所述液体吸附机构设置在滚动按摩机构和储液机构之间,并且液体吸附机构的一侧与储液机构连通,另一侧与滚动按摩机构接触;
所述储液机构中的液体吸附在液体吸附机构中,所述滚动按摩机构在滚动的过程中液体从液体吸附机构中转移至滚动按摩机构上。
在一较佳实施例中:所述滚动按摩机构在滚动的过程中与液体吸附机构发生挤压,将液体吸附机构中的液体挤出,并附着在滚动按摩机构的表面。
在一较佳实施例中:所述滚动按摩机构包括滚珠、保持架,滚珠在滚动的过程中自转。
在一较佳实施例中:所述液体吸附机构为海绵体。
在一较佳实施例中:所述储液机构包括一水箱、可视化窗口和加液口、以及一用于密封所述加液口的密封塞。
在一较佳实施例中:所述用作液体吸附机构的海绵体设置在水箱内,保持架设置在海绵体上方,滚珠滚动的过程中与海绵体发生挤压,将海绵体中的液体挤出,并附着在滚珠的表面。
在一较佳实施例中:所述滚珠为两个;相应的保持架为椭圆盘,其盘面长轴方向对称开有两个支撑孔,短轴方向设有两向下延伸的卡快;
所述海绵体与保持架的形状相适配,其长轴方向具有两接触面,其短轴方向开有两凹槽;
两滚珠分别限位在保持架的两个支撑孔内,并与海绵体的接触面密接;保持架的两个卡快卡接在海绵体的凹槽内。
在一较佳实施例中:所述卡快为空心柱体。
在一较佳实施例中:液体为美容精华液。
本发明还提供了一种美容按摩仪,其特征在于使用了如上所述自动出液结构。
在一较佳实施例中:所述美容按摩仪为微电流美容按摩仪。
在一较佳实施例中:还包括握持手柄已经至于握持手柄内的电源。
在一较佳实施例中:所述滚动按摩机构与人体肌肤接触时,电源、滚动按摩机构和人体肌肤形成闭合回路。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种自动出液结构,通过利用海绵体吸附精华液,并且滚动按摩机构在滚动按摩过程中与海绵体挤压,从而将精华液从海绵体中挤出吸附在滚珠上。这样滚动按摩机构的滚珠在按摩过程中,就可以将精华液涂抹上用户的肌肤上了。这种结构利用了海绵体的吸附效果,使得精华液的储液机构始终是敞开的,但是其流出的精华液又不会直接流到用户的皮肤上,而是被海绵体吸收了。从而使得用户无论用何种姿势使用按摩仪时,精华液流到海绵体上的速度,以及从海绵体挤出到滚珠上的速度都能保持大体一致。从而避免了精华液涂抹不均匀,以及对使用姿势有要求的弊端。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明技术方案更加清楚,现将本发明结合实施例和附图做进一步说明。
实施例1、如附图3所示,一种自动出液结构,包括:滚动按摩机构2、储液机构4和液体吸附机构5;
所述液体吸附机构5设置在滚动按摩机构2和储液机构4之间,并且液体吸附机构5的一侧与储液机构4连通,另一侧与滚动按摩机构2接触;
所述储液机构4中的液体吸附在液体吸附机构5中,所述滚动按摩机构2在滚动的过程中液体从液体吸附机构5中转移至滚动按摩机构2上。
本实施例中,液体吸附机构5为海绵体51;所述滚动按摩机构2包括滚珠21、保持架22;所述储液机构4包括一水箱41、可视化窗口42和加液口43、以及一用于密封所述加液口的密封塞。海绵体51设置在水箱41内,保持架22设置在海绵体51上方,滚珠21滚动的过 程中与海绵体51发生挤压,将海绵体51中的液体挤出,并附着在滚珠21的表面。
本实施中,选择两个滚珠21;相应的保持架22为椭圆盘,其盘面长轴方向对称开有两个支撑孔23,短轴方向设有两向下延伸的卡块24;
所述海绵体51与保持架22的形状相适配,其长轴方向具有两接触面52,其短轴方向开有两凹槽53;
两滚珠21分别限位在保持架的两个支撑孔23内,并与海绵体51的接触面52密接;保持架的两个卡快24卡接在海绵体的凹槽53内,所述卡快也可以是空心柱体。
本实施例中液体为美容精华液。
所述储液机构4还包括密封圈44和底盖45,水箱41的顶面开有两通孔46;滚珠21、保持架22、海绵体41依次装设在水箱41内,底盖45通过密封圈44与水箱41密封连接。
所述滚珠也可以是一个或三个,相应的保持架设有一个或三个支撑孔23。
本发明通过利用海绵体吸附精华液,并且滚动按摩机构在滚动按摩过程中与海绵体挤压,从而将精华液从海绵体中挤出吸附在滚珠上。这样滚动按摩机构的滚珠在按摩过程中,就可以将精华液涂抹上用户的肌肤上了。这种结构利用了海绵体的吸附效果,使得精华液的储液机构始终是敞开的,但是其流出的精华液又不会直接流到用户的皮肤上,而是被海绵体吸收了。从而使得用户无论用何种姿势使用按摩仪时,精华液流到海绵体上的速度,以及从海绵体挤出到滚珠上的速度 都能保持大体一致。从而避免了精华液涂抹不均匀,以及对使用姿势有要求的弊端.
实施例2一种美容按摩仪,参考图1、图2、图3、图4,一种美容按摩仪,其具有一个握持手柄1和实施例1中液体自动流出结构。
本实施例中,握持手柄1内有一个电源3。握持手柄上设有手柄电极11,滚珠21通过水箱41外壳带有正电极,电源3通过导体连接滚珠21和手柄电极11,手柄电极11连接电源3的负极32,滚珠21通过水箱41外壳连接电源3的正极31。当使用者手握握持手柄1的同时,让滚珠21与人体皮肤接触,这时由于人体是导体,这样电源3、手柄电极11、滚珠21所带正极和人体就构成了一个回路,产生的微电流对人体进行刺激。再借由滚珠21对皮肤的按摩和揉捏,就实现了微电流刺激和按摩护理共同作用,达到了对人体进行护理的作用。人体的安全电流为10mA以下,且当电流在5mA以下时人体对电流没有感觉。为保证电流的强度能够穿透你厚厚的表皮细胞,达到真皮层,又要考虑电流感的舒适度,所以一般家庭美容仪的范围,不会超过0.4mA。实施例中按摩仪最大输出电流为0.28mA,即保证了电流感的舒适度也保证了电流的安全性。这部分属于现有技术,不是本发明的保护要点,因此仅作简单说明。
本实施例中,电源3为3.7V锂电池,一共可以输出4档恒定输出电流值,分别为:0.06mA、0.13mA、0.2mA、0.28mA;为了实现恒流输出:电路板电压会通过电路反馈数据上下调整,电路板会实时识别并反馈电路的负载电流,同时电路板也实时调整电压,以达到输出的 电流是恒定在一个区间值中。
进一步参考图3和图4,本实施例中,为了实现在按摩仪的按摩过程中,随着滚珠21的滚动,同时有精华液涂抹到用户的肌肤上,采用了在按摩过程中自动流出液体的结构,该结构具体包括:
由于液体吸附机构5直接与储液机构4连通,所以储液机构4中的精华液就可以暂存在液体吸附机构5中,而液体吸附机构5又与滚珠2保持接触,那么滚珠21滚动的过程中就会和液体吸附机构5发生挤压,从而将精华液从液体吸附机构5中挤出,使其涂抹在滚珠21上。又因为滚珠21在滚动的按摩过程中发生自转,因此滚珠21的表面都能够与液体吸附机构5发生接触,当然滚珠21的表面也就都能涂抹到精华液,这样滚珠2与人体皮肤接触的时候,就可以将精华液均匀涂抹在皮肤上了。
本实施例中,所述液体吸附机构5为海绵体51。述储液机构4包括一水箱41、可视化窗口42和加液口43、以及一用于密封所述加液口43的密封塞。可视化窗口42的作用在于方便用户观察水箱内液体残留的多少,从而判断是否需要添加液体。而加液口43则是用户添加精华液的入口。密封塞的作用是在不需要添加精华液时经加液口43密封关闭,从而确保精华液不会从加液口43中流出。
需要指出的是,本实施例中以微电流美容按摩仪进行举例,实际应用时,该结构完全可以应用在其他的滚动按摩仪上,流出的液体除了精华液也可以是其他各种液体,可以根据按摩的需要添加精油或者其他液体。以上种种,都属于本实施例的简单替换,不再赘述。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的范围不限于此,本领域的技术人员可以容易地想到本发明所公开的变化或技术范围。替代方案旨在涵盖在本发明的范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应由权利要求的范围确定。
工业实用性
本发明一种自动出液结构及美容按摩仪,通过利用海绵体吸附精华液,并且滚动按摩机构在滚动按摩过程中与海绵体挤压,从而将精华液从海绵体中挤出吸附在滚珠上。这样滚动按摩机构的滚珠在按摩过程中,就可以将精华液涂抹上用户的肌肤上了。从而避免了精华液涂抹不均匀,以及对使用姿势有要求的弊端,可广泛应用于多种手持美容按摩仪上,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种自动出液结构,其特征在于包括:滚动按摩机构、储液机构和液体吸附机构;
    所述液体吸附机构设置在滚动按摩机构和储液机构之间,并且液体吸附机构的一侧与储液机构连通,另一侧与滚动按摩机构接触;
    所述储液机构中的液体吸附在液体吸附机构中,所述滚动按摩机构在滚动的过程中液体从液体吸附机构中转移至滚动按摩机构上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述滚动按摩机构在滚动的过程中与液体吸附机构发生挤压,将液体吸附机构中的液体挤出,并附着在滚动按摩机构的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述滚动按摩机构包括滚珠、保持架,滚珠在滚动的过程中自转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述液体吸附机构为海绵体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述储液机构包括一水箱、可视化窗口和加液口、以及一用于密封所述加液口的密封塞。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述用作液体吸附机构的海绵体设置在水箱内,保持架设置在海绵体上方,滚珠滚动的过程中与海绵体发生挤压,将海绵体中的液体挤出,并附着在滚珠的表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述 滚珠为两个;相应的保持架为椭圆盘,其盘面长轴方向对称开有两个支撑孔,短轴方向设有两向下延伸的卡快;
    所述海绵体与保持架的形状相适配,其长轴方向具有两接触面,其短轴方向开有两凹槽;
    两滚珠分别限位在保持架的两个支撑孔内,并与海绵体的接触面密接;保持架的两个卡快卡接在海绵体的凹槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述卡快为空心柱体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述液体为美容精华液。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动出液结构,其特征在于:所述滚珠为1个或3;相应的保持架为椭圆盘或圆盘,开有1个或3个支撑孔;
    所述海绵体与保持架的形状相适配。
  11. 一种美容按摩仪,其特征在于使用了权利要求1或2或4或6或7或8或9所述在一种自动出液结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种美容按摩仪,其特征在于:所述美容按摩仪为微电流美容按摩仪。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种美容按摩仪,其特征在于:还包括握持手柄,已经至于握持手柄内的电源。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种美容按摩仪,其特征在于:所述滚动按摩机构与人体肌肤接触时,电源、滚动按摩机构和人体肌肤形 成闭合回路。
