the slot through which it is possible to open and unblock the tabs that prevent the bottle from exiting is also in a location that is difficult to access visually.

This way of placing the locking means, in addition to ensuring inviolability, is more aesthetic as it is hidden and does not involve additional elements on the support.

Furthermore, the unlocking key is a single key that is used for all supports of this type, so that the personnel in charge of the tasks of replacing the product inside the bottles can use the same unlocking key for all the installed supports. In the establishment. Likewise, both the key and the fastening element that is fixed to the wall, are compatible with different bottle formats (dispenser and pump) resulting in only the change of only one of the parts in the case of using a different format.

It is a support that is easy to assemble and disassemble, which is a great advantage for the personnel in charge of product refills, who usually work with very tight times. In addition, it is a very robust and resistant support, as it is perfectly fixed to the desired wall or vertical surface, by means of screwed or chemical means such as double-sided adhesive tape.

It is therefore a very practical and effective dispenser bottle holder, which is very easy to assemble and disassemble and provides great security against vandalism and theft thanks to its inviolability.

In order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of a practical embodiment thereof, a series of drawings is provided as an integral part of said description, where, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, it has been provided represented the following:

In view of the figures provided, it can be seen how, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support (1) for the dispensing bottle (2) proposed here, which comprises a holding element (3) of said bottle

Furthermore, the fastening element (3) has a groove (11), in correspondence with the projection of the anchoring element (9).

In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the anchoring element (9) of the flanges (8) has a longitudinal shape and is fixed to the fastening element (3). In addition, it comprises a covering part (10) thereof, formed by a plate of length and width greater than those of the anchoring element (9), such that between the fastening element (3) and the covering part (10) Two rails for moving the longitudinal elements (7) of the removable part (6) are configured on both sides of the anchoring element (9).

As shown in Figure 2, the fastening element (3) to a vertical surface, has an L shape with a first wing (3.1) that presents a first surface suitable to be arranged in contact with the vertical surface and a second surface ( 5) opposite, a second wing (3.2) perpendicular to the previous one, fixing means to the wall and gripping means (13) of the dispensing bottle (2). In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the anchoring element (9) is specifically fixed to the second surface (5) of the first wing (3.1) of the fastening element (3) by means of screws, but according to another possible embodiment said anchoring element (9) could form an integral part with the fastening element (3), that is, both be a single piece, for example the anchoring element (9) being a protuberance on the second surface of the first wing (3.1 ) of the clamping element (3).

On the other hand, the removable part (6) has an L shape with a first wing (6.1) parallel to the first wing (3.1) of the clamping element (3) and a second perpendicular wing (6.2) arranged in the same direction as the second wing (3.2) of the clamping element (3).

In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the second wing (6.2) of the removable part (6) is in the shape of a ring, to surround the mouth of the dispensing bottle (2).

On the other hand, as can be seen in Figures 2 and 3, a groove (11) of the fastening element (3) is arranged at the junction between the first and second wings (3.1, 3.2), in correspondence with the projection of the anchoring element (9), as already indicated.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the unlocking key (4) has at one end an emerging portion (12) of dimensions such that it can be inserted into the slot (11) so that when inserted into it, it is fits between the tabs (8) of the removable piece (6), generating a lateral displacement of the same that allows them to be unblocked with respect to the anchoring element (9), thus allowing the release of the removable piece (6) and thereby the release of the dispensing bottle (2).

In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the gripping means (13) of the bottle (2) are formed by at least one curved element fixed at its ends to the first wing (3.1) of the holding element (3). In this case it is a single curved element held at both ends, but it could be formed in other embodiments, by two symmetrical curved elements fixed at one end to the clamping element and with the other free end, such that they allow a variation in the size of the bottle to be clamped.

According to another aspect, the fixing means to the wall of the fastening element (3), in this embodiment are formed by at least one through hole (14) in the first wing (3.1) thereof and a screwed or screw element which is introduced through said through hole (14), as can be seen in Figures 2 and 4.

As shown in any of the Figures provided, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the clamping element (3) is arranged in a lower position with respect to the removable part (6), however this support (1) allows in other embodiments, it can be arranged in the reverse position, that is, with the removable part (6) located lower than the fastening element (3). In this case, the dispensing bottle (2) would also be held, but the slot (11) of the holding element (3) would remain in the upper area thereof.

Although in this case a single removable piece (6) is shown, this support (1) presents the possibility that the locking means comprise at least two removable interchangeable pieces (6), where each one of them has a length of the first wing (6.1) such that in the anchoring position of the flanges (8) in the anchoring element (9), the space between the respective second wings (3.2, 6.12) of the support element (3) and the removable part (6) is suitable for the location of a bottle (2) of a certain height. In this way, depending on the height of the dispensing bottle (2), a removable piece (6) or another is used, choosing the one that has a length of the first wing (6.1) that is more appropriate to the bottle (2) in question. .

Claims

1- Support (1) for bottle (2) dispenser comprising:

- a fastening element (3) of the dispensing bottle (2) to a surface;

- means of blocking the bottle

(2) dispenser to clamp

(3), and

- an unlocking key (4), characterized in that the means for locking the dispensing bottle (2) in turn comprise:

- a removable piece (6) that is extended at one of its ends forming two parallel longitudinal elements (7) with some tabs (8) like a harpoon at its distal end and,

- an anchoring element (9) for the flanges (8) arranged on the clamping element (3); and where the fastening element (3) has a slot (11), in correspondence with the projection of the anchoring element (9), and where the unlocking key (4) has at one end an emerging portion (12) of dimensions such that it allows its insertion in the slot (11) and the lateral opening of the tabs (8) of the removable part (6) with its consequent unlocking.

2- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to claim 1, characterized in that the anchoring element (9) of the flanges (8) has a longitudinal shape and is fixed to the fastening element (3) and comprises a covering part (10) thereof, formed by a plate with a length and width greater than those of the anchoring element (9), such that between the fastening element (3) and the covering part (10) there are separate rails of displacement of the longitudinal elements (7) of the removable part (6), on both sides of the anchoring element (9).

3- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening element (3) to a vertical surface is L-shaped with a first wing (3.1) that has a first surface suitable to be placed in contact with the vertical surface and a second opposite surface (5), a second wing (3.2) perpendicular to the previous one, fixing means to the wall and gripping means (13) of the dispensing bottle (2).

4- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to claim 3, characterized in that the removable part (6) is L-shaped with a first wing (6.1) parallel to the first wing (3.1) of the clamping element (3) where said first wing (3.1) and a second perpendicular wing (6.2) arranged in the same direction as the second wing (3.2) of the fastening element (3).

5- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to any of claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the gripping means (13) of the bottle (2) are formed by at least one curved element fixed at its ends to the first wing (3.1) of the clamping element (3).

6- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamping element (3) is arranged in a lower position with respect to the removable part (6).

7- Support (1) for a dispensing bottle (2), according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the removable part (6) is arranged lower than the clamping element (3).

8. Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to any of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the second wing (6.2) of the removable part (6) is in the shape of a ring.

9- Support (1) for dispenser bottle (2), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the unlocking key (4) is L-shaped.
