Claims (13)
- 間隔をあけて配設される2個の建材を連結するための建材の連結具であって、
前記2個の建材のうち一方の建材に前記間隔の方向と直交する厚さ方向に沿って配置されている被係止部材に対して係止可能となっている係止部と、前記2個の建材のうち他方の建材に結合具により前記厚さ方向に移動して結合される結合部とが、それぞれ前記一方の建材側の端部と前記他方の建材側の端部とに設けられている連結部材を備えており、
前記結合部が前記他方の建材に結合されていない状態で、前記係止部は、前記被係止部材に対して前記厚さ方向に移動可能となっており、前記結合部が前記結合具によって前記厚さ方向に移動して前記他方の建材に結合されることにより、前記係止部は、前記被係止部材に対し前記厚さ方向の成分を有する方向に移動して前記被係止部材に係止して、前記連結部材が前記2個の建材を連結することを特徴とする建材の連結具。 - 請求項1に記載の建材の連結具において、前記係止部は、前記結合部が前記結合具によって前記厚さ方向に移動すると、前記被係止部材に対し斜めに移動して前記被係止部材に角度をなして係止することを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の建材の連結具において、前記係止部が前記被係止部材に対し移動する方向と、前記結合部が前記結合具により前記他方の建材に対し移動する方向とは、前記厚さ方向において互いに反対の方向となっていることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項3に記載の建材の連結具において、前記連結部材は、前記厚さ方向に複数個設けられていることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項4に記載の建材の連結具において、前記連結部材の個数は2個であり、2個の前記連結部材の間に架け渡された架け渡し部をさらに備えることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項5に記載の建材の連結具において、前記架け渡し部は、プレート状となっており、2個の前記連結部材の間において、前記架け渡し部に、前記2個の建材の間隔の方向に切り込まれた切り込み部が設けられていることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項6に記載の建材の連結具において、前記切り込み部の個数は2個であり、2個の前記切り込み部は、前記架け渡し部における前記2個の建材側の両端部から切り込まれていて、前記2個の切り込み部の間に、前記架け渡し部における前記2個の連結部材を接続するための接続部を形成していることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の建材の連結具において、前記被係止部材は、前記厚さ方向の長さ寸法を有する細長部材であり、前記係止部は、前記細長部材を内部に挿通する挿通部であることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 請求項8に記載の建材の連結具において、前記被係止部材は、前記細長部材の表面に形成されて、前記挿通部の内周面角部を係止させるための凹凸部を有していることを特徴とする建材の連結具。
- 間隔をあけて配設される2個の建材を、これらの建材の間に配置された連結具により連結するための建材の連結構造であって、
前記連結具は、前記2個の建材のうち一方の建材に前記間隔の方向と直交する厚さ方向に沿って配置されている被係止部材に対して係止可能となっている係止部と、前記2個の建材のうち他方の建材に結合具により前記厚さ方向に移動して結合される結合部とが、それぞれ前記一方の建材側の端部と前記他方の建材側の端部とに設けられている連結部材を備えており、
前記結合部が前記他方の建材に結合されていない状態で、前記係止部は、前記被係止部材に対して前記厚さ方向に移動可能となっており、前記結合部が前記結合具によって前記厚さ方向に移動して前記他方の建材に結合されることにより、前記係止部は、前記被係止部材に対し前記厚さ方向の成分を有する方向に移動して前記被係止部材に係止して、前記2個の建材が前記連結具により連結されることを特徴とする建材の連結構造。 - 請求項10に記載の建材の連結構造であって、前記連結具は、前記間隔の方向と前記厚さ方向との両方と直交する方向に複数個配置されており、それぞれが前記2個の建材を連結しているとき、複数個の前記連結具は、前記間隔の方向に対し傾斜している方向が他の連結具と互いに逆となっている連結具を含むことを特徴とする建材の連結構造。
- 間隔をあけて配設される2個の建材を連結具により連結するための建材の連結方法であって、
前記2個の建材の間に、前記2個の建材のうち一方の建材に前記間隔の方向と直交する厚さ方向に沿って配置されている被係止部材に対して係止可能となっている係止部と、前記2個の建材のうち他方の建材に結合具により前記厚さ方向に移動して結合される結合部とが、それぞれ前記一方の建材側の端部と前記他方の建材側の端部とに設けられている連結部材を備えた前記連結具を配置するための作業と、
前記連結部材の前記結合部を前記結合具により前記他方の建材に対し前記厚さ方向に移動させてこの他方の建材に結合することにより、前記係止部を前記被係止部材に対し前記厚さ方向の成分を有する方向に移動させて前記被係止部材に係止して、前記2個の建材を前記連結具によって連結するための作業と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする建材の連結方法。 - 請求項12に記載の建材の連結方法において、前記結合部が前記他方の建材に結合されていない状態で、前記係止部は、前記被係止部材に対して前記厚さ方向に移動可能となっており、前記2個の建材の間に前記連結具を配置するための前記作業を行うときには、前記連結具は、前記係止部が前記被係止部材に対し前記厚さ方向に移動可能となって配置されていることにより、前記一方の建材に取り付けられていることを特徴とする建材の連結方法。
