Abstract

本申请涉及一种食材储备的方法、装置及冰箱。所述食材储备的方法包括:确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量;在所述当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户;在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从所述第一商家获取所述设定食材进行存储,其中,所述购买指令是所述冰箱用户根据所述售卖信息确定的,所述下单信息包括所述冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。

食材储备的方法、装置及冰箱
本申请基于申请号为201910512564.6、申请日为2019年06月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能家电技术领域,例如食材储备的方法、装置及冰箱。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,冰箱已经普遍使用。并且,随着科学技术的进步和人工智能的发展,智能算法也越来越多的应用到冰箱中,目前,可通过冰箱中的摄像头获取冰箱中食材的图像,然后通过智能算法对图像进行识别,获得对应的食材信息,进而进行食材的管理或其他应用。
食材的管理过程中,可监控食材的数量,储藏日期等等,并可对食材以及烹饪方式进行推荐,从而使得人们的生活水平得到了很大程度的改善。然而,在食材智能化管理方面,还存在较大空白,尤其难以提供根据食材的存储状态实时进行购买储备的智能管家服务。
发明内容

本公开实施例提供了一种食材储备的方法、装置及冰箱,以及一种电子设备、计算机可读存储介质和计算机程序产品,以解决冰箱难以自动实时进行食材储备的技术问题。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括:
确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量;
在所述当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户;
在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从所述第一商家获取所述设定食材进行存储,其中,所述购买指令是冰箱用户根据所述售卖信息确定的,所述下单信息包括所述冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。
在一些实施例中,所述装置包括:
确定单元,被配置为确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量;
获取通知单元,被配置为在所述当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一 个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户;
购买存储单元,被配置为在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从所述第一商家获取所述设定食材进行存储,其中,所述购买指令是所述冰箱用户根据所述售卖信息确定的,所述下单信息包括所述冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。

为了能够更加详尽地了解本公开实施例的特点与技术内容,下面结合附图对本公开实施例的实现进行详细阐述,所附附图仅供参考说明之用,并非用来限定本公开实施例。在以下的技术描述中,为方便解释起见,通过多个细节以提供对所披露实施例的充分理解。然而,在没有这些细节的情况下,一个或多个实施例仍然可以实施。在其它情况下,为简化附图,熟知的结构和装置可以简化展示。
本公开实施例中,冰箱可根据食材的储备量,与商家进行通讯,进行食材的购买以及存储,实现了冰箱自动实时进行食材储备的功能。
图1是本公开实施例提供的一种食材储备方法的流程示意图。如图1,食材储备过程包括:
步骤101:确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量。
相关技术中,可通过冰箱中配置的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中食材的食材图片,然后进行通过智能算法对图像进行识别,获得对应的食材信息。期中,食材信息可包括:食材种类,数量等等。这样,识别出的食材信息中数量或重量即可为对应食材的当前储备量。冰箱中可存储多种食材,用户可根据需求,预先将一种、两种或多种食材确定为可自动储备的食材,即可预先配置自动储备的食材清单,从而,食材清单中的食材即为本公开实施例中的设定食材。并且,还可为自动储备的食材清单中的每种食材配置对应的储备数量。即冰箱中可配置自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量。例如:冰箱中配置保存的自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量可包括:啤酒3瓶,黄瓜2根,西红柿2个,牛肉500克,冰淇淋2盒等等。并且,随着季节,冰箱用户的身体健康信息,以及饮食喜好的不同,可更改配置的自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量。
冰箱的自动储备功能可默认自动开启,也可根据指令进行开启。因此,在一些实施例中,只有启动了自动储备功能的冰箱才需进行食材储备量的确定,即在确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,通过冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中的食材图像,其中,预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量;对食材图像进行图像识别,确定食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
例如:可将冰箱的寄存器设定区域确定为自动储备功能的标志位,若标志位的值为“1”时,可确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动,而当为“0”时,则可确定预设冰箱自动储备功能未启动。而冰箱可根据接收到的用户指令,来更改标志位的值。在一些实施例中,可在冰箱的显示屏幕上或终端应用APP中呈现自动储备功能的启动标识,当启动标识被触发时,即可更改标志位的值,进而确定冰箱自动储备功能是否已启动。而在确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,通过冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中的食材图像,对食材图像进行图像识别,确定食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
步骤102:在当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户。
冰箱中已保存了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量,这样,设定食材对应有设 定储备数量,可将当前储备量与设定储备数量进行比较,然后,在当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,可与一个、两个或多个商家的平台服务器进行通讯,获取设定食材的售卖信息。在一些实施例中,可包括:获取冰箱所在的位置信息;根据位置信息,向至少一个商家发送设定食材的食材信息;接收每个商家返回的与食材信息匹配的售卖信息;将接收到的售卖信息呈现在显示屏幕上,或发送给冰箱用户的终端。
例如,设定食材为啤酒,当前储备量为1瓶,小于设定储备数量3瓶,从而,可通过互联网通讯,向离冰箱所在位置最近的一个、两个或三个的商家的平台服务器发送啤酒的食材信息,这里食材信息包括:啤酒的品牌信息,啤酒的容量信息等等。然后,冰箱可接收到每个商家返回的售卖信息,具体可包括:啤酒的价格,啤酒的生产日期等等。这样,可直接在冰箱的显示屏幕上显示对应的售卖信息,或,将售卖信息发送给冰箱用户的终端,这样,冰箱用户可获知啤酒的售卖信息。
步骤103:在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从第一商家获取设定食材进行存储。
已通知冰箱用户设定食材的售卖信息了,从而,用户可决定是否进行购买,即冰箱用户可根据售卖信息确定是否购买,以及从哪个商家进行购买,若确定购买时,可向冰箱发送包括第一商家的购买指令,例如:通过显示屏输入确认信息,或者通过终端发送购买指令,这样,冰箱可接收到购买指令,此时,可向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从第一商家获取食材进行存储,在一些实施例中,可包括:向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送设定食材的购买信息,购买信息包括:食材信息,购买数量信息,以及冰箱所在的位置信息;其中,购买数量信息可是购买指令中携带的,也可是预先配置保存的,即可预先保存设定食材对应的购买数量。然后,接收第一商家返回的订单支付信息,并根据预设支付方式,向第一商家发送与订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息。
当然,在本公开一些实施例中,步骤102中冰箱用户获知的售卖信息也可包括设定食材的订单支付信息,即冰箱根据位置信息,向至少一个商家发送设定食材的食材信息后,其中食材信息还包括预设购买数量信息,商家即可生成包括食材的订单支付信息的售卖信息,并发送给冰箱。这样,在接收到购买指令的情况下,冰箱向第一商家发送下单信息即可包括根据预设支付方式,向第一商家发送与订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息。
冰箱向第一商家发送包括食材支付信息的下单信息后,若支付成功,第一商家会向冰箱返回支付成功的反馈信息,并且,可根据食材信息,购买数量信息等准备食材,可根据冰箱所在的位置信息进行送货服务。而食材到达后,可将食材放入冰箱中,从而,冰箱获取到对应的设定食材进行存储。放入冰箱的过程可由冰箱用户,送货人员等等放入,具体不限定了。
当然,若冰箱向第一商家发送包括食材支付信息的下单信息后支付不成功,第一商家会向冰箱返回支付不成功信息,这样,也需要通知冰箱用户,即可需发送支付不成功信息对冰箱用户进行提示。同样,可在冰箱显示屏幕上进行显示,或发给冰箱用户的终端。这 样,冰箱用户可以更改支付方式,或者,选择其他的商家、或者选择放弃购买等等,例如:冰箱用户重新发送购买指令,购买指令中包括了第二商家信息,或者,购买指令中包括了更新后的预设支付方式。从而,在接收到购买指令的情况下,继续向购买指令匹配的商家发送下单信息,从匹配的商家获取食材进行存储,此时,匹配的商家可能是第一商家也可能是第二商家,预设的支付方式可与前次购买一样,也可能不一样。
可见,本公开实施例中,冰箱可根据食材的储备量,与商家进行通讯,进行食材的购买以及存储,实现了冰箱自动实时进行食材储备的功能,有效填补了冰箱食材智能管家式管理领域的技术空白,从而进一步提高了冰箱的智能性,以及用户的体验。
冰箱用户获知设定食材的售卖信息后,可确定是否进行购买,当确定不进行购买时,冰箱可接收到不购买指令,这样,在接收到不购买指令的情况下,可结束本次自动购买储备的过程,或者,在一些实施例中,可在接收到不购买指令的情况下,更新与设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数;更新后的不购买记录次数大于设定次数的情况下,在配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除设定食材。例如:是否购买黄瓜?用户选择不购买,从而,每接收到一次不购买指令的情况下,将黄瓜对应的不购买记录次数+1,若更新后的不购买记录次数大于设定次数,例如三次,则可从配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除黄瓜。这样,可减少对资源的占用。
下面将操作流程集合到具体实施例中,举例说明本发明实施例提供的食材储备方法。
本公开一实施例中,预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量。
图2是本公开实施例提供的一种食材储备方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,食材储备的过程包括:
步骤201:判断预设冰箱自动储备功能是否已启动?若是,执行步骤202,否则,流程结束。
步骤202:通过冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中的食材图像。
步骤203:对食材图像进行图像识别,确定食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
步骤204:判断当前储备量是否小于与设定食材对应的设定储备数量?若是,执行步骤205,否则,流程结束。
预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量,因此,可确定出设定食材对应的设定储备数量。
步骤205:根据冰箱所在的位置信息,向至少一个商家发送设定食材的食材信息。
步骤206:接收每个商家返回的与食材信息匹配的售卖信息。
步骤207:将接收到的售卖信息呈现在显示屏幕上。
步骤208:判断是否接收到购买指令?若是,执行步骤209,否则,流程结束。
冰箱用户可根据显示屏幕上的售卖信息确定是否购买,从而输入对应的指令。
步骤209:向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从第一商家获取设定食材进 行存储。
这里,可向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送与售卖信息匹配的食材支付信息。若支付成功,第一商家会向冰箱返回支付成功的反馈信息,并且,可根据食材信息,购买数量信息等准备食材,可根据冰箱所在的位置信息进行送货服务。而食材到达后,可将食材放入冰箱中,从而,冰箱获取到对应的设定食材进行存储。
可见,本公开实施例中,,冰箱可根据食材的储备量,与商家进行通讯,进行食材的购买以及存储,实现了冰箱自动实时进行食材储备的功能,有效填补了冰箱食材智能管家式管理领域的技术空白,从而进一步提高了冰箱的智能性,以及用户的体验。
本公开另一实施例中,冰箱保存了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量。
图3是本公开实施例提供的一种食材储备方法的流程示意图。如图3所示,食材储备的过程包括:
步骤301:确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量。
步骤302:判断当前储备量是否小于设定储备数量?若是,执行步骤303,否则,本次流程结束。
步骤303:获取至少一个商家中设定食材的售卖信息,并向冰箱用户的终端发送售卖信息。
步骤304:判断是否接收到购买指令?若是,执行步骤305,否则,执行步骤310。
冰箱用户确定是否购买,并通过终端向冰箱发送对应的指令。
步骤305:向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送设定食材的购买信息。
步骤306:接收第一商家返回的订单支付信息,并根据预设支付方式,向第一商家发送与订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息。
步骤307:判断是否接收到第一商家返回的支付成功信息?若是,执行步骤308,否则,执行步骤309。
步骤308:从第一商家获取设定食材进行存储。本次流程结束。
冰箱用户,送货人员或其他人员将第一商家发出的设定食材放入冰箱中,从而,冰箱可获取设定食材进行存储。
步骤309:向冰箱用户的终端发送支付不成功信息,返回步骤304。
第一商家返回了支付不成功信息,则需通知冰箱用户,从而,冰箱用户可重新生成购买指令,例如更新购买的商家,例如,更换预设的支付方式等等,也可生成不购买指令。
步骤310:判断是否接收到不购买指令?若是,执行步骤311,否则,本次流程结束。
步骤311:更新设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数。
步骤312:更新后的不购买记录次数是否大于设定次数?若是,执行步骤313,否则,本次流程结束。
步骤313:从配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除设定食材。本次流程结束。
当然,本次流程结束后从步骤301开始重新执行下一次的食材储备过程。
可见,本实施例中,冰箱可根据食材的储备量,与商家进行通讯,进行食材的购买以及存储,实现了冰箱自动实时进行食材储备的功能,有效填补了冰箱食材智能管家式管理领域的技术空白,从而进一步提高了冰箱的智能性,以及用户的体验。并且,支付方式,支付商家可以选择,进一步提高了食材储备的灵活性,并且,还可对自动储备的食材清单进行更新,进一步满足用户需求,减少对资源的占用。
根据上述食材储备的过程,可构建一种食材储备的装置。
图4是本公开实施例提供的一种食材储备装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,食材储备装置包括:确定单元410、获取通知单元420以及购买存储单元430。
确定单元410,被配置为确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量。
获取通知单元420,被配置为在当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户。
购买存储单元430,被配置为在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从第一商家获取设定食材进行存储,其中,购买指令是冰箱用户根据售卖信息确定的,下单信息包括冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。
在一些实施例中,确定单元410,被具体配置为在确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,通过冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中的食材图像,其中,预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量;对食材图像进行图像识别,确定食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
在一些实施例中,获取通知单元420,具体被配置为获取冰箱所在的位置信息;根据位置信息,向至少一个商家发送设定食材的食材信息;接收每个商家返回的与食材信息匹配的售卖信息;将接收到的售卖信息呈现在显示屏幕上,或发送给冰箱用户的终端。
在一些可选实施例中,购买存储单元430,具体被配置为向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送设定食材的购买信息,购买信息包括:食材信息,购买数量信息,以及冰箱所在的位置信息;接收第一商家返回的订单支付信息,并根据预设支付方式,向第一商家发送与订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息。
在一些可选实施例中,还可包括:支付通知单元,被配置为在接收到第一商家返回的支付不成功信息的情况下,发送支付不成功信息对冰箱用户进行提示。
在一些可选实施例中,还可包括:记录更新单元,被配置为在接收到不购买指令的情况下,更新与设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数;在更新后的不购买记录次数大于设定次数的情况下,在配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除设定食材。
下面具体描述本公开实施例中的装置。
图5是本公开实施例提供的一种食材储备装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,食材储备装置包括:确定单元410、获取通知单元420以及购买存储单元430。还可包括:支付通知单元440,以及记录更新单元450。
预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量。这样,在 确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,确定单元410通过冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取冰箱中的食材图像,并对食材图像进行图像识别,确定食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
而获取通知单元420可获取冰箱所在的位置信息;根据位置信息,向至少一个商家发送设定食材的食材信息;接收每个商家返回的与食材信息匹配的售卖信息;将接收到的售卖信息发送给冰箱用户的终端。
在接收到冰箱用户根据售卖信息确定的购买指令的情况下,购买存储单元430向与购买指令匹配的第一商家发送设定食材的购买信息,购买信息包括:食材信息,购买数量信息,以及冰箱所在的位置信息;接收第一商家返回的订单支付信息,并根据预设支付方式,向第一商家发送与订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息,并可在接收到第一商家返回的支付成功信息的情况下,从第一商家获取设定食材进行存储。
而在在接收到第一商家返回的支付不成功信息的情况下,支付通知单元440可发送支付不成功信息对冰箱用户进行提示。从而,冰箱用户可重新生成购买指令,例如更新购买的商家,例如,更换预设的支付方式等等,也可生成不购买指令。
而终端用户不想购买时,发送了不购买指令,这样,记录更新单元450可在接收到不购买指令的情况下,更新与设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数;在更新后的不购买记录次数大于设定次数的情况下,在配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除设定食材。
可见,本实施例中,冰箱可根据食材的储备量,与商家进行通讯,进行食材的购买以及存储,实现了冰箱自动实时进行食材储备的功能,有效填补了冰箱食材智能管家式管理领域的技术空白,从而进一步提高了冰箱的智能性,以及用户的体验。并且,支付方式,支付商家可以选择,进一步提高了食材储备的灵活性,并且,还可对自动储备的食材清单进行更新,进一步满足用户需求,减少对资源的占用。
本公开实施例还提供了一种冰箱,包括上述食材储备装置。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行上述食材储备方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述食材储备方法。
上述的计算机可读存储介质可以是暂态计算机可读存储介质,也可以是非暂态计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例提供了一种电子设备,其结构如图6所示,该电子设备包括:
至少一个处理器(processor)1000,图6中以一个处理器1000为例;和存储器(memory)1001,还可以包括通信接口(Communication Interface)1002和总线1003。其中,处理器1000、通信接口1002、存储器1001可以通过总线1003完成相互间的通信。通信接口1002可以用于信息传输。处理器1000可以调用存储器1001中的逻辑指令,以执行上述实施例 的食材储备方法。
此外,上述的存储器1001中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
存储器1001作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序,如本公开实施例中的方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器1000通过运行存储在存储器1001中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的食材储备方法。
存储器1001可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器1001可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。
本公开实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括一个或多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质可以是非暂态存储介质,包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等多种可以存储程序代码的介质,也可以是暂态存储介质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食材储备的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量;
    在所述当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户;
    在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从所述第一商家获取所述设定食材进行存储,其中,所述购买指令是所述冰箱用户根据所述售卖信息确定的,所述下单信息包括所述冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量包括:
    在确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,通过所述冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取所述冰箱中的食材图像,其中,所述预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量;
    对所述食材图像进行图像识别,确定所述食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取至少一个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户包括:
    获取所述冰箱所在的位置信息;
    根据所述位置信息,向至少一个商家发送所述设定食材的食材信息;
    接收每个商家返回的与所述食材信息匹配的售卖信息;
    将接收到的售卖信息呈现在显示屏幕上,或发送给所述冰箱用户的终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息包括:
    向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送所述设定食材的购买信息,所述购买信息包括:食材信息,购买数量信息,以及所述冰箱所在的位置信息;
    接收所述第一商家返回的订单支付信息,并根据预设支付方式,向所述第一商家发送与所述订单支付信息匹配的食材支付信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述第一商家返回的支付不成功信息的情况下,发送所述支付不成功信息对所述冰箱用户进行提示。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到不购买指令的情况下,更新与所述设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数;
    在更新后的所述不购买记录次数大于设定次数的情况下,在配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除所述设定食材。
  7. 一种食材储备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,被配置为确定冰箱中设定食材的当前储备量;
    获取通知单元,被配置为在所述当前储备量小于设定储备数量的情况下,获取至少一个商家中所述设定食材的售卖信息并通知冰箱用户;
    购买存储单元,被配置为在接收到购买指令的情况下,向与所述购买指令匹配的第一商家发送下单信息,从所述第一商家获取所述设定食材进行存储,其中,所述购买指令是所述冰箱用户根据所述售卖信息确定的,所述下单信息包括所述冰箱所在的位置信息,以及预设支付方式的食材支付信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述确定单元,被具体配置为在确定预设冰箱自动储备功能已启动的情况下,通过所述冰箱中的图像采集设备,获取所述冰箱中的食材图像,其中,所述预设冰箱自动储备功能中配置了自动储备的食材清单以及对应的储备数量;对所述食材图像进行图像识别,确定所述食材清单中设定食材的当前储备量。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录更新单元,被配置为在接收到不购买指令的情况下,更新与所述设定食材的对应的不购买记录次数;在更新后的所述不购买记录次数大于设定次数的情况下,在配置的自动储备的食材清单中删除所述设定食材。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,其特征在于,包括如权利要求7至9任一项所述的装置。
