提出的一个优化技术是条件切换(Conditional HO),主要特点是服务基站提前与目标基站协商,预先准备好相关资源和配置信息,并将该信息提前发送给终端,终端进行触发切换的判决。
为了保证切换过程中数据的无损,源基站除了向终端发送数据,还需要进行数据前转,即将数据发送给目标基站。但是在条件切换中,对于源基站何时将数据进行前转并没有相关的规定。因此,源基站何时将数据转发给目标基站以及相应的流程是条件切换尚待解决的关键问题。
发明内容
本公开要解决的技术问题是提供一种切换方法、装置及通信设备,能够解决条件切换流程中数据前转的问题,使得切换流程更加鲁棒,能够支持新的业务需求和部署场景。

如图7所示,本实施例中各网元的信令交互包括以下步骤:
源基站给终端发送用于conditional HO测量和上报的参数,包含在无线资源配置消息(RRC Con Reconfig)中,并接收配置反馈消息(RRC Con Reconfig Com);
当满足conditional HO测量事件上报条件时,终端上报测量结果;
源基站决定是否针对某个UE配置conditional HO,并选择目标小区;
源基站向目标基站发送的切换请求携带conditional HO的指示,用于告知目标基站当前的切换请求是conditional HO,辅助目标基站进行接纳控制以及反馈相应的参数和配置;
目标基站如果接纳,返回的HO Request ACK携带handover command信息,包含承载配置,随机接入信道(Random Access Channel,RACH)配置等信息,还可能包含conditional HO的指示和/或conditional HO的触发条件;
源基站向终端发送RRC重配置消息,直接转发HO command消息或者增加conditional HO的指示和/或conditional HO的触发条件,之后执行的数据前转方案可包括以下几个实施例。
实施利一的数据前转方案中,如图7所示,源基站向终端发送数据的同时将未成功传输的数据以及新数据发送给目标基站;终端满足conditional HO条件触发切换,完成随机接入流程;源基站确定停止和终端发送/接收数据,将业务节点(Service Node,SN)状态信息发送给目标基站;目标基站向核心网发送路径切换请求;路径切换完成后,核心网向源基站发送end marker,源基站将end marker转发至目标基站;目标基站收到路径切换完成的反馈消息后,向源基站发送UE上下文释放消息。
实施例二的数据前转方案中,如图8所示,终端收到源基站发送的重配消息后,并不停止和源基站的数据传输,当终端确定满足conditional HO切换条件,向源基站发送已触发HO request的指示,终端然后发起向目标基站的随机接入过程,源基站收到该指示,可以开始执行向目标基站的数据前转,和/或发送SN状态(status)信息。
实施例三的数据前转方案中,如图9所示,终端收到源基站发送的重配消息后,并不停止和源基站的数据传输;终端然后发起向目标基站的随机接入过程;基站判断当前终端已经触发conditional HO,比如基于实现,一定时间内数据全部传输不成功,可以开始执行向目标基站的数据前转,和/或发送SN status信息。
实施例四的数据前转方案中,如图10所示,终端收到源基站发送的重配消息后,并不停止和源基站的数据传输;终端然后发起向目标基站的随机接入过程;当目标基站接收到终端发送的RRC重配完成消息或者收到message 1/3之后,向源基站发送conditional HO完成或者data forwarding前转的指示信息,源基站收到该信息后,可以开始执行向目标基站的数据前转,和/或发送SN status信息。
通过本实施例的技术方案,可以解决条件切换流程中数据前转的问题,使得切换流程更加鲁棒,能够支持新的业务需求和部署场景。

Claims (42)
- 一种切换方法,应用于源基站,包括:向终端发送RRC连接重配置消息,所述连接重配置消息包含条件切换配置;在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述数据包括未经过终端确认成功传输的数据和/或未发送数据和/或从核心网接收的新数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息包括以下至少之一:移动性控制信息;无线资源配置信息;随机接入资源配置信息;条件切换的指示;条件切换的触发条件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站包括:在向所述终端发送数据的同时将发送的所述数据前转至目标基站;在所述终端完成与目标基站的随机接入流程后,停止与所述终端的数据交互,将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站包括:接收所述终端发送的已触发条件切换的指示信息,所述指示信息表明终端已开始与目标基站建立连接或者终端已停止与源基站的数据交互;将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求5所述的切换方法,其中,所述终端发送的已触发条件 切换的指示信息通过物理信道或MAC层信令或控制PDU或RRC层信令发送。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站包括:在判断所述终端已触发条件切换的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,其中,所述在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站包括:在接收到目标基站发送的条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站消息后,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切换方法,还包括:接收核心网网元发送的结束标志,所述结束标志为所述核心网网元在接收到所述目标基站的路径切换请求,完成路径切换后发送;将所述结束标志发送给所述目标基站;接收所述目标基站的终端上下文释放消息。
- 一种切换装置,应用于源基站,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器用于向终端发送RRC连接重配置消息,所述连接重配置消息包含条件切换配置;在满足预设的数据前转条件的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述数据包括未经过终端确认成功传输的数据和/或未发送数据和/或从核心网接收的新数据。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息包括以下至少之一:移动性控制信息;无线资源配置信息;随机接入资源配置信息;条件切换的指示;条件切换的触发条件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器具体用于在向所述终端发送数据的同时将发送的所述数据前转至目标基站;在所述终端完成与目标基站的随机接入流程后,停止与所述终端的数据交互,将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器具体用于接收所述终端发送的已触发条件切换的指示信息,所述指示信息表明终端已开始与目标基站建立连接或者终端已停止与源基站的数据交互;将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求14所述的切换装置,其中,所述终端发送的已触发条件切换的指示信息通过物理信道或MAC层信令或控制PDU或RRC层信令发送。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器具体用于在判断所述终端已触发条件切换的情况下,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器具体用于在接收到目标基站发送的条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站消息后,将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求10所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于接收核心网网元发送的结束标志,所述结束标志为所述核心网网元在接收到所述目标基站的路径切换请求,完成路径切换后发送;将所述结束标志发送给所述目标基站;接收所述目标基站的终端上下文释放消息。
- 一种切换方法,应用于终端,包括:接收源基站发送的RRC连接重配置消息,所述RRC连接重配置消息包含条件切换配置;在满足条件切换的切换条件的情况下,向源基站发送指示信息,所述指示信息表明终端已开始与目标基站建立连接或者终端已停止与源基站的数据交互。
- 根据权利要求19所述的切换方法,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息包括以下至少之一:移动性控制信息;无线资源配置信息;随机接入资源配置信息;条件切换的指示;条件切换的触发条件。
- 根据权利要求19所述的切换方法,还包括:停止与所述源基站的数据交互。
- 根据权利要求19所述的切换方法,其中,所述指示信息用于指示源基站将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求22所述的切换方法,其中,所述终端发送的所述指示信息通过物理信道或MAC层信令或控制PDU或RRC层信令发送。
- 根据权利要求19所述的切换方法,还包括:向目标基站发送无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息。
- 一种切换装置,应用于终端,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器用于接收源基站发送的RRC连接重配置消息,所述RRC连接重配置消息包含条件切换配置;所述处理器用于在满足条件切换的切换条件的情况下,向源基站发送指示信息,所述指示信息表明终端已开始与目标基站建立连接或者终端已停止与源基站的数据交互。
- 根据权利要求25所述的切换装置,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息包括以下至少之一:移动性控制信息;无线资源配置信息;随机接入资源配置信息;条件切换的指示;条件切换的触发条件。
- 根据权利要求25所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于停止与所述源基站的数据交互。
- 根据权利要求25所述的切换装置,其中,所述指示信息用于指示源基站将数据前转至目标基站和/或将SN号状态信息发送给所述目标基站。
- 根据权利要求28所述的切换装置,其中,所述终端发送的所述指示信息通过物理信道或MAC层信令或控制PDU或RRC层信令发送。
- 根据权利要求25所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于向目标基站发送无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息。
- 一种切换方法,应用于目标基站,包括:接收终端发送的无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息或者随机接入前导码信息或者调度传输信息;向源基站发送条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站指示信息。
- 根据权利要求31所述的切换方法,还包括:接收所述源基站前转的数据和/或接收所述源基站的SN号状态信息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的切换方法,其中,所述数据包括未经过终端确认成功传输的数据和/或未发送数据和/或从核心网接收的新数据。
- 根据权利要求32所述的切换方法,还包括:向核心网网元发送路径切换请求;在接收到路径切换完成的反馈消息后,向所述源基站发送终端上下文释放消息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的切换方法,其中,所述接收所述源基站前转的数据和/或接收所述源基站的SN号状态信息之前,所述方法还包括:接收终端发送的无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息或者接收随机接入前导码信息或调度传输信息;向所述源基站发送条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站指示信息。
- 一种切换装置,应用于目标基站,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器用于接收终端发送的无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息或者随机接入前导码信息或者调度传输信息;向源基站发送条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站指示信息。
- 根据权利要求36所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于接收源基站前转的未成功传输的数据以及新数据和/或接收所述源基站的SN号状态信息。
- 根据权利要求37所述的切换装置,其中,所述数据包括未经过终端确认成功传输的数据和/或未发送数据和/或从核心网接收的新数据。
- 根据权利要求36所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于向核心网网元发送路径切换请求;在接收到路径切换完成的反馈消息后,向所述源基站发送终端上下文释放消息。
- 根据权利要求36所述的切换装置,其中,所述收发器还用于接收终端发送的无线资源控制RRC重配完成消息或者接收随机接入前导码信息或调度传输信息;向所述源基站发送条件切换完成消息或数据前转的指示信息或终端成功接入目标基站指示信息。
- 一种通信设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求19至24中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求31至35中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求19至24中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求31至35中任一项所述的切换方法中的步骤。
