需要说明的是,清洗箱体7内添加有清洗液用于对纺织品进行清洗,通过设置电加热件14对清洗液进行加热,有效提高清洗液对纺织品的清洗效果,提高纺织品清洁质量、
在一个可选的实施例中,清洗箱体7底部设置有方便排出清洗液的排水管12,排水管12上设置有控制其通断的排水阀13。
需要说明的是,清洗箱体7内添加有清洗液用于对纺织品进行清洗,清洗液在使用一段时间后需要进行更换以确保清洁效果,排水管12和排水阀13的设置方便清洗液的排出,有效提高清洗液的更换效率。
在一个可选的实施例中,收料辊17外周设置有提高收料纺织品清洁的防尘罩18。
需要说明的是,收料辊17在第二电机19的作用下对清洁干燥后的纺织品进行收取,通过设置防尘罩18有效对收取的纺织品加以保护,防止在纺织品收取过程中空气中灰尘杂物粘附到纺织品上,影响其清洁质量。

  1. 一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,包括支撑台(1)、设备箱体(3)、清洗箱体(7)、进料导料辊(8)、第一电机(10)、清洗毛刷(11)、干燥导料辊(15)、烘干装置(16)、收料辊(17)、吸尘箱(20)、吸尘风机(21)和吸尘罩(23);
    支撑台(1)下端设置有多组支撑腿(2);设备箱体(3)设置在支撑台(1)上,设备箱体(3)上设置有进料口(31)和出料口(32),设备箱体(3)上转动设置有设备门(4);清洗箱体(7)设置在设备箱体(3)内,清洗箱体(7)内转动设置有多组清洗料辊(9);进料导料辊(8)转动设置在设备箱体(3)内且位于进料口(31)处;第一电机(10)连接在支撑台(1)下端,第一电机(10)输出端设置有连接轴伸入到清洗箱体(7)内与清洗毛刷(11)相连;干燥导料辊(15)转动设置在设备箱体(3)内且位于清洗箱体(7)上方,干燥导料辊(15)设置有多组;烘干装置(16)设置在设备箱体(3)内且位于干燥导料辊(15)上方;收料辊(17)连接在设备箱体(3)外侧壁上且位于出料口(32)上方,收料辊(17)上连接有用于驱动收料辊(17)转动收料的第二电机(19);吸尘箱(20)设置在设备箱体(3)上,吸尘箱(20)与吸尘风机(21)相连,吸尘箱(20)上设置有吸尘管(22)伸入到设备箱体(3)内与吸尘罩(23)相连;吸尘罩(23)位于烘干装置(16)下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,设备门(4)上设置有方便其开启闭合的门把手(5)和用于观察设备箱体(3)内部清洗干燥情况的观察视窗(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,设备箱体(3)侧壁上设置有用于提高纺织品干燥效率的风扇(24);风扇(24) 设置在远离出料口(32)的一侧且吹风方向朝向设备箱体(3)内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,风扇(24)进风口处设置有用于过滤空气中灰尘杂物的滤尘罩(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,清洗箱体(7)入口处设置有导流斜板(71),导流斜板(71)上端与设备箱体(3)内侧壁相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,清洗箱体(7)内设置有用于加热清洗液的电加热件(14)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,清洗箱体(7)底部设置有方便排出清洗液的排水管(12),排水管(12)上设置有控制其通断的排水阀(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洁烘干功能的纺织设备,其特征在于,收料辊(17)外周设置有提高收料纺织品清洁的防尘罩(18)。
