Description
본 발명은 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선하여 전력변환 회로에 사용되는 자화소자에 관한 것이다.
탄소나노튜브(CNT: Carbon Nano Tube)는 6각형 고리로 연결된 탄소들이 긴 대롱 모양을 이루는 신소재로서 기계적, 전기적, 물리적 특성이 기존보다 우수하며, 내부 연결구조에 따라 도체, 반도체 또는 절연체로 활용될 수 있어 다양한 산업 분야에 활용이 증가되고 있다.
탄소나노튜브는 구리와 비교하였을 때, 전기전도도가 1000배 높고, 무게가 1/8로 가벼우며, 인공적으로 생산이 가능하여 생산 비용 절감이 가능함은 물론 생산 과정에서 미세먼지가 발생하지 않는다는 장점이 있다. 또한 탄소나노튜브의 열 전도도는 6000W/m.k로, 이는 구리 및 알루미늄과 비교하였을 때 약 17배 내지 14배에 해당한다.
이러한 장점을 갖는 탄소나노튜브를 전선(electric wire)으로 제작하기 위해서는 절연을 위한 외피가 필요하다. 즉 일반적으로 케이블 용으로 사용되는 탄소나노튜브 전선은 절연외피 제작공정이 필수로 추가되어 생산비용의 증가를 초래하며, 절연외피에 의해 그 무게 및 크기가 증가한다.
본 발명의 일측면은 절연외피를 생략하여 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연되는 특성을 갖는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 코일로 하는 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자를 제공한다.
본 발명의 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자는 자성체 및 전류가 인가되는 경우 상기 자성체를 자화시킬 수 있도록 상기 자성체에 코일 형태로 감겨져 있으며, 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연되는 일차원 전도(one dimensional conductivity) 특성을 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT: Carbon Nano Tube) 전선을 포함한다.
한편, 상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은, 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은, 내심 전선 및 상기 내심 전선과 동축을 가지며 상기 내심 전선을 감싸는 형태로 구성되는 외심 전선을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은, 상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥으로 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은, 상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인 구조를 가질 수 있다.

자성체(110)는 코어로서, 자성 재료로 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 자성체(110)는 좌측 부위에 전후 방향으로 관통되게 좌측 관통 홀이 형성되고, 우측 부위에 전호 방향으로 관통되게 우측 관통 홀이 형성될 수 있다. 자성체(110)는 좌, 우측 관통홀의 배열 방향을 따라 좌, 우측 관통홀을 가로질러 양분된 구조로 이루어져 조립 또는 분해될 수 있다. 이와 같은 경우, 자성체(110)는 좌, 우측 관통홀의 일부분을 이루는 좌, 우측 홈이 형성된 두 개의 코어부를 포함할 수 있다. 이때 각 코어부는 E 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 자성체(110)는 이러한 각 코어부에 형성된 좌, 우측 홈이 연결되도록 각 코어부를 한정한 상태에서 각 코어부를 접착제나 고정 밴드 등에 의해 서로 고정하여 이루어질 수 있다.
자성체(110)의 형상은 예시된 바에 한정되지 않고 다양한 형상으로 이루어질 수도 있음은 물론이다.
탄소나노튜브 전선(130)은 탄소나노튜브로 형성되는 전선으로, 자성체(110)에 코일 형태로 감겨질 수 있다. 이에, 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)은 전류가 인가되는 경우, 자성체(110)를 자화시킬 수 있을 것이다. 여기서 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)은 절연외피를 가지지 않은 탄소나노튜브로 구성되는 전선으로, 일예로, 선(線) 상체로 성장한 탄소나노튜브 한 가닥으로 구성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)을 형상과 관련한 다양한 실시예는 도 2 이하를 참조하여 후술한다.
이러한 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)은 일차원 전도 특성을 가져 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연될 수 있다. 여기서 일차원 전도 특성은 자성체(110)에 권선된 탄소나노튜브 전선(130) 간에 접촉하는 경우, 탄소나노튜브 전선(130) 간에 전류가 거의 도통되지 않는 특성이라 할 수 있다. 이는 탄소나노튜브는 연장방향으로는 전기적 성질이 상대적으로 우수하지만, 연장방향에 수직인 방향으로는 전기적 성질이 우수하지 못하기 때문이다.
따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자화소자(100)는 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)을 자성체(110)에 코일 형태로 감아 형성되는데, 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)에 절연외피가 없더라도 인접한 다른 자화소자(100)에 포함되는 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)과 전기적으로 절연될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자화소자(100)는 자성체(110)에 감긴 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)을 코일로 한 전력변환 소자로, 필요로 하는 인덕턴스를 가질 수 있도록 탄소나노튜브 전선(130)의 권선 수를 설정할 수 있을 것이다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 탄소나노튜브 전선의 일 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 탄소나노튜브 전선(131)은 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 가질 수 있다.
예를 들면, 탄소나노튜브 전선(131)은 선(線) 상체로 성장한 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13) 다발에 브레이딩 공정을 적용하여 도 2와 같은 브레이디드 구조로 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 탄소나노튜브 전선(131)은 탄소나노튜브 단일 가닥으로 구성되는 전선에 비해 견고한 구조를 가져 자성체(110)에 권선되는 경우, 다양한 외부 조건 하에서도 일차원 전도 특성을 유지할 수 있을 것이다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 탄소나노튜브 전선의 다른 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 탄소나노튜브 전선(132)은 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b)을 포함하는 동축 전선 구조를 가질 수 있다.
탄소나노튜브 전선(132)은 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b) 중 적어도 하나는 한 가닥 이상의 탄소나노튜브로 구성될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 내심 전선(132a)이 한 가닥 이상의 탄소나노튜브로 구성되고, 외심 전선(132b)이 일반적으로 전선 제작에 널리 사용되는 금속으로 구성될 수 있다. 이와 반대로, 내심 전선(132a)이 금속으로 구성되고, 외심 전선(132b)이 한 가닥 이상의 탄소나노튜브로 구성될 수 있다. 또는, 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b) 모두 한 가닥 이상의 탄소나노튜브로 구성될 수도 있다. 이하의 설명에서는 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b)이 모두 한 가닥 이상의 탄소나노튜브로 구성된 것을 예로 들어 설명한다.
내심 전선(132a)은 탄소나노튜브 전선(132)의 중심에 구비될 수 있다.
외심 전선(132b)은 내심 전선(132a)과 동축을 가지며 내심 전선(132a)을 감싸는 형태로 구성될 수 있다.
내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b)은 모두 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 가질 수 있다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시된 탄소나노튜브 전선의 또 다른 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 탄소나노튜브 전선(132)은 도 3과 같이 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b)을 포함하는 동축 전선 구조를 가질 수 있다.
내심 전선(132a)은 도 3과 같이 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 가질 수 있다.
외심 전선(132b)은 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 장방향으로 연결된 구조를 가질 수 있다. 즉 외심 전선(132b)은 선(線) 상체로 성장한 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 가질 수 있다.
도 5은 도 1에 도시된 탄소나노튜브 전선의 또 다른 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 탄소나노튜브 전선(132)은 도 3과 같이 내심 전선(132a) 및 외심 전선(132b)을 포함하는 동축 전선 구조를 가질 수 있다.
내심 전선(132a)은 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 장방향으로 연결된 구조를 가질 수 있다. 즉 내심 전선(132a)은 선(線) 상체로 성장한 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 가질 수 있다.
외심 전선(132b)은 도 3과 같이 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥(13)이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 가질 수 있다.
이와 같은 탄소나노튜브 전선(132)은 자성체(110)에 권선되는 경우, 동축 전선 구조에 의해 표피가 벗겨지더라도 일차원 전도 특성을 유지할 수 있을 것이다.
이상에서는 실시예들을 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 자성체; 및전류가 인가되는 경우 상기 자성체를 자화시킬 수 있도록 상기 자성체에 코일 형태로 감겨져 있으며, 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연되는 일차원 전도(one dimensional conductivity) 특성을 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT: Carbon Nano Tube) 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,내심 전선; 및상기 내심 전선과 동축을 가지며 상기 내심 전선을 감싸는 형태로 구성되는 외심 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥으로 구성되는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인 구조를 갖는 상기 내심 전선; 및복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 갖는 상기 외심 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
