Description
本实用新型涉及日用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种电动牙刷。
目前,电动牙刷作为日常用品已被广泛使用,但是现在大多数的电动牙刷由于结构设计的不完善,刷头裸露在外面,存在易污染、不清洁的问题。
实用新型内容
为此,本实用新型的一个目的在于提出一种可以有效的保护刷头,防止其被污染的电动牙刷。
本实用新型提供了一种电动牙刷,包括:刷头、超声波震动电机、外壳、上滑盖、下滑盖、下壳、翻盖、螺杆、变速电机、高频切换开关、启闭按钮和控制板;所述外壳为空心管状结构,所述翻盖连接在所述外壳的上端,所述下壳连接在所述外壳的下端;所述超声波震动电机驱动连接所述刷头,所述变速电机驱动连接所述螺杆,所述上滑盖和下滑盖可滑动地内接在所述外壳的内侧,所述超声波震动电机连接在所述上滑盖和下滑盖之间;所述螺杆平行于所述外壳的方向设置,贯穿所述上滑盖和下滑盖,驱动所述上滑盖、下滑盖、超声波震动电机和刷头在所述外壳中上下运动;所述外壳的外表面上设置有所述高频切换开关和启闭按钮,相应的所述外壳的内表面上连接有所述控制板,所述控制板与所述变速电机和超声波震动电机控制连接。
本实用新型采用变速电机和螺杆驱动由上滑盖、下滑盖、超声波震动电机和刷头组成的主体结构在壳体内上下滑动;使用时,主体结构向上运动,刷头伸出翻盖供用户刷牙使用;使用完毕后,主体结构向下收回到壳体内,避免刷头裸露在外部,起到对刷头的保护作用。同时,本实用新型还在与刷头的位置相对应的壳体的内侧面上安装了紫外线消毒灯,对使用后的刷头进行杀菌消毒,进一步加强了对刷头的净化作用,延长刷头的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述翻盖通过扭簧可翻转地连接在所述外壳的上端。
进一步地,所述外壳的内表面上还连接有紫外线消毒灯,所述紫外线消毒灯的位置与所述刷头收缩进壳体中的位置相对应。
进一步地,所述壳体的内侧面上设置有导轨,所述上滑盖和下滑盖上具有与所述导轨的形状相匹配的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述导轨相配合。
进一步地,所述下壳中并排着安装有电池和所述变速电机,所述电池与所述变速电机和超声波震动电机电连接。
