発明を実施するための形態

N Rの U L送信について、 動的グラントべース送信 (dynamic grant-base d transmission) 及び設定グラントべース送信 (configured grant-based transmission) が検討されている。
[0013] 動的グラントべース送信は、 動的な U Lグラント (dynamic grant、 dynam ic UL grant) に基づいて、 上り共有チャネル (例えば、 P USCH (Phys ical Uplink Shared Channel) ) を用いて U L送信を行う方法である。 [0014] 設定グラントべース送信は、 上位レイヤによって設定された U Lグラント
(例えば、 設定グラント (configured grant) 、 configured UL grantな どと呼ばれてもよい) に基づいて、 上り共有チャネル (例えば、 P USCH ) を用いて U L送信を行う方法である。 設定グラントべース送信は、 U Eに 対して既に U Lリソースが割り当てられており、 U Eは設定されたリソース を用いて自発的に U L送信できるため、 低遅延通信の実現が期待できる。 [0015] 動的グラントべース送信は、 動的グラントべース P U S C H (dynamic gr ant-based P USCH) 、 動的グラントを伴う U L送信 (UL Transmission with dynamic grant) 、 動的グラントを伴う P U S C H (PUSCH with dynamic grant) 、 U Lグラントありの U L送信 (UL Transmission with UL grant) 、 U Lグラントべース送信 (UL grant-based transmission ) 、 動的グラントによってスケジュールされる (送信リソースを設定される ) U L送信などと呼ばれてもよい。

前記少なくとも 1つのセミパーシステント構成に基づく少なくとも 1つの下り共有チヤネルに対する Hybr i d Automat i c Repeat reQue st ACKnow ledgement ( H A R Q— A C K ) を、 前記少なくとも 1つ の設定グラント構成に基づく少なくとも 1つの設定グラント上り共有 チャネルにおいて送信する制御部と、 を有する端末。
[請求項 2] 設定された少なくとも 1つのサービングセルにわたって上り共有チ ャネルがない場合、 前記制御部は、 前記 H A R Q _ A C Kを上り制御 チャネルにおいて送信する、 請求項 1 に記載の端末。
