目前,市场上出现的通过拖把桶对平板拖把进行挤水和清洗时,大都需要 先将拖把桶内部倒入一定量的清水,然后对平板拖把上的擦拭物进行挤水和清洗,然后清洗过程中产生的污水不能及时从拖把桶内排出,进而不能实现一直清水冲洗的目的,且使用一定时间后的污水通过手动倒出,因此清洗效率较低且给操作者带来的体验感较差。

如图1至图19所示:为本发明实施例提供的一种平板拖把清洗装置,包括拖把桶300和平板拖把200,所述平板拖把200包括拖把杆201和活动连接在所述拖把杆201上的平板拖把头202,所述平板拖把头202上设置有擦拭物(图中未示出),所述拖把桶300上设置有捋头机构,所述捋头机构包括挤水架100,所述挤水架100中设置有开口,所述挤水架100上位于所述开口的一侧壁上端朝向所述开口的方向延伸设置有捋板102,所述捋板与所述开口之间形成捋口101,所述挤水架100上位于所述开口中与所述捋板102相对应的侧壁上设置有滚轮115,所述滚轮115通过安装轴116设置在滚轮安装部117的一端,挤水时将所述平板拖把头202旋转至清洗或挤水状态,清洗或挤水状态下,所述平板拖把头202在所述捋头机构中竖向上下运动从而对擦拭物进行移动挤压挤水。
所述挤水架100上还设置有冲水组件,所述冲水组件包括清水输入口150以及储水槽,所述清水输入口150与所述储水槽相连通,且所述储水槽上设置有第一出水口130,所述第一出水口130朝向所述捋口101。
所述挤水架100包括固定支架107以及上盖108,所述固定支架107固定设置在所述上盖108的下表面,且所述上盖108设置在所述拖把桶300的上端,所述固定支架107上设置有第一通孔109,所述上盖108中与所述第一通孔109相对应的位置设置有第二通孔110,且所述第一通孔109以及第二通孔110形成所述开口(图中未示出)。
所述滚轮安装部117设置在所述固定支架107中向下延伸设置的定位凹槽118中,所述定位凹槽118中向下延伸设置有沉头孔140,所述沉头孔140中设置有第一紧固弹簧119,所述滚轮安装部117的另一端与所述第一紧固弹簧119相连。
所述固定支架107上位于所述第一通孔109的内侧壁向下延伸设置有限位部112,所述限位部112的周向侧壁设置有第二出水口170,所述固定支架107上位于所述定位凹槽118一侧设置有限位口137,且所述限位口137的内侧壁向下延伸形成定位部141。通过设置的限位口137以及定位部141,当平板拖把头201在捋口中上下挤压移动时,拖把杆202通过限位口以及定位部141进行限位或定位,从而使挤压移动更加顺滑,操作方便且更加省力。
所述储水槽设置在所述固定支架107的下方且位于所述限位部112的外侧并与所述限位部112的外侧壁紧密配合,所述储水槽包括第一储水槽153、第二储水槽154以及第三储水槽155,所述第一储水槽153和第三储水槽155分别位于所述第二储水槽154的两侧,所述第一储水槽153的一端与所述第二储水槽154的一端相连通,且所述第三储水槽155的一端与所述第二储水槽154的另一端相连通,所述第一储水槽153、第二储水槽154以及第三储水槽155靠近所述限位部112的侧壁上分别设置有所述第一出水口130,且所述第一出水口130与所述第二出水口170相对应。
所述储水槽还包括第四储水槽171和第五储水槽172,所述第四储水槽171的一端与所述第一储水槽153的另一端相连通,所述第五储水槽172的一端与所述第三储水槽155的另一端相连通,且所述第四储水槽171和第五储水槽172靠近所述限位部112的侧壁上分别设置有所述第一出水口130。所述第一储水槽153、第二储水槽154、第三储水槽155、第四储水槽171和第五储水槽172为一体成型。通过设置的第一储水槽153、第二储水槽154、第三储水槽155、第四储水槽171和第五储水槽172,可对平板拖把头202上的擦拭物进行全方位的冲洗,进而提高冲洗的效率,从而提高清洗效率。
所述储水槽的上端外侧壁向上延伸设置有多个第一固定凸部174,具体的,所述第二储水槽154、第四储水槽171和第五储水槽172的上端外侧壁均设置所述第一固定凸部174,所述固定支架107上与所述第一固定凸部174的相对应的位置设置有第一固定凹槽167,所述第一固定凸部174设置在所述第一固定凹槽167中,且所述第一固定凸部174的上端向外延伸设置有第一凸起(图中未示出),所述第一固定凸部174通过设置的第一凸起与第一固定凹槽167卡紧。通过上述设计,可使储水槽153与固定支架107牢固的结合在一 起,同时方便前期的组装以及后期的拆卸和维护。
通过设置的挤水架100,可对平板拖把头202上的擦拭物挤压挤水,同时通过设置的冲水组件,在冲水组件的清水输入口150暂停输入清水的情况下,可对擦拭物进行挤干;在冲水组件的清水输入口150输入清水的情况下,可一边冲水一边通过挤水架100对擦拭物进行挤压清洗,从而达到清水冲洗的目的,进而提高对擦拭物的清洗效率,且挤干和清洗过程可交替进行,清洗效果更佳。
所述挤水架101中还设置有清洗刷127,所述清洗刷127固定设置在所述第二储水槽154的下表面,所述清洗刷127包括刷毛128以及刷毛固定板129,所述清洗刷127通过所述刷毛固定板129设置在所述第二储水槽154的下表面,所述刷毛128的一端固定设置在所述刷毛固定板129中,且所述刷毛128的另一端位于所述第一通孔109中。通过在挤水架100中设置清洗刷127,在通过拖把桶本体300对胶棉拖把200进行清洗的过程中,可对平板拖把头203上的污物进行及时清理,进而提高平板拖把头清洗的效率。
所述第二储水槽154的下表面设置有清洗刷固定部157,所述清洗刷固定部157中设置安装凹槽158,且所述安装凹槽158的一侧设置有安装口159,所述刷毛固定板129通过所述安装口159设置在所述安装凹槽158中,所述清洗刷固定板157位于所述限位部112中位于所述第二储水槽下方的缺口177中;所述刷毛固定板129的一端设置有推拉部133,所述刷毛固定板129在推拉部133的作用下经所述安装口159设置在所述安装凹槽158中,所述安装凹槽158的底部以及顶部分别设置有定位凸部134,所述刷毛固定板129的上表面以及下表面分别设置有与所述定位凸部134相配合的定位凹部135,所述刷毛固定板129通过所述定位凸部134和定位凹槽135紧固在所述安装凹槽158中。通过上述设计,方便清洗刷127的安装和后期的维护,且清洗刷127与第二清洗槽154的结合比较牢固,安全可靠性得到一定程度提升。
所述限位部112的下表面与所述定位部141的下表面相平齐;所述定位凹槽118、限位口137以及所述第一通孔109相连通,且所述限位口137的两侧分别设置有一个所述定位凹槽118。
每个所述定位凹槽118中均设置有所述滚轮115,且两个所述滚轮115的 安装轴116的中心轴线在同一条直线上,所述沉头孔140位于所述定位凹槽118远离所述第二通孔110的一端内部,所述滚轮安装部117远离所述滚轮115的端部通过固定部120抵靠在所述第一紧固弹簧119的上端,所述第一紧固弹簧119的下端固定设置在所述沉头孔140的底部,且所述第一紧固弹簧119在沉头孔中处于压缩的状态,所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述固定部120的端部两侧面分别设置有转动销121,所述定位凹槽118的两侧面分别设置有安装孔122,所述滚轮安装部117的转动销121转动连接在所述安装孔122中。
所述上盖108中第二通孔110的一侧壁设置有定位口123,所述定位口123与所述限位口137相对应且与所述第二通孔110相连通。通过上述设计,方便上盖的前期加工以及后期的维护。通过拖把桶对平板拖把进行清洗或挤水处理时,将平板拖把头201插入捋口中,同时所述拖把杆202位于定位口123以及限位口137中,并通过定位口123和限位口137进行定位,操作方便且省力。
所述捋板102与所述固定支架107为一体成型,且所述捋板102与所述固定支架107中的第二通孔110的内侧壁垂直设置,所述捋板102上沿其长度方向设置有多个流水孔124。且所述捋板102的上表面通过多个加强板160与所述限位部112的内侧壁固定连接,进而提高捋板102与所述限位部112相结合的牢固性,从而延长该平板拖把清洗装置的使用寿命。
所述固定支架107的上表面外侧壁向上延伸设置有多个第二固定凸部161,所述第二固定凸部161的上端向外延伸设置有第二凸起163,所述上盖108的下表面内侧壁设置有多个第二固定凹部(图中未示出),所述第二固定凸部161卡扣在所述第二固定凹部中,且所述第二固定凸部161通过所述第二凸起163与第二固定凹部紧固配合,所述固定支架107通过所述第二固定凸部161与固定凹槽的配合紧固在所述上盖的下方。通过上述设计,即在固定支107架的上表面外侧壁向上设置多个第二固定凸部161,以及同时在上盖108的下表面内侧壁与所述第二固定凸部161相对应的位置设置固定凹槽,从而使固定支架107与上盖108的结合更加牢固,从而可避免上盖108从固定支架107上脱离,安全可靠性得到一定程度的提升,同时延长该挤水架100的使用寿命。
本发明实施例提供的平板拖把清洗装置,为了提高上盖108与拖把桶300 相结合的牢固性,还可以在上盖108的两侧分别设置锁紧部500,所述锁紧部500的形状为方形,且所述锁紧部500沿长度方形的一侧设置有方形的安装凹槽501,所述安装槽501位于宽度方向的两端的内侧壁分别设置有转动轴502,所述上盖108的两侧向外分别延伸设置有锁紧固定部164,所述安装凹槽501与所述锁紧固定部164相配合,所述锁紧固定部164中设置有紧固孔165,两个转动轴502分别设置在所述紧固孔165的两端,且所述锁紧部500通过转动轴502沿所述紧固孔165转动连接,所述安装凹槽501的底部侧壁向外延伸设置有锁紧支撑板503,所述锁紧支撑板503上设置有锁紧定位第二凸起504;所述拖把桶300的两侧与所述锁紧固定部164相对应的外侧壁向外延伸设置有锁紧凸部166,所述锁紧部500通过锁紧定位第二凸起504卡扣在所述锁紧凸部166的下表面,所述上盖108通过所述锁紧部500与所述拖把桶300牢固结合在一起,同时方便前期的组装以及后期的拆卸。
本发明实施例提供的平板拖把清洗装置,所述拖把桶300的下端侧壁设置有排污口(图中未示出),所述排污口通过封堵塞400进行封闭,该排污口可设置在一个或两个。在实际应用中,所述排污口的设置位置以及设置数量均可根据情况来设置,通过设置的排污口可及时将拖把桶300中产生的污水向外排出,也可通过排污管流入下水道中,不需要手动将拖把桶内的污水倒出,使用方便。
本发明实施例提供的平板拖把清洗装置,所述排污口的内侧壁设置有内螺纹,所述封堵塞400的一端设置有安装部401,所述安装部401的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,且所述封堵塞400远离所述安装部401的一端设置有圆环形的封堵塞盖402,所述封堵塞盖402的外径大于所述安装部401的外径,且所述封堵塞盖402远离所述安装部401的端部向外延伸设置有第二凸起部403,通过所述第二凸起部403将所述封堵塞400的安装部401设置在所述排污口并锁紧。通过在拖把桶400的下端一侧壁设置有排污口,可将平板拖把在挤水和清洗时产生的污水,通过该排污口并经排污管及时从拖把桶中向外排出,操作方便且快捷。
同时通过设置的封堵塞400,由于该封堵塞400与所述拖把桶300的排污口为螺纹连接,因此方便该封堵塞400与所述拖把桶300的排污口的安装以及 拆卸,同时通过设置的封堵塞盖402,可有效提高该封堵塞400与排污口之间的密封性能,以防止拖把桶中的污水从排污口向外流出;另外,还可在安装部401上靠近所述封堵塞盖402的位置设置密封圈,通过设置的密封圈,可进一步提高所述封堵塞400与所述排污口之间的密封性能。
本发明实施例提供的平板拖把清洗装置,使用时将平板拖把头202旋转至可挤水和清洗的状态,也即使平板拖把头202旋转至与所述拖把杆201相平行或基本平行的状态,挤水和清洗时所述平板拖把头202在所述捋头机构上的捋口101中来回移动挤压,从而通过所述捋板102对所述平板拖把头202上的擦拭物进行挤水和清洗。
本发明实施例提供的平板拖把清洗装置,通过拖把桶上设置的捋头机构对平板拖把进行挤水和清洗的具体过程为:挤水和清洗时先将平板拖把头202旋转至可挤水和清洗的状态,再将所述平板拖把头202插入所述捋头机构的捋口101中,当所述平板拖把头202向清洗桶的捋口101的内部挤压移动(也即向下挤压移动)时,所述捋板102与所述拖把头202上的擦拭物进行接触,同时两个滚轮与拖把头202的背面相抵靠且滑动连接,且通过滚轮115的滑动挤压使所述拖把头上的擦拭物与捋板102紧密配合,使捋口的宽度变小,继而通过捋板102对擦拭物进行充分的挤压挤水和清洗,从而达到提高挤水和清洗效率的目的,且清洗时可通过输水管向清水输入口中输送清水;当平板拖把头从清洗桶中向上挤压移动时,平板拖把头202的背部抵靠所述滚轮115可使滚轮安装部117沿转动销121进行转动,进而使滚轮与捋板之间的间距变大,即使捋口的开口或捋口的宽度变大,所述捋板与拖把头上的擦拭物之间的摩擦力减小,减小挤水或清洗的效果,即将平板拖把头向上提拉时比较轻松,操作方便、省力且防止水溅向操作者,并可减小平板拖把头的磨损,从而达到延长该平板拖把头使用寿命的目的。
所述滚轮安装部117的一端设置有限位孔131,所述滚轮115通过安装轴116设置在所述限位孔131中,且所述滚轮115通过安装轴116转动连接在所述限位孔131中。同时,所述滚轮安装部117上靠近所述限位孔131的一端设置有安装口132,所述安装口132与所述限位孔131相连通;通过设置的安装口132,所述滚轮115的安装轴116通过所述安装口132安装在所述限位孔131 中,方便滚轮115的安装以及后期的维护。
本发明的滚轮安装部117的另一个实施例中,如图20和21所示,所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述滚轮115一端的下表面设置有固定通孔193,所述固定支架107上所述定位凹槽118远离沉头孔140的一侧底部向下延伸设置有固定架194。所述挤水架100上还包括第二紧固弹簧195,所述第二紧固弹簧195的上端设置在所固定通孔193中,且所述第二紧固弹簧195的下端设置在所述固定架194上,所述第二紧固弹簧195在固定通孔193与固定架194之间始终处于拉伸状态。通过设置的第一紧固弹簧119和第二紧固弹簧195,所述滚轮安装部117通过第一紧固弹簧119的向上的弹力以及第二紧固弹簧195向下的张力可使转动后的滚轮安装部117快速复位与定位凹槽118抵触。
本发明的滚轮安装部117的第三种实施例中,如图22和23所示,所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述滚轮115一端的上表面设置有限位凸部190,所述上盖108的下表面且位于所述限位凸部190的上方设置有限位凹部191,所述限位凸部190与所述限位凹部191之间设置有第三紧固弹簧192,且所述第三紧固弹簧192在所述限位凸部190与所述限位凹槽191之间始终处于压缩状态。通过设置的第一紧固弹簧119和第三紧固弹簧192,所述滚轮安装部117通过第一紧固弹簧119向上的弹力和第三紧固弹簧192的向下的弹力可使转动后的滚轮安装部117的快速复位与定位凹槽118相抵触。
本发明的滚轮安装部117的第四种实施例中,如图24至图26所示,所述滚轮安装部117左侧可不设置固定部120,且沉头孔140中不再设置第一紧固弹簧119,所述滚轮安装部117的下表面所处的平面与所述定位凹槽118的底面所处的平面相互平行,且所述滚轮安装部117一端的限位孔131的形状为长方形,且所述限位孔131沿长度方向的中心线与水平面相互垂直,即限位孔131的长边位于竖直方向上,以使所述滚轮115通过安装轴116沿所述限位孔131的长度方向上下自由滑动。
进一步设置为,所述上盖108的下表面位于所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述滚轮115的一端的位置向下延伸设置有限位板186,所述限位板186的下端与滚轮安装部117的上表面相接触以使所述滚轮安装部117抵靠在所述定位凹槽118中,即通过限位板186使滚轮安装部117固定在定位凹槽118中,且限位 板186与上盖108为一体成型。通过上述设计,即通过设置的限位板186和定位凹槽118,可使滚轮安装部117平稳地固定在所述定位凹槽118中,并通过上盖108下表面设置的限位板186将滚轮安装部117牢固地抵靠在定位凹槽118中。当平板拖把插入捋口101中并向下运动时,拖把头202背部抵压滚轮115且使所述滚轮115滑动到长方形的限位孔131的最底端,同时所述滚轮115的上端与所述捋板102的上端相平齐,此时滚轮115与捋板102之间的间距最小且滚轮115紧密抵靠在拖把头202的背部,即所述滚轮115与拖把头202之间紧密配合,当平板拖把继续向下运动时,平板拖把200中拖把头202上的擦拭物通过捋板102进行挤压挤水;当平板拖把200通过拖把杆201将拖把头202沿捋口101向上运动时,滚轮115随拖把头202运动至限位孔131的顶端,此时滚轮115与捋板102之间的间距最大,继而滚轮115与拖把头202之间的摩擦阻力变最小,方便拖把头202向上运动,从而实现捋板102对平板拖把的单向捋水,且拖把头202在捋口101中上下移动实现对擦拭物进行挤压挤水操作;另外,由于拖把头202与滚轮之间为滑动连接,因此平板拖把通过捋头机构进行挤压挤水时更加省力,操作方便。
本发明的滚轮安装部117的第五种实施例中,如图27和图28所示,所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述滚轮115一端的下表面设置有固定通孔193,所述固定支架107上所述定位凹槽118远离沉头孔140的一侧底部向下延伸设置有固定架194,且滚轮安装部117左侧可不再设置固定部120,且沉头孔140中不再设置第一紧固弹簧119。所述挤水架100上只设置第二紧固弹簧195,所述第二紧固弹簧195的上端设置在所固定通孔193中,且所述第二紧固弹簧195的下端设置在所述固定架194上,所述第二紧固弹簧195在固定通孔193与固定架194之间始终处于拉伸状态。通过设置的第二紧固弹簧192,所述滚轮安装部117通过第二紧固弹簧192向下的张力可使转动后的滚轮安装部117快速复位与定位凹槽118抵触。
本发明的滚轮安装部117的第六种实施例中,如图29和图30所示,与第五实施例的区别是,在所述滚轮安装部117靠近所述滚轮115一端的上表面设置有限位凸部190,所述上盖108的下表面且位于所述限位凸部190的上方设置有限位凹部191,所述限位凸部190与所述限位凹部191之间设置有第三紧 固弹簧192,且所述第三紧固弹簧192在所述限位凸部190与所述限位凹槽191之间处于伸缩状态。通过设置的第二紧固弹簧195和第三紧固弹簧192,所述滚轮安装部117通过第二紧固弹簧195向下的张力和第三紧固弹簧192向下的弹力可使转动后的滚轮安装部117的快速复位与定位凹槽118相抵触。
通过上述设置的滚轮安装部117的几个实施例,当所述平板拖把头202向清洗桶的捋口101的内部再次向下移动挤压时,所述捋板102与所述拖把头202上的擦拭物进行接触,同时滚轮安装部117端部的滚轮115与拖把头202的背面紧密抵靠且滑动连接,且通过滚轮115的滑动挤压使所述拖把头上的擦拭物与捋板102紧密配合,实现快速挤压挤水和清洗,进而提高挤压挤水和清洗的效率。

- 一种平板拖把清洗装置,包括拖把桶和平板拖把,其特征在于,所述平板拖把包括拖把杆和活动连接在所述拖把杆上的平板拖把头,所述平板拖把头上设置有擦拭物,所述拖把桶上设置有捋头机构,所述捋头机构包括挤水架,所述挤水架中设置有开口,所述挤水架上位于所述开口的一侧壁上端朝向所述开口的方向延伸设置有捋板,所述捋板与所述开口之间形成捋口,所述挤水架上位于所述开口中与所述捋板相对应的侧壁上设置有滚轮,所述滚轮通过安装轴设置在滚轮安装部的一端,所述挤水架上还设置有冲水组件,所述冲水组件包括清水输入口以及储水槽,所述清水输入口与所述储水槽相连通,且所述储水槽上设置有第一出水口,所述第一出水口朝向所述捋口,且所述储水槽包括第一储水槽、第二储水槽以及第三储水槽,所述第一储水槽和第三储水槽分别位于所述第二储水槽的两侧,所述第一储水槽的一端与所述第二储水槽的一端相连通,且所述第三储水槽的一端与所述第二储水槽的另一端相连通。

- 根据权利要求2所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述排污口的内侧壁设置有内螺纹,所述封堵塞的一端设置有安装部,所述安装部的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,且所述封堵塞远离所述安装部的一端设置有圆环形的封堵塞盖,所述封堵塞盖的外径大于所述安装部的外径,且所述封堵塞盖远离所述安装部的端部向外延伸设置有第二凸起部,通过所述第二凸起部将所述封堵塞的安装部设置在所述排污口并锁紧。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述挤水架包括固定支架以及上盖,所述固定支架固定设置在所述上盖的下表面,且所述上盖设置在所述拖把桶的上端,所述固定支架上设置有第一通孔,所述上盖中与所述第一通孔相对应的位置设置有第二通孔,且所述第一通孔以及第二通孔形成所述开口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮安装部设置在所述固定支架中向下延伸设置的定位凹槽中,所述定位凹槽中向下延伸设置有沉头孔,所述沉头孔中设置有第一紧固弹簧,所述滚轮安装部的另一端与所述第一紧固弹簧相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架上位于所述第一通孔的内侧壁向下延伸设置有限位部,所述限位部的周向侧壁设置有第二出水口,所述固定支架上位于所述定位凹槽一侧设置有限位口,且所述限位口的内侧壁向下延伸形成定位部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述限位部的下表面与所述定位部的下表面相平齐;所述定位凹槽、限位口以及所述第一通孔相连通,且所述限位口的两侧分别设置有一个所述定位凹槽。
- 根据权利要求7所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,每个所述定位凹槽中均设置有所述滚轮,且两个所述滚轮的安装轴的中心轴线在同一条直线上,所述沉头孔位于所述定位凹槽远离所述第二通孔的一端内部,所述滚轮安装部远离所述滚轮的端部通过固定部抵靠在所述第一紧固弹簧的上端,所述第一紧固弹簧的下端固定设置在所述沉头孔的底部,所述滚轮安装部靠近所述固定部的端部两侧面分别设置有转动销,所述定位凹槽的两侧面分别设置有安装孔,所述滚轮安装部的转动销转动连接在所述安装孔中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述储水槽设置在所述固定支架的下方,且位于所述限位部的外侧并与所述限位部的外侧壁紧密配合,所述第一储水槽、第二储水槽以及第三储水槽靠近所述限位部的侧壁上分别设置有所述第一出水口,且所述第一出水口与所述第二出水口相对应。
- 根据权利要求9所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述储水槽的上端外侧壁向上延伸设置有多个第一固定凸部,所述固定支架上与所述第一固定凸部的相对应的位置设置有第一固定凹槽,所述第一固定凸部设置在所述第一固定凹槽中,且所述第一固定凸部的上端向外延伸设置有第一凸起。
- 根据权利要求9所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述储水槽还包括第四储水槽和第五储水槽,所述第四储水槽的一端与所述第一储水槽的另一端相连通,所述第五储水槽的一端与所述第三储水槽的另一端相连通,且所述第四储水槽和第五储水槽靠近所述限位部的侧壁上分别设置有所述第一出水口,所述第一储水槽、第二储水槽、第三储水槽、第四储水槽和第五储水槽为一体成型。
- 根据权利要求4所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述挤水架 中还设置有清洗刷,所述清洗刷固定设置在所述第二储水槽的下表面,所述清洗刷包括刷毛以及刷毛固定板,所述清洗刷通过所述刷毛固定板设置在所述第二储水槽的下表面,所述刷毛的一端固定设置在所述刷毛固定板中,且所述刷毛的另一端位于所述第一通孔中。
- 根据权利要求12所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述第二储水槽的下表面设置有清洗刷固定部,所述清洗刷固定部中设置安装凹槽,且所述安装凹槽的一侧设置有安装口,所述刷毛固定板通过所述安装口设置在所述安装凹槽中;所述刷毛固定板的一端设置有推拉部,所述刷毛固定板在推拉部的作用下经所述安装口设置在所述安装凹槽中,所述安装凹槽的底部以及顶部分别设置有定位凸部,所述刷毛固定板的上表面以及下表面分别设置有与所述定位凸部相配合的定位凹部,所述刷毛固定板通过所述定位凸部和定位凹槽紧固在所述安装凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求5所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮安装部的一端设置有限位孔,所述滚轮通过安装轴设置在所述限位孔中,且所述滚轮通过安装轴转动连接在所述限位孔中,同时,所述滚轮安装部上靠近所述限位孔的一端设置有安装口,所述安装口与所述限位孔相连通。
- 根据权利要求14所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮安装部的下表面所处的平面与所述定位凹槽的底面所处的平面相互平行,且所述滚轮安装部一端的限位孔的形状为长方形,且所述限位孔的长边位于竖直方向上,以使所述滚轮通过安装轴沿所述限位孔的长度方向上下自由滑动。
- 根据权利要求15所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的下表面位于所述滚轮安装部靠近所述滚轮的一端的位置向下延伸设置有限位板,所述限位板的下端与滚轮安装部的上表面相接触以使所述滚轮安装部抵靠在所述定位凹槽中,且所述限位板与上盖为一体成型。
- 根据权利要求5所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮安装部靠近所述滚轮一端的下表面设置有固定通孔,所述固定支架上所述定位凹槽远离沉头孔的一侧底部向下延伸设置有固定架,所述挤水架上还包括第二紧固弹簧,所述第二紧固弹簧的上端设置在所固定通孔中,且所述第二紧固弹簧的下端设置在所述固定架上,所述第二紧固弹簧在固定通孔与固定架之间处于拉 伸状态。
- 根据权利要求5所述的平板拖把清洗装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮安装部靠近所述滚轮一端的上表面设置有限位凸部,所述上盖的下表面且位于所述限位凸部的上方设置有限位凹部,所述限位凸部与所述限位凹部之间设置有第三紧固弹簧,且所述第三紧固弹簧在所述限位凸部与所述限位凹槽之间处于压缩状态。
