优选地,所述控制系统包括主控板和人机界面,所述人机界面包 括用于向所述主控板输出消毒去味的第一指令的第一功能键;用于向所述主控板输出顺次地消毒去味、烘干和恒温无菌保存的第二指令的第二功能键;用于向所述主控板输出先消毒去味再烘干的第三指令的第三功能键;以及用于向所述主控板输出打开电源或关闭电源的第四指令的第四功能键。
优选地,在恒温无菌保存过程中,所述光照装置和所述制热风道工作在低功率状态;所述恒温无菌保存过程中的恒温温度限定为:保存在该恒温温度下的被消毒物,接触人体后人体会有暖感且不会有不适感。
优选地,所述消毒容器本体还设置有电池。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
由于具有多个发光装置、且将多个发光装置配置在物品收纳腔的多个腔壁,这样能够从多个方向向所述物品收纳腔辐射紫外光,因此,不需要按指定方式来摆放被消毒物即可提高消毒效果,实现有效消毒,大大方便了用户使用。
由于采用了内循环式制热风道,烘干和恒温无菌保存中均不会引入环境空气,只需少量的热能即可将循环空气加热到需要的温度,因此能够有效降低能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请参照图1,本便携式紫外消毒容器包括消毒容器本体4,所述消毒容器本体4具有物品收纳腔1、盖体4’和提手5。
所述消毒容器本体4还设置有光照装置。所述光照装置包括五个发光装置,五个所述发光装置分别固定在所述物品收纳腔1的顶壁和四个侧壁。每一发光装置包括多个LED6,多个所述LED6阵列排布在一个基板上,这样构成了一个面光源,可以均匀地向物品收纳腔1的整个空间辐射紫外光。所述LED6包括波长为260-280nm的第一LED晶片和波长为390-400nm的第二LED晶片,这样,LED产生两种波长的紫外光,可以达到更好的杀菌效果。而且,第二LED晶片辐射的光线肉眼可见,这样该光线可以透过消毒容器本体4上的观察窗,供用户直观地了解到消毒工作状态,例如,了解是否在消毒,是否在恒温无菌保存。
所述光照装置还包括两个反光装置6’,两个反光装置6’分别固定在所述物品收纳腔1的顶壁和底壁,工作时,两个反光装置6’将物品收纳腔1顶壁的发光装置辐射的紫外光反复地反射,一方面可以提高紫外光的利用率,另一方面无需在物品收纳腔1的底壁安装发光装置即实现了从物品收纳腔1的上、下、左、右、前、后六个方向向物品收纳腔1中辐射紫外光。反光装置6’可以采用不锈钢板,也可以采用其它的金属板,且最好将反光面做成镜面,反光装置还可以是设置在物品收纳腔1相应腔壁的反光涂层,如铝涂层、水银涂层等。
所述消毒容器本体4还设置有制热风道。所述制热风道为从所述 物品收纳腔1、经所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的内部、再到所述物品收纳腔1的内循环式制热风道。
请结合图1、图2,本内循环式制热风道具体包括:开设于所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的回风口2、出风口3,设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的内部、且与所述出风口3和所述回风口1连通的空气通道7,安装于所述空气通道7中的风扇7’和电热元件。制热工作时,风扇7’将物品收纳腔1中的空气从回风口2吸入空气通道7,经过电热元件后,再从出风口3送回到物品收纳腔1,如此循环,源源不断地向物品收纳腔1释放热风,将被消毒物烘干。
由于为内循环式制热风道,循环流动的空气为热空气,没有引入环境空气,所以只需少量的热能即可将循环空气加热到需要的温度,因此能够有效降低能耗。
请参照图1,制热风道的出风口3和回风口2开设在所述物品收纳腔1的相邻的腔壁。风扇7’工作时,在回风口2处会产生负压,该负压作用于物品收纳腔1内的空气,会促进空气的扩散。相比将出风口3和回风口2设置在同侧和对侧,本实施例采用的这种位置设计能够使出风口3进入物品收纳腔1的空气更好地扩散。
进一步所述制热风道具有两个所述回风口2,两个所述回风口2开设在所述物品收纳腔1的相对的两个腔壁。相比仅单侧配置回风口2,这种在相对的两侧壁分别配置回风口的设计,会使物品收纳腔1内的空气的扩散效果更好。
请参照图3,所述制热风道的电热元件8包括电阻丝10和薄片状且具有镂空部11的骨架9,所述电阻丝10疏绕在所述骨架9上、且在所述镂空部11形成网状结构。采用这种电热元件8,能够方便地将其固定到风扇7’的端部,电热元件8的安装非常方便。而且,空气 可以从所述网状结构通过,可以有效增大空气和电热元件的接触面积,实现快速高效地对流动空气加热。
所述消毒容器本体4还设置有控制系统,控制系统包括主控板和人机界面,所述控制系统与所述光照装置和所述制热风道电连接,用于控制所述光照装置向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,以及控制所述制热风道向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风。
请参照图4,人机界面包括:第一功能键12、第二功能键13、第三功能键14和第四功能键15,其中,第一功能键12用于向所述主控板输出消毒去味的第一指令;第二功能键13用于向所述主控板输出顺次地消毒去味、烘干和恒温无菌保存的第二指令;第三功能键14用于向所述主控板输出先消毒去味再烘干的第三指令;第四功能键15用于向所述主控板输出打开电源或关闭电源的第四指令。
当按下第一功能键12后,主控板控制光照装置工作,向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味,完成后关闭电源。当按下第二功能键13后,主控板首先控制光照装置向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味;消毒时间到后,启动所述风道结构向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风,进行烘干;烘干结束后,控制所述光照装置和所述风道结构低功率运行,持续向所述物品收纳腔1释放少量的紫外光和少量的热风,实现恒温无菌保存。当按下第三功能键14后,主控板首先控制光照装置向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味;消毒时间到后,启动所述风道结构向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风,进行烘干,完成后关闭电源。在开机状态,按下第四功能键15后,主控板控制关闭电源。在关机状态,按下第四功能键15后,主控板控制打开电源。
可见,通过上述四个功能键,可以选择单独消毒去味、一键消毒 去味并烘干、一键消毒去味并烘干和恒温无菌保存,能够满足用户的不同消毒需求,而且各种消毒模式均为一键控制,使用非常方便。
进一步,所述恒温无菌保存过程中的恒温温度限定为:保存在该恒温温度下的被消毒物,接触人体后人体会有暖感且不会有不适感。这样,一方面,当用户使用被消毒物时,通过接触被消毒物后是否有暖感即可知晓该被消毒物是否经过了消毒。另一方面,无论在任何时候取出被消毒物使用,被消毒物均具有暖感,能给用户以舒适的体验感,尤其在寒冷环境中使用,这种舒适的体验感更为显著。
在一些实施例中,所述消毒容器本体还设置有电池,在没有电源时,例如野餐时等,也可以使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式紫外消毒容器,包括消毒容器本体,所述消毒容器本体具有物品收纳腔和盖体,所述消毒容器本体还设置有光照装置、制热风道和控制系统,所述控制系统与所述光照装置和所述制热风道电连接,用于控制所述光照装置和所述制热风道向所述物品收纳腔释放紫外光和热风,其特征在于,
    所述光照装置包括多个发光装置,多个所述发光装置固定在所述物品收纳腔的多个腔壁;
    所述制热风道为从所述物品收纳腔、经所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的内部、再到所述物品收纳腔的内循环式制热风道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述光照装置还包括至少一个反光装置,所述反光装置固定在所述物品收纳腔的腔壁、用于反射所述发光装置辐射的紫外光。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,具有五个发光装置和两个反光装置,五个所述发光装置分别固定在所述物品收纳腔的顶壁和四个侧壁,两个所述反光装置分别固定在所述物品收纳腔的顶壁和底壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述发光装置包括多个LED,多个所述LED阵列排布在一个基板上,所述LED包括波长为260-280nm的第一LED晶片和波长为390-400nm的第二LED晶片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述制热风道的出风口和回风口开设在所述物品收纳腔的相邻的腔壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于, 所述制热风道具有两个所述回风口,两个所述回风口开设在所述物品收纳腔的相对的两个腔壁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述制热风道的电热元件包括电阻丝和薄片状且具有镂空部的骨架,所述电阻丝疏绕在所述骨架上、且在所述镂空部形成网状结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述控制系统包括主控板和人机界面,所述人机界面包括用于向所述主控板输出消毒去味的第一指令的第一功能键;用于向所述主控板输出顺次地消毒去味、烘干和恒温无菌保存的第二指令的第二功能键;用于向所述主控板输出先消毒去味再烘干的第三指令的第三功能键;以及用于向所述主控板输出打开电源或关闭电源的第四指令的第四功能键。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,在恒温无菌保存过程中,所述光照装置和所述制热风道工作在低功率状态;所述恒温无菌保存过程中的恒温温度限定为:保存在该恒温温度下的被消毒物,接触人体后人体会有暖感且不会有不适感。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述消毒容器本体还设置有电池。
