Description
本实用新型涉及交通显示屏技术领域,具体为一种交通显示屏安装支架。
作为一种警示类交通标识,交通显示屏往往起到警示人们遵守交通规则和夜间照明的作用,交通显示屏的安装方式一般都支架安装。现有的交通显示屏安装支架虽然安装牢固,但是安装起来较为复杂,耗费了大量的人力物力而且效率还不高。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种交通显示屏安装支架,具备方便安装等优点,解决了安装复杂的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述方便安装目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种交通显示屏安装支架,包括交通显示屏,所述交通显示屏右侧两端均固定安装有安装板,所述交通显示屏右侧设置有安装支架,所述安装支架的左端上下均固定安装有安装装置。
所述安装装置左侧中部开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内部活动安装有压块,所述压块贯穿安装槽的右侧并延伸至安装装置内部,所述压块的右端固定安装有活动条,所述活动条正面与背面均固定安装有滑块,所述活动条正面与背面均设置有滑槽台,所述滑槽台与滑块滑动连接,所述滑槽台固定安装于安装装置的右侧壁,所述滑槽台之间设置有复位弹簧,所述活动条的顶部与底部均固定安装有L型齿条,所述L型齿条远离安装槽的一侧均啮合连接有齿轮,所述齿轮固定安装于旋转轴的表面,所述旋转轴活动安装于安装装置内部,所述齿轮的正面设置有力封闭凸轮,所述力封闭凸轮靠近安装槽的一 侧设置有从动件,所述从动件靠近安装槽的一端两侧固定安装有弹簧架,所述弹簧架的另一端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱之间设置有卡块,所述卡块固定安装于从动件靠近安装槽的一端,所述安装板的顶部与底部均开设有卡扣,所述安装装置靠近卡块的一侧开设有安装孔,所述卡块与安装孔活动连接。
优选的,所述复位弹簧固定安装于安装装置的右侧壁,所述复位弹簧的另一端与活动条的右端固定连接。
优选的,所述卡块与安装孔以及卡扣的横截面积一致,且卡块与卡扣卡接。
优选的,所述安装板的宽度与交通显示屏的宽度一致,且安装板的数量为两个,对称分布于交通显示屏的右侧。
优选的,所述安装槽的横截面积与安装板的横截面积一致,且安装板与安装槽卡接。
优选的,所述安装装置的数量为两个,且安装装置的高度与安装板的高度相对应。
优选的,所述L型齿条靠近安装装置右侧壁的一端活动安装有稳定装置,所述稳定装置固定安装于安装装置右侧壁。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种交通显示屏安装支架,具备以下有益效果:
1、该交通显示屏安装支架,在对交通显示屏进行安装时,将交通显示屏右端的安装板对准安装装置中部的安装槽按压,压块向右移动带动L型齿条移动,齿轮随之旋转带动力封闭凸轮旋转,从动件随之带动卡块向卡扣的方向移动卡住卡扣,完成安装,具备方便安装等优点,解决了安装复杂的问题。
2、该交通显示屏安装支架,通过设置稳定装置、滑块以及滑槽台,增加了L型齿条与活动条移动时的稳定性,通过设置复位弹簧,使得在未安装情 况下压块位于安装槽内部。

请参阅图1-7,一种交通显示屏安装支架,包括交通显示屏1,交通显示屏1右侧两端均固定安装有安装板2,安装板2的宽度与交通显示屏1的宽度一致,且安装板2的数量为两个,对称分布于交通显示屏1的右侧,交通显示屏1右侧设置有安装支架3,安装支架3的左端上下均固定安装有安装装置4,安装装置4的数量为两个,且安装装置4的高度与安装板2的高度相对应。
安装装置4左侧中部开设有安装槽5,安装槽5的横截面积与安装板2的 横截面积一致,且安装板2与安装槽5卡接,安装板2与安装槽5卡接用于在竖直方向上固定安装板2,安装槽5内部活动安装有压块6,压块6贯穿安装槽5的右侧并延伸至安装装置4内部,压块6与安装槽5右侧壁活动连接,压块6的右端固定安装有活动条7,活动条7正面与背面均固定安装有滑块8,活动条7正面与背面均设置有滑槽台9,滑槽台9与滑块8滑动连接,滑槽台9固定安装于安装装置4的右侧壁,滑槽台9与滑块8的设置增加了活动条7移动时的稳定性,滑槽台9之间设置有复位弹簧10,复位弹簧10固定安装于安装装置4的右侧壁,复位弹簧10的另一端与活动条7的右端固定连接,活动条7的顶部与底部均固定安装有L型齿条11,L型齿条11的数量为两个,且L型齿条11对称分布在活动条7顶部与底部,L型齿条11靠近安装装置4右侧壁的一端活动安装有稳定装置21,稳定装置21固定安装于安装装置4右侧壁,稳定装置21的设置增加了L型齿条11移动时的稳定性,L型齿条11远离安装槽5的一侧均啮合连接有齿轮12,齿轮12固定安装于旋转轴13的表面,旋转轴13活动安装于安装装置4内部,齿轮12的正面设置有力封闭凸轮14,齿轮12旋转会带动旋转轴13旋转以此达到带动力封闭凸轮14旋转的目的,力封闭凸轮14靠近安装槽5的一侧设置有从动件15,从动件15靠近安装槽5的一端两侧固定安装有弹簧架16,弹簧架16的另一端固定连接有支撑柱17,支撑柱17之间设置有卡块18,力封闭凸轮14旋转会带动从动件15移动以达到带动卡块18朝卡扣19方向移动的目的,卡块18固定安装于从动件15靠近安装槽5的一端,安装板2的顶部与底部均开设有卡扣19,安装装置4靠近卡块18的一侧开设有安装孔20,卡块18与安装孔20活动连接,卡块18与安装孔20以及卡扣19的横截面积一致,且卡块18与卡扣19卡接,卡块18与卡扣19卡接用于在水平方向上固定安装板2。
在使用时,将交通显示屏1右端的安装板2对准安装装置4中部的安装槽5按压,压块6向右移动带动L型齿条11移动,齿轮12随之旋转带动力 封闭凸轮14旋转,从动件15随之带动卡块18向卡扣19的方向移动卡住卡扣19,完成安装。
