具体实施方式
为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例的附图,对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
除非另外定义,本公开使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。
目前,随着人们对于智能手机等电子设备的外观和性能的要求不断提高,具有较宽边框的显示面板已经不能满足市场的需求。因此,如何减小边框以实现“窄边框”,甚至“无边框”已经成为各大显示面板厂商的研究热点。
在研究中,本申请的发明人注意到:通过将显示面板的边缘设计为弯曲面可窄化显示面板的边框,甚至实现无边框,但是这种方式会导致该显示面板的 边缘发生色偏现象,例如发绿现象,从而导致良率降低,影响显示品质并影响用户体验。图1示出了一种边缘弯曲的显示面板。如图1所示,该显示面板包括显示面板本体10和盖板30;显示面板本体10具有发光面20,发光面20包括平坦发光区域21和弯曲发光区域22;盖板30包括平坦部31和弯曲部32,平坦部31覆盖平坦发光区域21,弯曲部32覆盖弯曲发光区域22。当用户从正面观察该显示面板时,由于遮光层设置在显示面板的边缘,即,盖板30的弯曲部32对应的位置,用户通过弯曲部只能看到遮光层90的斜向投影,从而可减小遮光层的遮挡范围。然而,由于盖板30的弯曲部32具有一个弧度,当用户从正面观察该显示面板时,用户的视线与弯曲部的出光具有一个较大的视角(例如40°左右的视角)。当显示面板的红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,较大的视角会导致该显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏。由于通常的红色子像素随视角的亮度衰减大于绿色子像素随视角的亮度衰减,该显示面板的弯曲边缘的色偏现象通常表现为发绿现象。
对此,本公开实施例提供一种显示面板和显示装置。该显示面板包括显示面板本体和盖板;显示面板本体具有一发光面,盖板覆盖该显示面板本体的发光面;发光面包括平坦发光区域和弯曲发光区域,盖板包括覆盖弯曲发光区域的弯曲部;从平坦发光区域到弯曲发光区域的方向上,弯曲部上各个位置的厚度逐渐减小。由此,该弯曲部可将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转,从而降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,进而避免因视角过大而产生的色偏现象。
下面,结合附图对本公开实施例提供的显示面板和显示装置进行详细的说明。
本公开一实施例提供一种显示面板。图2为根据本公开一实施例提供的一种显示面板的结构示意图。图3为图2中虚线框所示的显示面板的局部放大示意图。如图2和3所示,该显示面板100包括显示面板本体110和盖板130;显示面板本体110具有一发光面120,盖板130覆盖在显示面板本体110的发光面120上。发光面120包括平坦发光区域121和弯曲发光区域122,盖板130包括覆盖弯曲发光区域122的弯曲部132;从平坦发光区域121到弯曲发光区域122的方向上,弯曲部132上各个位置的厚度逐渐减小。需要说明的是,为了清楚地表示上述的平坦发光区域和弯曲发光区域,图2和3中画出了平坦发光区域和弯曲发光区域的分界线(虚线),然而上述的分界线并不代表平坦发 光区域和弯曲发光区域在材料上有差异。
在本公开实施例提供的显示面板中,从平坦发光区域到弯曲发光区域的方向上,弯曲部上各个位置的厚度逐渐减小,根据光的折射原理,该弯曲部可将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转,从而降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,进而避免在红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏的现象。
例如,在一些示例中,盖板130可为透明的盖板,从而可透过显示面板本体110发出的光线。
例如,在一些示例中,盖板130的材料包括玻璃,即盖板130为玻璃盖板,从而一方面可更好地透过显示面板本体110发出的光线,另一方面还可对显示面板本体110进行良好的保护。当然,本公开实施例包括但不限于此,盖板130也可采用其他合适的材料制作。
例如,在一些示例中,如图2和3所示,盖板130还包括覆盖平坦发光区域121的平坦部131,平坦部131上各个位置的厚度相同。需要说明的是,盖板130远离显示面板本体110的表面为连续的表面,也就是说,平坦部131远离显示面板本体110的表面和弯曲部132远离显示面板本体110的表面是相接的,连续的。例如,弯曲部132与平坦部131相接的位置处的厚度与平坦部131的厚度相同。此时,从平坦发光区域121到弯曲发光区域122的方向上,随着弯曲部132上各个位置的厚度逐渐减小,弯曲部132可将弯曲发光区域122发出的光线向平坦发光区域121的法线方向偏转,从而可降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,进而避免因视角过大而产生的色偏现象。需要说明的是,为了清楚地表示上述的平坦部和弯曲部,图2和3中画出了平坦部和弯曲部的分界线(虚线),然而上述的分界线并不代表平坦部和弯曲部在材料上有差异;上述的“用户从正面观察”是指用户的视线垂直于平坦部或者平坦发光区域。
例如,在一些示例中,如图2和3所示,弯曲部132向远离发光面120的方向弯曲,即,弯曲部132向显示面板本体110所在的一侧进行弯曲。弯曲部132包括第一表面1321和第二表面1322;第一表面1321位于弯曲部132远离弯曲发光区域122的一侧,第二表面1322位于弯曲部132靠近弯曲发光区域122的一侧。例如,第二表面1322可紧贴显示面板本体110设置。
例如,在一些示例中,如图3所示,第一表面1321包括第一位置141,第 二表面1322包括第二位置142,第二位置142的法线经过第一位置141,第一位置141的法线和第二位置142的法线的夹角α=acrsin[(n0/n1)*sinβ],n0为空气的折射率,n1为所述盖板的折射率,β的取值范围为30-50度。当弯曲发光区域发出的光垂直于第二表面的第二位置出射时,因为斯涅耳折射定律,光的传播方向不变,弯曲发光区域发出的光沿第二位置的法线方向进行传播;当弯曲发光区域发出的光穿过第一表面的第一位置时,由于盖板的折射率(n1)大于空气的折射率(n0),弯曲发光区域发出的光会向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转β,并且β大于α。上述的β即为弯曲部可将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转的角度,当β的取值范围为30-50度时,可有效地避免在红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏的现象。另外,根据第一位置的法线和第二位置的法线的夹角α可根据第二表面上各个位置的曲率来计算第一表面上各个位置的曲率,从而使得该弯曲部上的各个位置都可将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转上述的β角度。
例如,在一些示例中,当用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角的范围为40-41度时,β的取值范围为40-41度,从而可进一步有效地避免在红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏的现象。
例如,在一些示例中,第一表面1321上各个位置的曲率半径相同,第二表面1322上的各个位置的曲率半径相同,从而便于制作。另外,当第一表面1321上各个位置的曲率半径相同,第二表面1322上的各个位置的曲率半径相同时,第一表面1321的曲率半径大于第二表面1322的曲率半径。当然,本公开实施例包括但不限于此,第一表面上各个位置的曲率半径也可不相同,第二表面上的各个位置的曲率半径也可不相同,第二表面上各个位置的曲率半径可根据显示面板本体的弯曲发光区域上各个位置的曲率半径确定,而第一表面上各个位置的曲率半径可根据第二表面上各个位置的曲率半径确定。例如,在一些示例中,该弯曲部可将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向大致偏转41度,从而使得用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角接近于零,从而可完全避免在红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏的现象。
例如,在一些示例中,如图2和3所示,弯曲发光区域122位于平坦发光 区域121的周边,从而起到窄化甚至消除该显示面板的边框的作用。
例如,在一些示例中,弯曲发光区域122位于平坦发光区域121的两侧,从而还可便于人手握持。
例如,在一些示例中,显示面板本体可包括有机发光显示元件112,即该显示面板可为有机发光显示面板。由于通常的有机发光显示面板中红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致的情况比较明显,因此,本公开实施例提供的显示面板可较好地改善有机发光显示面板的边缘发生色偏的现象。当然,本公开实施例包括但不限于此,显示面板本体也可采用其他合适的显示结构。
图4为根据本公开一实施例提供的一种有机发光显示元件的示意图。如图4所示,有机发光元件112包括第一发光元件1121和第二发光元件1122;第一发光元件1121被配置为发第一颜色的光,第二发光元件1122被配置为发第二颜色的光;第一发光元件1121的亮度随视角衰减程度大于第二发光元件1122的亮度随视角衰减程度。当视角较大时,第一发光元件1121的衰减较大,第二发光元件1122的衰减较小,从而出现发绿现象。由此,该弯曲部可通过将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转,从而降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,避免第一发光元件1121和第二发光元件1122亮度衰减产生不一致,进而避免在第一发光元件1121和第二发光元件1122随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘的色偏现象。
例如,在一些示例中,第一发光元件1121被配置为发红色的光,第二发光元件1122被配置为发绿色的光。由此,该弯曲部可通过将弯曲发光区域发出的光线向平坦发光区域的法线方向偏转,从而降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,避免红光的亮度衰减大于滤光的亮度衰减,进而避免在第一发光元件1121和第二发光元件1122随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘的发绿现象。例如,在一些示例中,如图4所示,有机发光元件112还包括第三发光元件1123,第三发光元件1123被配置为发蓝色的光。由此,该显示面板为采用RGB排列的显示面板。当然,本公开实施例包括但不限于此。
图5为根据本公开一实施例提供的另一种显示面板的结构示意图。如图5所示,该显示面板还可包括触控结构150,至少位于弯曲发光区域122和弯曲 部132之间以在显示面板的侧边缘实现触控功能。当然,触控结构150可整面设置在平坦发光区域121和弯曲发光区域122上,以实现全面触控。
本公开一实施例还提供一种显示装置。图6为根据本公开一实施例提供的显示装置的示意图。如图6所示,该显示装置200包括上述的显示面板100,从而可降低用户从正面观察该显示面板时的视角,进而避免在红绿蓝子像素随视角的亮度衰减(RGB L-Decay)不一致时,因为视角较大而导致的显示面板的弯曲边缘发生色偏的现象。
例如,在一些示例中,该显示装置可为智能手机。此时,该显示装置还可包括摄像头等功能部件。当然,本公开实施例包括但不限于此,该显示装置还可为笔记本电脑、电视、平板电脑、车载导航仪、电子相册等其他具有显示功能的电子产品。
有以下几点需要说明:
(1)本公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(2)在不冲突的情况下,本公开同一实施例及不同实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
以上,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种显示面板,包括:
    显示面板本体,具有一发光面;以及
    盖板,覆盖所述显示面板本体的发光面,
    其中,所述发光面包括平坦发光区域和弯曲发光区域,所述盖板包括覆盖所述弯曲发光区域的弯曲部,
    从所述平坦发光区域到所述弯曲发光区域的方向上,所述弯曲部上各个位置的厚度逐渐减小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述弯曲部向所述显示面板本体所在的一侧弯曲,所述弯曲部包括:
    第一表面,位于所述弯曲部远离所述弯曲发光区域的一侧;以及
    第二表面,位于所述弯曲部靠近所述弯曲发光区域的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一表面包括第一位置,所述第二表面包括第二位置,所述第二位置的法线经过所述第一位置,所述第一位置的法线和所述第二位置的法线的夹角α=acrsin[(n0/n1)*sinβ],
    其中,n0为空气的折射率,n1为所述盖板的折射率,β的取值范围为30-50度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,β的取值范围为40-41度。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一表面上各个位置的曲率半径相同,所述第二表面上的各个位置的曲率半径相同,所述第一表面的曲率半径大于所述第二表面的曲率半径。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板本体包括有机发光元件,所述有机发光元件包括:
    第一发光元件,被配置为发第一颜色的光;以及
    第二发光元件,被配置为发第二颜色的光,
    其中,所述第一发光元件的亮度随视角衰减程度大于所述第二发光元件的亮度随视角衰减程度。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述盖板还包括覆盖所述平坦发光区域的平坦部,所述平坦部上各个位置的厚度相同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述弯曲部与所述平坦部相接的位置处的厚度与所述平坦部的厚度相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述盖板远离所述显示面板本体的表面为连续的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示面板,还包括:触控结构,至少位于所述弯曲发光区域和所述弯曲部之间以在所述显示面板的侧边缘实现触控功能。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述弯曲发光区域位于所述平坦发光区域周边。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板,其中,所述弯曲发光区域位于所述平坦发光区域的两侧。
  13. 一种显示装置,包括根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的显示面板。
