本发明的有益效果是:
1)自重力抱撑坐装置的设置,以杠杆原理及力矩平衡原理运用,通过机械柔性连接,能够通过坐板、坐板撑杆及抱撑杠杆、抱撑掌之间产生联动,将人体自重作用在脊椎底坐骨处压力进行有效转换成对腰背部的抱夹支撑力,两力相生相消,在体重力总值下自动动态平衡,分别在各处共同承担体重,极大减轻重力对腰胯及盆腹腔压迫!同时又使脊柱扶正稳固不变形,革命性的改变了几千年来人类“坐”的行为全仗臀部的方式和内涵,规避且预防了原来人类不可避免的“坐”的行为对身体带来的各种伤害,到达护椎正脊的效果。
2)座架上设有转轴锁刹,能够实现对抱撑杠杆转动幅度进行有效控制,以实现对抱撑掌的抱撑力度调节,同时转轴锁刹也能够控制抱撑杠杆的转速,让自重力在坐板上有一定的预留,以适应不同乘坐者的乘坐要求。
3)座架上设有四个抱撑掌,能够实现对人体腰背部多点分撑,同时抱撑掌采用上小下大的内凹手掌结构,以提高与人体腰背部之间的贴合度,使抱撑动作更加柔和稳定以及舒适。
4)抱撑杠杆采用可调结构,能够实现抱撑杠杆的上、下臂比例调节,辅以可调节拉力弹簧,从而能够有效调节抱撑掌对人体腰背部的压力,实现多种体验程度调节,更好的适应不同的乘坐者。

如图1、9、10、15、16所示,自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,包括座架及活动设置在座架上的自重力抱撑坐装置;
自重力抱撑坐装置包括坐板1、对称设置在坐板1底部两侧位置的坐板撑杆8、对称设置在座架上两侧位置的转动轴承1101、配合设置在转动轴承1101上的抱撑杠杆、设置在抱撑杠杆顶端的抱撑掌2;坐板撑杆8一端与坐板1底部铰接,另一端与抱撑杠杆底部通过撑杆转轴15铰接,从而实现坐板1、坐板撑杆8、抱撑杠杆及抱撑掌2联动。
座架包括底架及设置在底架12上的U型水平支架13;底架包括滚轮底座9及设置在滚轮底座9上的L型支架12,L型支架12上设有可调头枕14(可调头枕14可以通过与L型支架12铰接进行角度调节),可调头枕14的设置能够对乘坐者的头部进行很好的保护,且在一定程度上提高乘坐的舒适性;U型水平支架13包括水平横杆及设置在水平横杆两端的水平纵杆。底座架的L型支架12上还设有U型竖直支撑架10,U型竖直支撑架10包括横杆及设置在横杆两端的竖杆,竖杆支撑在水平纵杆靠近端部位置处,U型竖直支撑架10能够对U型水平支撑架13进行有效支撑,提高座架的整体稳定性。
转动轴承1101设置在水平纵杆的端部位置处,转动轴承1101的内圈与水平纵杆紧密配合,一般采用过盈配合。
抱撑杠杆包括抱撑杆上臂4、抱撑杆下臂6及轴承外套11,抱撑杆上臂4与抱撑杆下臂6焊接设置在轴承外套11外壁的相对位置处,使得抱撑杆上臂4与抱撑杆下臂6处于一条线上,轴承外套11与转动轴承1101的外圈紧密配合,一般也采用过盈配合。
U型水平支架13的水平纵杆端部设有转轴锁刹5,转轴锁刹5包括设置在水平纵杆内部的螺纹杆503(螺纹杆503与水平纵杆一体成型或螺纹杆503固定设置在水平纵杆内壁上)、相对穿设于水平纵杆上的传动杆505及与螺纹杆503螺接配合的刹车手柄501;刹车手柄501前端沿其周向设有第二楔形面502,传动杆505上设有复位弹簧504,复位弹簧504一端卡接固定在传动杆505上,另一端焊接固定在水平纵杆的内壁上;传动杆505在靠近螺纹杆503的一端设有第三楔形面507,传动杆505另一端设有刹车片506,轴承外套11的外沿上沿其圆周方向设有第一楔形面1103;所述刹车手柄501能够在螺纹杆503上通过螺纹配合进行移动,并通过其第二楔形面502与传动杆505上的第三楔形面507配合,从而带动传动杆505相对运动,使刹车片506与第一楔形面1103贴合进行刹车动作。转轴锁刹5的设置能够对抱撑杠杆转动幅度进行控制,从而锁定体重在坐板和抱撑掌上分配的比例,或控制抱撑杠杆的转动速度,让体重在坐板上有一定的预留,从而适应不同的乘坐者,同时刹车手柄501也可以作为扶手,以提高乘坐的舒适度。
抱撑杠杆与坐板撑杆8之间间隙处设有拉力弹簧7,拉力弹簧7一端与抱撑杠杆固定连接,另一端与坐板撑杆8固定连接,拉力弹簧7的设置能够使自重力抱撑坐装置复位,便于乘坐者下次乘坐。
抱撑杠杆上设有两根连接杆3,且连接杆3与抱撑杠杆之间以活动关节锁连接,水平夹角优选为70°;抱撑掌2的背面设有抱撑掌骨架201,且抱撑掌2的背面设有万向活动关节202,所述连接杆3与万向活动关节202相连,从而能够对抱撑掌2的上下左右角度随体型自动进行调节;抱撑掌2的正面采用弹力海绵覆摩擦系数高的棉麻材料(即表面为棉麻材料,内部用弹力海绵填充),配以上小下大内凹的手掌式结构,从而能够与人体腰背部更加的贴合,使抱撑动作更加柔和、稳定舒适。
实施例2:
如图2、13、14、15、16、17、18所示,自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,包括座架及活动设置在座架上的自重力抱撑坐装置。
自重力抱撑坐装置包括坐板1、对称设置在坐板1底部两侧位置的坐板撑杆8、对称设置在座架上两侧位置的转动轴承1101、配合设置在转动轴承1101上的抱撑杠杆、设置在抱撑杠杆顶端的抱撑掌2;坐板撑杆8一端与坐板1底部铰接,另一端与抱撑杠杆底部通过撑杆转轴15铰接。
座架包括底架及设置在底架12上的U型水平支架13;所述底架包括滚轮底座9及设置在滚轮底座9上的L型支架12,所述L型支架12上设有可调头枕14;U型水平支架13包括水平横杆及设置在水平横杆两端的水平纵杆。底座架的L型支架12上还设有U型竖直支撑架10,U型竖直支撑架10包括横杆及设置在横杆两端的竖杆,竖杆支撑在水平纵杆端部或靠近端部位置处。
转动轴承1101设置在水平纵杆的端部位置处,转动轴承1101的内圈与水平纵杆紧密配合,一般为过盈配合。
抱撑杠杆包括抱撑杆18及轴承外套11,轴承外套11与转动轴承1101的外圈紧密配合;所述抱撑杆18上设有一组挂钩17,所述轴承外套11上设有环形凹槽1102,抱撑杆18通过挂钩17卡接固定在轴承外套11的环形凹槽1102内,从而实现抱撑杆18在水平纵杆上的上下比例调节,从而实现对坐板1和抱撑掌2之间分撑体重的调节。如:调至上短下长,抱撑掌对腰背部身体压力增大,摩擦力就增大,乘坐者的体重总值分配到抱撑掌上就多。
抱撑杆下端设有拉力弹簧7,拉力弹簧7一端与抱撑杆固定连接,另一端设置弹簧弹力调节装置16,弹簧弹力调节装置16包括外壳1601、上齿条1602、下齿条1604及齿轮1603,齿轮1603分别与上齿条1602及下齿条1604啮合设置,上齿条1602与下齿条1604滑动配合设 在外壳1601内(上齿条1602及下齿条1604上分别设有轨道1609,外壳1601内在与轨道1609对应位置设有轨道槽1610,轨道1609配合设置在轨道槽1610内),上齿条1602与下齿条1604分别与拉力弹簧7固定连接,通过调节齿轮1603,使得上齿条1602与下齿条1604发生相对运动,实现两侧拉力弹簧7的调节,从而对抱撑杆18转动角度进行调节,所述齿轮1603上连接设置转动调节手柄1605,便于对齿轮进行调节;所述转动调节手柄1605的转动轴上设有锁芯1607,所述外壳1601上在与锁芯1607对应位置处设有锁孔1606,且锁芯1607能够与锁孔1606相配合进行锁定,所述转动调节手柄1605的转动轴前段设有用于转动调节手柄1605轴向复位的弹簧1608,所述弹簧1608一端与转动调节手柄1605的转动轴固定连接,另一端与外壳1601的内壁固定连接。
转动调节手柄1605在调节的时候向外抽出一段距离,调节完成后在弹簧1608的作用下,自动缩回,且锁芯1607与锁孔1606相配合进行锁定。人体在落座时,体重力在坐板1与抱撑掌2上会自动进行分配,而弹簧弹力调节装置16用于控制体重在坐板1上的预留,与抱撑杆18上的挂钩17一同用于重力分配调节。
抱撑杠杆上设有两根连接杆3,且连接杆3与抱撑杠杆之间以活动关节锁连接,水平夹角优选为70°;抱撑掌2的背面设有抱撑掌骨架201,且抱撑掌2的背面设有万向活动关节202,所述连接杆3与万向万向活动关节202相连,从而能够对抱撑掌2的上下左右角度随体型自动进行调节;抱撑掌2的正面采用弹力海绵覆摩擦系数高的棉麻材料,配以上小下大内凹的手掌式结构,从而能够与人体腰背部更加的贴合,使抱撑动作更加柔和稳定和舒适。
实施例3:
如图3、4、5、11、12、15、16所示,自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,包括座架及活动设置在座架上的自重力抱撑坐装置。
自重力抱撑坐装置包括坐板1、对称设置在坐板1底部两侧位置的坐板撑杆8、对称设置在座架上两侧位置的转动装置、配合设置在转动装置上的抱撑杠杆、设置在抱撑杠杆顶端的抱撑掌2;坐板撑杆8一端与坐板1底部铰接,另一端与抱撑杠杆底部通过撑杆转轴15铰接;所述坐板1能够带动坐板撑杆8运动,坐板撑杆8能够带动抱撑杠杆运动,抱撑杠杆通过转动装置能够在座架上转动,从而实现抱撑掌2的运动。
座架包括底板24及设置在底板24四个边角位置处的支撑柱25,支撑柱25顶部设有轴承座23,转动装置采用转轴20,且转轴20两端分别配合设置在轴承座23内;转轴20上设有通孔,所述抱撑杠杆包括抱撑连杆21,抱撑连杆21穿设于通孔中,并与转轴20固定连接。
抱撑杠杆与坐板撑杆8之间间隙处设有拉力弹簧7,拉力弹簧7一端与抱撑杠杆固定连接,另一端与坐板撑杆8固定连接,用于自重力抱撑坐装置的自动复位。
抱撑杠杆上臂上设有两根连接杆3,且连接杆3与抱撑杠杆之间以活动关节锁连接,水平夹角优选为70°;抱撑掌2的背面设有抱撑掌骨架201,且抱撑掌2的背面设有万向活动关节202,所述连接杆3与万向活动关节202相连,从而能够对抱撑掌2的上下左右角度随体型自动进行调节;抱撑掌2的正面采用弹力海绵覆摩擦系数高的棉麻材料,配以上小下大内凹的手掌式结构,从而能够与人体腰背部更加的贴合,使抱撑动作更加柔和稳定和舒适。

底板24底部固定设置滚轮底座9,底板24侧面设有可调头枕14,从而构成座椅结构,或所述底板24底部设有绑带19,从而构成便携座结构,能够与普通座椅进行匹配。
实施例4:
如图6、7、8、14、15、16、17、18所示,自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,包括座架及活动设置在座架上的自重力抱撑坐装置。
自重力抱撑坐装置包括坐板1、对称设置在坐板1底部两侧位置的坐板撑杆8、对称设置在座架上两侧位置的转动装置、配合设置在转动装置上的抱撑杠杆、设置在抱撑杠杆顶端的抱撑掌2;所述坐板撑杆8一端与坐板1底部铰接,另一端与抱撑杠杆底部通过撑杆转轴15铰接;坐板1能够带动坐板撑杆8运动,坐板撑杆8能够带动抱撑杠杆运动,抱撑杠杆通过转动装置能够在座架上转动,从而实现抱撑掌2的运动。
座架包括底板24及设置在底板24四个边角位置处的支撑柱25,所述支撑柱25顶部设有轴承座23,转动装置采用转轴20,且转轴20两端分别配合设置在轴承座23内;转轴20上设有通孔,抱撑杠杆包括抱撑连杆21,抱撑连杆21穿设于通孔中,并与转轴20固定连接。
抱撑杠杆上臂处连接设置两根连接杆3,且连接杆3与抱撑杠杆之间以活动关节锁连接,水平可调夹角为45-90°;抱撑掌2的背面设有抱撑掌骨架201,且抱撑掌2的背面设有万向 活动关节202,连接杆3与万向活动关节202相连;抱撑掌2的正面采用弹力海绵覆摩擦系数高的棉麻材料,配以上小下大内凹的手掌式结构。
转轴20上在位于通孔的侧面设有销孔,且销孔与通孔之间相连通;所述抱撑连杆21上设有一组弹簧销22,抱撑连杆21通过通孔穿设在转轴20上,且通过弹簧销22与销孔相配合,来实现抱撑连杆21在转轴20上的上下比例调节;从而实现对坐板1和抱撑掌2之间分撑体重的调节。如:调至上长下短,对腰背部压力减少,抱撑掌对身体摩擦力就降低,乘坐者的体重总值分配到抱撑掌上就减少。
抱撑连杆21下端设有拉力弹簧7,拉力弹簧7一端与抱撑连杆21固定连接,另一端设置弹簧弹力调节装置16,弹簧弹力调节装置16包括外壳1601、上齿条1602、下齿条1604及齿轮1603,齿轮1603分别与上齿条1602及下齿条1604啮合设置,上齿条1602与下齿条1604滑动配合设在外壳1601内,上齿条1602与下齿条1604分别与拉力弹簧7固定连接。所述转动调节手柄1605的转动轴上设有锁芯1607,所述外壳1601上在与锁芯1607对应位置处设有锁孔1606,且锁芯1607能够与锁孔1606相配合进行锁定,所述转动调节手柄1605的转动轴前段设有用于转动调节手柄1605轴向复位的弹簧1608,所述弹簧1608一端与转动调节手柄1605的转动轴固定连接,另一端与外壳1601的内壁固定连接。
转动调节手柄1605在调节的时候向外抽出一段距离,调节完成后在弹簧1608的作用下,自动缩回,且锁芯1607与锁孔1606相配合进行锁定。人体在落座时,体重力在坐板1与抱撑掌2上会自动进行分配,而弹簧弹力调节装置16用于控制体重在坐板1上的预留,与弹簧销22和销孔调节相配合一同用于重力分配调节。
底板24底部固定设置滚轮底座9,底板24侧面设有可调头枕14,从而构成座椅结构,或所述底板24底部设有绑带19,从而构成便携座结构,能够与普通座椅进行匹配。
工作原理:
当乘坐者坐在坐板1上时,在乘坐者的自重作用下,坐板1向下运动,从而带动与坐板1铰接的坐板撑杆8向两侧打开,使得抱撑杠杆在座架转动,其中抱撑杠杆底部向外运动,抱撑杠杆顶部向内运动,并通过连接杆3使得抱撑掌2与乘坐者腰背部贴合,抱撑掌2对乘坐者腰背部产生向上的抱撑力,使乘坐者腰背部获得向上的支撑,抵减了自重力对坐板1处的压力,坐板1与抱撑掌2处的承重力相生相消,使“自己将自己抱撑起来”。在体重力总值和乘坐者预设的模式比例下,自动获得动态平衡,从而有效减轻乘坐者下脊椎腰胯部的压力,同时对乘坐者脊柱产生扶正稳固和自力牵拉,使之更自然正直。
本发明以杠杆原理、力矩平衡原理,设计的动力转换结构,体现了实现功效的以下技术特点功能:
1)不消耗能源。转换地球引力为所用,以自身重力转换产生抱撑力量,无需外部能源支持。
2)极为方便。“坐”的行为与抱撑动作同生同消,无需比以前增加更多操作,或者说与传统“坐”的动作一般无二。当需要“坐”的时候“坐”的行为产生的同时自动产生抱撑力——为“坐”处分担承受体重压力、同时固正躯干;当无需“坐”的时候,“坐”的反向动作“站起”一产生,则自动同时解除抱撑力。即创造性的实现对脊椎减压固正的重大的革命性的功能的同时,却无需增加额外动作,就极为方便地且革命性地改变了千百年来的“坐”的行为的内涵,基本消除传统“坐”的行为的危害!
3)随重力方向作用,使脊柱更加自然正直。自重力抱撑坐装置对称均衡,当腰背部处于抱撑状态时,使脊柱被固定扶正,而且由于抱撑部位受摩擦力向上支撑,抱撑部位下方身体不仅不受上方压力,反而被该部位向上提拉,并在在重力作用下对整个脊柱产生向地心引力方向上的非常正的牵引,使脊柱更加正直自然。
本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对发明构思的实现形式的列举,本发明的保护范围不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形式,本发明的保护范围涵盖本领域技术人员根据本发明构思所能够想到的等同技术手段。

Claims (10)

  1. 自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,包括座架及活动设置在座架上的自重力抱撑坐装置,所述自重力抱撑坐装置在人体自重力的作用下,将人体自重力转换为对人体腰背部的抱撑力,将腰背部向上支撑及扶正稳固,从而实现对人体腰胯部位的分重减压和固正脊柱,达到护椎正脊。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述自重力抱撑坐装置包括坐板(1)、对称设置在坐板(1)底部两侧位置的坐板撑杆(8)、对称设置在座架上两侧位置的转动装置、配合设置在转动装置上的抱撑杠杆、设置在抱撑杠杆顶端的抱撑掌(2);所述坐板撑杆(8)一端与坐板(1)底部铰接,另一端与抱撑杠杆底部通过撑杆转轴(15)铰接;所述坐板(1)能够带动坐板撑杆(8)运动,坐板撑杆(8)能够带动抱撑杠杆运动,抱撑杠杆通过转动装置能够在座架上转动,从而实现抱撑掌(2)的运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述座架包括底架及设置在底架上的U型水平支架(13);所述底架包括滚轮底座(9)及设置在滚轮底座(9)上的L型支架(12),所述L型支架(12)上设有可调头枕(14);所述U型水平支架(13)包括水平横杆及设置在水平横杆两端的水平纵杆;所述底架的L型支架(12)上还设有U型竖直支撑架(10),所述U型竖直支撑架(10)包括横杆及设置在横杆两端的竖杆,所述竖杆支撑在水平纵杆端部或靠近端部位置处;所述转动装置采用转动轴承(1101),且转动轴承(1101)设置在水平纵杆的端部或靠近端部位置处,所述转动轴承(1101)的内圈与水平纵杆紧密配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述座架包括底板(24)及设置在底板(24)四个边角位置处的支撑柱(25),所述支撑柱(25)顶部设有轴承座(23),所述转动装置采用转轴(20),且转轴(20)两端分别配合设置在轴承座(23)内;所述转轴(20)上设有通孔,所述抱撑杠杆包括抱撑连杆(21),所述抱撑连杆(21)穿设于通孔中,并与转轴(20)固定连接;所述底板(24)底部固定设置滚轮底座(9),所述底板(24)侧面设有可调头枕(14),从而构成座椅结构,或所述底板(24)底部设有绑带(19),从而构成便携座结构,能够与普通座椅进行匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述抱撑杠杆的上臂处连接设置两根连接杆(3),且连接杆(3)与抱撑杠杆之间以活动关节锁连接,水平可调夹角为45-90°;所述抱撑掌(2)的背面设有抱撑掌骨架(201),且抱撑掌(2)的背面设有万向活动关节(202),所述连接杆(3)与万向活动关节(202)相连;所述抱撑掌(2)的正面采用弹力海绵覆摩擦系数高的棉麻材料,配以上小下大内凹的手掌式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述抱撑杠杆包括抱撑杆上臂(4)、抱撑杆下臂(6)及轴承外套(11),所述抱撑杆上臂(4)与抱撑杆下臂(6)焊接设置在轴承外套(11)外壁的相对位置处,所述轴承外套(11)与转动轴承(1101)的外圈紧密配合;所述U型水平支架(13)的水平纵杆端部设有转轴锁刹(5),所述转轴锁刹(5)包括设置在水平纵杆内部的螺纹杆(503)、相对穿设于水平纵杆上的传动杆(505)及与螺纹杆(503)螺接配合的刹车手柄(501);所述刹车手柄(501)前端沿其周向设有第二楔形面(502),所述传动杆(505)上设有复位弹簧(504),所述复位弹簧(504)一端固定在传动杆(505)上,另一端固定在水平纵杆的内壁上,所述传动杆(505)在靠近螺纹杆(503)的一端设有第三楔形面(507),所述传动杆(505)另一端设有刹车片(506),所述轴承外套(11)的外沿上沿其圆周方向设有第一楔形面(1103);所述刹车手柄(501)能够在螺纹杆(503)上通过螺纹配合进行移动,并通过其第二楔形面(502)与传动杆(505)上的第三楔形面(507)配合,从而带动传动杆(505)相对运动,使刹车片(506)与第一楔形面(1103)贴合进行刹车动作。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述抱撑杠杆包括抱撑杆(18)及轴承外套(11),所述轴承外套(11)与转动轴承(1101)的外圈紧密配合;所述抱撑杆(18)上设有一组挂钩(17),所述轴承外套(11)上设有环形凹槽(1102),所述抱撑杆(18)通过挂钩(17)卡接固定在轴承外套(11)的环形凹槽(1102)内;所述抱撑杆(18)下端设有拉力弹簧(7),所述拉力弹簧(7)一端与抱撑杆(18)固定连接,另一端设置弹簧弹力调节装置(16),所述弹簧弹力调节装置(16)包括外壳(1601)、上齿条(1602)、下齿条(1604)及齿轮(1603),所述齿轮(1603)分别与上齿条(1602)及下齿条(1604)啮合设置,所述上齿条(1602)与下齿条(1604)滑动配合设在外壳(1601)内,所述上齿条(1602)与下齿条(1604)分别与拉力弹簧(7)固定连接,所述齿轮(1603)上连接设置转动调节手柄(1605),所述转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴上设有锁芯(1607),所述外壳(1601)上在与锁芯(1607)对应位置处设有锁孔(1606),且锁芯(1607)能够与锁孔(1606)相配合进行锁定,所述转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴前端设有用于转动调节手柄(1605)轴向复位的弹簧(1608),所述弹簧(1608)一端与转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴固定连接,另一端与外壳(1601)的内壁固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(20)的末端设有转轴锁刹(5),所述转轴锁刹(5)包括设置在转轴(20)内部的螺纹杆(503)、穿设于转轴(20)相对位置的传动杆(505)及与螺纹杆(503)螺接配合的刹车手柄(501);所述刹车手柄(501)前端沿其周向设有第二楔形面(502),所述传动杆(505) 上设有复位弹簧(504),所述复位弹簧(504)一端固定在传动杆(505)上,另一端固定在转轴(20)的内壁上;所述传动杆(505)在靠近螺纹杆(503)的一端设有第三楔形面(507),所述传动杆(505)另一端设有刹车片(506),所述轴承座(23)的外沿上沿其圆周方向设有第一楔形面(1103);所述刹车手柄(501)能够在螺纹杆(503)上通过螺纹配合进行移动,并通过其第二楔形面(502)与传动杆(505)上的第三楔形面(507)配合,从而带动传动杆(505)相对运动,使刹车片(506)与第一楔形面(1103)贴合进行刹车动作。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(20)上在位于通孔的侧面设有销孔,且销孔与通孔之间相连通;所述抱撑连杆(21)上设有一组弹簧销(22),所述抱撑连杆(21)通过通孔穿设在转轴(20)上,且通过弹簧销(22)与销孔相配合,来实现抱撑连杆(21)在转轴(20)上的上下比例调节;所述抱撑连杆(21)下端设有拉力弹簧(7),所述拉力弹簧(7)一端与抱撑连杆(21)固定连接,另一端设置弹簧弹力调节装置(16),所述弹簧弹力调节装置(16)包括外壳(1601)、上齿条(1602)、下齿条(1604)及齿轮(1603),所述齿轮(1603)分别与上齿条(1602)及下齿条(1604)啮合设置,所述上齿条(1602)与下齿条(1604)滑动配合设在外壳(1601)内,所述上齿条(1602)与下齿条(1604)分别与拉力弹簧(7)固定连接,所述齿轮(1603)上连接设置转动调节手柄(1605),所述转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴上设有锁芯(1607),所述外壳(1601)上在与锁芯(1607)对应位置处设有锁孔(1606),且锁芯(1607)能够与锁孔(1606)相配合进行锁定,所述转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴前端设有用于转动调节手柄(1605)轴向复位的弹簧(1608),所述弹簧(1608)一端与转动调节手柄(1605)的转动轴固定连接,另一端与外壳(1601)的内壁固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求6或8所述的自重力抱撑减压固正护椎正脊多功效保健座装置,其特征在于,所述抱撑杠杆与坐板撑杆(8)之间间隙处设有拉力弹簧(7),所述拉力弹簧(7)一端与抱撑杠杆固定连接,另一端与坐板撑杆(8)固定连接。
