     キャブ内とキャブ外とを連通するバルブ開口と、
     前記バルブ開口に設けられ、前記バルブ開口を閉止するように前記バルブ開口の上縁部に支持されて垂下し、前記バルブ開口を閉止する閉止位置からキャブ内側への変位が阻止されるとともに、前記閉止位置でキャブ内側から押されてキャブ外側へ変位することにより前記バルブ開口を開放可能なバッフルと、
     前記バルブ開口のキャブ内側で上下方向と交叉する方向に延び、上下方向に互い離間する複数の遮水板と、を備え、
     前記遮水板は、略鉛直に起立する上板部と、前記上板部の下端縁からキャブ外側に向かって斜め下方へ延びる下板部とを有するL形状であり、
     隣接する上下の遮水板は、上側の遮水板の上板部の下端縁と下側の遮水板の上板部の上端縁とが略鉛直方向に離間し、上側の遮水板の下板部の下端縁と下側の遮水板の上板部の上端縁とが略水平方向に離間し、上側の遮水板の下板部の下端縁と下側の遮水板の下板部の下端縁とが略鉛直方向に離間し、上側の遮水板の下板部と下側の遮水板の下板部とが略平行に相対向するように配置される
