本发明是关于鞋垫应用的技术领域,尤其涉及一种高跟鞋足舒支持器。
背景技术
鞋垫可供穿着鞋子的时候垫在脚下感到舒适,传统的鞋垫一般采用皮革、布质为原料裁剪、缝制而成,其外形平整,材质较硬,缓震性能差,舒适性较差,足弓部位无法被撑住,如此长时间行走足部容易产生不适。新一代的鞋垫种类多样且已采用软硬不同材料复合而成,甚至还有特别讲求人体工学的足弓垫设计,使对人体足部的足弓处作调整,通过弹性结构和吸震结构,减轻脚部压力和防止脚部受伤。

但现有技术中的足弓垫产品大都只能适用一般的平底鞋,无法直接移作提供给女性高跟鞋使用,主要是因为一般高跟鞋为了讲究造形美观,其鞋底通常不能太厚,且高跟鞋内部的结构复杂,支撑件占用了过多的空间,导致高跟鞋内无法再添加其它具有缓冲按摩的底层或弹性吸震的足弓垫,给爱用高跟鞋的女姓带来相当不便。
女性穿着高跟鞋确实可以调整身材让身体比例更为修长,也可给予一般人较为正式的感觉;但常久以来受到高跟鞋结构前倾不可变的事实,穿着时一定得踮脚走路,而

有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的,在提供一种高跟鞋足舒支持器,由软、硬不同材质共同组成,该支持器倾斜配置在高跟鞋内底上,其主体的中段设有一隆突 的足弓支撑部,该足弓支撑部前方的前掌部和后方的后掌部分别开设有前孔和后孔,于前孔内设一弹片,而后孔内设一吸震片,
该支持器具有一第一端和与第一端相对设置的一第二端,第一端至第二端间定义该支持器的长度,该支持器并具有一最厚位置介于第一端与第二端间,且支持器的厚度由最厚位置朝第一端与第二端渐缩;
该主体呈前宽后窄、前钝后圆的形状,其长度在14cm至18cm之间,硬度在60度至80度之间,主体的周边设有环掌的护缘,且在靠该第一端处设有一抑翘部,以配合置在高跟鞋内;
该吸震片为一薄垫体,其厚度在0.2cm至0.7cm之间,软度在30度至40度之间,以及;
该弹片为一厚垫体,其内侧最厚度在1.5cm至2.5cm之间,其外侧最厚度在1cm至2cm之间,软度在30度至40度之间;
借此,可安装在各种不同高跟鞋中,使穿着时受力重心可以调整后移,让后足支撑较多的受力,而改善减缓前足与脚趾的受力,有效增进足部整体受力均匀舒适,能更健康稳固的穿著使用高跟鞋。
较佳实施,其中该主体的前孔大于后孔,且前孔和后孔均呈椭圆形,于前孔的底下设有一凹部,该吸震片的上下均为椭圆形,该弹片上呈椭圆下呈削边的弧块状对应嵌置在该凹部中。
较佳实施,其中该弹片与吸震片上方椭圆中心的间的长度在7.5cm至11cm之间,该支持器最大厚度位于由该第二端向前的9cm至13cm处。
较佳实施,其中该主体周围最薄的厚度在0.2cm至0.4cm之间,该弹片的前缘位在由该第一端向后的2cm处,而该吸震片的后缘位在由该第二端向前的1cm处。
较佳实施,其中该支撑器的外侧圆弧、内侧凹弧,且其底部具有一内侧波浪线及一外侧波浪线。
与现有技术相较,本发明高跟鞋足舒支持器的有效设计,确实可依脚足不同部位穿高跟鞋站立时,而对应有软硬不同的支撑来达到站立的舒适。因为高跟鞋是爱美女士的最爱,但它又偏偏是违反人体工学的鞋子,本发明足舒支持器的研发成功,确实能有效克服过去穿着高跟鞋的种种不好的缺点,而依然能保有 穿着时增高及体态佼好的优点又不伤害脚足。

该支持器1具有一第一端15与相对第一端15设置的一第二端16,第一端15至第二端16间定义该支持器1的长度,该支持器1并具有一最厚位置17介于第一端15与第二端16间,且支持器1的厚度由最厚位置17处朝第一端15与第二端16渐缩;

譬如,以5号2.5时的高跟鞋为例,其支撑器1最佳的长度为15.5cm,弹片20与吸震片30中心之间的长度为8.5cm,该弹片20内侧最厚度为1.6cm,外侧最厚度为1cm,最厚位置17在由该第二端16向前的10.5cm处,依此即能获得一个供足踩踏舒适且受力均匀的支撑器1。
借此,将支撑器1固定安装在5号2.5时的高跟鞋中,可通过本发明的支持器1的作用,让使用者穿着时受力重心整个调整后移,以后足来支撑承受较多的受力,而大幅改善减缓前足与脚趾的受力,以避免严重挤压造成的

痛及变形,有效的设计不但可增进足部整体受力均匀舒适,更能帮助足部健康及稳固的穿著使用高跟鞋。

  1. 一种高跟鞋足舒支持器,由软、硬不同材质共同组成,该支持器倾斜配置在高跟鞋内底上,其主体的中段设有一隆突的足弓支撑部,该足弓支撑部前方的前掌部和后方的后掌部分别开设有前孔和后孔,于前孔内设一弹片,而后孔内设一吸震片,其特征在于:
    该支持器具有一第一端和与第一端相对设置的一第二端,以第一端至第二端间定义该支持器的长度,该支持器并具有一最厚位置,该最厚位置介于第一端与第二端间,且支持器的厚度由最厚位置朝第一端与第二端渐缩;
    该主体呈前宽后窄的形状,其长度在14cm至18cm之间,硬度在60度至80度之间,主体的周边设有环掌的护缘,且在靠近该第一端处设有一抑翘部,以便配合倾斜设置在高跟鞋内;
    该吸震片为一薄垫体,其厚度在0.2cm至0.7cm之间,软度在30度至40度之间;以及,
    该弹片为一厚垫体,其内侧最厚度在1.5cm至2.5cm之间,其外侧最厚度在1cm至2cm之间,软度在30度至40度之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的高跟鞋足舒支持器,其特征在于,该主体的前孔大于后孔,且前孔和后孔均呈椭圆形,于前孔的底下设有一凹部,该吸震片的上下均为椭圆形,该弹片上呈椭圆下呈削边的弧块状对应嵌置在该凹部中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的高跟鞋足舒支持器,其特征在于,该弹片与吸震片上方的椭圆中心之间的长度在7.5cm至11cm之间,该支持器最大厚度位于由该第二端向前的9cm至13cm处。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的高跟鞋足舒支持器,其特征在于,该主体周围最薄的厚度在0.2cm至0.4cm之间,该弹片的前缘位于由该第一端向后的2cm处,而该吸震片的后缘位于由该第二端向前的1cm处。
