本申请涉及声电转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
随着科技的快速发展,音频设备的普及率越来越高,在众多的消遣娱乐方式中,高品质的音乐享受慢慢普及于众,因此,用于播放音频的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备中。
相关技术的所述扬声器箱包括壳体和收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体。然而,相关技术中的所述壳体通常采用不可弯折的塑料或不锈钢材质制作,所述壳体形状固定不能良好的适配各种智能移动设备。如当所述扬声器箱应用在可折叠手机、翻盖手机、滑盖手机中,所述壳体经过弯折后会出现开裂等现象,可靠性不佳,从而影响到所述扬声器箱的性能。
因此,有必要提供一种改进的扬声器箱来解决上述问题。
针对相关技术中的扬声器箱由于壳体采用不可折环的塑料或不锈钢材质制作,导致容易发生开裂,使得可靠性不佳的技术问题,本申请提供了一种可靠性良好的扬声器箱。
一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体及收容于所述收容空间内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔及与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述壳体包括弹性上盖及盖接于所述弹性上盖并围成所述收容空间的弹性下盖。

- 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体及收容于所述收容空间内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔及与所述前腔相对的后腔,其特征在于,所述壳体包括弹性上盖及盖接于所述弹性上盖并围成所述收容空间的弹性下盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹性上盖包括上盖本体部及自所述上盖本体部延伸形成的上盖延伸部,所述弹性下盖包括下盖本体部及自所述下盖本体部延伸形成的下盖延伸部,所述下盖本体部与所述上盖本体部对应盖接,所述下盖延伸部与所述上盖延伸部对应盖接,所述扬声器单体、所述上盖本体部及所述下盖本体部共同围成第一后腔,所述上盖延伸部与所述下盖延伸部共同围成第二后腔,所述第一后腔与所述第二后腔相互连通构成所述后腔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹性上盖与所述弹性下盖均为软胶成型。
- 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体及收容于所述收容空间内的具有出声口的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔为与所述出声口连通的前腔及与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述壳体包括上盖及与盖接于所述上盖并围成所述收容空间的下盖,其特征在于,所述上盖包括上盖本体部及自所述上盖本体部延伸形成的上盖弹性延伸部,所述下盖包括下盖本体部及自所述下盖本体部延伸形成的下盖弹性延伸部,所述下盖本体部与所述上盖本体部盖接,所述下盖弹性延伸部与所述上盖弹性延伸部盖接,所述扬声器单体收容于所述下盖本体部与所述上盖本体部围成的空间内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖本体部与所述下盖本体部均为硬胶成型,所述上盖弹性延伸部与所述下盖弹性延伸部均为软胶成型,所述扬声器单体、所述上盖本体部及所述下盖本体部共同围成第一后腔,所述上盖弹性延伸部与所述下盖弹性延伸部共同围成第二后腔,所述第一后腔与所述第二后腔相互连通构成所述后腔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖本体部与所述上盖弹性延伸部通过双色注塑成型为一体结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述下盖本体部与所述下盖弹性延伸部通过双色注塑成型为一体结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖本体部包括第一顶壁、自所述第一顶壁向靠近所述下盖本体部方向弯折延伸形成的第一侧壁、形成于所述第一侧壁上的导声通道及自所述第一顶壁向所述下盖本体部方向延伸形成的支撑壁,所述下盖本体部盖接于所述第一侧壁,所述扬声器单体安装于所述支撑壁并与所述第一顶壁间隔形成前声腔,所述导声通道与所述前声腔连通构成所述前腔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖弹性延伸部与所述导声通道分别位于两相邻的所述第一侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖弹性延伸部包括与所述第一顶壁连接的第二顶壁及自所述第二顶壁向靠近所述下盖弹性延伸部方向弯折延伸形成的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧壁连接,所述下盖弹性延伸部盖接于所述第二侧壁。
