下面参照图1和图2描述根据本发明实施例的一种压痕机,包括工作台1,工作台1上方设有送料机构、压辊机构和收卷机构,送料机构包括送料仓,送料仓具体为一送料轨道2,送料轨道2前后两侧设有挡板3,送料轨道2表面铺有传送履带4,送料轨道2内部设有吸附单元,吸附单元包括吸气口5,吸气口5设在传送履带4上,吸气口5连接送料轨道2内部的抽风机,送料轨道2一侧连接放卷轴6的放料口,另一侧设有送料皮带机构,送料轨道2上的挡板3自放卷轴6向送料皮带机构方向逐渐变窄直至与原料宽度一致,送料皮带机构设有两组,两组送料皮带机构之间设有压辊机构,每组送料皮带机构包括上下两组皮带单元,每组皮带单元包括左右两根滚轴7与包裹在滚轴7上的皮带8,靠近送料轨道2的送料皮带机构的皮带8上设有蒸汽孔,皮带单元内的小型蒸气泵通过蒸汽孔提供蒸汽,远离送送轨道2的送料皮带机构上的滚轴7为加热滚轴、皮带8为导热皮带,所述压辊机构包括上压辊9和下压辊10,上压辊9和下压辊10上分别设有相对应的压轮11,两根压辊的两端分别通过螺丝固定在两根平行的立杆12上,立杆12从上至下分别设有若干螺纹孔,送料皮带机构远离送料轨道2的一侧设有收卷机构即收卷轴13,收卷轴13与送料皮带机构之间设有风冷机构14。
作为优选,送料轨道2上前后两块挡板3之间的间距可调。
作为优选,送料轨道2上表面前后两侧分别设有三组前后向的卡槽15,卡槽15内设有螺丝孔,挡板3通过螺丝固定在卡槽15内。
作为优选,工作台1下表面设有滚轮,滚轮处设有刹车装置。
作为优选,风冷机构设有两组,一组在上一组在下,具体包括风机,风机连接摇摆式吹风头,吹风头对准中间的纸料。
本发明设计的压痕机,包括工作台,工作台上方设有送料机构、压辊机构和收卷机构,送料机构包括送料仓,送料仓具体为一送料轨道,送料轨道前后两侧设有挡板,送料轨道表面铺有传送履带,送料轨道内部设有吸附单元,吸附单元包括吸气口,吸气口设在传送履带上,吸气口连接送料轨道内部的抽风机,送料轨道一侧连接放卷轴的放料口,另一侧设有送料皮带机构,送料轨道上的挡板自放卷轴向送料皮带机构方向逐渐变窄直至与原料宽度一致,吸附单元吸住送料口送出的原料,原料在挡板作用下逐渐调整位置直至最终摆正位置,以防出现错压错印,吸附单元则确保送料过程的稳定性,挡板位置可调则适用于各种规格的纸材,送料皮带机构设有两组,两组送料皮带机构之间设有压辊机构,每组送料皮带机构包括上下两组皮带单元,每组皮带单元包括左右两根滚轴与包裹在滚轴上的皮带,靠近送料轨道的送料皮带机构的皮带上设有蒸汽孔,皮带单元内的小型蒸气泵通过蒸汽孔提供蒸汽,通过水蒸气对纸张进行加湿防止开裂,同时还能加深压痕效果,远离送送轨道的送料皮带机构上的滚轴为加热滚轴、皮带为导热皮带,加热滚轴配合导热皮带则是将经过压辊的纸张热干,以防收卷时水汽伸入纸卷,所述压辊机构包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊和下压辊上分别设有相对应的压轮,两根压辊的两端分别通过螺丝固定在两根平行的立杆上,立杆从上至下分别设有若干螺纹孔,压辊之间的间距可通过螺丝调节,适用于不同纸张,能够满足不同的压痕需求,送料皮带机构远离送料轨道的一侧设有收卷机构即收卷轴,收卷轴与送料皮带机构之间设有风冷机构,风冷机构对经过热干的纸张进行降温,以防影响纸张质量。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种压痕机,其特征在于,包括工作台,工作台上方设有送料机构、压辊机构和收卷机构,送料机构包括送料仓,送料仓具体为一送料轨道,送料轨道前后两侧设有挡板,送料轨道表面铺有传送履带,送料轨道内部设有吸附单元,吸附单元包括吸气口,吸气口设在传送履带上,吸气口连接送料轨道内部的抽风机,送料轨道一侧连接放卷轴的放料口,另一侧设有送料皮带机构,送料轨道上的挡板自放卷轴向送料皮带机构方向逐渐变窄直至与原料宽度一致,送料皮带机构设有两组,两组送料皮带机构之间设有压辊机构,每组送料皮带机构包括上下两组皮带单元,每组皮带单元包括左右两根滚轴与包裹在滚轴上的皮带,靠近送料轨道的送料皮带机构的皮带上设有蒸汽孔,皮带单元内的小型蒸气泵通过蒸汽孔提供蒸汽,远离送送轨道的送料皮带机构上的滚轴为加热滚轴、皮带为导热皮带,所述压辊机构包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊和下压辊上分别设有相对应的压轮,两根压辊的两端分别通过螺丝固定在两根平行的立杆上,立杆从上至下分别设有若干螺纹孔,送料皮带机构远离送料轨道的一侧设有收卷机构即收卷轴,收卷轴与送料皮带机构之间设有风冷机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的压痕机,其特征在于:送料轨道上前后两块挡板之间的间距可调。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的压痕机,其特征在于:送料轨道上表面前后两侧分别设有三组前后向的卡槽,卡槽内设有螺丝孔,挡板通过螺丝固定在卡槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的压痕机,其特征在于:工作台下表面设有滚轮,滚轮处设有刹车装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的压痕机,其特征在于:风冷机构设有两组,一组在上一组在下,具体包括风机,风机连接摇摆式吹风头,吹风头对准中间的纸料。
