Description

浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构 技术领域
本发明属城市亲水河或景观水系等浅水区的生态滤坝结构,具体涉及浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构。
背景技术
随着城市生态环境的不断修复,市民对亲水河道或景观水系的需求不断增加,营造亲水河坝是人民日益增长的精神文化需要。
传统河坝一般采用钢筋混凝土浇筑,一般仅考虑挡水,生态功能弱;而传统的生态滤坝一般采用钢丝网或钢丝笼装填级配块石或卵石,钢丝网或钢丝笼为柔性,形状不规则,又钢丝容易锈蚀,景观效果不好,且不利于市民涉水行走。
发明内容
本发明的目的为了保障城市亲水河或景观水系中河坝生态美观,且可装配式施工,提供一种浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,有效保障了市民的亲水需求。采用本发明,整个装置可全部提前预制,装配化施工,生态滤坝形状规整,景观效果好,可营造两种生境,并一定程度吸附、过滤水中污染物,生态效果好。
本发明的采用以下技术方案:
浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,包括生态滤坝框、进出水格栅、隔离格栅、横梁及盖板,其特征在于:进出水格栅设置在生态滤坝框的迎水面及背水面,隔离格栅安装在生态滤坝框内将生态滤坝框分为三个部分,横梁居中固定在生态滤坝框上部,盖板固定在横梁与生态滤坝框上。
所述的生态滤坝框为钢筋混凝土结构,生态滤坝框的高度根据亲水设计高度确定。
所述的盖板为钢筋混凝土结构,能承受市民行走,盖板顶部与生态滤坝框顶部齐平。
所述的进出水格栅为中格栅。所述的隔离格栅为细格栅。
在进出水格栅与隔离格栅间装填级配卵石,隔离格栅内装填活性填料。
本发明还包括二个吊耳、四块连接耳板、四个不锈钢限位螺栓,二个吊耳对称固定 在生态滤坝框上部,四块连接耳板分别固定在生态滤坝框底部四角上,每块连接耳板上设有螺栓孔,每块连接耳板通过一个不锈钢限位螺栓与地面固定。
所述吊耳能承受钢筋混凝土框的重量,吊耳与钢筋混凝土框内的钢筋直接相连。
所述连接耳板选用钢板与钢筋混凝土框内的钢筋直接焊接,预留螺栓孔M30。
所述不锈钢限位螺栓为膨胀螺栓。
使用时,根据城市浅水区亲水河或景观水系的宽度要求,采用多个浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构串联而成,相邻的两个生态滤坝框通过四个对拉螺栓固定成一体,分节分段,并处理好生态滤坝基础及与河道接触两端端墙,吊装装配式生态滤坝,将四个不锈钢限位螺栓与地面固定,四个不锈钢对拉螺栓将相邻的两个生态滤坝框固定,施工完毕。
本发明可广泛应用于城市浅水区亲水河道或景观沟渠内。通过本发明,可实现在城市浅水区亲河道或景观沟渠内实现河坝装配化快速施工,能营造两种不同的生境,均有良好的生态功能,且河坝整齐,市民能涉水通行,景观及亲水效果好。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明包括生态滤坝框1、进出水格栅2、隔离格栅3、盖板6、四个不锈钢限位螺栓8、四个连接耳板9、两个吊耳10、一个横梁11;所述的生态滤坝框1为钢筋混凝土结构,生态滤坝框1的高度根据亲水设计高度确定;进出水格栅2设置在生态滤坝框1的迎水面及背水面,隔离格栅3安装在生态滤坝框1内将生态滤坝框1分为三个部分,横梁11居中固定在生态滤坝框1上部,所述的盖板6为钢筋混凝土结构,盖板6架设在生态滤坝框1和横梁11上,能承受市民行走,盖板6顶部与生态滤坝框1顶部齐平且覆盖一半生态滤坝框1;进出水格栅2与隔离格栅3间装填级 配卵石4,隔离格栅3内装填活性填料5;四个连接耳板9选用钢板与生态滤坝框1底部四角的钢筋直接焊接,每个连接耳板9设有螺栓孔M30,通过四个不锈钢限位螺栓8与地面固定,不锈钢限位螺栓8为膨胀螺栓,大小为M30;两个吊耳10能承受钢筋混凝土框的重量,两个吊耳10与生态滤坝框1结构内钢筋直接焊接并对称分布。所述的进出水格栅2为中格栅,隔离格栅3为细格栅。
使用时,根据城市浅水区亲水河或景观水系的宽度要求,采用多个浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构串联而成,相邻的两个生态滤坝框通过四个对拉螺栓7固定成一体,分节分段,并处理好生态滤坝基础及与河道接触两端端墙,吊装装配式生态滤坝,将四个不锈钢限位螺栓8与地面固定,四个不锈钢对拉螺栓7将相邻的两个生态滤坝框固定,施工完毕。
本发明可广泛应用于城市浅水区亲水河道或景观沟渠内。通过本发明,可实现在城市浅水区亲河道或景观沟渠内实现河坝装配化快速施工,能营造两种不同的生境,均有良好的生态功能,且河坝整齐,市民能涉水通行,景观及亲水效果好。

  1. 浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,包括生态滤坝框、进出水格栅、隔离格栅、横梁及盖板,其特征在于:进出水格栅设置在生态滤坝框的迎水面及背水面,隔离格栅安装在生态滤坝框内将生态滤坝框分为三个部分,横梁居中固定在生态滤坝框上部,盖板固定在横梁与生态滤坝框上。
  2. 根据权利1要求所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述的生态滤坝框为钢筋混凝土结构,生态滤坝框的高度根据亲水设计高度确定。
  3. 根据权利1要求所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述的盖板为钢筋混凝土结构,盖板顶部与生态滤坝框顶部齐平。
  4. 根据权利1要求所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述的进出水格栅为中格栅。
  5. 根据权利1要求所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述的隔离格栅为细格栅。
  6. 根据权利1要求所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:在进出水格栅与隔离格栅间装填级配卵石,隔离格栅内装填活性填料。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:还包括二个吊耳、四块连接耳板、四个不锈钢限位螺栓,二个吊耳对称固定在生态滤坝框上部,四块连接耳板分别固定在生态滤坝框底部四角上,每块连接耳板上设有螺栓孔,每块连接耳板通过一个不锈钢限位螺栓与地面固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述吊耳能承受钢筋混凝土框的重量,吊耳与钢筋混凝土框内的钢筋直接相连。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述连接耳板选用钢板与钢筋混凝土框内的钢筋直接焊接。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的城市浅水区装配式亲水生态滤坝结构,其特征在于:所述不锈钢限位螺栓为膨胀螺栓。
