本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱及终端设备,扬声器箱包括上盖板、与所述上盖板形成收容腔的下盖板、收容于所述收容腔中的发声单体以及固定于所述下盖板的钢片,所述下盖板开设有与所述发声单体对应的开口,所述钢片覆盖所述开口,所述钢片与所述发声单体之间设置有导电泡棉;所述上盖板上设置有接地馈点,所述扬声器箱还包括连接在所述钢片与所述接地馈点之间的导通片,所述导通片包括铜箔层和设置在所述铜箔层上的导电胶层,所述导电胶层设置有镂空区,所述钢片经所述镂空区与所述铜箔层相接。运用本技术方案解决了现有技术中发声单体与整机端连通接地时,存在电阻较大不稳定、整体导通性存在波动的技术问题。

技术领域】
本实用新型涉及声电转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱及终端设备。

背景技术】
随着科学技术的快速发展,人们对生活品质的追求越来越高,而便携式多媒体视听设备如笔记本电脑、手机等作为日常生活中的体验扬声器箱,人们对其要求也越来越高。在扬声器箱的生产中,需要将发声单体和下盖钢片接地,且阻值需求小于2欧姆,但是整机接地馈点位置在上盖板的一侧,因此通过带导电胶的导电铜箔贴附在钢片上,将尾部从扬声器箱的侧面引到上盖位置,与整机端连通接地。但是导电胶电阻较大且不稳定,受贴附状态影响,整体导通性存在波动。
因此,有必要提供一种扬声器箱。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱及终端设备,以解决现有技术中发声单体与整机端连通接地时,存在电阻较大不稳定、整体导通性存在波动的技术问题。

技术解决方案】
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器箱,所述扬声器箱包括上盖板、与所述上盖板形成收容腔的下盖板、收容于所述收容腔中的发声单体以及固定于所述下盖板的钢片,所述下盖板开设有与所述发声单体对应的开口,所述钢片覆盖所述开口,所述钢片与所述发声单体之间设置有导电泡棉;所述上盖板上设置有接地馈点,所述扬声器箱还包括连接在所述钢片与所述接地馈点之间的导通片,所述导通片包括铜箔层和设置在所述铜箔层上的导电胶层,所述导电胶层设置有镂空区,所述钢片经所述镂空区与所述铜箔层相接。
进一步地,所述钢片朝向所述导通片延伸形成与所述镂空区相对应的台阶,所述铜箔层开设有用于容纳所述台阶的凹槽。
进一步地,所述台阶与所述铜箔层过盈连接。
进一步地,所述台阶位于所述钢片的中心处。
进一步地,所述台阶的正投影与所述导电泡棉的正投影至少部分重叠。
进一步地,所述导通片包括贴设在所述下盖板并与所述钢片相接触的第一导通部、贴设在所述上盖板并与所述接地馈点连接的第二导通部以及连接所述第一导通部和所述第二导通部的连接部,所述第一导通部的面积大于所述第二导通部的面积。
进一步地,一种终端设备,所述终端设备包括如前所述扬声器箱。

有益效果】
本实用新型的有益效果在于:发声单体与钢片之间设置有导电泡棉,导通片连接在钢片与接地馈点之间,以实现发声单体的接地连接,导通片由铜箔层和设置在铜箔层上的导电胶层构成,在导电胶层开设镂空区,钢片经过镂空区与铜箔层直接接触,铜箔层及钢片的电阻均很低且稳定,跳过中间不稳定的导电胶层直接接触,可大幅提高导通性。运用本技术方案解决了现有技术中发声单体与整机端连通接地时,存在电阻较大不稳定、整体导通性存在波动的技术问题。

本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱,扬声器箱包括上盖板10、与上盖板10形成收容腔的下盖板20、收容于收容腔中的发声单体30以及固定于下盖板20的钢片40,下盖板20开设有与发声单体30对应的开口21,钢片40覆盖开口21,钢片40与发声单体30之间设置有导电泡棉50;上盖板10上设置有接地馈点,扬声器箱还包括连接在钢片40与接地馈点之间的导通片60,导通片60包括铜箔层61和设置在铜箔层上的导电胶层62,导电胶层62设置有镂空区,钢片40经镂空区与铜箔层61相接。
在本技术方案中,发声单体30与钢片40之间设置有导电泡棉50,导通片60连接在钢片40与接地馈点之间,以实现发声单体30的接地连接,导通片60由铜箔层61和设置铜箔层61上的导电胶层62构成,在导电胶层62开设镂空区,钢片40经过镂空区与铜箔层61直接接触,铜箔层61及钢片40的电阻均很低且稳定,且跳过中间不稳定的导电胶层62直接接触,可大幅提高导通性。运用本技术方案解决了现有技术中发声单体30与整机端连通接地时,存在电阻较大不稳定、整体导通性存在波动的技术问题。
进一步地,钢片40朝向导通片60延伸形成与镂空区相对应的台阶41,铜箔层61开设有用于容纳台阶41的凹槽611。在本实施例中,镂空区为矩形结构设置,台阶41相对应呈矩形结构设置,台阶41经镂空区收容于凹槽611中,实现钢片40与铜箔层61的充分稳定接触。
本实施例通过钢片40延伸形成台阶41与铜箔层61充分接触,然而并不局限于通过台阶41来实现充分,还可以在钢片40上增设与凹槽611相对应的凸点等,来实现钢片40与铜箔层61的充分接触。
优选地,台阶41与铜箔层61过盈连接,进一步使钢片40与铜箔层61充分接触,保持整体的导通性。
进一步地,台阶41位于钢片40的中心处,以保证铜箔层61与整片钢片40接触均衡;优选地,台阶41的正投影与导电泡棉50的正投影至少部分重叠,当通过导电泡棉50来确保发声单体30与钢片40的连通时,将台阶41与导电泡棉50对应设置,缩短导通路径,保证导通路径顺畅。
参见图2,导通片60包括贴设在下盖板20并与钢片40相接触的第一导通部60a、贴设在上盖板10并与接地馈点连接的第二导通部60b以及连接第一导通部60a和第二导通部60b的连接部60c,第一导通部60a的面积大于第二导通部60b的面积。根据第一导通部60a与钢片40相接触、第二导通部60b与接地馈点连接来调整第一导通部60a和第二导通部60b的面积,既保证接触面积保证导通性,同时节省材料,降低成本。
本实用新型还提供了一种终端设备(未图示),比如手机、ipad等,该终端设备包括本实用新型提供的上述的扬声器箱。

- 一种扬声器箱,所述扬声器箱包括上盖板、与所述上盖板形成收容腔的下盖板、收容于所述收容腔中的发声单体以及固定于所述下盖板的钢片,所述下盖板开设有与所述发声单体对应的开口,所述钢片覆盖所述开口,所述钢片与所述发声单体之间设置有导电泡棉;所述上盖板上设置有接地馈点,所述扬声器箱还包括连接在所述钢片与所述接地馈点之间的导通片,所述导通片包括铜箔层和设置所述铜箔层上的导电胶层,其特征在于,所述导电胶层设置有镂空区,所述钢片经所述镂空区与所述铜箔层相接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述钢片朝向所述导通片延伸形成与所述镂空区相对应的台阶,所述铜箔层开设有用于容纳所述台阶的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述台阶与所述铜箔层过盈连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述台阶位于所述钢片的中心处。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述台阶的正投影与所述导电泡棉的正投影至少部分重叠。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导通片包括贴设在所述下盖板并与所述钢片相接触的第一导通部、贴设在所述上盖板并与所述接地馈点连接的第二导通部以及连接所述第一导通部和所述第二导通部的连接部,所述第一导通部的面积大于所述第二导通部的面积。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述扬声器箱。
