本申请实施例涉及但不限于通信领域,例如,涉及但不限于智能设备管理方法、装置、网络设备和可读存储介质。
管理组件传输协议(Management Component Transport Protocol,MCTP)是独立于多种媒介的计算机内部智能设备间相互通信的、建立在物理层基础之上的“数据链路层”协议,便于平台管理开发者快速、经济的开发和部署通用信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)可接入的平台管理子系统。MCTP定义了独立于物理媒介的传输层协议,链路层在系列MCTP绑定协议中定义,支持的物理媒介类型包括:高速串行计算机扩展总线标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect Express,PCIe)、系统管理总线(System Management Bus,SMBus)、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)、块传输(Block Transfer,BT)、键盘控制器规格(Keyboard Controller Style,KCS)等。
计算机系统支持MCTP带外管理的大多数智能设备支持的媒介类型为PCIe和SMBus。高速串行计算机扩展总线标准供应商定义信息上的管理组件传输协议(Management Component Transport Protocol Over Peripheral Component Interconnect Express Vendor Defined Message,MCTP Over PCIe VDM)传输绑定规范基于PCIe传输层协议定义了基于PCIe链路的智能设备之间的通讯协议;系统管理总线上的管理组件传输协议(Management Component Transport Protocol Over System Management Bus,MCTP Over SMBus)传输绑定规范基于系统控制总线(System Management Bus,SMBus)协议定义了基于I2C总线(Inter-Integrated Circuit,I2C)链路的智能设备之间的通讯协议等等。MCTP的基础规范中定义了支持不同物理层链路智能设备之间的通讯机制。
配有基板管理控制器(Baseboard Management Controller,BMC)的计算机系统由BMC通过带外PCIe、SMBus等物理通道与被管理设备通讯,承担计算机系统硬件监控的职责。
分布式管理任务组(Distributed Management Task Force,DMTF)定义的MCTP多种绑定协议和MCTP基础规范一起保证了不同厂商的智能设备实现带外通道的通讯。
一般支持MCTP的设备都是智能设备,有自己的处理器单元和固件,当智能设备提供的带外功能超出已有定义的功能时,譬如具备交换功能的智能提供交换配置功能、智能设备的调试,由于无标准协议定义,每种智能设备实现根据厂家实现,BMC无法直接提供支持,并且当智能设备升级后BMC也需要升级才能支持新的功能;同样连接到BMC的外部管理软件也不能对智能设备进行管理,或者是智能设备增加新功能后无法管理。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供的智能设备管理方法、装置、网络设备和可读存储介质,主要解决智能设备的带外管理不便,通用性差的问题。
本申请实施例提供一种智能设备管理方法,包括:
为智能设备虚拟控制台;
通过管理组件传输协议MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
本申请实施例还提供一种智能设备管理装置,包括:
控制台建立模块,设置为为智能设备虚拟控制台;
交互管理模块,设置为通过管理组件传输协议MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。
本申请实施例还提供一种网络设备,网络设备包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
通信总线设置为实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
处理器设置为执行存储器中存储的一个或者多个计算机程序,以实现上述的智能设备管理方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述的智能设备管理方法。

实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种智能设备管理方法,请参考图1,该方法包括:
S11、为智能设备虚拟控制台。
S12、通过MCTP管理组件传输协议带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。
智能设备可以在自己的控制台上实现多种功能,在BMC或者外部管理软件上连接智能设备的控制台,使用控制台提供的命令,对智能设备进行管理和维护。
在一些实施例中,为智能设备虚拟控制台可以包括:使用PLDM平台级数据模型的保留类型段中的至少一个类型值定义PLDM for console控制台;或,在MCTP定义消息中,定义console功能消息体。可选的,可以使用PLDM平台级数据模型的保留类型段中的一个类型值如100000b定义PLDM for console控制台,或者在管理组件传输协议供应商定义-外设部件互连标准/管理组件传输协议供应商定义-互联网数字分配机构(Management Component Transport Protocol Vendor defined-Peripheral Component Interconnect/Management Component Transport Protocol Vendor defined-Internet Assigned Numbers Authority,MCTP Vendor defined-PCI/MCTP Vendor defined–IANA)消息中,定义console功能消息体。

在一些实施例中,通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出还可以包括:BMC实现智能设备的控制台操作接口;通过BMC的控制台操作接口,接入智能设备的控制台和/或命令行界面(Command-Line Interface,CLI),进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。该方案不需要专门的外部管理软件,使用常用的终端工具,如串口终端工具、SSH/Telnet客户端工具、智能平台管理接口工具(Intelligent Platform Management Interface Tool,ipmitool)的局域网上串行(Serial Over Lan,SOL)功能调试、维护与管理计算机系统中的智能设备,新增智能设备或智能设备功能升级也不需要升级BMC固件。
BMC的控制台操作接口可以包括:SOL局域网上串行、串口、SSH(Secure Shell,安全外壳协议)、Telnet远程终端协议中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,还可以包括:通过BMC的控制台操作接口,接入智能设备的控制台和/或CLI命令行界面,进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出,对智能设备进行调试、维护与管理中的至少一种。

根据本实施例提供的智能设备管理方法,为智能设备虚拟控制台;通过MCTP管理组件传输协议带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。从而在为智能设备设置控制台后,智能设备可以在控制台上实现多种功能,外部管理软件或者用户连接控制台,以使用控制台的消息对智能设备进 行管理和维护,提升了智能设备管理的便利性和通用性。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种智能设备管理方法,该方法应用于诊断磁盘阵列(Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks,Raid)故障。
系统架构如图3所示,Raid卡与中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)通过PCIe链接实现带内业务,Raid卡与BMC通过I2C总线链接,用于带外管理,在运行在CPU上的操作系统(Operating System,OS)访问逻辑磁盘失败的情况下,按照以下步骤诊断Raid卡故障:
S41:BMC通过MCTP系列协议扫描到系统中的智能设备Raid卡,并为该智能设备Raid卡生成控制台。
S42:用户通过串口终端、SSH/Telnet客户端、或ipmitool SOL功能连接到Raid卡的控制台。
S43:用户在控制台操作Raid卡的调试、诊断命令和观察控制台的输出,分析Raid的故障。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种智能设备管理方法,该方法应用于配置以太网交换。
如图5所示,计算机系统1和计算机系统2中的以太网交换需要堆叠对外提供交换功能,但是运行在计算机系统1和计算机系统2中的软件不对以太网交换1和以太网交换2进行管理。以太网交换1和以太网交换2默认端口不配置为堆叠,但是支持通过MCTP控制台进行配置。以太网交换的配置按照如下步骤进行:
S61:BMC1和BMC2通过MCTP系列协议扫描到以太网交换1和以太网交换2。
S62:外部管理软件通过网络连接到BMC1的MCTP消息通讯代理1,并且为以太网交换1生成控制台1。
S63:外部管理软件通过网络连接到BMC2的MCTP消息通讯代理2,并且为以太网交换2生成控制台2。
S64:外部管理软件在控制台1和控制台2上分别自动执行堆叠配置脚本,分别对的以太网交换1和以太网交换2配置堆叠功能。
实施例四
本实施例提供了一种智能设备管理装置,请参考图7,该装置包括:控制台建立模块71,设置为为智能设备虚拟控制台;交互管理模块72,设置为智能设备通过MCTP管理组件传输协议带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。
智能设备可以在自己的控制台上实现多种功能,在BMC或者外部管理软件上连接智能设备的控制台,使用控制台提供的命令,对智能设备进行管理和维护。
在一些实施例中,为智能设备虚拟控制台可以包括:使用PLDM平台级数据模型的保留类型段中的至少一个类型值,定义为PLDM for console控制台;或,在MCTP定义消息中,定义console功能消息体。可选的,可以将PLDM平台级数据模型的保留类型段中的一个类型值如100000b定义为PLDM for console控制台,或者在MCTP Vendor defined-PCI/MCTP Vendor defined–IANA消息中,定义console功能消息体。
在一些实施例中,通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出可以包括:BMC基板管理控制器作为MCTP消息通讯代理,分别与智能设备和外部管理软件通信连接;BMC作为MCTP消息通讯代理,以便外部管理软件与智能设备完成控制台消息的交互。如图2所示,BMC可以同时与多个智能设备通讯,也可以允许多个外部管理软件同时接入。外部管理软件进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出,以及为用户提供智能设备的控制台。该方案中,BMC固件和外部管理软件支持所有厂商有控制台功能的智能设备的调试、维护与管理;新增智能设备不需要升级BMC固件和外部管理软件;用户可以通过外部管理软件提供的控制台操作智能设备的所有功能;实现了BMC、外部管理软件与智能设备的解耦,新增智能设备或智能设备新增功能不需要升级BMC固件和外部管理软件。
在一些实施例中,通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出还可以包括:BMC实现智能设备的控制台操作接口;通过BMC的控制台操作接口,接入智能设备的控制台和/或CLI命令行界面,进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。该方案不需要专门的外部管理软件,使用常用的终端工具,如串口终端工具、SSH/Telnet客户端工具、ipmitool的SOL功能调试、维护与管理计算机系统中的智能设备,新增智能设备或智能设备功能升级也不需要升级BMC固件。
在一实施例中,BMC的控制台操作接口可以包括:SOL局域网上串行、串 口、SSH、Telnet远程终端协议中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,还可以包括:通过BMC的控制台操作接口,接入智能设备的控制台和/或CLI命令行界面,进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出,对智能设备进行调试、维护与管理中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,为智能设备虚拟控制台可以包括:通过BMC扫描系统,确定系统中的智能设备;通过BMC,为智能设备虚拟控制台。
在一些实施例中,为智能设备虚拟控制台可以包括:外部管理软件通过网络连接到MCTP消息代理,并为智能设备生成控制台。
根据本实施例提供的智能设备管理方法,为智能设备虚拟控制台;通过MCTP管理组件传输协议带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和/或输出。从而在为智能设备设置控制台后,智能设备可以在控制台上实现多种功能,外部管理软件或者用户连接控制台,以使用控制台的消息对智能设备进行管理和维护,提升了智能设备管理的便利性和通用性。
实施例五
本实施例还提供了一种网络设备,参见图8所示,包括处理器81、存储器82及通信总线83,其中:通信总线83设置为实现处理器81和存储器82之间的连接通信;处理器81设置为执行存储器82中存储的一个或者多个计算机程序,以实现上述多个实施例中的智能设备管理方法的步骤,这里不再赘述。
本实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质包括用于存储信息(诸如计算机可读指令、数据结构、计算机程序模块或其他数据)的任何方法或技术中实施的易失性或非易失性、可移除或不可移除的介质。计算机可读存储介质包括但不限于随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM),带电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable read only memory,EEPROM)、闪存或其他存储器技术、光盘只读存储器(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM),数字多功能盘(Digital Video Disc,DVD)或其他光盘存储、磁盒、磁带、磁盘存储或其他磁存储系统、或者可以用于存储期望的信息并且可以被计算机访问的任何其他的介质。
本实施例中的计算机可读存储介质,存储一个或者多个计算机程序,存储的一个或者多个计算机程序可被处理器执行,以实现上述多个实施例中的智能设备管理方法的至少一个步骤。
本实施例还提供了一种计算机程序(或称计算机软件),该计算机程序可以分布在计算机可读介质上,由可计算系统来执行,以实现上述多个实施例中的智能设备管理方法的至少一个步骤。
本实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机可读系统,该计算机可读系统上存储有如上所述的计算机程序。本实施例中计算机可读系统可包括如上所述的计算机可读存储介质。
可见,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上文中所公开方法中的全部或某些步骤、系统、系统中的功能模块/单元可以被实施为软件(可以用计算系统可执行的计算机程序代码来实现)、固件、硬件及其适当的组合。在硬件实施方式中,在以上描述中提及的功能模块/单元之间的划分不一定对应于物理组件的划分;例如,一个物理组件可以具有多个功能,或者一个功能或步骤可以由多个物理组件合作执行。某些物理组件或所有物理组件可以被实施为由处理器,如中央处理器、数字信号处理器或微处理器执行的软件,或者被实施为硬件,或者被实施为集成电路,如专用集成电路。
此外,本领域普通技术人员公知的是,通信介质通常包含计算机可读指令、数据结构、计算机程序模块或者诸如载波或其他传输机制之类的调制数据信号中的其他数据,并且可包括任何信息递送介质。所以,本申请不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
Claims (14)
- 一种智能设备管理方法,包括:为智能设备虚拟控制台;通过管理组件传输协议MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备管理方法,其中,所述为智能设备虚拟控制台包括:使用平台级数据模型PLDM的保留类型段中的至少一个类型值定义PLDM for console控制台;或,在MCTP定义消息中,定义console功能消息体。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备管理方法,其中,所述通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出的至少之一,包括:基板管理控制器BMC作为MCTP消息通讯代理,所述BMC与所述智能设备和外部管理软件通信连接;外部管理软件进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能设备管理方法,所述通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一,还包括:BMC实现所述智能设备的控制台操作接口;通过所述BMC的控制台操作接口,接入所述智能设备的控制台和命令行界面CLI中的至少之一,进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能设备管理方法,其中,所述BMC的控制台操作接口包括:局域网上串行SOL、串口、安全外壳协议SSH、远程终端协议Telnet中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求4所述的智能设备管理方法,还包括:通过所述BMC的控制台操作接口,接入所述智能设备的控制台和CLI中的至少之一,进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一,对所述智能设备进行调试、维护与管理中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能设备管理方法,所述为智能设备虚拟控制台包括:通过BMC扫描系统,确定系统中的所述智能设备;通过所述BMC,为所述智能设备所述虚拟控制台。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能设备管理方法,所述为智能设备虚拟控制台包括:外部管理软件通过网络连接到MCTP消息通讯代理,并为所述智能设备生成控制台。
- 一种智能设备管理装置,包括:控制台建立模块,设置为为智能设备虚拟控制台;交互管理模块,设置为通过管理组件传输协议MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 如权利要求9所述的智能设备管理装置,其中,所述为智能设备设置虚拟控制台包括:将平台级数据模型PLDM的保留类型段中的至少一个类型值定义为PLDM for console控制台;或,在MCTP定义消息中,定义console功能消息体。
- 如权利要求9所述的智能设备管理装置,其中,所述通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一,包括:基板管理控制器BMC作为MCTP消息通讯代理,分别与所述智能设备和外部管理软件通信连接;外部管理软件进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 如权利要求9-11任一项所述的智能设备管理装置,所述智能设备通过MCTP带外通道,与外部管理之间进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一,还包括:所述BMC实现所述智能设备的控制台操作接口;通过所述BMC的控制台操作接口,接入所述智能设备的控制台和命令行界面CLI中的至少之一,进行控制台消息的输入和输出中的至少之一。
- 一种网络设备,包括处理器(151)、存储器(152)及通信总线(153);所述通信总线(153)设置为实现处理器(151)和存储器(152)之间的连接通信;所述处理器(151)设置为执行存储器(152)中存储的至少一个计算机程序,以实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能设备管理方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有至少一个计算机程序,所述至少一个计算机程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能设备管理方法。
