1、本发明的一种新型毛笔及其制作工艺,纤维丝不仅细且柔软,其表面密布有透气孔,用该材料制得的毛笔吸墨量大,吐墨均匀,韧性好,且纤维丝从树皮上提取,其提取的工艺简单,相比于传统的制笔对动物毛的提取过程复杂,繁琐,且需要用到大量药水来达到防蛀,本发明的工艺大大降低了制笔者制作过程中的时间以及难度,用所述纤维丝作为笔头的原材料,使得制笔的成本大大降低。
2、本发明的一种新型毛笔及其制作工艺,采用带骨的带有锋颖的禽类毛包裹于第二披毫层外部,其有益效果如下:一、由于禽类毛上密布有细小的绒毛,从而其吸墨量大,吐墨均匀,便于连续书写,且大大减少了书写者蘸墨的次数;二、由于禽类毛带有锥度,其包裹性好,在制作笔头的过程中,能够对笔芯进行调整,从而降低了制笔 者的制笔难度;三、由于其为带骨的禽类毛,支撑力极好,使得笔毛不容易出现折痕,笔毛不会分叉或外刺,延长了毛笔的使用寿命;四、由于其为带骨的禽类毛,使得新型毛笔笔锋聚拢性更好,从而笔锋犀利,笔腰劲健,受力好,弹性十足,一笔而后笔锋回复如初;五、禽类毛成本低,大大降低了生产成本。
3、本发明的一种新型毛笔及其制作工艺,采用纤维丝、禽类毛、绒毛、普通羊毛以及羊胡子为原材料,所制得的毛笔,改变了传统毛笔的笔头单一的缺陷,且制得的毛笔柔软但是支撑力极好,韧性佳,笔腰劲健,笔锋犀利,吸墨量大,弹性十足,聚锋效果好,将第二披毫层外包裹有禽类毛与绒毛,禽类毛与绒毛其颜色具有多样性,从而制得的毛笔更具观赏性,是传统毛笔领域所没有的新型产品,是毛笔领域的一大新突破,制得的毛笔笔头更具多样化,具备美观,满足消费者的需求,增加了客户的选择性,扩大了毛笔的销售市场。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”“等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

如图1-6所示,一种新型毛笔,其包括有笔杆1,所述笔杆1的一端固定有笔头2,所述笔头2包括有位于笔头2中心的笔芯2-1,所述笔芯2-1外表面包覆有第一披毫层2-2,所述第一披毫层2-2外表面包覆有第二披毫层2-3,所述第二披毫层2-3外表面包覆有第三披毫层2-4,所述笔芯2-1由普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝混合制成,所述第一披毫层2-2由普通羊毛以及纤维丝混合制成,所述第二披毫层2-3为禽类毛层,所述第三披毫层2-4为绒毛层,所述第一披毫层2-2、第二披毫层2-3以及第三披毫层2-4靠近笔芯2-1尖端的一端均为顶端,其另一端均为尾端,所述第一披毫层2-2顶端低于笔芯2-1尖端4mm~5mm,所述第二披毫层2-3顶端低于笔芯2-1尖端2mm~3mm,从而使得本发明的新型毛笔其包裹性极好,支撑力强,所述第三披毫层2-4其长度为所述笔芯2-1长度的1/2~2/3,从而使得本发明的新型毛笔其层次感好,包裹于第二披毫层外部,不会对禽类毛的毛管有损伤,所述笔芯2-1的尾端直径为a,所述第一披毫层2-2尾端厚度为b,所述第二披毫层2-3尾端厚度为c,所述第三披毫层2-4尾端厚度为d,其尺寸比例a:b:c:d为22~24:3~4:3~4:2~3。
一种新型毛笔的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、原材料准备,选取普通羊毛、羊胡子、树皮、禽类毛以及绒毛,将普通羊毛、羊胡子、禽类毛以及绒毛进行脱脂处理,将树皮放入脱脂软化烘干一体装置内进行脱脂、树皮本体脱离、以及纤维丝软 化处理,其具体步骤如下:
步骤一:去除表皮,在后期浸泡时,水从树皮上表面与下表面均能渗透,更利于树皮本体与纤维丝分离。
步骤二:初步脱脂处理,将步骤一去除表皮后的树皮外表面涂抹上小苏打,再将树皮扎成多束小捆,由于树皮为柔软的,故能够扎成小捆,平铺于置物盘4-3上,将压板4-4插入置物盘4-3内,将树皮压紧,静置12小时~15小时,因为去除表皮后的树皮在静置过程中会有汁水流出同时在压紧的过程中会有汁水流出,而流出的汁水直接被小苏打吸收,从而能够有效防止汁水流出将树皮硬化的现象出现,既保持树皮的柔软性同时起到初步脱脂的效果,小苏打不仅能够将汁水吸收同时也能够破坏纤维丝,使其更加蓬松。
步骤三:碱水浸泡,在步骤二初步脱脂处理后,打开电机7,螺母4-2带动置物盘4-3下降至浸泡池3内,且置物盘4-3与底板不接触,打开水泵的阀门,水泵将清水抽入浸泡池3内,浸泡时的水温为20℃~25℃,浸泡20小时~24小时,若在碱水里面浸泡时间太久,会降低纤维丝的韧性,由于步骤二中所述树皮外表面涂抹有小苏打,小苏打溶于清水内,形成碱水,碱水不仅能够软化树皮同时也能够起到脱脂的效果。
步骤四:水煮处理,在步骤三碱水浸泡后,打开出水口3-1,将碱水排出浸泡池3后,关闭出水口3-1,打开水泵,水泵将清水抽入浸泡池3内,打开电热丝的电源开关,底板加热至60℃~70℃,加热时间为5小时~8小时,在水煮5小时~8小时后,关闭电热丝的 电源,使水慢慢冷却至常温,浸泡12小时~15小时,当电热丝对浸泡池3内的清水进行加热,对树皮进行水煮处理时,由于水对纤维素的非结晶区、半纤维素和木素进行润胀,为分子剧烈运动提供自由体积空间,靠由外到内逐渐对木材进行传导加热,分子获得足够的能量以运动,从而软化木材,树皮本体与纤维丝上分离,水煮时间为5小时~8小时,若时间太长,会降低纤维丝的韧性,故在水煮5小时~8小时后,停止加热,采用清水浸泡的方式,使水对树皮仅仅慢慢润胀,进一步另树皮本体与树皮纤维进行分离,同时在清水中浸泡也利于将步骤三中残留在树皮上的碱水洗去,防止残留的碱水影响纤维丝的品质,在水煮的过程中也利于汁水的渗出,起到脱脂的效果,,所述水煮。
步骤五:烘干定性,在步骤四水煮处理后,打开电机,电机反转,螺母4-2带动置物盘4-3上升至浸泡池3上方,将步骤四中的纤维丝放入水中用制笔工具进行梳理整齐,将断丝,杂丝剔除,将整理后的纤维丝拉直整齐排列平铺于所述置物盘4-3上,将压板4-4插入置物盘4-3内,将纤维丝压直,打开电机,电机正转,螺母4-2带动置物盘4-3下降至浸泡池3内,且此时置物盘4-3与所述浸泡池3底板相贴合,打开电热丝的电源开关,底板加热至40℃~50℃,底板将温度传递给置物盘4-3,缓慢将放置于置物盘4-3内的纤维丝烘干,在烘干的过程中由于纤维丝一直处于压直的状态,故还起到了对纤维丝进行熨直的效果,烘干时间为48小时~56小时;
而在专利文件名为一种用芙蓉树皮制作毛笔的方法,专利申请号 为CN201610223063.2公开了一种利用芙蓉树树枝作为原材料提取纤维丝用于制笔的制作工艺,但是本发明是在其上面的一个升级与改进,本发明采用树皮而不是树枝则在提取处理的过程大大降低了处理的时间,提高工作效率,同时本发明的处理工艺与专利文件名为一种用芙蓉树皮制作毛笔的方法中所公开的处理工艺也不同,本发明的处理工艺简单,效率高,且采用的脱脂软化烘干一体装置能够将树皮进行系统的处理,不仅能够脱脂软化让树皮本体与树皮纤维分离,同时也能够起到烘干熨直的效果,其烘干过程也不需要受到自然天气的影响。
所述脱脂软化烘干一体装置其包括有浸泡池3以及可升降的放置装置4,
所述浸泡池3为中空的槽体结构,其下端开设有出水口3-1,其上端开设有进水口3-2,所述进水口3-1上固定有进水管,所述进水管与水泵固定连接,所述水泵放置于清水池内,从而能够将清水池内的水通过水泵将清水加入浸泡池3内使用,所述浸泡池3其底板内埋有电热丝,通过温控开关控制电热板的温度与时间,这是现有公开地技术,故不作赘述,所述浸泡池3固定于支撑底座6上,所述支撑底座6为中空的框架体;
所述放置装置4包括开设有外螺纹的螺杆4-1,所述螺杆4-1上旋合有螺母4-2,所述螺母4-2上固定有可放置于浸泡池3内的置物盘4-3,所述螺杆4-1其下端穿过支撑底座6的上表面与电机7的输出轴相固定,且所述螺杆4-1通过轴承固定于所述支撑底座6的上表面,所述螺杆4-1的上端与下端均为光滑,其开设有外螺纹的位置高 于所述浸泡池3的高度,从而防止螺母4-2降到低于所述浸泡池3的位置时,置物盘4-3与浸泡池3会撞击,影响装置的使用,所述置物盘4-3的位置低于所述螺母4-2的位置高度,从而保证在使用过程中螺母4-2始终为于浸泡池3上方,而置物盘4-3能够进入浸泡池3内,当螺母4-2位于所述外螺纹的最低端时,置物盘4-3正好与所述浸泡池的底板相贴合,所述置物盘4-3为有可容纳压板4-4的凹槽,所述压板4-4其尺寸与置物盘4-3相匹配,所述压板4-4与纤维丝接触的表面为光滑,从而保证在烘干定性的时候,能够将纤维丝熨直,若不是光滑纤维丝会出现压痕,所述置物盘4-3上其底部四周靠近边缘处开设有通槽4-5,从而保证液体能够通过通槽4-5渗入到放置与置物盘4-3上的纤维丝上,所述置物盘4-3其底部与纤维丝接触的表面为光滑,从而保证在烘干定性的时候,能够将纤维丝熨直。
S2、制作笔芯2-1,选取S1中经过脱脂处理的普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝,所述普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝的毛量比例为4~5:4~5:0~2,混合制成笔芯2-1,所述笔芯2-1从内而外依次包括有第一层笔芯,第二层笔芯和第三层笔芯,所述第一层笔芯长于所述第二层笔芯2mm~3mm,所述第二层笔芯长于所述第三层笔芯2mm~3mm,从而制成的笔芯2-1具有层次感,带有锥度,所述纤维丝不仅柔软,且其上密布透气孔,透气孔能够更快速地吸墨,且吸墨量大,将纤维丝与羊毛、羊胡子混合,由于纤维丝柔软且细小,从而其与羊毛和羊胡子混合时,其贴合度佳,在书写时更加顺滑,柔软中又带有一定地硬度,清洗比传统毛笔方便,遇水后墨马上自动散开,不易粘 附在纤维丝上面,比传统毛笔更加快速方便;长时间在潮湿环境里也不会腐烂,即使有压痕,遇水会自动变直挺。
S3、添加第一披毫层2-2,选取S1中经过脱脂处理的普通羊毛和纤维丝,所述普通羊毛与所述纤维丝的毛量比例为3~4:6~7,而所述纤维丝分为细纤维丝与粗纤维丝,所述细纤维丝取自树枝尖端的树皮,而所述粗纤维丝取自树枝根部的树皮,所述细纤维丝、粗纤维丝以及普通羊毛的比例为3~4:2~3:3~4。所述细纤维丝比粗纤维丝粗5mm,所述细纤维丝由于细软故跟普通羊毛混合时,其贴合度会更好,包裹性好,聚锋效果好,从而所制得的毛笔笔头不易开叉,所述粗纤维丝其支撑力会更好,笔腰劲健,将普通羊毛、细纤维丝与粗纤维丝混合制成第一披毫毛束,并将所述第一披毫毛束制作成薄层状的第一披毫层2-2,将其包覆于S2的笔芯2-1外部。
S4、添加第二披毫层2-3,选取S1中经过脱脂处理的带有锋颖的禽类毛,所述禽类毛无需抽骨,制成禽类毛束,并将所述禽类毛束制作成薄层状的第二披毫层2-3,将其包覆于S3的第一披毫层2-2外部,由于禽类毛本身就带有锥度,其尖端小而细,根部大,能够对所述笔芯2-1进行调整,从而降低了制作中的难度,对笔芯2-1起到支撑与包裹的作用,又由于所述禽类毛带骨,故对所述笔芯2-1其支撑度很好,所述禽类毛上密闭有细小的绒毛,层层细分,从细小上看每根禽类毛上均分布有细小的羽毛,从而采用禽类毛可以大大增加本发明的新型毛笔的吸墨量,同时书写时候吐墨均匀,不会出现滴墨的情况。
S5、添加第三披毫层2-4,选取S1中经过脱脂处理后的绒毛,制成绒毛束,并将所述绒毛束制作成薄层状的第三披毫层2-3,将其包覆于S4的第二披毫层2-3外部,绒毛不仅能够使得笔头的层次感好,同时对于第二披毫层的禽类毛毛管也起到保护的作用,笔头2制作完成。
S6、安装笔头,将S5中所制成的笔头2安装于笔杆1上,一种新型毛笔制作完成,其成品如图5与图6所示。
具体地,S1中所述树皮可以为棕榈或者芙蓉树。
具体地,S4所述禽类毛可以为鸡颈毛或者鸡尾
具体地,S5中所述绒毛可以为鸡绒毛或者鹅绒毛。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种新型毛笔,其包括有笔杆(1),所述笔杆(1)的一端固定有笔头(2),所述笔头(2)包括有位于笔头(2)中心的笔芯(2-1),其特征在于:所述笔芯(2-1)外表面包覆有第一披毫层(2-2),所述第一披毫层(2-2)外表面包覆有第二披毫层(2-3),所述第二披毫层(2-3)外表面包覆有第三披毫层(2-4),所述笔芯(2-1)由普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝混合制成,所述第一披毫层(2-2)由普通羊毛以及纤维丝混合制成,所述第二披毫层(2-3)为禽类毛层,所述第三披毫层(2-4)为绒毛层。
- 一种新型毛笔的制作方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:S1、原材料准备,选取普通羊毛、羊胡子、树皮、禽类毛以及绒毛,将普通羊毛、羊胡子、禽类毛以及绒毛进行脱脂处理,将树皮去除表皮,放置于脱脂软化烘干一体装置内进行脱脂软化处理后,再清水浸泡,使树皮从纤维丝上自然脱落,最后将纤维丝烘干且熨直;S2、制作笔芯(2-1),选取S1中经过脱脂处理的普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝,混合制成笔芯(2-1);S3、添加第一披毫层(2-2),选取S1中经过脱脂处理的普通羊毛和纤维丝,混合制成第一披毫毛束,并将所述第一披毫毛束制作成薄层状的第一披毫层(2-2),将其包覆于S2的笔芯(2-1)外部;S4、添加第二披毫层(2-3),选取S1中经过脱脂处理的禽类毛,制成禽类毛束,并将所述禽类毛束制作成薄层状的第二披毫层(2-3),将其包覆于S3的第一披毫层(2-2)外部;S5、添加第三披毫层(2-4),选取S1中经过脱脂处理后的绒毛, 制成绒毛束,并将所述绒毛束制作成薄层状的第三披毫层(2-3),将其包覆于S4的第二披毫层(2-3)外部,笔头(2)制作完成;S6、安装笔头,将S5中所制成的笔头(2)安装于笔杆(1)上,一种新型毛笔制作完成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:所述第一披毫层(2-2)、第二披毫层(2-3)以及第三披毫层(2-4)靠近笔芯(2-1)尖端的一端均为顶端,其另一端均为尾端,所述第一披毫层(2-2)顶端低于笔芯(2-1)尖端4mm~5mm,所述第二披毫层(2-3)顶端低于笔芯(2-1)尖端2mm~3mm,所述第三披毫层(2-4)其长度为所述笔芯(2-1)长度的1/2~2/3。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:所述笔芯(2-1)的尾端直径为a,所述第一披毫层(2-2)尾端厚度为b,所述第二披毫层(2-3)尾端厚度为c,所述第三披毫层(2-4)尾端厚度为d,其尺寸比例a:b:c:d为22~24:3~4:3~4:2~3。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:所述脱脂软化烘干一体装置其包括有浸泡池(3)以及可升降的置物装置(4),所述浸泡池(3)为中空的槽体结构,其下端开设有出水口(3-1),其上端开设有进水口(3-2),所述浸泡池(3)固定于支撑底座(6)上,所述支撑底座(6)为中空的框架体;所述置物装置(4)包括开设有外螺纹的螺杆(4-1),所述螺杆 (4-1)上旋合有螺母(4-2),所述螺母(4-2)上固定有可放置于浸泡池(3)内的置物盘(4-3),所述螺杆(4-1)其下端穿过支撑底座(6)的上表面与电机(7)的输出轴相固定,且所述螺杆(4-1)通过轴承固定于所述支撑底座(6)的上表面,所述螺杆(4-1)的上端与下端均为光滑,且其开设有外螺纹的位置高于所述浸泡池(3)的高度,所述置物盘(4-3)的位置低于所述螺母(4-2)的位置高度,所述置物盘(4-3)为可容纳压板(4-4)的凹槽结构,所述置物盘(4-3)其底部四周靠近边缘处开设有通槽(4-5)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:S1中所述树皮可以为棕榈或者芙蓉树。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:S4中所述禽类毛可以为鸡颈毛或者鸡尾毛。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:S1中所述绒毛可以为鸡绒毛或者鹅绒毛。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:S2中所述普通羊毛、羊胡子以及纤维丝的毛量比例为4~5:4~5:0~2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型毛笔及其制作方法,其特征在于:S3中所述普通羊毛与所述纤维丝的毛量比例为3~4:6~7。
