具体实施方式
本申请文件所述高度是指水箱的某一位置与地面之间的距离。
实施例一
请参见图1-图5所示,本发明的一种防虹吸的储水装置,设于卫生清洗装置的清洗水路中,包括用于储存清洗水的水箱1,该水箱1设有进水结构、出水结构;所述水箱1还设有溢流结构,所述进水结构的出水面高于所述溢流结构的溢流面。
本实施例中,所述进水结构包括进水管3,该进水管3一端设有位于所述水箱1内的出水口31,该出水口31的出水面构成所述进水结构的出水面;该进水管3另一端设有进水口32,该进水口32通向所述水箱1外。所述出水口31的出水面是指出水口31端缘所在的面。在其它实施例中,所述进水结构为设置于水箱侧壁或顶壁的进水口,所述进水结构的出水面及进水口内缘所在的面。
本实施例中,所述进水口32位于所述水箱1侧壁,如图2所示,但不局限于此。在其它实施例中,所述进水口32位于水箱1底壁。
本实施例中,所述溢流结构包括溢流管2,该溢流管2顶端设为位于所述水箱1内的溢流口21,该溢流口21的溢流面构成所述溢流结构的溢流面;该溢流管2底端设有排水口22,该排水口22通向所述水箱1外部。具体,所述排水口22位于所述水箱1底壁,但不局限于此,在其它实施例中,所述排水口22位于所述水箱1的侧壁底部。所述溢流口21的溢流面是指溢流口21端缘所在的面。在其它实施例中,所述溢流结构为设置于水箱侧壁的溢流口,所述溢流结构的溢流面即止溢流口内缘所在的面。
本实施例中,所述溢流管2贴近水箱1内侧面,使溢流管2能让出水箱1内部更大空间,以便于安装其它零部件。具体,所述溢流管2贴近下述上壳的内侧面。所述溢流管2远离所述进水管3的出水口31,使进水管3进水时进水管3附近水面产生的波动不会造成水从溢流管2流走,从而降低水损失。
本实施例中,所述出水结构具体包括设置于所述水箱1内的抽水管(图中未体现)、设置于所述水箱内的加热腔111,该抽水管底端设有入水口,该入水口贴近水箱底壁;抽水管顶端连通加热腔111,加热腔顶端开口,并由可出水的端盖13进行覆盖。所述溢流管2顶端高于加热腔111底端,因而,水箱内的水面可没过加热腔111,从而可利用加热腔111的外散热量给水箱中的水预加热。在其它实施例中,所述出水结构为设置于所述水箱侧壁或底壁的出水孔。
本实施例中,所述水箱1包括底板12和底端开口的上壳11,底板12密封连接于所述上壳11的底端开口处。具体,所述底板12四周与上壳11通过超声波焊接固定。所述溢流管2、进水管3立置在底板12上,且所述溢流管2、进水管3与所述底板12一体注塑成型。所述底板12具体包括平板式主板121和凸设在该主板121顶面边缘上的一个小侧壁122,所述主板121即构成水箱1的底壁,所述上壳11的四周 侧壁及小侧壁122即构成所述水箱的侧壁,所述进水管的进水口位于所述小侧壁122。所述出水结构设置于上壳11。
本发明的一种防虹吸的储水装置,进水时,水从进水口32进入,并沿着进水管3的内部通道向上流,最后从进水管3的出水口31流出和落入水箱1内,如图4所示。在进水过程中,水箱1内的空气逐渐被挤压,并从溢流管2排出。当用于控制进水的装置(该装置一般包括设置于水箱内的水位检测器、设置在进水口32处的电磁阀,及协调水位检测器、电磁阀工作状态的控制器)失效,导致进水口32持续进水,使水箱1内的水超过最高水位线时,多余的水将从溢流管2顶端的溢流口21进入,并沿着溢流管2的内部通道流向排水口22,如图5所示,最终落入马桶水箱内。
由于所述出水口31高于所述溢流口21,使出水口31始终不会没在水中,而是处于溢流口21上方的空气层中,因而当连接进水口32的供水管道出现负压时,水箱1内的水不会倒流,从而避免污染水源。
所述溢流管2既能排气又能起溢流作用,且溢流时水可以直接排入马桶水箱内,而无需连接其它管路,从而使本发明的水箱外观更为简洁、美观,且更便于装配。
请参见图6、图7所示,本发明的一种卫生供水装置,包括加热器、水泵30、水箱10,该水箱10采用上述实施例一所述的本发明的一种防虹吸的储水装置,所述加热器对来自水箱10的清洗水进行加热,所述水泵30提供清洗水的输送动力,使进入水箱1的清洗水流经加热器及输出。
本实施例中,所述加热器为即热式,包括陶瓷加热片20,陶瓷加热片20通过所述端盖13设置于所述水箱10设置的加热腔111中。所述水泵30设置在两个保护罩40、50之间,并通过其中一个保护罩40连接端盖13和接通所述加热腔111。
本发明的一种卫生清洗装置,包括用于喷出清洗水的喷洗装置(图中未体现),还包括上述实施例一所述的本发明的一种卫生供水装置,所述喷洗装置处于所述卫生供水装置所在的清洗水路的末端,具体,所述喷洗装置处于所述水泵的下游侧,将所 述水泵抽出的清洗水喷出,以实现臀洗或妇洗。
实施例二
请参见图8-图11所示,本发明的一种防虹吸的储水装置,其与上述实施例一的区别在于:所述进水管3底端延伸至所述水箱1外,使所述进水口32位于所述水箱1外。所述溢流管2底端也延伸至所述水箱1外,使所述排水口22位于所述水箱1外。
本实施例中,所述水箱同样包括上壳11和底板12,所述溢流管2、进水管3均一体注塑成型于上壳11的半腰处,并依附于上壳11内侧面。所述上壳11顶端开口,并由端盖13覆盖。
进水时,水从进水口32进入,并沿着进水管3的内部通道向上流,最后从进水管3的出水口31流出和落入水箱1内,如图10所示。在进水过程中,水箱1内的空气逐渐被挤压,并从溢流管2排出。当用于控制进水的装置(该装置一般包括设置于水箱内的水位检测器、设置在进水口32处的电磁阀,及协调水位检测器、电磁阀工作状态的控制器)失效,导致进水口32持续进水,使水箱1内的水超过最高水位线时,多余的水将从溢流管2顶端的溢流口21进入,并沿着溢流管2的内部通道流向排水口22,如图11所示,最终落入马桶水箱内。
请参见图12所示,本发明的一种卫生供水装置,包括加热器、水泵30、水箱10,该水箱10采用上述实施例二所述的本发明的一种带溢流的储水装置,所述加热器对来自水箱10的清洗水进行加热,所述水泵30提供清洗水的输送动力。
本实施例中,所述加热器为即热式,包括陶瓷加热片20,陶瓷加热片20通过端盖13设置于所述水箱10的加热腔111中。所述水泵30的进水端通过端盖13接通所述加热腔111。
本发明的一种卫生清洗装置,包括用于喷出清洗水的喷洗装置(图中未体现),还包括上述实施例二所述的本发明的一种卫生供水装置,所述喷洗装置处于所述卫生 供水装置所在的清洗水路的末端,具体,所述喷洗装置处于所述水泵的下游侧,将所述水泵抽出的清洗水喷出。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种防虹吸的储水装置及卫生供水装置和卫生清洗装置,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种防虹吸的储水装置及卫生供水装置和卫生清洗装置,所述储水装置设于卫生清洗装置的清洗水路中,包括用于储存清洗水的水箱,该水箱设有进水结构、出水结构;所述水箱还设有溢流结构,所述进水结构的出水面高于所述溢流结构的溢流面。本发明的水箱不仅具有溢流功能,还具有防虹吸功能,具有工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种防虹吸的储水装置,设于卫生清洗装置的清洗水路中,包括用于储存清洗水的水箱,该水箱设有进水结构、出水结构;其特征在于:所述水箱还设有溢流结构,所述进水结构的出水面高于所述溢流结构的溢流面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述进水结构包括进水管,该进水管一端设有位于所述水箱内的出水口,该出水口的出水面构成所述进水结构的出水面;该进水管另一端设有进水口,该进水口通向所述水箱外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述进水口位于所述水箱底壁或侧壁或顶壁,或者,所述进水管另一端延伸至所述水箱外,使所述进水口位于所述水箱外。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述溢流结构包括溢流管,该溢流管顶端设有位于所述水箱内的溢流口,该溢流口的溢流面构成所述溢流结构的溢流面;该溢流管底端设有排水口,该排水口通向所述水箱外部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述溢流管贴近或依附于水箱内侧面,所述溢流管远离所述进水管的出水口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述排水口位于所述水箱底壁或侧壁,或者,所述溢流管底端延伸至所述水箱外,使所述排水口位于所述水箱外。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述水箱包括底板和底端开口的上壳,底板密封连接于所述上壳的底端开口处,所述进水管、溢流管设置于底板,所述出水结构分别设置于上壳或底板,或者,所述进水管、溢流管设置于上壳,所述出水结构分别设置于上壳或底板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防虹吸的储水装置,其特征在于:所述底板与上壳通过超声波焊接固定;所述进水管、溢流管与底板一体注塑成型,或者,所述进水管、 溢流管与上壳一体注塑成型。
  9. 一种卫生供水装置,包括加热器、水泵,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的防虹吸的储水装置,所述加热器用于对来自水箱的清洗水进行加热,所述水泵提供清洗水的输送动力。
  10. 一种卫生清洗装置,包括用于喷出清洗水的喷洗装置,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求9所述的卫生供水装置,所述喷洗装置处于所述卫生供水装置所在的清洗水路的末端。
  11. 一种防虹吸的储水装置,设于卫生清洗装置的清洗水路中,包括用于储存清洗水的水箱,该水箱设有出水口;其特征在于:所述水箱还设有溢流口,所述出水口高于所述溢流口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的储水装置,其特征在于水箱设有溢流管,所述的溢流口设于溢流管的顶部,所述溢流管底端设有排水口,所述排水口通向水箱外部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的储水装置,其特征在于所述排水口位于水箱的底壁或侧壁底部。
