可选地,上述的吸顶灯中,所述第一装配件还包括连接片,所述连接片用于与所述底盘/所述边框组件连接,所述卡接主体与所述连接片垂直连接。
可选地,上述的吸顶灯中,所述卡接主体上设置有用于引导所述卡接件出入所述卡接槽的导向面。
可选地,上述的吸顶灯中,所述滑动座为限位腔,所述限位腔具有朝向所述卡接槽的伸出口;
所述卡接件和弹性件设置在所述限位腔内,所述卡接件能够在所述弹性力的推动下伸出所述伸出口;
所述卡接件伸出所述伸出口的部分与所述卡接槽卡接。
可选地,上述的吸顶灯中,所述限位腔远离所述伸出口的一端设置有进入口,所述进入口的边缘设置有螺纹,所述卡接件还包括螺纹端盖,所述螺纹端盖封堵所述进入口并与所述限位腔螺纹连接固定,所述弹性件与所述螺纹端盖抵接。
可选地,上述的吸顶灯中,所述第二装配件还包括固定主体,所述固定主体用于与所述底盘/所述边框组件连接,所述滑动座设置在所述固定主体上。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
本申请实施例公开了一种吸顶灯,如图1至图12所示,包括底盘1、由边框2以及面罩3所组成的边框组件以及装配组件4,在其它一些实施例中,边框组件也可能不包含面罩3或者还包含其它部件。除此之外吸顶灯还应当包含光源板、配光元件等部件,但这些部件均为现有部件,且与本申请的核心构思无关,故并未在附图中体现,本实施例也不会对其进行详细介绍。
本实施例中的底盘1具有用于与天花板9贴合的贴合面100,如图2和图3所示,底盘1本身可能并不平整,而是存在许多凸出的垫脚10以及起到加强或散热效果的筋条11等结构,导致表面凹凸不平,此时,贴合面100可能是垫脚10的表面。
本实施例中的边框2通常为宽边周向闭合结构,边框2的上下两侧敞口,同时在下侧通常会设置一圈向内伸出的翻边或限位件21用来托住或固定面罩3。本实施例中的面罩3覆盖边框2下侧的敞口,并与边框2固定连接。在本实施例中,边框2与面罩3可以采用各种易于装配且配合牢固的装配结构,因此面罩3可以采用光学性能、抗老化性能优良的脆性材料或其他适合 的材质,以大幅延长面罩3以及吸顶灯的整体使用寿命。本实施例中,面罩3可以由边框2上侧的敞口放入,或者可以在成型时直接与边框2完成固定连接。
待边框2与面罩3完成固定连接后,本实施例再将边框2沿竖直方向罩设在底盘1的外围,并且在罩设的过程中边框2可以通过装配组件4与底盘1实现可拆卸连接。待边框2通过装配组件4与底盘1连接后将正好处于能够与贴合面100平齐的状态,以紧贴天花板9,并且底盘1以及装配组件4也均处于边框2所围绕的区域内,并不外露,因此能够使吸顶灯获得良好的产品外观。因此,本实施例所提供的吸顶灯能够同时具备较长的使用寿命以及良好的产品外观。
对于本实施例中所采用的装配组件,其可以包括两个组成部分,如图2至图11所示,本实施例中的装配组件包含两部分,分别为第一装配件40以及第二装配件41,第一装配件40以及第二装配件41二者之一设置在底盘1上,另一者对应设置在边框2所围绕的区域内,例如可以固定在边框2的内壁20上,或者固定在专门设置的固定件22(例如固定边条)上,当然也可以设置在边框2的其它部件上。本实施例附图中将第一装配件40设置在了底盘1上,将第二装配件41设置在了边框2上,当然也可以相反设置。第一装配件40与第二装配件41能够沿竖直方向可拆卸连接。
可拆卸连接的方式多种多样,本实施例中推荐采用其中较为简便的第一装配件40与第二装配件41沿竖直方向可拆卸卡接的连接方式。具体地,如图所示,本实施例中的第一装配件40包括卡接主体400,卡接主体400可以为一根柱状结构或其他具有平行于竖直方向的侧面的结构,在卡接主体400平行于竖直方向的侧面上设置有卡接槽400a,卡接槽400a可以为仅有一侧敞开的结构,也可以为同时具有两侧甚至三侧敞开的结构,只要能够卡住第二装配件41即可。与此同时,卡接主体400可以直接与底盘1固定或一体式设置,也可以通过在第一装配件40内设置沿水平方向延伸的连接片401与底 盘1进行连接,连接片401与卡接主体400可垂直连接呈L形或T形排布。
如图6、7、10所示,本实施例中的第二装配件41可以包括弹性卡接组件410。弹性卡接组件410能够伸入卡接槽400a内并对卡接槽400a施加具有水平分量的弹性推力。通过该弹性推力的作用便能够阻碍弹性卡接组件410脱离卡接槽400a,从而实现第一装配件40与第二装配件41的卡接。当需要第一装配件40与第二装配件41脱离卡接状态时,可以沿竖直方向向下拉拽边框2,使弹性卡接组件410回退出卡接槽400a,从而脱离卡接状态。
需要说明的是,为了实现第一装配件40与第二装配件41沿竖直方向的可拆卸卡接,本领域技术人员当然要采用卡接槽400a与弹性卡接组件410能够将竖直方向的运动转化为水平方向运动的结构,相关技术中相应功能的结构多不胜数,在此不再赘述。当然,为了便于弹性卡接组件410出入卡接槽400a,本实施例中优选在卡接主体400上设置用于引导弹性卡接组件410导向面400b。导向面400b可以为平面也可以为曲面,可以与卡接槽400a分别独立设置,也可以与卡接槽400a一体设置,这些均可以本领域技术人员的实际需求进行设计。
本实施例中,底盘1与边框2之间通常可以设置多组装配组件,以实现均匀受力,提高可拆卸连接的稳定性。而对于每个卡接主体400而言,其可以如图6和图7所示仅在一个平行于竖直方向的侧面上设置有卡接槽400a。由于第一配合件40与第二配合件41之间存在水平的相互作用力,而这种作用力会分别传递至底盘1与边框组件上。如果所有卡接槽400a的朝向均相同,则会导致底盘1与边框组件之间形成一个整体的偏移作用力,如果底盘1或者边框组件的材料硬度较低,则很可能在这种偏移作用力下发生形变或位移,致使第一配合件40与第二配合件41发生一定的远离,减弱卡接效果。
为了减弱或避免上述问题,本实施例中的装配组件4可以两两一组成对设置,并且同一组内的两个装配组件4沿水平方向对称设置。与此同时,同一组内的两个卡接主体400上的卡接槽400a还被分别朝向不同的方向。这样, 同一组内的两个装配组件4对底盘1以及边框组件的作用力方向不一致,因此底盘1与边框组件之间便很难形成明显的偏移作用力,从而保证卡接效果。
在更为优选的方案中,同一组内的两个卡接主体400上的卡接槽400a可以相互面对(参见图8)或相互背离(参见图9)的方式设置。这两种方式均可以保证同一组内的两个装配组件4对底盘1以及边框组件的作用力方向相反,相互抵消,因此底盘1与边框组件之间基本不会形成偏移作用力,因此卡接效果更佳。进一步地,同一组内的两个卡接件410b受到的弹性推力优选均沿水平方向并且处于同一直线或者相互平行,以进一步减小对底盘1的影响。
除了上述方式之外,每个卡接主体400也可以同时在相互背离的两侧同时设置卡接槽400a,每一侧卡接槽400a均对应设置一个弹性卡接组件410,从而使每个卡接主体400均由两侧同时受到弹性卡接组件410的水平推力,从而在装配组件4的内部实现受力基本平衡,基本不会对底盘1与边框组件施加额外的水平作用力。
请继续参见图6、7、10,本实施例中的弹性卡接组件410可包括弹性件410a、卡接件410b以及滑动座410d,弹性卡接组件410可以直接与边框2固定或一体式设置,也可以设置在一个固定主体412上,再通过固定主体412与边框2固定。本实施例中的滑动座410d用于限制卡接件410b的伸出方向,滑动座410d的实施结构有许多种,例如滑槽、滑轨等均可。如图11所示,本实施例中的滑动座410d采用限位腔形式,限位腔410d(为了便于描述,下面沿用滑动座的附图标记)可以具有朝向卡接槽400a的伸出口410d1。弹性件410a以及卡接件410b均设置在限位腔410d内,其中,卡接件410b与限位腔410d能够相对滑动,并且,卡接件410b能够在弹性件410a的推动下滑动伸出伸出口410d1。进一步地,在优选方案中,限位腔410d还具有围绕伸出口410d1设置的限制体410d2,此时限制体410d2能够阻止卡接部410b由伸出口410d1脱离限位腔410d,即此时卡接件410b被限制在限制体410d2 与弹性件410a之间,且仅有一部分能够由伸出口410d1伸出,而这部分便可以与卡接槽400a进行卡接。这样设计可以使弹性卡接组件410具有固定的位置以及卡接程度,便于控制卡接状态。本实施例中的限制体410d2可以为围绕伸出口410d1的一圈翻边或者多个限制部,只要能够防止卡接件410b由伸出口410d1脱离限位腔410d均可。本实施例中的弹性件410a可以采用弹簧、V形或波浪形弹片、弹性橡胶块等各种可能适用的弹性部件。而卡接件410b优选采用滚珠,滚珠既具有良好的引导效果同时也更加易于装配,卡接件410b也可以采用子弹头结构。
如图6和图7所示,在此基础上,本实施例的限位腔410d远离伸出口410d1的一端还可以设置有进入口410d3,卡接件410b以及弹性件410a可以由进入口410d3被一次放入限位腔410d内。在进入口410d3的边缘设置有螺纹,同时弹性卡接组件410还可包括螺纹端盖410c,螺纹端盖410c待卡接件410b以及弹性件410a被放入限位腔410d后封堵进入口410d3并与限位腔410d螺纹连接固定,弹性件410a与螺纹端盖410c也处于抵接状态。
这样通过旋转螺纹端盖410c可以调整螺纹端盖410c的位置,从而调节弹性件410a的压缩状态,进而改变卡接件410b所受到的弹性力。而卡接件410b所受到的弹性力大小又影响到装配和拆卸边框2与底盘1时所使用的力道,尤其在当弹性件410a老化导致弹性力降低时,可以通过调节螺纹端盖410c使弹性件410a重新向卡接件410b提供足够的弹性力,防止卡接件410b无法克服边框2与面罩3的重力而自行回退,延长吸顶灯的使用寿命。
当卡接主体400在相互背离的两侧同时设置卡接槽400a时,可以在一个固定主体412上同时设置两个弹性卡接组件410。两个弹性卡接组件410的伸出口410d1相对设置且相互之间留有可供卡接主体400进入的间隙,这样当卡接主体400进入该间隙内时便可同时与两侧的弹性卡接组件410卡接。
虽然本实施例中的边框2与底盘1通过装配组件4装配,但由于装配组件4的拆装方向沿竖直方向,与边框2的重力方向一致,因此一旦装配组件 4发生老化、损坏等情况很容易导致边框2掉落,轻则造成边框2以及面罩3破损,重则可能砸伤人员。
为了避免边框2直接掉落,如图2、4、5、8、9、12所示,本实施例中的底盘1的一侧可以与边框2所围绕的区域内的一侧转动连接,其转动轴平行于水平面,并且边框2能够通过转动由底盘1的下方罩设在底盘1的外围。这样,边框2与底盘1可以同时具备两种连接方式,二者之间既存在转动连接又通过装配组件4可拆卸连接。当装配组件4因某种原因而突然失效时,由于边框2与底盘1还保持着转动连接状态,因此边框2与面罩3不会直接掉落,而是可以绕转动轴转动至基本竖直,从而提醒用户需要修理。
具体地,可以在底盘1的一侧设置一挂接部12,挂接部12,同时在吸顶灯上还包括挂钩5,挂钩5与边框2所围绕的区域内的一侧连接,挂钩5可以与边框2固定连接,也可以转动连接,并且挂钩5可以与边框2的内壁20上,或者也固定在固定件22(例如固定边条)上,亦或者设置在其它固定结构上均可。边框2通过挂钩5与挂接部12转动挂接。这种设计不但结构简单,而且装配也较为容易。
综上所述,本申请实施例所提供的吸顶灯可以大幅简化边框组件的拆装步骤,节约时间。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种吸顶灯,其中,包括底盘、边框组件以及装配组件;所述底盘具有用于与天花板贴合的贴合面,所述边框组件通过所述装配组件与所述底盘沿竖直方向可拆卸连接;所述装配组件包括第一装配件以及第二装配件,所述第一装配件以及所述第二装配件二者之一设置在所述底盘上,另一者对应设置在所述边框组件上;所述第一装配件包括卡接主体,所述第二装配件包括弹性卡接组件,所述弹性卡接组件包括滑动座、弹性件和卡接件;所述卡接主体在平行于竖直方向的侧面上设置有卡接槽,所述卡接件滑动设于所述滑动座且可伸出所述滑动座伸入所述卡接槽,所述弹性件为所述卡接件伸入所述卡接槽提供弹性推力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述卡接槽设置在所述卡接主体的一侧;所述装配组件两两一组,同一组内的两个所述卡接主体上的所述卡接槽相互面对或相互背离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其中,同一组内的两个所述卡接件受到的弹性推力沿水平方向且处于同一直线或者相互平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述卡接主体相互背离的两侧均设置有所述卡接槽,每一侧所述卡接槽均对应设置有一个所述弹性卡接组件。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述第一装配件还包括连接片,所述连接片用于与所述底盘/所述边框组件连接,所述卡接主体与所述连接片垂直连接。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述卡接主体上设置有用于引导所述卡接件出入所述卡接槽的导向面。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述滑动座为限位腔,所述限位腔具有朝向所述卡接槽的伸出口;所述卡接件和弹性件设置在所述限位腔内,所述卡接件能够在所述弹性力的推动下伸出所述伸出口;所述卡接件伸出所述伸出口的部分与所述卡接槽卡接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述限位腔远离所述伸出口的一端设置有进入口,所述进入口的边缘设置有螺纹,所述卡接件还包括螺纹端盖,所述螺纹端盖封堵所述进入口并与所述限位腔螺纹连接固定,所述弹性件与所述螺纹端盖抵接。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述第二装配件还包括固定主体,所述固定主体用于与所述底盘/所述边框组件连接,所述滑动座设置在所述固定主体上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述卡接件为滚珠,所述弹性件为弹簧。
