虽然上述现有技术提出了关于自动投放添加剂盒的技术方案,但在使用中,依然存在着添加式自动投放装置需用户自行购买通用洗涤剂,更换添加不方便,而且通用洗涤剂容易损 坏高档面料;敞口设置导致洗涤剂变质发霉而且在维修倾倒时容易泄露造成次生质量问题;添加式投放器不容易清洗,投放口易堵塞;推弹式添加剂盒投放装置推弹装置结构复杂,经济型较差,导致添加剂盒形状不规则,容积较小,影响体验等问题。

有鉴于此特提出本发明。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可以克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的洗衣机的自动投放装置。

图5是本发明自动投放装置的轴测图第三示意图,主要从俯视图的角度将本发明所述自动投放装置进行了展示,从图2中可以更直观的看出容纳腔室1内部的布局情况,从图2中可以看两个添加剂盒2的容纳位置并列设置,在一个添加剂盒2的安装空缺位置,设置了提拉结构5,之所以在此处省略添加剂盒2,是为了本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明所述的提拉结构5,此处的提拉结构5可以是被拆卸掉,也可以是被隐藏。
图6是本发明自动投放装置的侧向剖视图第二示意图,从侧视的剖面视图将本发明所述的自动投放装置进行了更全面的展示,可以看到,本发明所述的提拉结构5至少部分环绕添加剂盒2设置于容纳腔室1内,之所以在此处省略添加剂盒2,是为了本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明所述的提拉结构5,此处的提拉结构5可以是被拆卸掉,也可以是被隐藏,进一步地,提拉结构5呈侧方的凹字型结构,包括依次连接的第一提拉部501、第二提拉部502和第三提拉部503,拆卸时,用户通过拉拽第三提拉部503实现添加剂盒2的拆卸,实现添加剂盒2从容纳腔室1内的取出,具体的技术方案在下述的实施例中进行展示。
本发明通过在容纳腔室1底部设置顶出结构3,使得用户通过在底部用手便能实现将添加剂盒拆卸,顶出口开于容纳腔室1下方的抽屉上,结构简单可靠,位置较隐藏,可以保证容纳腔室1外观规则方正美观,可最大化利用容纳腔室1的容积,易于更换;通过对应顶出结构3设置的缓冲结构4,有效的降低了添加剂盒在容纳腔室1内安装或者拆卸时带来的碰撞问题,也避免了容纳腔室1内的液体从顶出结构3流出的情况发生。
此外,通过在容纳腔室1与添加剂盒之间设置提拉结构5,使得用户通过拉拽提拉结构5,便可实现添加剂盒从容纳腔室1中的拆卸;提拉结构5设置于容纳腔室1与添加剂盒直接的 空隙,结构简单可靠,位置较隐蔽,同时提拉结构5与添加剂盒顶部可拆卸连接,避免了提拉结构5在容纳腔室1打开位置和闭合位置之间进行切换时,产生剐蹭;容纳腔室1为密封的空间,避免了容纳腔室1内的液体从缝隙或者开口中流出,对洗衣机内部或外部的环境造成污染。
应用到具体实施方案中时,如下所述。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图1至图3所示,本实施例所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,包括容纳腔室1,设置于洗衣机内部,能够在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动;添加剂盒2,设置于容纳腔室1内部,用于存放添加剂;顶出结构3,对应添加剂盒2,设置于容纳腔室1底部;缓冲结构4,对应顶出结构3,设置于容纳腔室1的底部内侧。图1是本发明自动投放装置的轴测图第一示意图,主要从轴侧图的角度将本发明所述的洗衣机自动投放装置进行了展示,从图1中可以看出,容纳腔室1内形成容纳添加剂盒2的空间,在容纳腔室1内至少有两个位置用来安装添加剂盒2,当然添加剂盒2的数量仅仅用来使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案,在实际应用中,添加剂盒2的数量并不做限制,也不是本发明的发明点,进一步地,对应添加剂盒2的位置,在容纳腔室1的底部设置有顶出结构3,顶出结构3设置于靠近容纳腔室1前端的位置;所述的容纳腔室1包括打开位置和关闭位置,当要拆卸添加剂盒2时,将容纳腔室1调整至打开位置,用户从容纳腔室1底部外侧寻找到顶出结构3所在的位置,通过施加自容纳腔室1外部向内部的力,将添加剂盒2顶出,进而实现添加剂盒2的拆卸;此外,对应顶出结构3,本发明还设置了缓冲结构4,当添加剂盒2安装到容纳腔室1内部时,缓冲结构4可以避免添加剂盒2与容纳腔室1底部的硬接触,避免了容纳腔室1与添加剂盒2彼此的碰撞,进而带来可能的损伤,同时,在使用过程中,由于容纳腔室1存在进水才的可能性,例如冲释洗衣粉或者清理容纳腔室1的情况,因此,仅仅设置顶出结构3存在,特别是通孔类的顶出结构3,存在容纳腔室1内的水从顶出结构3流出的可能性,进而造成洗衣机内部或者外部环境的污染,影响用户的体验。
当拆卸添加剂盒2时,将容纳腔室1从洗衣机内抽出直至打开位置,在容纳腔室1底部的顶出结构3位置施加自容纳腔室1外部向内部的力,将添加剂盒2顶出容纳腔室1,实现添加剂盒2的拆卸。
进一步地,其所述的顶出结构3设置于靠近容纳腔室1前端一侧的位置,进一步地,顶出结构3距离容纳腔室1前端的距离,是以顶出结构3的形状中心或者靠近容纳腔室1前端一侧的边缘开始计算。
作为本实施例优选的技术方案,所述顶出结构3距容纳腔室1前端的距离,与添加剂盒2的长度之比介于1:5~1:3之间。
在一个具体的实施方案中,如图1至图3所示,本实施例所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,所述的顶出结构3为设置于容纳腔室1底部的孔状结构,顶出结构3的形状包括圆形孔或者沿添加剂盒2放置方向延伸设置的长条孔;顶出结构3设置有,便于在容纳腔室1底部寻找顶出结构3,进而进行施力的引导结构;引导结构自容纳腔室1外部向内部形成过渡的面;过度的面包括沿顶出结构3周边,自容纳腔室1外部向内部设置的倾斜面或者沿顶出结构3周边,自容纳腔室1外部向内部设置的光滑曲面;图3是本发明自动投放装置的侧向剖视图示意图,从侧视的剖面视图将本发明所述的自动投放装置进行了更全面的展示,可以看到,本发明所述的顶出结构3为设置于容纳腔室1底部的孔类结构,此外还设置有引导结构,便于用户在容纳腔室1寻找顶出结构3时更省力、省时,虽然图3仅仅展示了一种顶出结构3的技术方案,但在实际应用中,顶出结构3的形状存在多种变种的设置,充分考虑了实际情况和不同客户的需求,例如有的用户指感不强,或者力度不够,通过将顶出结构3设置了多种技术方案的变种,充分的考虑上述所述的技术问题,具体的技术方案在下述的实施例中进行展示。
进一步地,所述的缓冲结构4为环绕顶出结构3设置,并具有弹性的中空结构,所述的缓冲结构4为环绕顶出结构3设置的闭环结构,附图2可以更清楚的看到,对应顶出结构3设置的缓冲结构4,在添加剂盒2安装到容纳腔室1内部时,由于添加剂盒2内部盛满洗涤剂或者柔顺剂的等添加剂,因此在重力的作用下,添加剂盒2压迫缓冲结构4产生形变,由于缓冲结构4具有弹性,而在弹性的作用下很好的实现了密封,避免了,存在容纳腔室1内的水从顶出结构3流出的可能性,进而造成洗衣机内部或者外部环境的污染,影响用户的体验。
作为本实施例优选的技术方案,所述缓冲结构4由橡胶材料制成。
在一个具体的实施方案中,本实施例所述缓冲结构4自顶出结构3的顶出方向,堆叠形成带有褶皱状的弹性中空结构,褶皱状结构的结构可以使得缓冲结构4的缓冲空间更大,同时密封效果更好。
在一个具体的实施方案中,本实施例所述顶出结构3为设置于容纳腔室1底部的圆形通孔;或者在容纳腔室1底部,沿添加剂盒2放置方向延伸设置的长条形通孔。
在一个具体的实施方案中,本实施例所述顶出结构3为设置于容纳腔室1底部的圆形孔; 或者在容纳腔室1底部,沿添加剂盒2放置方向延伸设置的长条形孔;进一步地,顶出结构3上设置一具有弹性的薄膜;薄膜在压力的作用下能够产生形变;薄膜的形变包括安装添加剂盒2时,自容纳腔室1内部向外部的形变;以及在拆卸添加剂盒2时,自容纳腔室1外部向内部施力时的形变。
在一个具体的实施方案中,本实施例所述一种洗衣机自动投放装置的使用方法,包括如下步骤安装添加剂盒2时,将容纳腔室1从洗衣机内抽出直至打开位置,将装有添加剂的添加剂盒2放置于容纳腔室1内,推送容纳腔室1进入洗衣机内直至关闭位置;拆卸添加剂盒2时,将容纳腔室1从洗衣机内抽出直至打开位置,在容纳腔室1底部的顶出结构3位置施力,将添加剂盒2顶出容纳腔室1,实现添加剂盒2的拆卸。

其中,所述的提拉结构5包括依次连接,并具有柔性的第一提拉部501、第二提拉部502和第三提拉部503;第一提拉部501,设置于添加剂盒2与容纳腔室1底部之间的空间内;第 二提拉部502,设置于添加剂盒2与容纳腔室1至少一个侧壁之间的空间内;第三提拉部503,与第二提拉部502连接,并朝向靠近添加剂盒2一侧弯折,所述的第二提拉部502设置于添加剂盒2与容纳腔室1前壁之间的空间内。所述的提拉结构5近似为侧放的凹形结构。
作为本实施例的优选方案,所述的提拉结构5由PET材质制成。
在一个具体的实施方案中,如图4至图6所示,本实施例所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,所述的第三提拉部503上设置有卡孔504,对应卡扣201在添加剂盒2上设置有卡扣201;当添加剂盒2安装到容纳腔室1后,第三提拉部503通过卡孔504与卡扣201的配合,实现与添加剂盒2的连接;提拉结构5由具有柔性的材料制成。

安装添加剂盒2时,将容纳腔室1从洗衣机内抽出直至打开位置,将装有添加剂的添加剂盒2放置于容纳腔室1内,推送容纳腔室1进入洗衣机内直至关闭位置;

Claims (15)

  1. 一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:包括
    容纳腔室(1),设置于洗衣机内部,能够在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动;
    添加剂盒(2),设置于容纳腔室(1)内部,用于存放添加剂;
    顶出结构(3),对应添加剂盒(2),设置于容纳腔室(1)底部;
    缓冲结构(4),对应顶出结构(3),设置于容纳腔室(1)的底部内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:当拆卸添加剂盒(2)时,将容纳腔室(1)从洗衣机内抽出直至打开位置,在容纳腔室(1)底部的顶出结构(3)位置施加自容纳腔室(1)外部向内部的力,将添加剂盒(2)顶出容纳腔室(1),实现添加剂盒(2)的拆卸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    顶出结构(3)设置于靠近容纳腔室(1)前端一侧的位置;
    优选地,顶出结构(3)距离容纳腔室(1)前端的距离,是以顶出结构(3)的形状中心或者靠近容纳腔室(1)前端一侧的边缘开始计算;
    更优选地,顶出结构(3)距容纳腔室(1)前端的距离,与添加剂盒(2)的长度之比介于1:5~1:3之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    顶出结构(3)为设置于容纳腔室(1)底部的孔状结构;

    更优选地,过度的面包括沿顶出结构(3)周边,自容纳腔室(1)外部向内部设置的倾斜面或者沿顶出结构(3)周边,自容纳腔室(1)外部向内部设置的光滑曲面。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    缓冲结构(4)为环绕顶出结构(3)设置,并具有弹性的中空结构;
    优选地,缓冲结构(4)为环绕顶出结构(3)设置的闭环结构;
    更优选地,缓冲结构(4)由橡胶材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲结构(4)自顶出结构(3)的顶出方向,堆叠形成带有褶皱状的弹性中空结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    顶出结构(3)为设置于容纳腔室(1)底部的圆形通孔;
    或者在容纳腔室(1)底部,沿添加剂盒(2)放置方向延伸设置的长条形通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述

  11. 一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:包括
    在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动的容纳腔室(1);
    容纳腔室(1)内设置有,用于存放添加剂的添加剂盒(2);
    提拉结构(5),至少部分环绕添加剂盒(2)设置,拆卸添加剂盒(2)时,通过拉拽提拉结构(5),将添加剂盒(2)从处于打开位置的容纳腔室(1)顶部开口取出。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    提拉结构(5)包括依次连接,并具有柔性的第一提拉部(501)、第二提拉部(502)和第三提拉部(503);
    第一提拉部(501),设置于添加剂盒(2)与容纳腔室(1)底部之间的空间内;
    第二提拉部(502),设置于添加剂盒(2)与容纳腔室(1)至少一个侧壁之间的空间内;
    第三提拉部(503),与第二提拉部(502)连接,并朝向靠近添加剂盒(2)一侧弯折;
    优选地,第二提拉部(502)设置于添加剂盒(2)与容纳腔室(1)前壁之间的空间内;
    更优选地,提拉结构(5)近似为侧放的凹形结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种洗衣机的自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述
    第三提拉部(503)上设置有卡孔(504),对应卡扣(201)在添加剂盒(2)上设置有卡扣(201);
    当添加剂盒(2)安装到容纳腔室(1)后,第三提拉部(503)通过卡孔(504)与卡扣(201)的配合,实现与添加剂盒(2)的连接;
    优选地,提拉结构(5)由具有柔性的材料制成;
    更优选地,提拉结构(5)由PET材质制成。

    第一提拉部(501)与添加剂盒(2)连接;
