本公开的实施例提供的用于共享配送箱的方法和装置,首先接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。其中,上述物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息。上述目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置。之后,从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息。其中,上述匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息和使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件。上述配送箱信息中包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息。上述使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用。而后,将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。从而实现了根据位置和使用状态对现有配送箱的调配,提高了配送箱的利用率。

图1示出了可以应用本公开的用于共享配送箱的方法或用于共享配送箱的装置的示例性架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括配送箱101、终端设备102,网络103和服务 器104。网络103用以在配送箱101、终端设备102和服务器104之间提供通信链路的介质。网络103可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
配送箱101、终端设备102通过网络103与服务器104交互,以接收或发送消息等。配送箱101、终端设备102上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如智能锁应用、购物类应用等。
配送箱101、终端设备102可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当配送箱101为硬件时,可以是具有通信组件和智能锁的箱体。当终端设备102为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持通讯的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当配送箱101和终端设备102为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器104可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如为终端设备102、和配送箱101上的智能锁的开启提供支持的后台服务器。后台服务器可以对终端设备102发送的信息进行验证,以控制配送箱101上的智能锁的开启。
需要说明的是,服务器可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当服务器为硬件时,可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器。当服务器为软件时,可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的用于共享配送箱的方法一般由服务器104执行,相应地,用于共享配送箱的装置一般设置于服务器104中。
应该理解,图1中的配送箱、终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的配送箱、终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的用于共享配送箱的方法的一个实施例的流程200。该用于共享配送箱的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201,接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。
在本实施例中,用于共享配送箱的方法的执行主体(如图1所示的服务器104)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。其中,上述物品收寄信息可以用于指示物品的物流状态。上述物品收寄信息可以包括目标地址信息。上述目标地址信息可以用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置。其中,上述起始固定位置可以是配送箱的所连接的固定装置的地址。作为示例,在物品寄送情况下,上述目标地址信息可以是用于承载待寄出物品的配送箱所连接的固定 装置的地址。作为又一示例,在物品收取情况下,上述目标地址信息可以是用于承载待收取物品的配送箱所连接的固定装置的地址。可选地,在上述配送箱连接至上述固定装置之前,配送箱承载物品的起始位置可以是在快递员处。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以从各种电子设备接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。作为示例,上述执行主体可以接收用户使用的终端设备发送的指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。作为又一示例,上述执行主体还可以接收为电商提供支持的后台服务器发送的指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。为电商提供支持的后台服务器可以从订单信息中提取上述物品收寄信息。
步骤202,从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以利用各种方法从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息。其中,上述匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息和使用状态信息可以满足预设匹配条件。上述预设的配送箱信息集合可以预先存储于上述执行主体本地。上述预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息可以根据各配送箱的实际状态进行更新。上述配送箱信息中可以包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息。上述第一标识信息可以用于在预设的配送箱信息集合中区分不同的配送箱信息。上述第一标识信息可以与配送箱信息所指示的配送箱一一对应。上述第一标识信息可以有各种形式,例如字母、数字、汉字等等。作为示例,上述第一标识信息可以是配送箱的ID(identity,身份标识号码)。例如,110021、100016等等。

上述使用状态信息可以用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用。上述使用状态信息可以包括表征配送箱是否被占用的信息。其中,上述表征配送箱被占用的信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:表征待取件的信息,表征预约占用的信息。其中,上述表征待取件的信息可以用于指示配送箱处于“待取件”的使用状态。其可以应用于快递员将待收取的物品放入配送箱或用户将待寄出的物品放入配送 箱的场景。上述表征预约占用的信息可以用于指示配送箱处于“预约占用”的使用状态。其可以应用于用户在未来某时间段内需使用配送箱的场景。上述表征配送箱未被占用的信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:表征闲置的信息,表征使用完毕的信息,表征待回收的信息。其中,上述表征闲置的信息可以用于指示配送箱处于“闲置”的使用状态。其可以应用于位于上述特定地址的空配送箱的场景。上述表征使用完毕的信息可以用于指示配送箱处于“使用完毕”的使用状态。其可以应用于位于上述特定终端所指示的配送员处的空配送箱的场景。上述表征待回收的信息可以用于指示配送箱处于“待回收”的使用状态。其可以应用于指示配送员将位于固定装置的配送箱从上述固定装置移除的场景。

在本实施例中,上述预设匹配条件可以包括位置匹配条件和使用状态匹配条件。作为示例,上述位置匹配条件可以包括目标地址信息所指示的位置与配送箱信息中的位置信息所指示的位置之间的距离小于预设距离。作为又一示例,上述位置匹配条件可以包括配送箱信息中的位置信息指示位于使用目标终端的配送员处。其中,上述目标终端可以是根据实际的应用需求,预先指定的任意终端。上述目标终端也可以根据规则而定,例如负责上述目标地址信息所指示的位置所属的区域的物品配送工作的配送员所使用的终端。上述使用状态匹配条件可以包括使用状态信息为表征配送箱未被占用的信息。可选地,上述使用状态匹配条件还可以包括:在预设时段内,配送箱的使用状态信息指示该配送箱处于未被占用的使用状态。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的物品配送信息,上述执行主体还可以将上述预设的配送箱信息集合中的、与物品配送信息对应的配送箱信息确定为匹配配送箱信息。其中,上述目标配送终端可以是根据实际的应用需求,预先指定的任意终端。上述目标配送终端也可以根据规则而定,例如负责上述目标地址信息所指示的位置的所属区域的物品配送工作的配送员所使用的终端。 作为又一示例,在物品寄送的场景下,上述目标配送终端还可以是用户所使用的终端。上述物品配送信息可以用于表征物品通过物品配送信息中的配送箱的第二标识信息所指示的配送箱寄出。
上述物品配送信息可以包括配送箱的第二标识信息。上述物品配送信息可以用于表征物品通过第二标识信息所指示的配送箱进行配送。
需要说明的是,上述第二标识信息可以与第一标识信息相同或不同。如果相同,上述对第一标识信息的描述也适用于上述第二标识信息。作为示例,实践中,配送箱的箱体上可以显示有第一标识信息。此时,用户可以根据目标配送终端所接收到的物品配送信息中的配送箱的第二标识信息识别出匹配配送箱。如果不同,上述第二标识信息可以用于区分位于目标地址信息所指示的地点的不同的配送箱。作为示例,上述第二标识信息可以是“位于XX小区3号楼东侧1号配送箱驿站8号箱”。相应地,配送箱的箱体上可以显示有箱号“8”。
步骤203,将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以将上述步骤202所确定出的匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,基于上述步骤202的可选的实现方式,上述执行主体还可以获取上述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱的位置信息。之后,根据所获取的位置信息,上述执行主体还可以对上述预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。可以理解,上述对应的位置信息可以是上述预设的配送箱信息集合中的匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息。
基于上述可选的实现方式,上述执行主体还可以将匹配配送箱信息中的第一标识信息与上述物品收寄信息关联存储。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,基于匹配配送箱信息中的第一标识信息与上述物品收寄信息关联存储,上述表征配送箱被占用的信息可以包括表征待取件的信息。上述物品收寄信息还可以包括收件终端信息。其中,上述收件终端信息可以用于指示收取物品的用户所使用的终端。作为示例,在物品寄送的场景下,上述收件终端信息可以用于指示收取待寄送物品的快递员所使用的终端。作为又一示例,在物品收取的场景下,上述收件终端信息可以用于指示收取待收取物品的用户所使用的终端。
基于上述可选的实现方式,响应于接收到上述目标配送终端发送的表征将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征待取件的信息,上述执行主体还可以向与上述匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息所指示的收件终端发送物品收取信息。其中,上 述物品收取信息中可以包括匹配配送箱信息中的第二标识信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在向与匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息所指示的收件终端发送物品收取信息之后,上述执行主体还可以继续执行以下步骤:
第一步,记录物品收取信息的发送时刻。
第二步,响应于接收到收件终端发送的物品收取请求,对收件终端进行信息校验。
在这些实现方式中,上述物品收取请求中可以包括物品收取验证信息。其中,上述物品收取验证信息可以包括各种形式。例如,验证码,身份校验信息(例如用户名和密码等)。从而,上述执行主体可以通过收件终端发送的物品收取请求中的验证信息是否与预设验证信息匹配来进行信息校验。
第三步,响应于确定信息校验通过,向匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息。
可选地,响应于确定信息校验通过,上述执行主体还可以根据接收到物品收取请求的时刻和发送时刻,向收件终端发送请求支付账单的信息。之后,响应于确定上述账单支付完成,上述执行主体还可以向匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息。
第四步,更新匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和与匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息。
在这些实现方式中,上述执行主体可以首先更新匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息。其中,上述更新后的使用状态信息例如可以是表征闲置的信息。然后,上述执行主体可以确定与上述匹配配送箱信息中的标识信息关联的物品收寄信息。之后,上述执行主体可以更新上述所确定的物品收寄信息。其中,物品收寄信息还可以包括表征物品是否被签收的物流状态指示信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,基于上述步骤202的可选的实现方式,响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的配送箱信息更改请求,上述执行主体还可以将配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征使用完毕的信息。其中,上述配送箱信息更改请求可以包括配送箱的第一标识信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在将配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征使用完毕的信息之后,上述执行主体还可以首先将配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱确定为目标配送箱。之后,上述执行主体还可以获取上述目标配送箱的位置信息。而后,根据上述目标配送箱的位置信息,上述执行主体可以对上述预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。从而,上述预设 的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息可以反映出配送箱的实时状态。进而,可以为匹配配送箱确定提供信息基础。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体还可以根据上述预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和位置信息,将目标数目个配送箱信息的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。
在这些实现方式中,根据上述预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和位置信息,上述执行主体可以通过各种方式将目标数目个配送箱信息的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。作为示例,上述执行主体可以按照各位置信息所指示的位置的预设保留数目,将上述各位置附近大于上述预设保留数目的配送箱所对应的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本公开的实施例的用于共享配送箱的方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3的应用场景中,用户(图3中未示出)选择使用配送箱方式配送物品。收件地址为“地址A”。快递员301使用终端设备302向服务器303发送指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息304。物品收寄信息304中包括目标地址信息“地址A”。服务器303从预设的配送箱信息集合305中确定与物品收寄信息304匹配的匹配配送箱信息3061。快递员x 301可以将待配送的物品放入ID为002的配送箱。之后,服务器303将匹配配送箱信息3061中的使用状态信息更新为“待配送”3062。可选地,服务器303还可以将包括匹配配送箱信息中的第一标识信息“002”的信息307发送给终端设备302。
目前,现有技术之一通常是通过人工来寻找预设的物流驿站,但预设的物流驿站在投入使用后体积和占用空间都固定,导致不能随着占用情况进行补充和回收,利用率不高。而本公开的上述实施例提供的方法,通过从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息并对匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息进行更新,实现了根据位置和使用状态对现有配送箱的调配。而且,还通过与终端进行信息交互实现对不同区域的配送箱数目的灵活调整,提高了物流的效率。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体还可以记录将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息的起始时刻。之后,响应于确定从起始时刻至目标时刻的过程中匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱未开启,上述执行主体可以将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱未被占用的信息。其中,上述目标时刻可以通过各种方式确定。作为示例,上述目标时刻可以是所接收的物品收寄信息中所包括的。作为又一示例,上述目标时刻也可以是起始时刻经过预设时长(例如1小时)而确定的时刻。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体还可以根据预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和位置信息,将目标数目个配送箱信息的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。
上述可选的实现方式与前述实施例中对应步骤的描述一致,此处不再赘述。
从图4中可以看出,本实施例中的用于共享配送箱的方法的流程400体现了根据尺寸信息和位置信息确定匹配配送箱信息的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案可以通过上述执行主体从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息。与通过终端发送的信息来确定匹配配送箱信息相比,可以节省网络传输资源。以及通过上述执行主体主动确定出匹配配送箱,从而可以提升配送箱的使用效率。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了用于共享配送 箱的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例提供的用于共享配送箱的装置500包括接收单元501、第一确定单元502和第一更新单元503。其中,接收单元501,被配置成接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息,其中,物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息,目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置;第一确定单元502,被配置成从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,其中,匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息和使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件,配送箱信息中包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息,使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用;第一确定单元503,被配置成将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
在本实施例中,用于共享配送箱的装置500中:接收单元501、第一确定单元502和第一更新单元503的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图2对应实施例中的步骤201、步骤202和步骤203的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述第一确定单元501进一步被配置成:响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的物品配送信息,将配送箱信息集合中的、与物品配送信息对应的配送箱信息确定为匹配配送箱信息,其中,物品配送信息包括配送箱的第二标识信息,物品配送信息用于表征物品通过第二标识信息所指示的配送箱进行配送。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第一获取单元(图中未示出)、第二更新单元(图中未示出)。其中,上述第一获取单元,可以被配置成获取匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱的位置信息。上述第二更新单元,可以被配置成根据所获取的位置信息,对预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:存储单元(图中未示出),被配置成将匹配配送箱信息中的第一标识信息与物品收寄信息关联存储。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述表征配送箱被占用的信息可以包括表征待取件的信息。上述物品收寄信息还可以包括收件终端信息。上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第一发送单元(图中未示出),被配置成响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的表征将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征待取件的信息,向 与匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息所指示的收件终端发送物品收取信息。其中,物品收取信息可以包括匹配配送箱信息中的第二标识信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第一记录单元(图中未示出)、校验单元(图中未示出)、第二发送单元(图中未示出)、第三更新单元(图中未示出)。其中,上述第一记录单元,可以被配置成记录物品收取信息的发送时刻。上述校验单元,可以被配置成响应于接收到收件终端发送的物品收取请求,对收件终端进行信息校验。其中,物品收取请求中可以包括物品收取验证信息。上述第二发送单元,可以被配置成响应于确定信息校验通过,向匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息。上述第三更新单元,可以被配置成更新匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和与匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述第二发送单元可以包括:第一发送模块(图中未示出)、第二发送模块(图中未示出)。其中,上述第一发送模块,可以被配置成根据接收到物品收取请求的时刻和发送时刻,向收件终端发送请求支付账单的信息。上述第二发送模块,可以被配置成响应于确定账单支付完成,向匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第四更新单元(图中未示出),被配置成响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的配送箱信息更改请求,将配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征使用完毕的信息。其中,上述配送箱信息更改请求可以包括配送箱的第一标识信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第二确定单元(图中未示出)、第二获取单元(图中未示出)、第五更新单元(图中未示出)。其中,上述第二确定单元,可以被配置成将配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱确定为目标配送箱。上述第二获取单元,可以被配置成获取目标配送箱的位置信息。上述第五更新单元,可以被配置成根据目标配送箱的位置信息,对预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述物品收寄信息还可以包括待收寄物品的尺寸信息。上述配送箱信息中还可以包括配送箱的尺寸信息。上述第一确定单元可以包括:提取模块(图中未示出)、提取模块(图中未示出)。其中,上述提取模块,可以被配置成从物品收寄信息中提取待收寄物品的尺寸信息。上述确定模块,可以被配置成根据配送箱信息中的尺寸信息和待收寄物品的尺寸信息的匹配以及配送箱信息 中的位置信息和目标地址信息的匹配,从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出使用状态信息为表征配送箱未被占用的配送箱信息作为匹配配送箱信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第二记录单元(图中未示出)、第六更新单元(图中未示出)。其中,上述第二记录单元,可以被配置成记录将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息的起始时刻。上述第六更新单元,可以被配置成响应于确定从起始时刻至目标时刻的过程中匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱未开启,将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱未被占用的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述用于共享配送箱的装置500还可以包括:第七更新单元(图中未示出),被配置成根据预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和位置信息,将目标数目个配送箱信息的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。
本公开的上述实施例提供的装置,通过接收单元501接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。其中,物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息。目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置。然后,第一确定单元502从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息。其中,匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息和使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件。配送箱信息中包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息。使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用。之后,第一更新单元503将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。从而实现了根据位置和使用状态对现有配送箱的调配。
进一步参考图6,其示出了根据本公开的智能配送箱共享系统600的一个实施例的结构示意图。
如图6所示,智能配送箱共享系统600可以包括服务器601、智能配送箱602、固定装置603。在本实施例中,上述服务器601可以用于实现如前述实施例中任一描述的方法。上述智能配送箱602可以包括通讯组件6021和智能锁6022。其中,上述智能锁6022可以通过上述通讯组件6021控制开启。上述固定装置603可以通过锁体与上述智能配送箱602可拆卸地连接。上述固定装置603可以安装在预设配送地点。可选地,上述智能配送箱602还可以包括定位装置(图中未示出)。
本公开的上述实施例提供的智能配送箱共享系统600,服务器601首先接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息。之后,服务器601从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定 出匹配配送箱信息。然后,服务器601将上述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。智能配送箱602可以与安装在预设配送地点的固定装置603连接。智能配送箱602可以通过通讯组件与服务器601进行通信,以接收或发送消息。智能配送箱602还可以通过通讯组件6021控制智能锁6022的开启。可选地,智能配送箱602还可以通过定位装置向服务器601发送位置信息。从而实现了智能配送箱的灵活使用,提高了物流的效率。
下面参考图7,下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的实施例的电子设备(例如图1中的服务器)700的结构示意图。图7示出的服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口705:包括例如键盘、鼠标、摄像头等的输入装置706;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置707;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置708;以及通信装置709。通信装置709可以允许电子设备700与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备700,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。图7中示出的每个方框可以代表一个装置,也可以根据需要代表多个装置。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置709从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置708被安装,或者从ROM 702被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置701执行时,执行本公开的实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述服务器中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该服务器中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该服务器执行时,使得该服务器:接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息,其中,物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息,目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置;从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,其中,匹配配送箱信息中的位置信息和使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件,配送箱信息中包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息,使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用;将匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种用于共享配送箱的方法,包括:
    接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息,其中,所述物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息,所述目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置;
    从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,其中,所述匹配配送箱信息包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息,所述位置信息和所述使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件,所述使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用;
    将所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,包括:
    响应于接收到目标配送终端发送的物品配送信息,将所述预设的配送箱信息集合中的、与所述物品配送信息对应的配送箱信息确定为所述匹配配送箱信息,其中,所述物品配送信息包括配送箱的第二标识信息,所述物品配送信息用于表征物品通过第二标识信息所指示的配送箱进行配送。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱的位置信息;
    根据所获取的位置信息,对所述预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    将所述匹配配送箱信息中的第一标识信息与所述物品收寄信息关联存储。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述表征配送箱被占用的信息包括表征待取件的信息,所述物品收寄信息还包括收件终端信息;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述目标配送终端发送的表征将所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征待取件的信息,向与所述匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息所指示的收件终端发送物品收取信息,其中,所述物品收取信息包括所述匹配配送箱信息中的第二标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    记录所述物品收取信息的发送时刻;
    响应于接收到所述收件终端发送的物品收取请求,对所述收件终端进行信息校验,其中,所述物品收取请求中包括物品收取验证信息;
    响应于确定所述信息校验通过,向所述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息;
    更新所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和与所述匹配配送箱信息关联的物品收寄信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述向所述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息,包括:
    根据接收到所述物品收取请求的时刻和所述发送时刻,向所述收件终端发送请求支付账单的信息;
    响应于确定所述账单支付完成,向所述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱发送表征开启箱体的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述目标配送终端发送的配送箱信息更改请求,将所述配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征使用完毕的信息,其中,所述配送箱信息更改请求包括配送箱的第一标识信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    将所述配送箱信息更改请求所指示的配送箱确定为目标配送箱;
    获取所述目标配送箱的位置信息;
    根据所述目标配送箱的位置信息,对所述预设的配送箱信息集合中对应的位置信息进行更新。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述物品收寄信息还包括待收寄物品的尺寸信息,所述配送箱信息中还包括配送箱的尺寸信息;以及
    所述从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,包括:
    从所述物品收寄信息中提取待收寄物品的尺寸信息;
    根据配送箱信息中的尺寸信息和所述待收寄物品的尺寸信息的匹配以及配送箱信息中的位置信息和所述目标地址信息的匹配,从所述预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出使用状态信息为表征配送箱未被占用的配送箱信息作为匹配配送箱信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    记录将所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息的起始时刻;
    响应于确定从所述起始时刻至目标时刻的过程中所述匹配配送箱信息所指示的配送箱未开启,将所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱未被占用的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述预设的配送箱信息集合中的配送箱信息中的使用状态信息和位置信息,将目标数目个配送箱信息的使用状态信息更新为表征待回收的信息。
  13. 一种用于共享配送箱的装置,包括:
    接收单元,被配置成接收指示使用配送箱配送的物品收寄信息,其中,所述物品收寄信息包括目标地址信息,所述目标地址信息用于指示使用配送箱承载物品的起始固定位置;
    第一确定单元,被配置成从预设的配送箱信息集合中确定出匹配配送箱信息,其中,所述匹配配送箱信息包括位置信息、第一标识信息和使用状态信息,所述位置信息和使用状态信息满足预设匹配条件,所述使用状态信息用于表征对应的第一标识信息所指示的配送箱是否被占用;
    第一更新单元,被配置成将所述匹配配送箱信息中的使用状态信息更新为表征配送箱被占用的信息。
  14. 一种智能配送箱共享系统,包括:
    服务器,被配置成实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法;
    智能配送箱,包括通讯组件和智能锁,其中,所述智能锁通过所述通讯组件控制开启;
    安装在预设配送地点的固定装置,被配置成通过锁体与所述智能配送箱可拆卸地连接。
  15. 一种服务器,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
