在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,涉及到方位描述,例如上、下、前、后、左、右等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,若干的含义是一个或者多个,多个的含义是两个以上,大于、小于、超过等理解为不包括本数,以上、以下、以内等理解为包括本数。如果有描述到第一、第二只是用于区分技术特征为目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的先后关系。
本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的限定,设置、安装、连接等词语应做广义理解,所属技术领域技术人员可以结合技术方案的具体内容合理确定上述词语在本发明中的具体含义。
参照图1、图2和图3,提供了一种便携式遮阳伞,包括伞体100和可伸缩的主柱300,主柱300包括外套管310和内套管320,外套管310套设在述内套管320外部,外套管310与内套管320可相对滑动,伞体100设置在外套管310上;还包括托盘400,托盘400与内套管320相连接,托盘400底侧设置有脚轮410;还包括至少一个凳体200,凳体200顶侧与托盘400铰链连接,凳体200可沿铰链连接处翻转至托盘400上方。可以理解的是,伞体100可以设置在外套管310的顶端,也可以设置在外套管310的管壁外侧任意位置,能够实现固定设置和伞体100的开合即可,本实施例中优选设置在外套管310的顶端,避免伞体收纳后与托盘400相接触。需要说明的是,本实施例中优选伞体100与外套管310一体成型,也可以是将伞体100套接在外套管310顶侧,或者通过螺栓等零部件可拆卸地安装,根据实际生产需求调整即可。可以理解的是,托盘400可以是任意形状的托盘,例如圆形,方形,本实施例中优选圆形托盘,具体形状根据 实际生产需求调整即可。可以理解的是,凳体200的数量可以是任意数量,能够实现翻转后互不冲突地放置在托盘400上方即可,本实施例中优选数量为4。可以理解的是,凳体200翻转收纳后如图2所示,围绕伞体100形成包围,且凳体200相互之间通过卡扣242连接,形成箱体,可用作储物空间。如图3所示,可以理解的是,为了提高储物时的密封性,背垫211靠近托盘400的一侧的形状与托盘400相匹配,例如图3中所示托盘400为圆形托盘时,4个背垫211的形状分别为1/4圆,其翻转收纳后组成的圆与托盘400的形状大小均一致。需要说明的是,主柱300的材料可以是任意类型的材料,例如金属和塑料,能够确保硬度即可,本实施例优选为碳素钢,在确保坚硬的同时保持轻便,便于携带。需要说明的是,托盘400可以是任意材质的托盘,本实施例中优选为木材,在实现美观的同时确保硬度。需要说明的是,伞体100可以是任意材质,本实施例中优选牛津布,伞骨优选为铝合金,减轻重量。
参考图5(b),在本发明的另一个实施例中,托盘400底侧还包括用于固定连接的安装架450,脚轮410安装在安装架450底侧,脚轮410为万向轮。可以理解的是,脚轮410可以通过任意形式设置于安装架450底侧,例如与安装架450一体成型,本实施例优选通过螺栓固定安装在安装架450底侧,拆装更加便利。可以理解的是,安装架450可以是任意形状的安装架,能够实现固定在托盘400底侧即可,本实施例中优选十字形安装架,结合本实施例的4个凳体200,采用十字形安装架能够更好地分配凳体200的位置,同时,在十字形安装架的每一边均安装一个万向轮,能够使得底盘的受力均匀,保持搬运时的平稳性。可以理解的是,由于内套管320需要穿过托盘400,因此安装架450的相应位置也设置有相同的通孔,以配合托盘400的使用。
参考图6,在本发明的另一个实施例中,安装架450的端部设置有铰链凹槽460,凳体200背侧设置有铰链凸块250,铰链凹槽460与铰链凸块250通过第一螺栓440相铰接。可以理解的是,凳体200和安装架450之间的安装可以是通过任意形式的配合,例如凳体200和安装架450各自为平面结构,通过双向螺丝 进行固定,本实施例中采用铰链凸块250和铰链凹槽460能够便于拆卸,具体的连接方式根据生产时实际需求调整即可。
参考图3和图4在本发明的另一个实施例中,托盘400还包括贯穿于托盘400的圆柱孔420,圆柱孔420的内径大于内套管320的外径且小于外套管310的外径。可以理解的是,圆柱孔420仅为本实施例的优选形状,根据实际需求还可以设置为方形孔,三角形孔等等,能够实现内套管匹配且能通过该孔进行滑动即可。可以理解的是,结合图3和图4(a)可以看出,内套管320完全收缩于外套管310内时,托盘400底侧的脚轮410与地面接触,外套管310由于外径大于圆柱孔420,无法通过圆柱孔420下滑,从而实现伞体100的稳固。
参考图5(a),在本发明的另一个实施例中,圆柱孔420一侧设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设置有用于将所述托盘400紧固于所述内套管320的第二螺栓430。需要说明的是,托盘400可以通过任意形式连接在内套管320中,例如在内套管320中设置多个定位孔,通过插销将托盘400固定在定位孔中,也可以是内套管一侧设置锯齿状定位槽,再在圆柱孔420内壁设置于锯齿状定位槽相匹配的定位块实现定位,本实施例中优选在圆柱孔一侧设置螺纹孔,通过第二螺栓430与内套管320形成配合,实现连接,有利于实现托盘400的高度可调,通过第二螺栓430的松紧进行调整即可。
参考图1和图2,在本发明的另一个实施例中,凳体200包括背垫211和坐垫212,背垫211和坐垫212背侧设置有支撑架220,支撑架220靠近坐垫212的一侧还铰接有第一脚架231和第二脚架232。需要说明的是,背垫211和坐垫212可以是任意材质,例如布料和金属,能够满足乘坐的稳定性的同时保持轻便即可,本实施例中优选为塑料。需要说明的是,本实施例中的支撑架220采用空心金属材质,由于需要安装把手240、第一脚架231和第二脚架232,采用空心结构能够更便利地设置安装孔。可以理解的,第一脚架231和第二脚架232采用金属材质的脚架,以确保凳体200乘坐时的稳固。需要说明的是,背垫211和坐垫213可以是任意形状,本实施例中优选背垫211为圆弧曲面,坐垫213为扇形, 既提高了舒适性,也能够在收纳时组成圆形箱体,便于放置物品。需要说明的是,第一脚架231和第二脚架232可以是固定连接于支撑架220中,也可以是与支撑架220一体成型,能够用于乘坐时支撑即可。
参考图1和图2,在本发明的另一个实施例中,坐垫212端部还设置有用于限定第二脚架232最大转动角度的挡板233,第二脚架232和第一脚架231之间连接有用于第二脚架232达到最大转动角度时对第一脚架231进行限位的帆布234。优选地,第一脚架231和第二脚架232的可翻转方向相反,以便通过挡板233和帆布234形成限位。需要说明的是,第一脚架231和第二脚架232之间可以通过任意部件连接,能够实现在挡板233作用下限位即可,例如是固定连接的固定杆,本实施例优选采用帆布234,由于帆布234为软质材料,因此在收纳时可以任意弯曲,便于携带。
参考图1和图2,在本发明的另一个实施例中,坐垫212两侧还设置有用于相邻凳体200翻转后互相固定的卡扣242。需要说的是,坐垫212之间可以通过任意结构进行固定,卡扣242仅为本实施例的优选,采用卡扣242的结构简单,且成本较低,也可以是坐垫212边缘之间采用磁吸部件等,能够实现固定相邻坐垫212即可。
参考图2和图3,在本发明的另一个实施例中,支撑架220的两侧还固定设置有把手240,把手240在支撑架220两侧相对设置且互不相连。需要说明的是,把手240可以设置在凳体的任意位置,本实施例中优选设置在支撑架220中,更加便于安装,且支撑架220为金属材质,能够承受较大的力,提高收纳成箱体之后的搬运受力。可以理解的是,把手240可以是一体式的把手240,本实施例优选相对设置且互不相连,形成缺口,可用作挂钩,提高用户体验。
参考图4(b),在本发明的另一个实施例中,内套管320内侧还包括用于将内套管320固定于外套管310的V形弹片330。需要说明的是,内套管320可以通过任意结构固定于外套管310中,本实施例优选通过V形弹片330,从而实现在按下V形弹片330的按钮后,内套管320可沿外套管310滑动,在外套管 310中任意位置设置与V形弹片330的按钮相匹配的通孔,使得V形弹片330的按钮可以弹出,从而实现高度调节。
参考图4(c),在本发明的另一个实施例中,主柱300的底侧可以是任意形状的固定结构,能够实现主柱300稳定放置在地面即可。本实施例中优选采用在内套管320底侧设置一体成型的十字形的脚撑架350,并在脚撑架350的各边设置脚撑340,形成十字形的固定结构。需要说明的是,由于脚撑架350具有一定的厚度,因此脚撑340优选与水平面呈5度的斜角设置,以确保稳固。
另外,在本发明的另一个实施例中,还提供了一种便携式雨伞,背垫211和坐垫212之间的夹角为120度,坐垫212的长度和宽度分别为367毫米和544毫米,坐垫212的高度为244毫米,背垫211的顶端到坐垫212的垂直距离为515毫米,位置相对的两个凳体200的第二脚架232之间最大距离为2311毫米;第一脚架231和第二脚架232与坐垫212之所能形成的最大夹角为120度;伞体100的直径为1876毫米,托盘400的直径为675毫米,主柱300展开后的长度为1881毫米。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:包括伞体和可伸缩的主柱,所述主柱包括外套管和内套管,所述外套管套设在述内套管外部,所述外套管与所述内套管可相对滑动,所述伞体设置在所述外套管上;
    还包括托盘,所述托盘与所述内套管相连接,所述托盘底侧设置有脚轮;
    还包括至少一个凳体,所述凳体顶侧与托盘铰链连接,所述凳体可沿铰链连接处翻转至所述托盘上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述托盘底侧还包括用于固定连接的安装架,所述脚轮安装在所述安装架底侧,所述脚轮为万向轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述安装架的端部设置有铰链凹槽,所述凳体背侧设置有铰链凸块,所述铰链凹槽与铰链凸块通过第一螺栓相铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述托盘还包括贯穿于所述托盘的圆柱孔,所述圆柱孔的内径大于所述内套管的外径且小于所述外套管的外径。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述圆柱孔一侧设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设置有用于将所述托盘紧固于所述内套管的第二螺栓。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述凳体包括背垫和坐垫,所述背垫和坐垫背侧设置有支撑架,所述支撑架靠近所述坐垫的一侧还铰接有第一脚架和第二脚架。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述坐垫端部还设置有用于限定所述第二脚架最大转动角度的挡板,所述第二脚架和第一脚架之间连接有用于所述第二脚架达到最大转动角度时对所述第一脚架进行限位的帆布。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述坐垫两侧还设置有用于相邻凳体翻转后互相固定的卡扣。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述支撑架的两侧还 固定设置有把手,所述把手在所述支撑架两侧相对设置且互不相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述内套管内侧还包括用于将所述内套管固定于所述外套管的V形弹片。
