Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于熏香的装置,包括:水雾化单元、精油雾化单元和真空泵;所述水雾化单元设置在第一壳体中,所述精油雾化单元固定在第二壳体围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体外形适配的凹槽,所述第二壳体嵌入并固定在所述凹槽的上端的设定位置上;所述真空泵固定在所述第一壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体底部;所述真空泵通过一条穿过所述第二壳体和所述第一壳体之间的壳体侧壁的软管为所述精油雾化单元提供经过压缩后形成的气流,从而实现对所述精油容器中的精油的雾化。实施本发明的一种用于熏香的装置,具有以下有益效果其结构简单、成本低、耐久性好。

Description

一种用于熏香的装置 技术领域
本发明涉及液体雾化领域,更具体地说,涉及一种用于熏香的装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,熏香装置和加湿装置是两种独立的不同产品。通常的熏香装置没有加湿功能,而加湿装置也不具有熏香功能。除此之外,现有的熏香装置通常是以真空泵为中心来设计产品的,其雾化单元通常和真空泵直接连接并固定或活动连接在真空泵,并以真空泵或与真空泵直接连接的喷嘴为固定的基点。这样虽然也可以实现熏香精油的雾化,但是这种结构在部件的连接上要求较高,不仅要求结构的气密性要好,而且结构要具有一定的强度,需要承受与连接方向不同的方向上的外力。例如,装上或取下精油瓶时的外部拉力,以及精油瓶本身的重力等等。而多次的放置或取出精油瓶的外力的积累,对于现有技术中的雾化单元和真空泵的连接、雾化单元自身部件的连接,都有一定的破坏作用或产生一定的应力或应力积累;故对这些结构本身的强度及设计来讲,都会有一定的要求。因此,在现有技术中,这种将雾化单元直接固定或连接在真空泵上的技术方案的结构复杂、成本较高、耐久性不好。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述结构复杂、成本较高、耐久性不好的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、成本低、耐久性好的一种用于熏香的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种用于熏香的装置,包括:
水雾化单元:用于将第一容器中的水进行雾化,使其形成水雾并溢出,所 述水雾化单元包括第一壳体,所述第一容器和实现水雾化的部件均设置在所述第一壳体中;
精油雾化单元:用于将精油容器中的精油通过气流取出、雾化并在所述气流的作用下溢出;
真空泵:用于为所述精油雾化单元提供气流;
其中,所述精油雾化单元固定在第二壳体围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体外形适配的凹槽,所述第二壳体嵌入并固定在所述凹槽的上端的设定位置上;所述真空泵固定在所述第一壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体底部;所述真空泵通过一条穿过所述第二壳体和所述第一壳体之间的壳体侧壁的软管为所述精油雾化单元提供经过压缩后形成的气流,从而实现对所述精油容器中的精油的雾化。
更进一步地,所述第二壳体中设置有突出于其侧壁内表面的安装结构,所述精油雾化单元通过螺钉固定在所述安装结构上。
更进一步地,所述精油雾化单元包括喷嘴、下盖、隔离件和上盖;所述下盖和上盖中间分别设置有中空的腔体,所述隔离件放置在所述下盖中,所述上盖覆盖在放置了所述隔离件的下盖上;所述下盖的腔体和所述隔离件构成雾化腔体,所述上盖腔体和所述隔离件构成容置腔体;所述隔离件上还设置有连通所述雾化腔体和所述容置腔体的风道。
更进一步地,所述下盖还设置有与其中的腔体通过通道或通孔连接的精油容器接口和喷嘴接口;所述精油容器接口设置所述下盖的底部,精油容器通过设置在所述第二壳体底部的开口连接在所述精油接口上;所述喷嘴接口设置在所述下盖侧面,用于安装所述喷嘴并使得通过所述喷嘴的气流通过气流通道进入所述下盖的腔体,所述气流通道还与吸管连接,所述吸管向下延伸出所述下盖的底部,并通过所述精油容器接口进入连接在该接口上的精油容器中。
更进一步地,所述下盖的腔体的内壁上设置有用于放置所述隔离件的台阶,所述下盖的腔体的外壁上用于放置所述上盖的腔体的外壁的安装槽;所述上盖的腔体的外壁上设置有与所述安装槽的位置和形状均适配的安装凸起,所述上盖和下盖通过上述安装槽和安装凸起的配合形成一个整体。
更进一步地,所述隔离件包括隔离件主体和围绕所述隔离件主体的中心位置的螺旋风道,所述螺旋风道包括两个分别设置在所述隔离件主体顶面的底面的端口;通过所述螺旋风道,所述雾化腔中的雾化精油进入所述容纳腔。
更进一步地,所述台阶的高度和所述隔离件主体的边沿的高度相等,所述隔离件安装在所述台阶上时,所述隔离件主体的边沿的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁顶端平齐;所述上盖的腔体的内壁在所述上盖安装在所述下盖上时分别与所述隔离件主体的边沿的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁顶端接触,固定所述隔离件。
更进一步地,所述水雾化单元包括用于盛水的第一容器、在所述第一容器放置在第一壳体中时与所述第一容器底部出水口连接水雾化通道、设置在所述水雾化通道底部的超声波水雾化模块、容置雾化后的水雾的水雾容置通道以及鼓风机;所述鼓风机产生气流并送入所述水雾容置通道中,使得所述水雾容置通道中的水雾由该通道上部溢出。
更进一步地,所述第一容器底部的出水口通过浮标控制阀与所述水雾化通道连通,所述浮标控制阀包括设于所述第一容器底部的出水口的控制阀及设于所述水雾化通道且与所述控制阀适配的水位浮标。
更进一步地,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元设置在第三壳体中并控制所述水雾化单元和精油控制单元的工作时间或工作状态;所述第三壳体嵌入连接在所述凹槽的底端的设定位置。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
实施本发明的一种用于熏香的装置,具有以下有益效果:由于将水雾化单元和精油雾化单元结合在一起,且将该精油雾化单元安装在第二壳体中,真空泵则安装在第一壳体中,精油雾化单元和真空泵之间通过软管连接,这种设置不仅使得该熏香装置具有加湿功能,同时还使得精油雾化单元并不与真空泵之间直接连接,而是被固定安装在第二壳体内,因此,其真空泵和精油雾化单元之间以及精油雾化单元自身的部件之间的连接的要求降低,因此,其结构简单、成本低、耐久性好。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,在本发明的一种用于熏香的装置实施例中,该装置包括:水雾化单元1、精油雾化单元2和真空泵6;水雾化单元1用于将第一容器14中的水进行雾化,使其形成水雾并溢出,所述水雾化单元1包括第一壳体11,所述第一容器14和实现水雾化的部件均设置在所述第一壳体11中;精油雾化单元2用于将精油容器5中的精油通过气流取出、雾化并在所述气流的作用下溢出;真空泵6用于为所述精油雾化单元2提供气流;其中,所述精油雾化单元2固定在第二壳体21围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体11外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体21外形适配的凹槽4,所述第二壳体21嵌入并固定在所述凹槽4的上端的设定位置上;所述真空泵6固定在所述第一壳体11中,且位于所述第一壳体11底部;所述真空泵6通过一条穿过所述第二壳体21和所述第一壳体11之间的壳体侧壁的软管(图中未示出)为所述精油雾化单元2提供经过对空气压缩后形成的气流,从而实现对所述精油容器5中的精油的雾化。
在本实施例中,所述第二壳体21中设置有突出于其侧壁内表面的安装结构,所述精油雾化单元2通过螺钉固定在所述安装结构上。这样的设置由于精油雾化单元2没有直接固定在真空泵6上,且各部件受力方向和精油容器5的重力方向一致,故对部件之间的气密部分的要求较低,可以使用较为简单的结构,因此其成本较低,耐久性较好。在本实施例中,请参见图5,上述安装结构可以包括两个突出于第二壳体21的安装柱211,在精油无话单元2上设置有与上述安装柱211位置和尺寸上适配的螺钉位(图中未示出),该螺钉位可以设置在下面所述的下 盖23或上盖24上;在安装时,已经形成一个整体的精油雾化单元2放置在上述第二壳体21中,安装螺钉通过上述螺钉位打在上述安装柱211上,使得上述形成整体的精油雾化单元2固定在上述第二壳体21内。为了进一步使得上述精油雾化单元2在上述第二壳体内更加稳固,在本实施例中,上述第二壳体21底部设置有供精油容器5通过的开口212,并与安装完成后能够快速地由上述第二壳体21的外部安装或拆卸精油容器5,同时,在上述开口212的四周,设置有开口边沿213,当上述精油雾化单元2通过螺钉安装在上述第二壳体21中时,精油雾化单元2的底面(实际上是下述的下盖23的底面)与上述开口边沿213接触,这样,上述精油雾化单元2酒杯牢固地固定在上述第二壳体21中。
在本实施例中,请参见图2和图3,所述精油雾化单元2包括喷嘴29、下盖23、隔离件27和上盖24;所述下盖23和上盖24的中间(即围绕其长度或高度方向的轴线的部分)分别设置有中空的腔体,所述隔离件27放置在所述下盖23中,所述上盖24覆盖在放置了所述隔离件27的下盖23上;所述下盖23的腔体和所述隔离件27构成雾化腔体25,所述上盖腔体和所述隔离件27构成容置腔体26;所述隔离件27上还设置有连通所述雾化腔体25和容置腔体26的风道271。值得一提的是,虽然上述附图中示出的是螺旋风道,但是,在本实施例中,也可以使用一个或多个通孔来作为上述风道,这样虽然在性能上可能会有所降低,例如,可能噪声会较大或可能精油的使用量会较多,但是,其结构较为简单,成本较低,且同样可以实现精油的雾化。所述下盖23还设置有与其中的腔体通过通道或通孔连接的精油容器接口29和喷嘴接口20;所述精油容器接口29设置在所述下盖23的底部,精油容器5通过设置在所述第二壳体21底部的开口连接在所述精油接口29上;所述喷嘴接口20设置在所述下盖23的侧面,用于安装所述喷嘴28并使得通过所述喷嘴28的气流通过气流通道235进入所述下盖23的腔体,所述气流通道235还与吸管236连接,所述吸管236向下延伸出所述下盖23的底部,并通过所述精油容器接口29进入连接在该接口上的精油容器5中。
在本实施例中,真空泵6压缩空气,形成气流,该气流通过上述软管被传输到上述喷嘴28上,当气流经过上述喷嘴28时,喷嘴28内的气流通道的尺寸使得该气流的气压进一步被加高,高压气流通过气流通道235进入雾化腔体25,于是, 在上述气流通道235内形成负压,使得精油容器5内的精油液体通过吸管236进入上述气流通道235,并在被高压气流冲击为液滴的同时,随该气流进入上述雾化腔体25,并撞击雾化腔体25的侧壁,进一步分解为更小的液滴,实现精油雾化。雾化或的精油在后续气流的作用下被推高位置,并通过隔离件27上的风道271进入容置腔体26,当上述容置腔体26中的雾化精油积累到一定数量后,部分先期进入的雾化精油在后续进入的雾化精油的推动下,由第二壳体21顶部的溢出孔22溢出,散布于该装置所在的环境空气中,实现熏香。
在本实施例中,所述上盖24、下盖23和隔离体27安装在一起,形成一个整体,再加上喷嘴28以及连接在下盖23上的精油容器5就能够实现精油的雾化。具体来讲,上述上盖24、下盖23和隔离体27的安装的具体情况是先将隔离体27放置在上述下盖23上,再将上盖24覆盖在其上即可。从结构上来看,所述下盖23的腔体的内壁231上设置有用于放置所述隔离件27的台阶232,所述下盖23的腔体的外壁233上设置有用于放置所述上盖24的腔体的外壁241的安装槽(请参见图3中上盖24和下盖23的接触处);所述上盖24的腔体的外壁241上设置有与所述安装槽的位置和形状均适配的安装凸起,所述上盖24和下盖23通过上述安装槽和安装凸起的配合形成一个整体。
请参见图4,在本实施例中,一种情况下,所述隔离件27包括隔离件主体和围绕所述隔离件主体270的中心位置的螺旋风道271,所述螺旋风道271包括两个分别设置在所述隔离件主体的顶面和底面的端口(272、273);通过所述螺旋风道271,所述雾化腔体25中的雾化精油进入所述容纳腔体26。在图4中,上述隔离件主体270由两个部件(274、275)重叠而成,每个部件上以其中心为圆心分别在不同的位置上设置有圆弧形的、向上或向下的凹陷,当两个部件(274、275)按照设定的位置或角度重叠在一起时,其接触面和上述凹陷组合在一起,形成上述带有两个端口(272、273)的螺旋风道271。在本实施例中,这样的两个部件重叠的设置,是为了便于制作,这样得到的部件成本较一次成型而得到螺旋风道的成本低很多。当然,在本实施例中的另外一些情况下,例如,使用贯穿上述隔离件27两面的一个或多个通孔作为风道时,并不需要将两个部件重叠而得到隔离件27,此时,只需要选择厚度合适的板材并在其上设置一个或多个 通孔即可,这样,虽然其性能或效果可能较差,但其成本极低,且能够实现基本的功能。在本实施例中,所述台阶232的高度和所述隔离件主体270的边沿276(即不包括上述螺旋风道271部分)的高度相等,所述隔离件27安装在所述台阶232上时,所述隔离件主体270的边沿276的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁231顶端平齐;所述上盖24的腔体的内壁242在所述上盖24安装在所述下盖23上时分别与所述隔离件主体的边沿276的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁242顶端接触,固定所述隔离件27。即使在本实施例中的另外一些情况下,例如,使用直通孔作为风道,上述台阶232和隔离件27厚度之间也是高度相等的。
通过上述结构,使得所述上下盖和隔离件结合为一体,在本实施例中,所述下盖23的底部与所述第二壳体21的底部开口周围的壳体接触,使得下盖23上承受的向下的力能够传递到上述第二壳体21上,从而使得所述精油雾化单元2所承受的外力能够通过下盖23传递到第二壳体21上,保护了上下盖的连接结构,使的这些结构不会直接受力或受力较为分散,因此,其整个结构的耐久性较好。此外,螺旋通道271的作用除了减小噪声外,还有一个极为重要的作用是调节雾化后的精油的溢出量。众所周知,精油雾化时,气流的气压越高,其雾化程度越高。但是,较高的气压使得单位时间内流过的气体较多,也就是雾化量较大,这种情况下精油的使用量就较大。上述螺旋通道271的设置既能实现雾化后的颗粒较小,又能够控制溢出量,即节省精油的使用量,这是由于雾化后的精油通过螺旋通道271的速度大大慢于直接的风道(即连通上述隔离板27两面的一个或多个通孔),在通过上述螺旋风道271的过程中,一部分雾化后的精油重新凝结为较大液滴,并随该螺旋风道271的内表面流回上述雾化腔体25,进而返回精油容器5,这样既能够提高雾化质量,又能够控制精油的使用量。
在本实施例中,所述水雾化单元1包括用于盛水的第一容器14、在所述第一容器14放置在第一壳体11中时与所述第一容器14底部出水口连接的水雾化通道15、设置在所述水雾化通道15底部的超声波水雾化模块16、容置雾化后的水雾的水雾容置通道18以及鼓风机17;所述鼓风机17同样固定在所述第一壳体11的底部,其产生气流并送入所述水雾容置通道18中,使得所述水雾容置通道18中的水雾由该通道上部的水雾溢出孔12溢出,进入该装置所在环境的空气中。在本 实施例中,所述第一容器14底部的出水口通过浮标控制阀与所述水雾化通道15连通,所述浮标控制阀包括设于所述第一容器14底部的出水口的控制阀及设于所述水雾化通道15且与所述控制阀适配的水位浮标。值得一提的是,在本实施例中,上述第一容器14的顶部还设置有加水孔,这样,可以不用将上述第一容器14取出就能直接向其中加水,便于操作。同时,在本实施例中,还在第一容器14和水雾化通道15的不同位置设置有透明的观察窗,使得用户能够随时观看其中的水的情况,以便于在缺水时加水或使得该装置停止工作。
此外,在本实施例中,还包括控制单元3,所述控制单元3设置在第三壳体31中并控制所述水雾化单元1和精油控制单元2的工作时间或工作状态;具体来讲,就是控制上述真空泵6、鼓风机17以及超声波雾化模块16的工作时间以及工作时的其他参数。在本实施例中,所述第三壳体31嵌入连接在所述凹槽4的底端的设定位置。这样设置的好处是即使所述第一容器14中存在的水较少,也能够便于操作,不会出现因为操作该控制单元3而导致整个装置被推动的情况。同时,上述凹槽4的设置,也使得精油容器5连接在精油雾化单元2上时,操作更为方便。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    水雾化单元:用于将第一容器中的水进行雾化,使其形成水雾并溢出,所述水雾化单元包括第一壳体,所述第一容器和实现水雾化的部件均设置在所述第一壳体中;
    精油雾化单元:用于将精油容器中的精油通过气流取出、雾化并在所述气流的作用下溢出;
    真空泵:用于为所述精油雾化单元提供气流;
    其中,所述精油雾化单元固定在第二壳体围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体外形适配的凹槽,所述第二壳体嵌入并固定在所述凹槽的上端的设定位置上;所述真空泵固定在所述第一壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体底部;所述真空泵通过一条穿过所述第二壳体和所述第一壳体之间的壳体侧壁的软管为所述精油雾化单元提供经过压缩后形成的气流,从而实现对所述精油容器中的精油的雾化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体中设置有突出于其侧壁内表面的安装结构,所述精油雾化单元通过螺钉固定在所述安装结构上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述精油雾化单元包括喷嘴、下盖、隔离件和上盖;所述下盖和上盖中间分别设置有中空的腔体,所述隔离件放置在所述下盖中,所述上盖覆盖在放置了所述隔离件的下盖上;所述下盖的腔体和所述隔离件构成雾化腔体,所述上盖腔体和所述隔离件构成容置腔体;所述隔离件上还设置有连通所述雾化腔体和所述容置腔体的风道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述下盖还设置有与其中的腔体通过通道或通孔连接的精油容器接口和喷嘴接口;所述精油容器接口设置所述下盖的底部,精油容器通过设置在所述第二壳体底部的开口连接在所述精油接口上;所述喷嘴 接口设置在所述下盖侧面,用于安装所述喷嘴并使得通过所述喷嘴的气流通过气流通道进入所述下盖的腔体,所述气流通道还与吸管连接,所述吸管向下延伸出所述下盖的底部,并通过所述精油容器接口进入连接在该接口上的精油容器中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述下盖的腔体的内壁上设置有用于放置所述隔离件的台阶,所述下盖的腔体的外壁上用于放置所述上盖的腔体的外壁的安装槽;所述上盖的腔体的外壁上设置有与所述安装槽的位置和形状均适配的安装凸起,所述上盖和下盖通过上述安装槽和安装凸起的配合形成一个整体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述隔离件包括隔离件主体和围绕所述隔离件主体的中心位置的螺旋风道,所述螺旋风道包括两个分别设置在所述隔离件主体的顶面和底面的端口;通过所述螺旋风道,所述雾化腔体中的雾化精油进入所述容纳腔体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述台阶的高度和所述隔离件主体的边沿的高度相等,所述隔离件安装在所述台阶上时,所述隔离件主体的边沿的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁顶端平齐;所述上盖的腔体的内壁在所述上盖安装在所述下盖上时分别与所述隔离件主体的边沿的顶端和所述下盖的腔体内壁顶端接触,固定所述隔离件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述水雾化单元包括用于盛水的第一容器、在所述第一容器放置在第一壳体中时与所述第一容器底部出水口连接水雾化通道、设置在所述水雾化通道底部的超声波水雾化模块、容置雾化后的水雾的水雾容置通道以及鼓风机;所述鼓风机产生气流并送入所述水雾容置通道中,使得所述水雾容置通道中的水雾由该通道上部溢出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述第一容 器底部的出水口通过浮标控制阀与所述水雾化通道连通,所述浮标控制阀包括设于所述第一容器底部的出水口的控制阀及设于所述水雾化通道且与所述控制阀适配的水位浮标。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元设置在第三壳体中并控制所述水雾化单元和精油控制单元的工作时间或工作状态;所述第三壳体嵌入连接在所述凹槽的底端的设定位置。
