Claims (10)

  1. 一种芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
    (a)编织:采用涤纶纱在双针床经编机上进行编织获得具有绒面层和底层的面料;
    (b)梳毛:对所述面料进行多次梳毛;
    (c)预定形:将所述面料置于160~190℃的条件下定形100~150s;
    (d)浸渍:将所述面料浸入香料溶液中;所述香料溶液包含以下重量份数的组分:水100份、香料3~5份和天然胶乳1~3份;
    (e)烘干:将所述面料置于烘箱中进行烘干;
    (f)拉幅:对所述面料进行拉幅即可,所述拉幅温度为100~120℃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(a)中,所述涤纶纱为150D288f。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(d)中,所述香料为选自玫瑰型香精、茉莉花香精和薰衣草香精中一种或多种组成的混合物。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(d)中,所述面料在香料溶液中的移动速度为40~50m/min。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(d)中,所述香料溶液还包括聚合乳液5~10份。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(d)中,所述香料溶液还包括1~5份水性丙烯酸树脂和5~10份水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚合乳液的制备包括以下步骤:
    (d1)制备1-乙烯基-3-庚基咪唑氯盐;
    (d2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1-乙烯基-3-庚基咪唑四氟硼酸氯盐、引发剂和过量乳化剂混合后超声得均相乳液;所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1-乙烯基-3-庚基咪唑四氟硼酸氯盐、引发剂和过量乳化剂的摩尔比为100:10~20:0.5~2:20~30。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为乳化剂T-60。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述引发剂为安息香乙醚。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述芳香法兰绒家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(e)中,所述烘干的温度为160~190℃、时间为6~10分钟。
