  • the present invention relates to a rotary machine member.
  • the present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-031228 filed in Japan on February 25, 2019, the content of which is incorporated herein.
  • the gas turbine is equipped with a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine.
  • the compressor compresses outside air to generate high pressure air.
  • the combustor mixes the high-pressure air and fuel and burns them to generate high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas.
  • the turbine is rotationally driven by this combustion gas.
  • a high-temperature fluid normally flows on the outlet side (post-stage side) of the compressor and the inlet side of the turbine. Therefore, the member forming the region is often deformed (thermal deformation) due to heat input.
  • a clearance of about several mm is formed between the tip of the moving blade of the turbine and the inner peripheral surface of the vehicle interior. This clearance is formed to ensure smooth rotation of the rotor.
  • this clearance cannot be normally maintained. If the clearance becomes too small or becomes uneven in the circumferential direction of the rotor, the moving blades may come into contact with the vehicle compartment and the turbine may not operate normally.
  • the high temperature member of the gas turbine is made of a composite material.
  • This composite material is formed by alternately stacking a first material having a negative coefficient of thermal expansion or a negative Poisson's ratio and a second material having a positive coefficient of thermal expansion or a positive Poisson's ratio. Has been done. Thus, when exposed to heat, the first material contracts and the second material expands in the composite material. As a result, it is said that the composite material as a whole does not cause thermal expansion (thermal deformation).
  • Patent Document 1 since the composite material described in Patent Document 1 is simply a laminate of the first material and the second material, it is difficult to arbitrarily define the direction of contraction/expansion. On the other hand, in order to use it as a high temperature member of a gas turbine, it is desirable to strictly define not only the amount of thermal deformation but also the direction in which thermal deformation occurs in order to maintain the above-mentioned clearance.
