电冰箱的出现给人们的生活带来了诸多方便,电冰箱对冷藏食品、蔬菜、肉蛋类等确有保鲜作用,很大程度上方便了人们的生活。电冰箱一般具有冷冻室和冷藏室,冷藏室的工作温度一般高于0℃,用于保鲜食物。冷冻室的工作温度一般可以达零下十几度,可以长期存储食物。但冰箱内存储东西较多,容易产生细菌,且不同食品之间容易串味,影响食物口感或导致食物变质,同时容易对人体造成一定的伤害。因此,冰箱内一般设置有杀菌除味模块,但杀菌除味模块寿命有限,冰箱使用一段时间后,杀菌除味模块即会失效,不能长期解决冰箱内杀菌除味问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种冰箱,冰箱的风道内设置有可拆卸的杀菌除味模块。
本发明提供的冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内限定有制冷间室;
风道,形成于所述制冷间室的一侧,包括进风风道和回风风道,所述回风风道具有与所述制冷间室连通的回风口;
制冷系统,设置于所述箱体内用于产生冷气,所述冷气通过所述进风风道供应给所述制冷间室并通过所述回风风道返回所述制冷系统;
还包括杀菌除味模块,所述杀菌除味模块可拆卸的安装于所述回风口。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块覆盖所述回风口,所述杀菌除味模块的面积大于或等于所述回风口的面积。
优选的,还包括安装于所述回风口的安装组件,所述安装组件包括安装座以及活动安装于所述安装座的盖板,所述安装座和所述盖板之间形成容纳空间,所述杀菌除味模块置于所述容纳空间中。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块可以由活性炭、分子筛、硅胶中的一种或几种的制造而成。

优选的,所述安装座的底壁上设置有锁钩,所述锁钩的钩头呈楔形,向所述风道的侧壁面凸伸;所述风道的侧壁面上设置有与所述锁钩对应的凹槽,所述安装座通过所述锁钩和所述凹槽固定连接于所述回风风道的回风口处。
本发明的冰箱,风道内设置有可拆卸的杀菌除味模块,便于用户更换新的杀菌除味模块,保持对冰箱内持续杀菌,防止异味产生,提升用户体验感。

参见图1至图3,本发明一实施例提供了一种冰箱包括箱体10、风道30和制冷系统60,箱体10内形成有制冷间室20,风道30设置在制冷间室20的一侧。风道30包括进风风道31和回风风道32,进风风道31具有与制冰间室连通的进风口,回风风道32具有与制冰间室连通的回风口33。箱体10的底部安装有制冷系统,制冷系统产生的冷气通过进风风道31供应给制冷间室20,并通过回风风道32返回制冷系统。冰箱还包括杀菌除味模块40,杀菌除味模块40安装在回风口33,制冷间室20内的冷气流经杀菌除味模块40后从回风风道32返回制冷系统中,以净化返回至制冷系统中的冷气。且杀菌除味模块40可拆卸的安装在回风口33处,便于用户更换新的杀菌除味模块40,保持杀菌除味模块40的有效性。
具体的,杀菌除味模块40的面积大于或等于回风口33的面积以保证杀菌除味模块40完全覆盖回风口33,以避免冷气不经杀菌除味模块40直接从杀菌除味模块40与回风口33之间的间隙返回制冷系统中。当然,可实施的,杀菌除味模块40可以完全嵌入回风口33中。

进一步的,安装座51呈长方体状,包括底壁以及围设于底壁的侧壁,其中,一侧壁上设置有卡块53,盖板52上设置有与卡块53配合的卡槽54,卡槽54呈L形,以便于用户拆卸盖板52。具体的,安装座51相对的两个侧壁上均设置有卡块53,每个侧壁上设置有至少两个卡块53,盖板52上设置有与卡块53对应的卡槽54,且所有卡槽54的方向一致,以增强盖板52与安装座51连接的可靠性。其中,盖板52和安装座51的底壁均呈栅格状,杀菌除味模块40呈栅格状,以保证冷气流通。
进一步的,安装座51的底壁上设置有锁钩55,锁钩55的钩头呈楔形且朝向风道30的侧壁面凸伸,风道30的侧壁面上设置有与锁钩55对应的凹槽,安装座51通过锁钩55与凹槽固定连接在回风口33处。当然,安装座51也可以可拆卸的安装在回风口33处,以方便用户拆卸清洗。

  1. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内限定有制冷间室;
    风道,形成于所述制冷间室的一侧,包括进风风道和回风风道,所述回风风道具有与所述制冷间室连通的回风口;
    制冷系统,设置于所述箱体内用于产生冷气,所述冷气通过所述进风风道供应给所述制冷间室并通过所述回风风道返回所述制冷系统;
    其特征在于,还包括杀菌除味模块,所述杀菌除味模块可拆卸的安装于所述回风口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块覆盖所述回风口,所述杀菌除味模块的面积大于或等于所述回风口的面积。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述回风口的安装组件,所述安装组件包括安装座以及活动安装于所述安装座的盖板,所述安装座和所述盖板之间形成容纳空间,所述杀菌除味模块置于所述容纳空间中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块可以由活性炭、分子筛、硅胶中的一种或几种的制造而成。

  8. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述盖板和所述安装座的底壁均呈栅格状。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述安装座可拆卸的安装于所述回风口。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述安装座的底壁上设置有锁钩,所述锁钩的钩头呈楔形,向所述风道的侧壁面凸伸;所述风道的侧壁面上设置有与所述锁钩对应的凹槽,所述安装座通过所述锁钩和所述凹槽固定连接于所述回风风道的回风口处。
