Description

A Food Processor Field of the Invention
The application relates to the domain of small home electrical appliances, and in particular, a food processor.
Background of the Invention
As people’s quality of life improves day by day, many different types of food processors appear on the market. The functions of a food processor can mainly include, but are not limited to: making soymilk, juicing, making rice paste, grinding meat, making shaved ice, making coffee, and/or preparing face masks. Food processors can include machines that break and mix food materials, such as soymilk machines, blenders or cell wall breaking food processors. The mixing blade assembly of existing food processors, especially of the cell wall breaking ones, is fixed to the mixing bowl. It can only be cleaned from the inside of the bowl using a brush. It is often hard to operate when the mixing bowl is deep. Meanwhile, inevitable blind spots for cleaning exist in the mixing blade assembly, which are susceptible of bacteria growth and undesirable odors.
